Have storm damage on my roof as well as inside the house has inspectors that don't know what they are doing as well as them laughing in your face saying there's no damage. Part of my roof is flown up with the storm and the inside has leaking water damage. The roof is all hailed up and they want to give me a check for 127.00 dollars. How rude is that they don't care about customer will be getting legal assistance since I know they are not doing the honest thing. They are always giving me the run around. Don't even deserve a star on rating. They are zero!!

My recent experience with Allstate has been truly awful. Last fall I was told by a roofing contractor that I had hail damage to my roof in North Carolina. My neighbors had all sustained hail damage in a storm and all their roofs were replaced by their insurance companies. I was the exception because I was the only one with Allstate. Before I even filed a claim, the Moore County Allstate office told me that Allstate would not replace my roof. This was before any adjuster had inspected it. 12 homes in my neighborhood have had their roofs replaced. Needless to say I need to shop for new insurance, that I have had since 1962. I no longer trust Allstate to do the right thing and their treatment of a long time customer was truly appalling. I am 77 years old, a widow, and have never before filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance. Has anyone else had such an experience and is there any recourse?

On April 14, 2015 there was a fire in my home. I've been a loyal customer of Allstate's for almost 30 years. Always paid my premiums on time and never expected that they would not be there for me if the need arose. After filing my claim, I blindly expected the process not to take longer than two weeks. On May 28th, I received a denial letter. My entire claim was denied because the fire was in the finished basement and because the house was listed as a 4 family property, the fire in the basement was a violation of the policy. I've paid them for almost 30 years and when the time came and I needed them, I was denied. I feel very cheated.

I’ve had my home and car covered by Allstate since May 2010. I’ve never had any issues before but back in April of this year a really bad storm came through the area I live in causing damage to my roof and completely knocking down my privacy fence. I filed a claim with Allstate then the adjuster came out who was super nice. A few days later the adjuster called and proceeded to tell me that my fence would not be covered because some time ago during a policy renewal Allstate dropped my fence coverage. I had no idea! Now, I’m sure it was in fine print somewhere buried in my policy renewal. Honestly who reads a policy from cover to cover? The adjuster was steadily apologizing to me saying I work for them and I cannot believe they do business like this.

We have had Allstate Homeowners Insurance since 2006. In October 2014, we were told that we needed a home inspection. Not sure why as we hadn't filed any claims and had paid our premiums (almost $1500 a year) through our mortgage escrow account. At the end of October, we got a letter stating that we had things they wanted repaired before they would renew our policy in March. I live in the Northeast, about 1-2 hours from Canada in New York State. We often get snow up here at the end of October/beginning of November. So we figured, "hey, we've got until May to get this done".

My parent have been with Allstate homeowners insurance for over 37 years. Recently their house was burglarized and their valuables were taken. We provided Allstate with original receipts for the items lost. It was with great disappointment that the agent that's was in charge of their claim only valued their items to be worth 10% of their original purchase price value. The items they had were in excellent condition despite the years they've had them. It's sad that the agents go based on a website to get the appreciation value for your items, which is ridiculously incorrect. It's even more disappointing to have been a loyal customer and have to speak with a supervisor to see if they can do something for you and they say they want to keep you as a customer but refuse to do nothing about the depreciation value they give your items. Warning Change Providers Immediately!!!

Had a storm come through and rip shingles off of our house. Allstate adjuster came to the house and said the nails that were used to install the roof were too short. And that the expansion and contraction between winter and summer are what caused the nails to push up and make the roof fail because the crawl space wasn't ventilated adequately. Seriously? Nail length wasn't one of the questions when I bought the policy. Now they are firing me as a customer and told me that my policy would be cancelled in December when it is up for renewal.

I switched to Allstate based on the quote they gave me for home and auto insurance that was very affordable with excellent coverage... After switching over I found out they left my child off of the auto policy, thus explaining why I received such a low rate for auto. The agent couldn't explain why my child was omitted but happily sent me a bill for the $700+ uplift. Shortly afterwards I received a letter indicating that my Home coverage premium was increased by $240 because my Garage was not attached to my home. However the second floor of my home sits squarely on top of my garage. I had the home built in 2007 and it was purchased as a single family home with an ATTACHED garage. Allstate's justification for ignoring that was that the garage was not 100% covered by the second floor so therefore they consider that unattached. Very dissatisfied, can't find a new provider soon enough so I can dump these clowns.

In April while on vacation I had a pipe burst under my home and the water was shooting up and hitting the subfloors of my home. Ironically the water company took a 9-day reading which directly aligned with when we were out of town and it showed 12,000 gallons of hot water dumped onto my floors and my crawl space. The damage to my home is upwards of $125,000 and Allstate denied the claim. They indicated there appeared to be an ongoing leak from the dishwasher and that was not a covered item. They sent a young inexperienced adjuster out who denied it on the spot. I hired my own private adjuster (which I would advise everyone to do) who met with the adjuster and requested either a supervisor, large loss adjuster and/or an engineer come out and review the case. They did none of the above. Meanwhile they have put my family in jeopardy due to the amount of mold that is growing in my crawl space.

I have severe wind damage on my roof. I tried to process a claim. Allstate wanted to do a repair job to my roof which was not proper. I reported them to the IL Dept of Insurance. Surfing the web, I discovered many consumers have been treated the same way. I am a homeowner for over 17 years. Paying for the top homeowners insurance. Never filing a claim in all these years until now. Unbelievable! The contractors who I received estimates from warned me that "Allstate will not want to pay your claim". They are the worst!

For 5 years have insured household effects with ALLSTATE. Recently had $1800.00 in camera and binoculars stolen from my car parked in driveway. Reported incident and had a check within a week. Great service.

My home was burglarized on May 12, 2015. Filed a claim with Allstate Insurance - first time I filed a claim in 15 years. Claim was denied even though we produced receipts of items that were stolen. Allstate took us through many pains and we were treated badly by allstate employees. Paid premium over 15 yrs with no claim. Allstate turn their back at us.

Yesterday I posted a comment regarding how Allstate handled my claim. Well I must say today they responded to my complaint and took my issues seriously. My claim was readjusted to my satisfaction. The claims rep was very polite, kind, understanding and took my concerns seriously.

My bathtub overflowed, causing the floor to give way. At first, the claims department denied my claim. The adjuster, **, blurted out in our conversation that he was doing so because 100 claims adjusters had been let go in the Bay area. When I confronted him with his remark, he conceded and sent out a contractor to do the work. My steel & enamel tub and shower were replaced with plastic. The shower doors are the wrong size. The toilet was reset crooked. The walls were painted with water based paint as the painter alleged that oil based paint was no longer legal. The painter had to come back 3 times as the water based paint continuously bubbled. The grouting needed to be replaced and is continuously coming out. The contractors left two huge holes in my wall, one of which they covered with a piece of painted plywood. The other hole is still there.

I have had Allstate for years, I have never once filed a claim with them for my homeowner's insurance. Back in Sept 2013 I had called their emergency line to find out if my homeowners covered the flood damage from Colorado's Sept floods. An agent called me back and informed me they won't cover seeping ground water. Whatever, so glad I pay for home insurance. No claim was filed, no adjuster came to my home, in fact I never heard from Allstate again regarding this issue. I moved on with my life and decided when my BF moved in it was cheaper to go on his Auto insurance with State Farm than what I was paying for Auto with Allstate. I got 2 months out from my homeowners policy renewing and due to my policy rates more than doubling, I decided to move my homeowners insurance over to State Farm as well. Allstate had plenty of notice on the cancellation of the policy yet they billed my mortgage company anyway.

After looking for a good insurance company, I found everything but about a month ago my car were damaged by golf ball size hail. Making an appointment were the only decent thing that happen with this company. By me working late, I were only able to get one estimate which were $1863.00. The adjuster barely gave me half. I'm still looking for some jack leg that I can afford. This gets better. My car is a Nissan 370z with 3,400 miles, and the adjuster wrote it up with 38,000 plus miles to lessen the amount, even after looking at the mileage.

My father-in-law recently passed away. He had Allstate Insurance for his home and autos since 1955 and never a claim. Part of settling his estate was the sell of his home. His home was in good condition with the exception of the roof. We had a local roofer assess the condition b/f calling Allstate. The roofer said that the roof definitely had hail damage so we called Allstate to file a claim (side note: several of the neighbors had recently filed claims and received new roofs). Allstate took six weeks to make a determination claiming the "boss" had to make a final decision and was out of town and then out due to a family emergency, etc., etc.

A pipe broke in a guest bathroom vanity and leaked through my garage ceiling. From the start Allstate claimed it was my condo association's responsibility despite the fact that it is not. The condo is only responsible for damage to the building that contains the units. I have insurance for just this type of event but they have given me new excuses including had I made changes to the bathroom then they would cover my claim. From the start I knew I was doomed despite the fact that my neighbors who have had similar issues were covered by their companies. I've lived here for 26 years with no claims. My agent never said I wasn't covered since I have $85000 worth of insurance but Allstate stands firm.

Allstate refused to pay my claim when my sump pump broke and flooded my basement. They said my insurance did not cover that problem. When I purchased my homeowners ins. about 14 years ago, my agent (whom I have never met in person) did not tell me this and I DID NOT receive a copy of the policy UNTIL two weeks after I filed the claim. My expenses came to over $6000.00. I am 89 years old, widow and trying to exist on Social Security. I will probably die before I can pay this amount. I can furnish the repair costs (about 6 pages) upon request.

Pipe busted, flooded my house, absolutely no help from Allstate. Adjuster never came out, paid it all out of pocket, horrible company. Will collect all of your money but never pays for anything. They sign you up for their "homeowners package" but it covers nothing. They don't tell you that everything that's covered is extra. And the adjusters are lazy! In good hands my **.

I have owned my home for 6 years had aaa my whole life and recently switched to Allstate two years ago. In March 2015 I had a house fire. The damage was insane. The smoke and soot covered everything I owned. Due to the condition we could no longer stay in our home. The fire blew our furnace and half the electric. We filed a claim and begun the process of dealing with many different people. Months later without hearing anything I received a letter from an attorney stating I had to attend a EUO. Also had to supply them with numerous personal paperwork. I obliged and in a timely manner got them all they asked for. I attended the euo and answer all questions.

I currently have Allstate Insurance for two homes and for my car. For the first time in the 15 years that I have had Allstate Insurance I filed a claim for approximately $350.00 and specifically asked, "Will this increase my insurance bill if I file this claim?" I was assured that my insurance coverage fee would not rise - "Oh not for a $350 claim". Well, my Allstate Insurance on my home was increased 15%. Allstate Insurance are unethical and a true disappointment.

I requested that a flood policy be add first via phone then email from my agent. I received an email that states okay I can add that. Well I recently need to make a claim due to flooding in my area and was told I am not covered. I tried to call my "agent" and the number said it was no longer taking phone calls WHAT? Allstate then says no we will not honor that and closing your claim. I sent them email showing 1) my request to have the coverage 2) the agent agreeing to add 3) an agent who can no longer be reached. The customer service is awful. I am now out of several items and money. I am canceling this policy today and moving to hopefully a better company with more integrity.

A pipe burst and caused house to flood. I called Allstate to make a claim. They sent someone to dry up house, they removed flooring, walls, and cabinets from entire house. Then Insurance adjuster came to make an estimate, they were not going to cover the pipe repair but they gave estimate to replace everything that they removed, and then when it came time to send check, they denied it so I do not have a check nor funds to fix my house and they are now ignoring my calls. I can't live at my residence. I don't know what else to do. I have to be paying rent somewhere else also.

I contacted All State back in April 2015 to file a claim that my roof was leaking. They told me they would get an adjuster out. About 6 weeks later I was contacted about an adjuster would be coming out on Thursday, so I took off work and waited but no adjuster - he came out the next day. Inspected my roof and the leak in my attic, he then told me the wind only blows one way and there is no way the wind could of blown the shingles off the roof, and that I wasn't maintaining my roof. I am not a roofer, I don't know what I should have been doing since I am unable to get on the roof from surgery that I have had.

I have been fighting the claims and charges for my homeowners for cost 5 years. I have called and called and called with concerns of the adjuster. That one underestimated my damage not once but twice. No one would help me. They use a calculator that is not the same as the homeowner rebuild. How can you estimate cost of today's cost to repair or rebuild and the cost will be lower if you file a claim, and that not all the items that was damaged included on the claim? Then charge you out the butt for homeowner's insurance and keep going up and up on it. They are charging what they want, when they want. Loopholes and people have such a hard time to get what they pay for. They have made it to where I cannot get other company to insure me because the claims listed.

My husband has had Allstate Insurance since he was 16, renters insurance as soon as he got his first apartment and homeowners insurance when he bought his first house at 32. He is now 43 and we had our first homeowners claim 2 years ago from hail damage. In fact the entire area was declared a natural disaster. They barely covered anything, just a bit of siding and gutters. They stated our roof was fine even though we had less damage than our neighbors who had their entire roof replaced by State Farm. This year we had another storm and our neighbors patio umbrella flew into our house breaking our window and some siding. We called Allstate not knowing that North Carolina has no good neighbor law. Which means we were liable for the damage and the neighbors weren't. When the adjuster told me that I told him I wanted to withdraw the claim and he said he would tell them to do that.

Bought my home 13 years ago and got Allstate for all property. Over the past four years we have had multiple hail and wind storms, resulting in missing shingles, two leaks, two vents ripped from roof, siding blown away, and ripped screens from hail to windows. I asked for an adjuster three times now to check the roof. Each time I had pits and damage but not quite enough for replacement. Oddly enough the neighbors all had new roofs with other carriers, but somehow the storms always jump over my house to hit theirs I guess. Was given $900 last time to fix a leak and replace shingles/siding/vent cap. This time $900 again but "no hail damage exists" so I guess it repaired itself since last storm. They don't mind taking my $1800 per year, just not liking paying out.

I am a long-term customer of Allstate, and I recently added a second car on my plan. (I have a bundle with home insurance as well.) Two months after I did this, my "new" car was stolen while I was out of the country for 2 weeks. I called immediately after I returned to the states. A claim was quickly opened, but the overall service took about 4 months to settle. We were in limbo for a while; we didn't hear from anyone at Allstate. Allstate finally sent a letter asking for more information. The "investigator" wanted my acquaintances contact info, phone call and text logs (which we can't get without a warrant), and various other things an "investigator" should be doing on their end. We gave them all the info as requested, then they sent a second letter asking for the same info. We gave them the police report number and the detective's contact info, but they wouldn't call them.

I was in an car accident and while I was in the process of determining who was at fault. Allstate charged me an additional 125 dollars. After it was all said and done - I was determined to be not at fault. Allstate has refused to refund me and has no valid reason in doing so. Worst customer service, terrible policies. Glad! Glad!! I do not have them anymore!!!

I informed ALLSTATE that one of their policyholders was unlicensed and driving on the roads daily. The local agent, nor the head office did anything about it; it seems they are only interested in continuing to collect the policyholder's money and allow them to continue to violate state laws. I can guarantee that if there is ever an accident involving this person I will do everything I can to help the other party sue ALLSTATE because they knew about his license yet did nothing. They refused to investigate even though they were provided evidence of the violations. Let me take that back - the only thing they did do was try to investigate ME!

I had to file a claim as someone hit my parked car. Allstate approved the claim and sent me to their preferred repair shop. The repairs were great.... However, after telling me they issued payment to my account electronically the money never showed up. My car was repaired and If I wanted it I have to pay out of my own pocket. I spent a total of 6 hours on the phone with claims and made at least 20 phone calls to their office and my agent. No one was any help and I had to explain every time I called. I was hung up on and treated like I was trying to cheat them out of money. They acknowledged that they could see the money was never sent to my account but since they did not know where they had sent it then I had to wait till they resolved. I have had Allstate for years and never once late for a payment. After threatening to take them to court they finally cut me a check. I will be shopping for a new insurance company immediately.

Allstate denied to pay for the rental car fee beyond 3 days which was their estimation. Repair took 11 days. Allstate claimed that I need to make sure the body shop finish work within their estimated 3 days. In addition to that, Allstate never informed me of their decision of denial of pay. Rental company contacted me after 3 days saying they didn't receive extension. I called Allstate and they said they are not going to pay more because it took longer than their estimate. It appeared to be body shop didn't start work until after 3 days. Allstate claim that I should be driving my damaged car around until body shop contact me to say that they are ready to fix my car.

The most unfair and the worst customer services. Allstate is the worst insurance company that I and my family had dealt with. Unfortunately, my husband had a car accident in which somebody crashed my husband's car twice on the back. The car got tremendous damage and my husband got injured. He tries several times to contact the insurance (Allstate) and they never give my husband an appropriated customers service. They were keeping my husband back forward with a big pain in the neck, arm and his chest.

Was recently in an accident where an Allstate customer backed into my car. I wasn't in the car and the gentleman came to the house where I was visiting to report the damage. By the next day, I'd heard nothing from Allstate so phoned their toll-free claim line. The woman was not professional at all. Was talking to me like I was her friend at the bar instead of a customer. She said I would hear from a claims rep within a few days to nearly 2 wks time, even after explaining that I was going out-of-state in less than 2 wks and needed this done ASAP. This was on a Friday. By the next Tuesday, again I hadn't heard back so called again. That phone rep said no action was taken because the last rep stated there was no damage. Really?? I wouldn't be calling unless there was damage!! So I took it to ABC Body Shop and they were wonderful to deal with.

Well, you are definitely not in good hands with Allstate. According to them, if your car is in a collision and it does engine damage the damages are not covered unless the engine is a total loss, so if the losses are less it is coming out of your wallet, according to Paul ** (Regional East Coast Manager of Auto Claims). Executive Office team member Kathy ** is a total nightmare of rudeness. Estimators will not pay the claim and they back each other up if there is more than one estimate. Also, Allstate will tell you that if your car hit something hard that the scratches on the undercarriage are just "wear and tear," and that the damage to your engine is your fault.

I was hit by a driver who happened to be a Allstate subscriber so naturally you would expect me to be ** off when they totally screwed me over. First off, they lie. People have insurance for a reason, in case they are in or cause an accident. Just because their subscriber caused an accident doesn't mean they should be nasty to the person whom they owe. It should be the opposite. My car was damaged, not theirs, you should be respectful and pay for what your subscriber caused.

I have been a customer of Allstate for a few years. I have noticed every 6 months my up - no moving violations, no accident pay, on time. My vehicle depreciates and my insurance goes up. Had my 71 birthday this year Allstate raise my insurance $10. Because of my 71th birthday an added on the raise for filling out the papers on my insurance for renewal and the only thing that has changed it's the value of my vehicle which depreciated about $5,000 this last year. I believe this is discrimination against older people. And as far as raising my insurance every 6 months it's just a big ripoff.

For the second month in a row I was unable to pay my bill online as I have for several years due a website issue on Allstate's end. I have tried resetting passwords, alternate payment methods, and changing browsers. After several calls last month and asking they look into the website I paid through phone assistance with a rep, but it was time consuming and not pleasurable. This month I was unable to pay again and called in to customer service (if you can call it that). Please note: I have never paid late, filed a claim, or given them anything other than timely payment of premiums.

Allstate was our insurance company for home and auto for many years. We discovered we could get the same coverage for a lot less with Travelers. We notified our agent and there were several conversations about this with attempts to get us to stay with Allstate. Eventually we told the agent we were discontinuing both policies. But Allstate continues to send us bills for the auto coverage, stating our policy is being cancelled for non-payment, but the notices also state we can pay up to keep the policy active if we pay by a certain date. This date keeps slipping.

Over 6 months ago received a bill from what looked like a debt collection company. It in fact it was Allstate Auto Insurance demanding a payment of a additional month after cancellation. At that time we were told to forget it, no other billing was required. Today (08-10-2015) they started demanding this so called payment again. This time they are attempting strong arm tactics and using a completely different story demanding to know when the car was sold since that would be the only way we would no longer be responsible for the payment. Their story changes every time they attempt to collect on this fraudulent bill.

She would not help me when I had a car accident. When I advised her, I was no longer using Allstate Insurance. She told me I was scamming the company. She would not back track the policy to the date after it was started. She said because I followed a claim it wasn't a policy she could handle in her office. She told me to call the main office which I did and they said they couldn't back track the date either and claims would do it. Claims Micheal ** said he could not back track it either and I had to call Kathy **. I was lied to by this insurance company. They are scam insurance. I called the Missouri department of health insurance and they said I had every right to cancel the policy. The woman Kathy ** is a scam artist and so is Michael **. I have never been treated like this. Don't use this insurance company.

Three weeks ago at about 9:30 a.m. (yes, in the morning) an impaired man insured by Allstate hit 4 cars in the parking lot of my apartment complex. He was driving on the sidewalk when he hit mine. So far Allstate has done nothing. They keep saying they have to establish "liability." So the witnesses and the police reports don't count? How else can the company establish liability? What is driving the denial? In the meantime the people whose cars were damaged are sitting and waiting, though Allstate did say we have the option to go through our own insurance company and we will be reimbursed IF they establish that their insured was at fault! What?! I will never take my business to Allstate where accident victims are "NOT in good hands." Is this denial driven by greed? What's up when Allstate won't take care of the damage caused by a person they insure? I will share my terrible experience Allstate insurance with others.

My car was broken into and glass was shattered everywhere. The shattered glass was all over my kids car seats and stroller, and I was advised to purchase new ones by the Allstate representative due to safety concerns. After I purchased my new car seats and stroller I emailed the receipt to Allstate located in Markham Ontario, and they refused to pay. They were the ones that advised me to buy new car seats and stroller in the first place, and now they backed out because they did not want to pay. This company is brutal. I will never deal with this company again. Horrible experience.

My Lexus ES350 2011, was vandalized. I called Allstate on Thursday. Was told that the adjuster was going to come out to see my car on Monday. Today is Wednesday. No adjuster in sight. I called back Allstate and they say they are very busy. They will have someone out to me maybe Monday or if not the following week... In the meantime I driving around on an unsafe car without a left side mirror. Allstate customer service is horrible and my agent is just as bad. He pair up with his company and try to convince me to take the car to their body shop which I do not trust. They are a bunch crooks..

On January 30 I purchase a 6 month Auto Insurance policy for coverage after my policy with Infinity expired and the renewal proposed had an unjustified price increase. Although I wanted to prepay the policy, the sales person (Mr. Joseph **) indicated that there was no discount for prepaying, so we agreed on a monthly charge billed to my checking account. In early July Mr ** emailed me with notice for next payment to be charged to my checking account, I replied that I planned to look for coverage with other companies and would let him know if I was going to continue with Allstate. I found a better price for the same coverage (Esurance is a division of Allstate) and prepaid 6 months of coverage starting on July 30, 2015 which was the same day that my coverage expired with the previous policy.

I have been with this office for at least 8 years with no problems. The office staff is very nice but when it came to a fender bender last year I was treated very poorly along with raising my premium every month from $72.00 to $119.00 with a $1,000.00 deductible and I am a 52 yr old woman. I was outraged to say the least. So I decided to change to State Farm and even with the fender bender my rate went down to $83.00 a month which was a tremendous discount along with just a $250.00 deductible. Now for the "BE AWARE" part. My monthly rate was taken out every 15th of the month which that is when I thought I had to cancel my account by. NOT SO! Eric **'s company never told me that my monthly premium was from the first of the month to the last of the month even though they took the money out of my account on the 15th. So... When I canceled my insurance policy on the 2nd of the month I received a bill for $52 or so from Allstate.

When Allstate raised our rates I started shopping. I urge all policy holders to shop for insurance. We saved 2700$ a year by switching to other carriers. We have been customers for several decades with three claims under 1500$ each. Don't waste your hard earned money people. Get rid of Allstate. I realize now what thieves they are.

I've had Allstate since 2009. The first agent would never respond to me to deal with problems, but was all over me when they wanted a glowing review of their agency. I dropped them. The kids they have answering the phones (who claim to be licensed insurance agents) have no clue what they're doing. Went to an agency in Cape Coral. When it was sold, the information was kept secret. When I complained, I had a nasty, nasty response from the new owner. Recently, I got a new bill for a 6-month policy with a $60 increase for no apparent reason. I called Allstate and asked why the increase. The response: "Because we can." Apparently, the bought-and-paid-for insurance commission gave them the go-ahead.

My Insurance policy has been terminated although I had a good traffic record. I had several accidents that I was rear ended. It was not my fault, but I filed a claim since I got hurt. Also, My son was a passenger in his girlfriend car when they got hit. I had another claim against the policy. All the claims were medical related and I lost my policy because of these claims that were all legitimate and someone was hurt in them.

I am not an Allstate customer, but I did have a situation arise where I was hit from behind by someone that has Allstate insurance. They were at fault, and I took my car to a satellite office to assess the damage. They said it was the bumper cover that needed repair (it was cracked). So I took it to a body shop and they took a look. He said that would be fine, but if there were damage that was not visible, he could take care of that with Allstate. Fine. So he called the authorized Allstate place to look into the bumper cover. This was on a Friday. My appointment was to take it in first thing Monday morning. He said he called them on Friday and asked if they had the cover. Yes, they said they did. The body shop said fine, he wanted them to save it until Monday morning after I dropped the car off. At that time he would order it and he would have it Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Four months ago my significant other was in a terrible car accident. Allstate seemed ever so helpful initially Stating that they would cover medical bills and pay 80% of his salary for disability. We are currently at four months and not a penny has been seen. Worst off, there managed to be not one, not two, but THREE claim number for the same accident Leading him, his job, his doctors to have to repeatedly fill out the same exact information Over and over again. Had Allstate several years ago. Had home, 5 vehicles, 1 boat insured with them. One day an uninsured motorist ran into the side of my truck while making a right-hand turn and he was running down the shoulder of the road because he was in a hurry. His fault, however he had no insurance. Took my truck to body shop and they gave me an estimate.

I am not a Allstate Insurance customer/client, but I had to deal with their claims department. My car was backed into by a Allstate Policy Holder in a parking lot. I have a 1989 Honda Civic SI. I had just gotten it back 3 months prior to the accident where I had body work and a new paint job done. I had people approaching me if I wanted to sell it; estimated amount offered would have been in the $3,000 - $4,000 range. Amount to repair the cosmetic damage was $1,540. Their claims department came back with $1,195 offer as my car was not worth the amount to repair it, and if I did not accept it, they would put a salvage title on my car. I asked for the three cars they used to value my car. It turns out they could not find a 1989 Honda Civic SI model, as they are hard to come by. They found 3 rust bucket DX models.

Bait and switch quotes with easy-to-manipulate hidden terms appears to be the standard operating procedure here. Alicia (working on behalf of agent Luke) approached me via email with a quote featuring low rates, I confirmed the specific terms via email, but after I invested several emails and a phone call, she informed me that the quote (which she had just confirmed in writing the day before) was an "error" and she increased the premium by ~20%. I called foul, asked her to stand behind her original quote. She promised to check with the licensed agent (Luke?) the following afternoon. Apparently she couldn't even follow through on that promise...she instead conferred with her "office manager" and refused to honor her original quote without even the courtesy of a return phone call. Zero tolerance for predatory consumer tactics like these. If this is how they handle outbound customer acquisition, I can only imagine how they would attempt to "honor" their customer's claims.

I've had renter's insurance through this agency since the summer of 2013, and an auto policy with them since summer of 2014. During that time, I have actually been quite impressed with the customer service of my agent there, Luke (I have only ever interacted with Luke, so cannot speak for any other employees). From the beginning, Luke has always been very candid with the quotes and services provided, and has patiently answered all my "what if" questions. Possibly what impresses me the most about Luke is his relentlessness in trying to get me all the possible discounts for my policies. Pretty much every time I update one of my policies, he lets me know what discounts he's trying to apply to my policy. For any issues, updates, or questions I have, Luke generally calls or emails me back within one working day and it gets taken care of ASAP. Fortunately, I've never had to file a claim for either of my policies, so cannot directly comment regarding the other reviewers' negative experiences. I also haven't moved, so haven't had to deal with a change of address. However, based on my past interactions with Luke, I'm sure he'd do everything he could to walk me through the process.

This Ray Sullivan agency deserves no star.  Don't ever use this agency!I had auto policy and renter's policy with this agency for two years, and during that time, I had numerous problems, like address change did not get registered, or they don't call back when they were supposed to, etc etc etc.  Not to mention the attitude I got from time to time.Now that we bought a new house I was going to switch to home owner's insurance from renter's insurance.  I only kept this agency because I was lazy to switch to another agency.So this agency called me at 3:45 the day before closing and told me that they were jacking up the premium by more than 10% than what they quoted me three weeks ago!!!  Within the next hour I called other insurance agency and luckily, I found a good agency and switched insurance right in time.  I did this in one house, which is usually impossible, and I ended up saving more than $400 on auto and home owner's insurance combined.SO even after I stopped using this agency, I am STILL encountering problems like they did not cancel my renter's policy on the date it was supposed to be canceled, or I never received the refund check because they did not update my address (for the second time!)I wish I never used this agency in the first place.

I also disagree with the negative review, I've only had positive experiences with this agency. Every time I've moved, they've changed my address promptly, no hassle, no complaints, no problem.Also, Every time my policy renew for my combined auto and renters insurance my rate decreases!!! I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Investor and have worked with Luke and Kaitlin for the past couple of years on both insurance for all my rental units and for various clients, and must say they have always been both responsive and professional to numerous requests we make.  We obviously do business with every other insurance company out there and have to say the local response from this particular office has been great and we will continue doing business with them.  Given the fact that we do much higher volume of business with this office and have absolutely no issues to report, the weight of this review should be held a little more heavier than one may have been one-off experiences.

The service that I have received from the Benjamin Heilben Agency has been outstanding, so much so that I have referred several of my friends and colleagues there. Benjamin, the agency owner, has great expertise, and is always happy to pass on knowledge and recommendations. Equally as important is that I have found Allstate rates on auto and home owner's policies to be the best around. I moved all of my business from Nationwide to Allstate 4 years ago, and my Allstate rate is still untouchable by other insurance companies. If you wanna experience the most unprofessional service in your life, don't hesitate to go to this Agent. I was trying to have a renters insurance for my lender and my closing date is not defined yet, and basically I just wanted a quote and it's not his business to ask for anything else other than running a quote. I described him more than 5 times and for running a quote it's not necessary to know a date for price estimation! Apparently he was doing personal stuff and didn't want to bother himself with a potential customer. This wasted an hour of my day and I will try to escalate the report to some decision maker people to just shut down this office if you don't wanna do the most basic serves.

You won't find a better person to deal with when you want face to face transactions. He did have to clean up his staff at one point but Benjamin is professional and courteous himself. Monte has always been there to answer any questions I may have and if he can't answer my questions, he will find out the answer and always calls me back promptly with a response. My concerns about my policy are always his concerns. If there are issues with my policy, he gets them fixed very quickly. (Which I don't know about you, but I have other agents take days for a response) They make sure you have what you need, but don't push other coverages that wouldn't benefit the situation on you. My brother has been using this Allstate agency for over 15 years only to find that he is paying $240 a month higher than Safeco and other companies. Yes thats right folks. Times that by 15 years. Who knows, probably ripped him off by well over $30k. Almost criminal. Obviously my brother cancels his policy immediatly and Mr. Weigel still took a payment out of my brothers account knowing he canceled. Now I dont think Mr Weigel sets the prices set by Allstate. So if you are using Allstate do the smart thing and shop elswhere, you are getting ripped off. It is good practice to shop around at least once a year. If you are just stuck on one agent you are not privey to any sales or incentives. Thats right ZERO STARS. Better Business Bereau here we come. AG should get a phone call too.

AVOID this agent if at all possible! She is horrible to deal with and when she gets questioned about anything she hangs up on you! We were quoted a rate, paid our premium for 2 months and then the 3rd month our rate went up due to us not providing proof of prior insurance. Denise did not request prior insurance until September 3 and we provided it September 11. We had 9 years prior insurance with the same company and we did provide proof of insurance but apparently that was not enough. Denise will not go above and beyond for her clients the way I feel she should. I am in customer service and I believe my #1 goal is to keep the customer happy. She is at the bottom of my list for the worst person I have ever dealt with! Please take my warning and go elsewhere. I'm not saying to not go with Allstate but to go to another Allstate agent! I still am in shock she hung up on me; you just don't do that to a customer asking legitimate questions.

Decided to go with State Farm when I found they were $59. lower per month and had MUCH lower deductibles and better coverage ($0 deductible on comp and $100 on collision). Beware, this is the most unprofessional agent in Manhattan. Avoid at all costs. James Heins is missing in action, you will always be deferred to the 1800 number or will have to interact with his "assistants" Nancy and Ieasha both of whom are rude, disrespectful, and often leave the telephone off the hook to avoid interacting with clients directly. After five years of all-state coverage I recently found out that James Heins and his "team" of rude "assistants" had made major errors in my policy resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars. I do not normally write reviews, however when you use a company that repeatedly goes above and beyond it should be recognized. We have used JC, Uptown Insurance for many years. He Insures all of our vehicles/property as well as our children's vehicles. His staff is prompt and knowledgeable. I can't imagine using ANYONE else for our insurance needs. I have even needed to call JC's cell phone on the weekend for an emergency and he answered and helped answer my questions. No other insurance company I have had in the past works to make sure our cars/property are properly covered and saves us money in the process. This insurance company is fantastic. It was so easy to sign up for insurance online, and within a day, Stacy Foxall was in touch with me and sending the paperwork I needed. They let me pay at a certain day every month. I could have gotten a discount had I have paid in full, but I couldn't at the time and the deposit was fair and the monthly payments were the lowest I could find. Been with this Allstate for more than 10 years. Not very helpful when it comes to telephone follow ups. I don't call often, but when I do it's rather important. Their agents will tell you, "I'll check and call you back", and they never do. This happened perhaps 3 times to me within the past 12 months, it's unsatisfactory. And then I show up in person to follow up about the call-back, they will attempt to excuse themselves with the "there was too much work", "I was sidetracked" or "you didn't answer" Bs. No matter what excuse, I appreciate honesty more than inflated language. Lastly, it's disappointing when I'm told by an all-state agent that my case will be reviewed and I will receive a follow up with a call the same day and then be left out, it's one if there is no agreement.. but you tell somebody that you will do something and never do it, it's sad because you were the person who set that expectation for yourself and don't even have the willpower to follow through on your own statements.

I recently became an Allstate Insurance customer. I had been with a different company for car insurance for several years and heard from them every six months when my premium notice was delivered. Because my living situation, marital situation and place of residence had changed, I began to explore other insurance companies and I found that Fred Ledford with Allstate could save me money on my car insurance and could also offer me 'renters insurance.' This is pretty nice news. My previous location was very rural and insurance rates were lower than the rates in urban areas. I was delighted to find coverage that was lower in cost but still provided great insurance "personalized" to my specific needs. Called for information regarding an appt with a claims adjuster and they could not help wanted a claim number insureds name etc..... today is 1/28/16. I was hit at 8 am December 31st at a stop sign of all places....... The only person less helpful than the allstate agent was the claims adjuster at my insurance company. If you deal with shelter insurance tell them you do not want Scott Mcneese. I'm really disappointed they really dropped the ball.

Worst agent for allstate auto insurance. Had a very bad experience working with auto agent representatives. They get your business initially with competitive rates with all driving records disclosed at the time of getting the policy and when it comes to renewal of policy they pull out existing records on your policy which were disclosed and present from the beginning, but they use them to bump your insurance premium during renewal. Agents don't call back nor reply to email. Never go for auto insurance policy via them.

The other person lied and said they didn't recieve a citation to our insurance. (we have the police report) Now the other person is taking the citation to court and our insurance is saying they really can't do anything. There are little minor quirks that happened once they started to go "digital" with life insurance and other insurance offers, but nothing major. I was home getting dinner ready. The phone rang. It was my wife, Phyllis. Rob, I have been involved in an accident and I need you here now! I arrived at the intersection of the accident to see Fire Trucks, Police Cars, an Ambulance. You never think about insurance, or read the fine print, or worry about coverage until when? Until you need it! Allstate's first words were how is your spouse, does she need any special medical support, and words that I still remember. "Your wife is the most important part of what is happening right now. We can always repair or replace a vehicle but a person, your wife is the most important thing right now". When you need a Caring Professional Team, all the people at the Joe Keller Agency are professional and Caring. I have always thought that Allstate provided outstanding value for their annual premium. Now I am convinced and would tell anyone that if do not have Allstate Coverage you are missing an opportunity to have the best coverage, the best people and the best outcome that money cannot buy. Think about it: they continued to ask about my wife throughout the claim process; they took the time to carefully remove all of our personal items from the car and make them available to us without having to hunt these items down; they explained the process several times to be sure that we understood the potential outcomes and the timelines; they gave us a rental car so we could go on our annual January vacation; they called, they cared about us, they made a terrible situation better. This agency is very money hungry. I have paid on time and never had a claim. Before I moved to Dallas, I requested to get a quote on what my monthly payments were going to be. As expected, it was substantially more. After saying "no no no I have to take a look at other options" they decided to charge me the amount, EVEN BEFORE I MOVED TO DALLAS! I have been with Allstate for 9 years. Never would I have thought that they would treat me the way they did. The business practices that they have are as follows: You don't have to give official authorization, if you say you will be moving, they will charge you regardless if you say no. Do not go with this branch. (This is not a review for Allstate in general, just for this specific agency).

I was with this company/agent for 15 years, only once met and spoke with Krista. All the other times I could only speak with her staff, who were always helpful, but did not always give the best advise. One year I was broken into and called her, only could speak with her staff, who advised me to file a claim. Claim filed, than later that year my windows were broken. Cost $600, called my agent, could never speak to her but was advised to file a claim, as "that's what we are here for". Filed the claim, sold the house that year and bought another. On the day of closing on the new home, Krista Sanchez, my agent for 15yrs, said she would not insure me as I was too high risk based on the two claims filed that year at the advise of her staff. No prior claims. The whole sale nearly fell apart because of her. She fortunately had a change of heart to the tune of 3x the regular rate!!! Everyone involved in the sale was appauled at the rate. We took it, closed on the house and got rid of her within the month. My father also had similiar experience, was with her longer and could never speak with her. She is very evasive and isn't there for you when you need her. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Ever since Brian took over this agency it has gone down hill. When I got my mortgage Brain was to lazy to run my credit report so i got the worst rates (Raised my payment 100 more than it should have been) and couldn't get it changed until I signed the mortgage papers. After everything was signed Brian was no help all he told me to do was put money in my escrow. He has no Idea that just putting money in your escrow doesn't lower your escrow payment. It just lets the mortgage company hold more of your money, until a year goes by and the mortgage company does an escrow analysis. Stay away from this agency!

One day I dropped in with a copy of my policy, told Jarrod what I was paying, and said if he could do any better to give me a call. After a few questions back and forth during the day, he had saved me more than $600/year. The prices are reasonable and have only increased by a small amount (compared to other insurers) over the years. I've been insured with Allstate through Mark Stanley's agency for around 10 years now. I originally insured my car and had renter's insurance (which with the discounts ended up costing me like $3 a year), and have since bought a house and a motorcycle and changed cars a few times. Every time I call I get excellent service. I've always dealt with Chris, who gives me prompt, friendly service and good advice, and I appreciate that every time I call I get the same person. I'm not sure if I could save one or two hundred bucks a year by switching to somewhere else because I'm not interested, I'll stay loyal to a place that gives me great, personal service.

The Allstate Insurance Agency operated under Tricia Pearson would NOT be a consideration should TRUST be part of your insurance needs. Ms. Pearson has demonstrated the agents still falsify prices, increase rates for fictitious reasons and are simply liars and thieves. I enrolled and have been certified in extensive advanced driving safety classes, never had an DUI's only to receive a $5.00 five dollar reduction on my insurance. About $600.00 per class equates to about a &2.25 discount, ...shrewd! That Same coverage / package elsewhere, has a $278.00 decrease in premium. Same coverage, much lower premium = better company. Be weary of any insurance carrier, they expel so much energy getting billing statements out early that they must be exhausted when the time arrives to honor claims, comparably it is the speed of a stationary rock against the speed of a bolt of lightning. Ms. Pearson, "...stick it!"

My wife had an accident a year or so ago in which her car was declared a total loss. Allstate settled the claim within about a week and paid us a sum that I believe was more than fair. What could have been a giant hassle turned me into a loyal customer. The ability to go into your agent's office and meet with a representative of the company sure as hell beats having to deal with indifferent, minimum-wage clerks on the othger end of an 800 line.

When we had a hose to the refrigerator develop a pinpoint hole leak in it inside a cupboard that we didn't realize we had until the floor started feeling strange in the kitchen not realizing it was also leaking into the living room. Very disappointed in service. We added our new house to our current policy and were told some ivy needed to be taken down but that we were all set with our house insurance. I had the ivy down in less than a week and thought every was fine. I then received a notice from our bank that we had no insurance. I have never received a call from Allstate but when we called to inquire we were very rudely told that we had been notified online, a service which we declined and had opted to pay more for phone and mail communication. We have been loyal customers for many years and have never had a problem until moving to Tucson. We had been weary of this agent after our first phone conversation to set up the new insurance was quite brusk and not very friendly but decided to continue given our history with the company. After our latest incident and the beyond rude phone conversation to try and resolve the issue, I would definitely advise to stay clear of this agent.

I sent a polite email inquiring about this and asking what I need to do to get my original rate. All I get is I cant do it. When we called to inquire if our rates could be lowered we were brushed off saying something to the effect of the rates were set by the State and no one could offer us a lower rate. The person I spoke to was not helpful and quite frankly dismissive, the information they gave me was not factually correct and we were able to find better coverage at a much cheaper rate with both Geico and Progressive, saving over $100. As a loyal customer we expected better more attentive service instead they took advantage and gouged us on price. Shop around, don't let them overcharge you, who knows how many much money we could have saved over the 5 or so years we were with Allstate.

I live in an area where there was little or no risk of flooding and sewer backup, so the additional cost for coverage would have been minimal. John and his team left me exposed to this risk even though I was totally vested into Allstate for auto, home, and at one time RV insurance. After a heavy rain, and my basement flooded, I was told I wasn't insured. Thanks for NOTHING - Allstate in Wausau. I have been a loyal customer for many years, paying my dues, under the illusion that my home and auto were protected from acts of god, which is what insurance is for. But, State Farm here I come. This is by far the worst insurance office that I have ever walked into. I knew right away that it was going to be a unique visit when not even the “head” Allstate agent did not even introduce himself to me; after all he was the first one to greet me after standing in the entrance for about a minute. Then John told me someone would be with me shortly, which they had to move a laptop into the office that I and his associate would talk. Once again, no introduction, and this condescending little being of a man, who I think is John’s son, could not find my information. Repeatedly asked “are you sure you are an Allstate customer”, “do you know you address, are you sure that is correct”, “are you sure the phone number that you gave me is correct”. Finally after about five minutes of repeatedly misspelling my last name he finally found my account. All I wanted was renter’s insurance on the house that I am renting from a landlord. You should have seen the confused look on his face, "do you mean that you need renters insurance because you are the landlord, or do you mean you need renter’s insurance because you are a tenant". So after that I got up and asked to speak to his manager/supervisor. John came out of his office in a panic and asked what was wrong and I told him but all he could keep saying is “I don’t understand, explain it to me again”, really John, how many times does one have to tell you something before you understand it. He just kept making excuses about how people come into his office all day and gives him and his staff the wrong information. Really, John, every day, maybe it is the right information but you and your staff have your noses too far up in the sky to care or that you and your staff are just that incompetent. People Allstate is a decent insurance company but the personnel that are working at the Wausau office do not know how to do their job. Total disrespect and do not truly care about the customer. I did an online quote with these joksters and was later emailed by them and I didn't want to share my personal info through an email so I called them. I talked to an Anthony and he was as sweet as could be. I was 1000% honest about 2 speeding tickets I had in the past 3 years, and he gave me a decent quote for full coverage on my van and liability on my car. Suddenly, he said his computer was acting up and would call me back when he straightened it out. I waited for an hour and then called and spoke to some John fella who said he was familiar with the situation and proceeded to get me to buy renters insurance along with the car insurance. I told him right away I wasn't interested, and so then he rudely told me they couldn't help me. I said that they then basically wasted a good portion of my afternoon making me believe they could and then he accused ME of wasting they're time and called me a liar for not telling Anthony about my tickets, which was totally unprofessional not to mention a lie to cover his agents obvious huge mistakes in his quotes to me. My guess is that Anthony is fairly new and messed up and the only way they could correct it was to either push me to buy more insurance or accuse ME of making the mistake. I warn anyone against dealing with these folks at the Rib Mountain Allstate location due to their total disrespect for their clients. I couldn't believe Anthony didn't have the courtesy to call me back and deal with it himself not to mention the obnoxious man named John which was the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

I've had Allstate for three years and recently had to make a claim for a chip in my windshield. John helped me connect with the glass people and within two days my windshield was repaired. In addition, I was able to have my windshield wipers replaced when the glass was repaired. Three days later, my windshield was hit again. Contacted John and by the end of the week the second chip was repaired. All, but the wipers, were covered by my insurance and I found working with Allstate and the service I received to be exceptional.

I traded a 2006 Mini Cooper in for a 2012. Talked to Ms Huang at the time of purchase to switch cars on the policy. This was in 2014! Feb 2015 I got a letter from the bank stating that the car isn't covered. I went online immediately and seen that Ms Huang FAILED TO REPLACE THE 06 WITH THE12. I placed several calls as well as emails. After no response I went on line and made the switch. Months later the bank is still saying they have no proof. I asked Ms Huang to send a Dec page. She still has not sent it. Last night my car was REPOED as a result of a collateral insurance placed on my loan. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT! THANK YOU VERY MUCH MS HUANG. If u want efficient service GO ELSEWHERE!!! I wish I could give her less then one star

I called Taylor Watts in a panic one day and needed some unexpected insurance. I have used a competing leading insurance company for 15 plus years. I am not a person of change. But my husband and I were buying a new home and began shopping around for insurance quotes. Don't even waste you time getting a quote from this agency. I was quoted for homeowners insurance which turned out to be all false. I was quoted for auto insurance which increased by 70% in 60 days. Katherine Bainton the top agent there is nothing more than a hustler. She will go to any lengths to get your business. I had to call corporate and they couldn't figure out the ridculous changes made on my policy. I have monies owed to me that they refuse to refund, I was asked by corporate to not do anything in the next 48hrs. after assuring them that this would before a judge by next week. STAY AWAY, BAD NEWS AGENCY!!! Update 7/7/2105 The owner of this unethical agency, Lester Davis seems to be upset about my review. So he decided not to notify the NYS Motor Vechicle on the actual date I canceled my policy, even though I have electronic and paper proof. So thanks to good ole Les I recieved a Notice of Suspension and a fine for $160.00. He seems to think that his agency doesn't have to follow NYS Insurance Guidelines. He speaks like an Ivy Leaguer but conducts his business like a back alley broker. I find that hysterical. See how that works for you Les before a judge. For some ridiculous reason Les feels that he can pull the strings and keep money that's owed to a policy holder and do what ever he wants by breaking the law and not informing the Motor Vechicle that I had insurance right up till 5/21/2015. The Breck Price Allstate Agency is an outstanding organization. This agency has serviced all of my personal insurance needs for several years, as well as manage my retirement and college savings plans for the kids. I have an extensive list of insurance policies written through the Price agency...to include home, multiple autos, motorcycle, boat, utv, utility trailers, long term disability, umbrella liability, etc.... Connie, Chase, Breck, Keith and support staff are very knowledgeable about the services and products offered through Allstate....they are top notch people I trust and value their opinions and honesty. I do not feel "pressured" to buy something I do not need.....I can rely on honest recommendations based on my current needs. I have been with "other" top rated insurance companies in the past, only to be disappointed when I actually needed to use the insurance I'd been paying for over several years. I actually pay substantially less with the Price/Allstate agency, than I have with other top rated providers. I'm not saying Allstate is the least expensive insurance offered....however, this is one of those "you get what you pay for" type examples. I have unfortunately had to file a few claims over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the claims process....and the prompt attention provided to accommodate my needs. I honestly could not be more satisfied with the quality of service I have received from the Breck Price Allstate Agency.

I'm not sure if the people that hit my friend have insurance through Carlsbad, but Allstate is giving her all kinds of trouble. She has a newborn preemie at home and Allstate is trying to take away her rental. First they took forever to get her repairs started. Then they made her wait for a week before she got a rental car; her car was not drivable. And now, they want her to turn the rental in before the repairs are done. I don't know how a company can do business this way. SMH...

In September 2015 I decided to change insurance coverage for my personal needs. I decided to change because the company that I was with just kept raising my rates. Raising rates more than expected for normal increases in the cost of doing business. It seemed as if each year, for ten years my rates would increase. This, in spite of the fact that I had not filed one claim, had no accidents, nor had any traffic citations during the entire period of coverage. That company was AAA. To make it harder to swallow, AAA required me to have a membership in their emergency road service at a rate of $100 plus annually. This was another AAA service that I never used. The rates on that service kept increasing periodically as well. Upon the decision to find more fairness and value for service I began to explore other options. One of the first inquiries I made was with Kevin Curtsinger, agent for Allstate Insurance in Mayfield, Kentucky. Actually, my contact with Kevin's agency was with Kelly McClain, who manages Kevin's branch office in Murray, Ky. I explained my requirements to Kelly. She took my information and did the background checks etc, and straight away gave me a quote. A quote that was considerably cheaper than what I was paying at AAA. And, the quote was for coverage comparable to, or exceeding the AAA coverage. In addition to the pleasant experience of cost savings with Allstate, I commend both Kevin and Kelly for their part in serving my needs. Their actions, knowledge, and professional conduct speaks well of themselves, the agency, and the entire Allstate Insurance Company.

This has been the worst experience ever. My rates were NEVER what I was quoted. They were always a lot more... typically $98.00 more. The agent is non-existent and the office manager is not available to answer questions. I have been calling since Nov.25th and have yet to speak with her. The employee who answers the phone lacks customer service skills and does not know the insurance business. Not to mention that she interrupted and did not allow me to get a word in. Over all Extremely dissatisfied. Allstate is a good company but this agent is Not. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
