Beware! "Choice" Privileges does not seem to care about you or your complaints. Travelling on 21-22 of November, needing to stay at a motel along the way, and not knowing how far I would be able to travel on the 21st, three reservations at motels at 5, 6 and 7 hours along the route were made with the intent of cancelling the two motels before cancellation deadlines. As it turned out, the weather made the roads treacherous and we had to stop after the first hour and stay at a motel overnight to wait for the weather to pass. Motel reservations made for the 5th and 7th hours accepted the cancellation without problem. But the 6th hour motel, made through Choice Privileges had a notice in small lettering on their web page that indicated a "This reservation cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded."

My online confirmation did not go through. We went to another hotel. The online confirmation went through later and I was charged for a room I didn't stay in. Fighting to get reimbursed. 4 to 6 weeks to receive a refund. If they do!

Choice Hotels promotes, stay 2 nights, receive 1 free. Stay 2 nights, receive $50 gift card. None, and I mean none of these promotions are valid. I lost a bunch of points a year ago, so I ask before I trusted these guys again. Every time I checked in, I was told all I have to do is book online to receive free nights or gift cards. Another lie, I called today to receive gift cards for Christmas, they said I never registered? Then they said, I had to use my points to receive cards? Terrible corporate relations. Like the old saying, if it seems too good to be true, beware! Please don't stay there, and by using your account you pay higher rates.

I made a hotel reservation through the internet about two weeks ago for a stay at the Econo Lodge in Princeton, IL for three nights. My plans have changed so I went to cancel the three night reservation and was told that I could NOT cancel it, because I got too good of a hotel rate. The rude person on the phone said I should have known that it could not be cancelled since I made the reservation. I did not see that throughout any of the on-line reservation process and can only say that the website must be very deceptive. When the reservation was email to me there was no mention of the CANNOT cancel policy. In fact the following is a direct quote from the email I received: GUARANTEE POLICY: Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax.

Choice Rewards program Promotions are unlikely to apply to a stay due to restrictions even the hotels do not know about and Member Services abilities to assist us are nearly zero. We have several hotel programs we belong to without issue unlike Choice.. We stayed consecutive nights on two separate occasions between 9-15-2015 and 10-1-2015. We signed up with the first hotel to participate in their promotion to receive a free night if we stayed 2 different times between 9/3/2015 and 11/11/2015. The hotel desk said our stay at the first location would qualify as 1 stay.

In late August, my husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suites Hotel on Paradise Island, Nassau, the Bahamas to celebrate my 60th birthday. The Choice Hotels company website mentions Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and embraces a culture of diversity but if that was the intent of this hotel, then they failed miserably by any standard.

Checked in late after hours of driving to a run-down, dirty Roadway hotel, 777 Vine, LA. After trying to sleep less than 4 hrs, my husband and I started getting bites so we packed up, not willing to stay more nights. Took 3 days of driving to get home. At this point the car is filled with bed bugs and we have multiple bites on our arms, legs and backs. Think twice before you stay in this hotel.

We signed up for Choice Hotel rewards on a road trip recently. At the hotel where we signed up, we were told that we have one of two needed stays & then our third stay will be free. We stayed at a sexing hotel, then at the third hotel, they said that the first stay didn't count, so we paid for the 3rd night. Then on our 4th attempt to get our free night, we were told that the third night had not posted yet, so we were unable to get the free night. We stayed somewhere else. All of our attempts to stay at the Choice Hotels involved multiple phone calls & great frustration. Now today, I called again to try & get our free room after staying 3 nights which all should have posted, only to be told, that the free hotel is dependent on points earned, not nights stayed. This is the first we've heard of this. We are so frustrated & will NEVER stay in another Choice HOTEL. BEWARE!!!

I am not writing as someone who had bed bugs or mold in tub, or unclean sheets, but as someone who was a loyal member. I never had any of the above problems and in fact, stay in hotels about 200 nights a year. I started as a member a couple of months ago and was at Platinum level. I was going to start to use Choice exclusively but I found out that as a member, I pay higher prices than anyone else. Online, a hotel was $98.00 (does not qualify for member points), I called hotel directly and they wanted $138.00 and I called the Choice membership number and they quoted me $168.00. All same, hotel Wenatchee WA. Comfort Suites (very nice and clean hotel by the way).

I stayed in Choice inns 7 times in 2014. The program was advertised that you stay for 2 nights and they would get 1 night free. My wife and I stayed 7 nights and tried several times to get our free nights. Except for 1 occasion, we were told we did not have enough "points" for the free night. The one night we were given a free night, we cancelled because the inn was a dump. Customer service and the customer service supervisor (Chris) were of no help whatsoever, either could not help or did not appear to care about the problem. I am finished with Choice.

My story started on Friday the 9th of October of 2015. I was working and got a call from a man saying that Comfort Inn had a problem with my credit card. I told the man that it was not my problem that my card was working fine and couldn't talk at work and hung up. Then on Saturday night about 7:30 I got another call from the same man telling me that they still had a problem. I ask "how I know that you are calling from Comfort Inn." He answered by telling me my choice privileges number, my address, my room # and the room that I stayed in the week before. Then he proceeded to ask for my credit card info because he only had the last 4 digits which he rattled off. I then told him that I did not give information like that over the phone. I went down to the front desk to ask what the problem was and they knew nothing about it. I ask how some random person got my information and they didn't know that either.

This is a complaint. I could not find the link to a complaint for the Choice Hotel. I made a reservation ** for 10/19/15 - 10/26/15 for business. I found a better rate and cancelled the weekend before **. I was charged $146.56, even though I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. I've stayed at Choice Hotels before and never had an issue. 1) I did not receive a booking email for confirmation of reservation nor did I receive 1 for cancellation. Also, there is not any type of disclosure that stated I would be charged if I canceled at all.

I stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC. Was very disappointed. Woke up to bedbugs. Reported and took pictures. Management was very rude and tried to say that I brought them with me when I have never had an issue or problem. Did not know what a bedbug looked like until I googled my picture. They did not want to properly handle i.e. make sure there were no hitchhikers when I checked out, apologize for the inconvenience or give me a refund. They instead tried to give me the runaround even after searching the bedbug registry finding out there was an infestation less than 10 feet away at a neighboring hotel. They even insinuated that I brought them from the hospital after visiting my mother who had a heart attack.

We stayed at a Choice Hotel in Jackson, TN. We pre-registered for the Choice Hotel in Downtown Nashville. We arrived at 11:45. We were not happy with the room. The hotel is old and has not been updated. We were told we could not get our money back. The website states you have until 4:00 to cancel a reservation. We did not stay there and our credit card was charged. The manager claims we left and said we might be back. We never said we would be back and never will. It is about time Choice get their act together.

I've been booking at Choice Hotels for years. I've had many problems getting into the website and talked to numerous customer service agents who could not help me get in. I was told I'd never registered, but when I tried to register I get a message that I already had an account. Another time I was told the system was down. I have an account that I can't get into and the customer service people were not trained to help me. So after numerous tries and I finally get someone that gets me in. Yea. I get in and have points for a free stay which I booked.

We decided to try Choice Privileges for a 12 hour trip to get the two separate stay rewards - this was in May. Our privilege card came today, in October. I called to get the information, because there was no log in information associated - I wasn't even sure which number was our account number and the letter included was no help. After calling, I was given a representative who was very hard to understand. We had a ton of issues just to actually locate the account, and then find out that we did not qualify for a free stay and actually don't even have enough points for a room for one night after 5 nights of rooms twice. We should have stuck with our Hilton Honors and will from now on.

I used the promotion stay two nights and receive a free night. So my free night got 5000 points which is actually half a night. I am a gold member and I expected to have some privileges. So I accumulate 30.000 points good for 3 free nights. I try to use them at Quality Inn on the River in Glenwood Springs CO. The customer service offered me a room with a king bed for my points. Me and my husband have problems and we use two queen beds, not one. On my preferences I have 2 queen beds, non smoking room. They have rooms available of my choice but for my points I may get their preferences like I ask for something which I am not entitled. Finally I have to book with Rodeway Inn in Glenwood Springs - they accepted my choice.

The website looks like this is a large respectable business it is anything but. Never make reservations on this website. The information provided on the webpages are for all practical purposes useless. The customer services phone numbers are useless. Never commit to any reservation online with this company's web page. Small hotels subcontract for these internet services. The hotel will blame all reservation problems on whatever the Choice entity is that produces the website for reservations. The Choice customer service will not ever alter or fix any problem saying it is not their responsibility. I have gotten some capable personnel on the phone who will still do nothing and I have gotten extremely rude personnel on the phone who will just hang up on you.

I have consistently had problems with the rewards program being manipulated in the businesses' favor. I recently stayed at one of their hotels from 22 August thru 17 September for a total of 27 days. They have a program if you stay more than 14 consecutive days you will receive 5000 bonus points. Additionally, I stayed at another of their hotels on the 18 of September. Since their fall promotion program started on 3 September they chose to give me the fall promotion rather than my 5000 points for my consecutive stay. So instead of getting my points for my long stay I was told they split my long stay in half so I would only be eligible for the fall program. They split to their advantage.

I went to Weatherford Tx to visit my daughter and grandbabies. I stayed at one of the Choice Hotels for 3 nights. On my last night one of my granddaughters was getting on the elevator.. as she entered it she put her hand up on the door as it opened. When she did it pulled her hand in between the door and wall all the way up to her wrist. My daughter was screaming for help but no one came. I got her out and stopped long enough to tell lady at desk we were taking her to the ER. All she said was, ok. When I returned I asked for manager to call my room.. no one did.

False Advertisements - I booked a room on Choice Hotels.com and I found a lower rate on booking.com and Choice hotels did not honor their free night policy... They basically lowered the rate and said that the hotel matched the rate and the hotel has the right to lower the rate and even though I submitted the claim before they lowered the rate I would not get the free night.

Stayed at the Quality Inn (3100 Queens City Drive, Charlotte) near Charlotte, NC Airport the evening of 5/16. Due to hotel negligence in not registering me in room properly, another family was let into my room during my absence. In this process my iPad was stolen out of my room. When I noticed and reported the missing iPad to hotel staff, their response was very apathetic. No one knew what to do. So I called police due to their apathetic/no-nothing attitude. A police report was filed.

Early August traveling to Massachusetts, my wife and I need to stay the night. We called several places and found Choice Hotel near the airport in Warwick Rhode Island had one of the only rooms available. We checked in after 1130 pm. When I went to checked in, the woman behind the counter was pleasant, however, was very inundated being alone. The phone was ringing off the hook. It took about 10 minutes to check in. During that time, there were several "guests" walking in and out of the place. They were looking around each time and at me... not sure why. After check in, I parked in the guest parking area and my wife and I entered the building in one of the entrances where the lock to the building was completely removed. Anyone can walk in and out. We entered our room and seemed pleased with it. It is now midnight and we went right to sleep.

June 27 I was sent an e-mail from Choice Hotels stating I had earned a $50 gift card. I picked Walmart - never received it. Called today (Sept. 4) - first person I spoke to didn't speak any English. Second person Julius said "Oh that e-mail wasn't from Choice Hotels.” I asked to speak to supervisor. Shante (who said she was a supervisor and later admitted she wasn't but was acting as one) wanted a copy of e-mail - which I forwarded to her. She then said I didn't qualify for gift. The e-mail stated in bold letters that I had earned a $50 card. I asked her for corporate address because I was angry and that is when she had trouble hearing me. It is no surprise that when I looked at other complaints that there were so many. Well, I guess I'm not going to give them any more of my business.

We started off with a room that stunk. At 11:00 banging next door until 1:00, then they stopped and banging until 2:00 from up above. The room was gross and had stains everywhere. By 10:00 a.m. no hot or warm water for a shower. Awful night!

In March 2015, I made reservations for my mother and myself to stay in a Choice Hotel in Crossville, TN. I am retiring to this area and used this hotel in the past and loved it. However, instead of using Expedia or another form of booking, I used the Choice card. I paid $622 upfront. Two weeks before we were taking the trip, my mother was critically injured by a drunk driver. I contacted the airlines (paid a $200 penalty), the rental car agency (paid $25 penalty) and then the hotel directly. The hotel told me that while they receive the money, I needed to cancel through Choice. I did. It was then that I found out that not one penny of my $622 would be refunded. I was stunned. They were polite enough to tell me if my mother died, I could send them the death certificate.

In April I booked a 3-night stay in Pacific, MO online through ChoicePrivileges.com for July. I specifically made sure that I could cancel should I not be able to attend this function. The website even said you could cancel up until the night before without any charges. At the beginning of July, I tried to cancel my reservation and was told that it was a guaranteed reservation and they were unable to cancel. Calling Choice Privileges was a joke -- couldn't get anyone that spoke English. I called the hotel several times and got the same answer. I did try to take this up with my credit card company, and unfortunately no luck. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I even tried to book again through the website, to see if I missed something in small print saying I would not be able to cancel, and could not find anything. Choice Privileges is a SCAM. And you can never get your "free night" as advertised. I will never stay at a Choice Hotel as long as I live.

First let me start by saying we loved our stay!!!!! We wanted to take this time to tell you about a few ladies who made our stay more pleasant than we could have ever thought. The first is the cleaning lady who serviced our room. Isabell took such great care of our room... with having two children with us who can be quite messy she really kept things in order and very well kept. She is very polite and never complained. We just loved her.

HORN LAKE, MISSISSIPPI -- This is at the Sleep Inn (a Choice Hotel) in Horn Lake, MS. Room one #234, as we were unpacking I found a tick crawling up the wall over our bed. I got the tick and took it to the front desk and was asked if I wanted another room and I said yes. Room two #238, when we got to the room the new room key would not work so I went back to the front desk and he came to the room with a master key to open the door and said he needed to replace the batteries in the door lock.

EDISON, NEW JERSEY -- I have had their service for 4 months with horrible experiences. The air conditioning went out after 3 days and they could not find a repair co. I live 10 miles from Fresno, CA., one million people. I found a company to fix the A/C. It took them two months to repay me. Three weeks later the A/C went out again. The same company fixed it. Have not been repaid in 3 months. Water leaks in laundry room reported and 3 days later they still could not get a repair company to fix it. I found one online in 10 minutes. They denied the claim. I had a water pipe broken and they said it was not covered. They are the worst company I have ever done business with.

DENVER, COLORADO -- I booked a hotel for a Tuesday night and when I called to check my reservations for the hotel they did not have me booked. It turns out Choice Hotels had booked me for Monday night and I had been charged for it but was never there. When I called to talk to Choice Hotels on the phone to resolve the issue they had me on hold for over an hour and then told me they could not help me and that they would have to talk to the IT guy to see if it was the computer system's fault or my own fault and they would get back to me in 7 business days.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I took out a 6-year warranty. Stove was out of commission for 8 weeks over Christmas and Thanksgiving with Choice Home Warranty sending three different companies to look at it. They told me they had to order the part but when I called the company direct they said they could get me the part in two days. TEXAS -- Called after AC went in the summer in Texas. Sent someone I could only find one review for in Yelp. He was late, dishonest, and late again. Did not do the work right and Choice Home Realty said the rest of the repairs were not covered as they are "secondary repairs". When I argued that the repairs were never done I was told the first time he came was diagnostic... If that is so how could any other repairs be secondary... Then the "service manager" hung up when I asked to speak to her manager. Avoid Choice Home Warranty.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA -- After a very frustrating stay at Clarion, Rochester, Mn, I tried to convert the points I received in the Choice Hotels rewards program for this visit. I wanted these 2400 points to go to my airline account, and emailed their corporate "contact us" page three times, to request the transfer. The only response I ever received was a canned email saying "we're working on it," and the request was totally ignored. This is the saddest rewards program I have ever encountered.

We were in an accident in okc and our travel trailer and truck were totalled. We are stuck here waiting to be able to get our belongings and deal with insurance. The insurance lot is closed this weekend so we decided to find a hotel with pool and try to relax. I specifically asked if the pool was open when I called. I was told yes. We get here, after buying bathing suits and swim diapers to find the pool has no water in it. The girl at front desk seemed to know nothing about it and was surprised to find it was closed. We also requested a microwave, which according to the website, should be available upon request, and we were told if we need something heated up to bring it to front desk. The rooms and hallways are kinda dingy and dated. The only good thing is bed is comfy and bathroom was remodeled newly (though it already has burn marks from cigarettes in it, and this is a non smoking room)

I had a similar experience to Amanda. I booked through Hotwire. This Four Points Sheraton charged me a deposit for incidentals. I did not acquire any charges, and 15 days later, my money was not refunded. I had to go through my bank and challenge the charges. When I called the Four Points Sheraton, their front desk workers were rude (they wouldn't let me complete a sentence, put me on hold for long periods of time, and dismissed my concerns). My family was in the middle of a PCS, and I am 7 months pregnant, so I really didn't need the added stress. I probably won't stay at another Four Points Sheraton anywhere.

Absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to! It didn't look very nice from the outside but it was really late and we were tired and it was the first motel we saw. I was told at the front desk that u would probably have a problem with the door to my room. That was correct, could hardly open the door to the room. My $100 room was filthy, holes in the wall, and a missing bed. After being in the smelly hot room for about 15 minutes I discovered bedbugs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Checked in on 9/26 after the state fair. Wasnt even in room 20 mins and found roaches in covers bathroom and on walls. Me of course didnt really care but wife saw roaches and wanted to leave immediately. Clerk asked me to take pics or get a spcimen of roach for proof. So i make several videos of the roches crawking on the wall and phone. So us and another couple with us all left hotel and checked out. Now if u familiar with how busy the dallas area is during state fair. Hotels are limited. So we asked clerk how long would it take money to release back to account. Ckerk stated 4 or 5 days. Kool. No problem! Next norning friend stats hey they releashed my money already. So wife check card and ours still there. Yet we checked in same time. We go by hotel b4 driving back home to killeen and get a receipt. Receipt shows 0 balanace. We showed our phone aski g why is says we were still charged. Clerk says give it 4 or 5 days. Kool. I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. The following is both good and bad for my 3 night stay. I'm not familiar with this area, but to me it appears to be what I call "old town" meaning not so great of an area. The outside of this hotel appears to be pretty good, but the inside not so good. It is clean which is a huge plus. This hotel has done some very minor in room remodeling and I mean minor. Bed is very nice and the bedroom tv is also nice. The tv in the sitting area is super small and looks out of place for a fairly large room, but no big deal though. The vending machines are super old, but if you like antiques, then they are nice to look at. The hallways and breakfast room apparently doesn't have air conditioner and you will do some serious sweating while you have warm milk with your cereal. If you are wondering about the hot breakfast, forget it!! They only had 2 hard crusty fried eggs and 1 sausage and not even a plate to eat off of. I did eat the last crusty eggs out of a freaking bowl because a man has to eat you know. A little boy told his mom he wanted eggs but there wasn't any and his mom said to him she's sorry, but there isn't any plates even if there were eggs. The little boy said he wanted apple juice, but there wasn't any in the container. I watched 3 different families come in and immediately leave because of the poor breakfast options. Learn to use stairs because you will need to here because the elevator is horrible. I wonder if the elevator has had it's inspection lately?! I had to tell the front desk that the pot to the coffee maker was missing from my room so I wouldn't be held responsible for it. She appeared to make a note of it, but all I can do is hope for the best. The alarm clock makes a crackling electrical noise like a fire may start at anytime, I unplugged it out of fear just to be safe. The only thing I can say that is really good here is the wifi. Would I stay here again? Nope, not even if it was free!!! It's very sad because I go out of my way to stay at comfort inn, but this place is just not up to standards. If this place was $39 per night I would still go elsewhere, but $119 for this place is a total joke. I wonder if the franchise actually do inspections. Long story short.....just pass on this place!!!!

My mom and I stayed here in February 2015... my mother liked it so much we booked a 2 nite stay... they are very friendly at the front desk.... rooms are very nice and it is a quiet place. They also gave me a discount on room because my stay is because I have to bring my daughter to special hospital visits. ... so that means a lot to me. Because any help I can get as single mom that has been doing this for 6 years is much appreciated.

We found bugs on the wall and in the tub in Room 124. I made a reservation with a debit card, and the lady said it was never received. The sink drain broke, so the sink became a water pool. Unsanitation and incompetency is a sad combination.

I have been staying here off and on for a few months now since I started working in dallas. This is my favorite hotel so far for value. The rooms are clean and the price reasonable. The staff in the office always treats me like I'm family every time I stop in there. This place feels more like my own home away from home than a hotel. No bugs. Everything is clean. Room looks nice and smells nice. place has a nice pool as well and always has abundant parking.

My family has been temporarily displaced and we found this little diamond in the rough. I didnt have many expectations going in due to our circumstances just clean cool and comfy . Haven Hotel met all my needs, the staff was courteous and helpful the only issue my kids had was the WiFi doesnt work in the room so they had to sit in the lobby which was super cute or restaurant space and sometimes right outside the door to use their devices. But we enjoyed our stay

they gave away our reservations. had to take rooms that we didn't request. we were very specific with our needs, and they were very accommodating on the phone. once i got there, the person on duty told me that he just gave one of our rooms because someone else had a "bad room".. once he placed us in another couple of rooms, we found dead bugs all over the carpets, table tops and bathroom floors of both rooms. when we called to complain about the disgusting conditions, he switched us to the last adjoining rooms they had. those rooms weren't much better. although there were less bugs, there was a blood stain on the comforter to make up for it. to make a long story short, i would rather sleep in my car than stay ay this dive again!

When I arrived to the hotel I was shocked at how spacious and the country feel of the lobby area, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff members were very friendly. Sherri, Amanda and Ashley were very friendly and very concerned with making their customers comfortable. They actually call your room to make sure things are as they should be. I work over the road 3/4 of the year and anybody coming to this area would be crazy not to stay in this beautiful hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay. This was my second time at Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, and as always the front desk was excellent. This was also the second time our room smelled pretty bad, but I imagine it is due to their full kitchen and other guests cooking up a storm. He moved our room and even gave us a $15 Bob Evans gift card to "make it right," which was totally unexpected! Their digs are definitely a little dated, but they're clean allow pets, and have 5-star hospitality. We visit Morgantown regularly, and we will always stay here!

I stayed at the Clarion Hotel Morgantown for one night last week and was very pleased with my stay. The building itself is beautiful (built in 1922, apparently), the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The only minor issues I had were that the room keys were very finicky, so when I checked in I had go all the way back down to the lobby two times before the employee finally just came up with me with a new set of keys, and the hotel is also located in downtown Morgantown so you have to park a little ways down the street. (Parking is free, though.) All in all, a very good property though, and I highly recommend it!

I stayed at this property recently on 2/16/16. The building is historical and has a nice, vintage look inside. My room was large and most important clean, which when you’re doing quick trips while on the road just helps to ease your mind. The front desk clerk let me know that their systems went down unexpectedly a little before I arrived, but was very gracious in apologizing for the inconvenience and made sure that it would not interrupt the check in process and it did not. Overall, everyone I encountered on the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again if I go back through that area.

Charming older hotel with lovely woodwork in lobby, nicely decorated, very clean, spacious and pleasant room - loved the couch and coffee table in the "sitting area" of the room. If you prefer "cookie cutter" hotels, stay elsewhere. But if you enjoy unique spaces in a downtown area with a short walk to several restaurants and microbreweries, I highly recommend the Clarion.

Currently working on the natural gas pipeline up here and actually had the bad luck of staying at the Econo Lodge for almost 3 straight months and I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy especially if you're paying with a debit card or credit card because they tend to charge things to you a day after ya have checked out. The rooms are extremely nasty and smell cats have urinated in them. Another thing was when I came back from Memorial Day, I was issued 234 or something like that and just when I got to the room and was getting ready to take a shower, one of the house keepers just used his key and came in saying he was going to refresh the room with a air freshener. Then I walked into the bathroom to find used towels and wash clothes laying in the bathtub. So if ya can see I would not wish this motel on my worst enemy.

The absolutely best customer service on the planet! We arrived in the rain, after having a breakdown on I79. We were tired, wet and hungry. The restaurant had just closed, but when we mentioned our hunger to Ronnie the front desk clerk, he called Amy the waitress, and they let us order anything we wanted off the restaurant menu! And would not take no for an answer. (not wanting to be difficult, we ordered pasta - it came with a lovely salad and garlic bread) Our room was what you would expect for a hotel - large room with nice king bed and great pillow choice. Not glamorous, but I don't live there. Complimentary breakfast included both hot and cold foods, and was well attended by staff. Laura - also a front desk clerk - was also a hero when the local Enterprise rent a car refused to pick us up (I could have sworn they had a nation wide commercial campaign stating they would - but that's a different review - look for it!) Laura knew the number for the only cab company in town. She called him for us -Mike at Allevato taxi - another A+ person. (he gave us directions to the garage that is fixing our car - Enterprise wanted $8 per day for a GPS!!) So, for a bad trip - these people made it really wonderful... now Enterprise -not so much, Munro Brake and AAA - that jury is still out, but you know I'll post a review when all is done!

I really enjoyed my five night stay in October 2015. My King room was clean, spacious, and very satisfactory. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The facility itself was nice enough, though I learned that it no longer has a fitness center. The complimentary breakfast was standard, and had a good variety. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only complaint is that my hallway often smelled of cigarette smoke, but I noticed the other hallways always smelled clean. This hotel deserves way more than 1.4 stars.

Stayed at two quality inns with work, quality inn Marietta, ohio, which had more amenities and a bigger hotel, but the cleanliness was something that lacked. and the quality inn in Fairmont, west Virginia, which was a smaller hotel, but seemed to be a lot more clean and well taken care of. Probably wouldn't have picked these as my own personal options, but my employer is cheap, so I had no choice.

I would not have accepted the room if our vehicle didn't break down on the interstate and we had it towed as we rented a vehicle to get there. My husband is a Vet and had a doctors appointment the next morning, he also has a pacemaker which is why I wanted a hot tub jaccuzzi for both of us to enjoy. I will never book here again. Worst internet ever! I came out here on business and to be honest it's the worst hotel to work from. There is little to no reliable internet connection. One week the internet is great an the next two the internet won't even load a web page. There are a few other hotels being built across the street and I recommend anyone coming or sending employees out here to book elsewhere. The breakfast is not as advertised either. If you like eggs and cheap microwave sausage in the mornings along with awful internet, this place might work out for you. Otherwise I suggest booking elsewhere. And the one and only one elevator is so slow you might as well take the stairs. All in all my chief complaint is the internet. The staff is really nice though.

If I could give them a zero I would, because we didn't have a good experience. First, the room we got none of the lights worked and requested a new one (I wish I would've stayed with that one and no lights). The one we got as a replacement was immediately noticeable that we got a smoking room- even though it says no smoking. We had to open every window and door to get the awful smell OUT and nothing worked. After 2 nights there my boyfriend started getting bites all over his body that ended up being bed bugs. We needed assistance with our door around 11pm and everyone in the lobby was asleep and when we knocked, rang the doorbell, etc. They didn't wake up.I could go on and on about the problems, PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.

DO NOT stay at this place.... THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS...We came into town for the weekend to visit family, and since the OU game was in town. All hotels was sold us near where my family lives. We stopped at this place because it look decent to stay for one night. We checked in and dropped stuff off in the room and left. We didn't return till after 2 a.m. Then I woke up to itching and welts on my arm, shoulder, and neck. When I looked I seen all these bugs on the bed, headboard, and all over the other bed. I immediately left and tried to get a refund and the person working the front desk said I should've said something within 10 mins checking in....I WILL be calling the State Health department and report them. This place is DISGUSTING and I'm sure they know about the bed bugs.

It was poorly maintained, I would never stay here again. The bathroom was tiny and never fully clean (floor corners and around the toilet were dirty and grimy), the bed was poor quality (my back hurt when I woke up each morning) and the sheets we're stained, the walls were dirty, I was afraid to walk without shoes I can't imagine when the last time they cleaned them by the way everything else looked, the chair in the room had a big stain in the cushion, night stand trim was broken off along with the hand towel bar outside the bathroom, bulb outside of bathroom was out and light fixtures beside the bed is broken... it is just over all NOT clean and not maintained! Breakfast selection was sparse. If the other hotels weren't sold out for game weekend or cost an exuberant amount for last minute reservations we would have left immediately.

The owner first tells me can't check in until after four pm. Call back and I get front desk manager and he says can check in at two pm. Get my two year old and six year old daughters checked in okay. We are extremely sick and allergic to most foods, so my sister and her husband bring me our special groceries we require. As they try to walk into hotel, the OWNER starts yelling incoherently about no groceries allowed in his hotel. He then calls up to the room immediately after we walk in and demands we bring luggage cart down now. Keep in mind I had only just gotten the cart and hadn't even had chance to unload anything. My sister takes it down two minutes later. He then starts yelling again that he knows we are throwing a party. A party?! When she asks him why in the world he thinks that, he screams to get out of his hotel now. My sister goes back up to my room and tells me what he said. I take my now bawling children down to see what is going on. My brother-in-law goes with me. He would not give us corporate office's phone number, nor his own name. He demanded we leave immediately next day. THEN, DEMANDS FIFTY DOLLARS IN CASH OR HE'S KICKING US OUT! Why did he need cash?! Don't know, because he wouldn't say why. I had planned on staying over a week, but instead had to pack up and move to a different hotel. Not only was this the worst hotel based on cleanliness and professionalism, it was the worst hotel experience of my life. I will NEVER EVER stay at an Econo Lodge again and have already reported this to the media. No one has the right to speak to another human being the way that psycho spoke to us. Disgusting and ridiculous. Shame on you for allowing such an individual to represent your company.

Gentleman working the desk in the evening was very rude. Called up to room after having the luggage cart for ten minutes demanding it back. Upon returning cart, asked what any possible issues had come up as not a busy evening at all for the hotel. Was told he knew I was having a party. I dont know what kind of party you have with your sister in law, her two young children, my wife, and our own two children could throw to cause any concern. I was told we would be allowed to stay that night but that the rest of my reservation was cancelled. Spoke with a different gentleman later that evening the previous clerk, only to find out he is the owner of the hotel! Stay away if looking for a strees-free place to rest for the night!

Me and my kids stayed at Quality Inn SW for spring break. We had a amazing stay, we slept like babies the beds are so comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy they have on the continental breakfast. The staff and service was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Oklahoma City area!

Customer Service personnel is outstanding. Comfortably located. Breakfast is included. Great facilities, gym, indoor pool, accessibility, great location. Money very well invested. Exceeded my expectations for what I payed. Handicapped access to pool, and facilities. Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker in room and lobby. Will definitely come again.

The location was perfect. It was easy to find and right off the highway. We stayed overnight in a room with a king side bed. The room looked and smelled clean. Customer service was great! We asked for a few extra pillows and the guest service representative brought them to our room for us. Before leaving the next morning, we took advantage of the free continental breakfast that was provided.

The room and pool are great, but the hotel is a little dated. They are in need of a facelift specifically their heating system. Otherwise the stay was great and the staff is friendly. As a heads up they do offer complimentary donuts and coffee in the morning.

This is a horrible hotel! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This morning I woke up and went to the bathroom where I found more than a dozen spiders. I killed most of them and trapped one in a glass and took it to the front desk. I showed the manager and told her that my 7 month old daughter was also bit by a spider. She said that she didn't understand where the spiders came from... Please take my advice and do not stay here!

Worst guest services. I understand that they had a "full house" the night before and could not guarantee early check-in. My wife and I are standing in our friends' wedding and needed to check-in a *single hour* earlier than standard check-in time. I was ignored, insulted, and hung up on in three separate phone calls. We are from out of town; where else were we supposed to get ready?

My mom and I were in Milwaukee for 5 days due to my sister having major surgery on her brain at Aurora St. Lukes Hospital. I cannot say how nice our stay was at Quality Suites Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was so friendly it was breath taking. They work with all family who has a loved one in the hospital. Great rates, delicious hot breakfast every morning and always a friendly staff member wishing you a wonderful day. You can see St. Lukes from the hotel so in a couple minutes you are with your loved one. We ended up being released a day early so when we went to check out, they gave us our nights fee back in full with no exception. We were not expecting that since they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are heaven forbid having to go through what we did, stay here and you will not be disappointed. ignore anything under five stars! Thank you from the U.P. of Michigan!!!

Although the room itself was comfortable, there were some cleaning issues that should be addressed...mainly the toilet. Great bed though, and nice deep tub. As for the other guests at this hotel this past weekend...yikes. I got the impression that this property is frequented by a certain kind of unruly, disrespectful, noisy, difficult type of guest. I would NOT stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

I rented the King suite with the 2 Person hot tub for my fiancé and I. We enjoyed our stay. Our toilet wouldn't flush but they plunged it for us at 1 am and fixed it. Other that the hot tub was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's very quite and well worth the money spent. I even got 20% off my next stay for the toilet issue. This was on 9/12/2015

DISGUSTING! #172 had nasty stains on floor , blood stains on sheets AND PILLOW! Not to mention the heated pool was FREEZING! Took my son to swim and he was so cold. The shower floor is disgusting, didn't wanna step on it what so ever. The walls are dirty, everything was dirty. Not to mention I was told on the phone 65 for a night and in person the lady said it was 80??? What the hell. Most horrible mini family vacation ever. I've never been so disgusted especially after reading on bed bug registry that they've found bed bugs and have a video on YouTube. Ew couldn't even pay me to stay here ever again!! Told front desk about this hotel and all they said was thank u have a nice day. What a joke

Will not stay again. Was there for personal travel. Room stocks were inconsistent 2× shampoo, 4x decaf coffee, 2x coffee cups, 3x towels, 2x wash cloths, 3x bar soap, and 1x handtowel. When the room was serviced no additional coffee cups supplied. Add on that only the front door allows access, so if you park to the rear of the hotel you must walk around to the front to enter. We were roomed into a newer portion of the hotel, but even that did not change the heavy odor of cigarettes. The room looked clean enough. Walking into a 59-60 degrees room was not the most welcoming greetings after the cold walk lugging bags around to the front as there was no luggage carts on the premises. Continental breakfast was at best a farce as what was "offered" was not stocked, so coffee and a mini muffin it is. The tiny room had multiple signs stating that items from the breakfast area were to not be take into guest rooms, so the two occupied tables were meant to seat the entire hotel worth of people??? If this is what is to be expected from Rodeway Inn and "Suites", count me out on returning.

I recently stayed at the Roadway Inn & Suites while attending a charity event in their large lower level meeting room. The Worst Experience Ever I have been A diamond choice member for 3 years now. This hotel was the worst out of all those three years. The customer service lacked, and Rene and her side kick treated me with no respect or dignity. I flew in from chicago and caught the train to Milwaukee. tired and exausted I requested A late checkout. At 9-10 AM Rene and her staff come banging at the door rudely awaking me. I told her I requested A late checkout and even if that wasn't possible, Its not even 11 AM yet. They continued to disturb me and call my room. I took the receiver off the hook and contacted Choice hotels. As I was doing so Rene came back banging at the door yelling and screaming. I opened the door and asked why was she being so kaotic. She said because I took the receiver off the phone and she couldn't call, and A late checkout she wouldn't agee to. Not because the hotel was full, or they had a full day of guest that day, but because it was her personal choice. As I spoke with the lady in choice, she said diamond members usually get late checkout based on availablity, and the hotel was not sold out on either day, Rene just didn't want to give it to me. I hurried and packed and called an Uber to take me to another hotel for the rest of my stay. They were rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I could only come up with one reason why I was treated the way I was. There is also A deep hollow smell throughout the hotel, that reminds me of A basement.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. It was like living in a horror movie. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The lady at the front desk actually yelled at me in the middle of the lobby when I asked for clarification on there stay 2 nights get one free deal. The deal is a total sham don't even bother. The room was a disaster. There were clumps of hair in the sink and holes in and stains on all of the sheet. I've been itchy since my stay and have to go to the doctor to be checked out. BEWARE THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! NEVER STAY HERE!

I called to book a non-smoking room. The man named Pete later asked do you smoke or no? I said I want a non-smoking room. He said "it was a yes or no question. Forget it. Go somewhere else. That determined if you were going to be by a door or not. Bye." And hung up on me without me having the chance to speak. This wasn't a drawn out booking process or difficult one yet he got very mad very quickly. I called back to speak to his manager, he said I couldn't and that he'd be warning his manager about me. I was never once rude, in fact I was overly nice on the second call in an attempt to speak to his boss.

Been here for a few weeks, the rates are fair, breakfast is basic with Cereal and toast that sort if thing. For being a 1 star hotel it's decent. Never have issues with other guests or anything either.

I would never consider visiting again. For the money, it it isn't even close to what you receive, even though it is cheaper than other hotels. When we arrived to our room for check in (20 minutes after our check in time) we had no towels, certain lights didn't work, our pillows were yellow and crusty, and there were holes in the floor that I could feel when I walked. The people staying next to us shared that their room was trashed when they checked in (45 mins after their check in time). I had to wait for our towels to arrive to take a shower. When I did, the drain was plugged so I had to stand in almost knee high dirty water to shower. My boyfriend refused to take a shower due to it. Everything is also very outdated, from the nineties- tube TV and fixtures and I'm guessing the pillows haven't been replaced for years either. Our bedding also had random patch work done to it. Other guests complained of having condoms in their beds, we were lucky enough to dodge that one. Our room also reeked, we tried to spend as much time in town as possible. I was also disappointed our room didn't have a fridge or other basic needs. I hope we didn't catch anything from that place, be careful!! On the plus side, the help was friendly!

I really had a great experience here I've stayed here a few times now I've stayed in the Jacuzzi suites which have a beautiful hot tub and I've also stayed in a double bed room when I was doing work in the area. Had a nice stay. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows had stains but pillow cases was clean. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The few complaints I have is the T.V. is very small. I think like a 19 inch. Also the hotel next door worried me about my vehicles safety. Police cruising in and out of the other hotels parking lot at all different hours. Shady people hanging out in the other hotels parking lot at all hours. No menus in room to order food. No microwave to heat up food. If it was not for these few things,I would have given 5 stars.

Really good for the price. Not sure when the hotel was renovated, but it still smelled like fresh paint and carpeting in early Oct 2015. The room was also very clean and fresh. No hint of the usual deodorizer to mask potential problems. The king bed was very comfortable and best of all the WiFi was fast, often over 1MB/s upstream. Only complaint was relatively poor exterior lighting around the building, resulting in rather dark areas of the parking lot. Not knowing the neighborhood, it was a bit off putting the night of arrival, but never experienced any personal safety problems during the stay. Staff was generally very personable.

I am up here working from TN. I pulled into this hotel which is among 3 others on the block. I pulled into a parking spot but stayed in the car to finish listening to the last 5 minutes of the Bears/Chargers Monday night football game on the Sirius/XM. I was NOT there 10 minutes before 2 cops pulled in behind me, approached me in the car with several questions, flashing lights all over my car. They said the hotel asked them to see what I was doing. 10 freaking minutes. Not cool and unjustified. They may have a clean hotel, but they also have a problem. This area is fine and the competition's hotels are just as nice and for a better price than the Comfortless Inn.

I paid 150 dollars for what was supposed to be a suite. The only thing that differentiated this room from a typical hotel room in the $70-$90 range was a hot tub (which was a pitiful piece of equipment). In addition to a hot tub whose jets barely worked, the room also featured a mini fridge that could better be described as microscopic fridge. The fridge was so light and small that, when simply trying to open its door, it would slide all around on the hard surface on which it sat. The television service did not include the Fox News Channel (which is about the only thing I care to watch on TV and which about 90 percent of the hotels I stay in DO have). Finally, when I went to breakfast in the lobby, there was NO place to sit. I had to get much less than I really wanted on a small plate and a cup of juice and carry it to my room. The only reason I give as much as two stars is because, as I stated earlier, the room does pass as at least a fairly decent typical hotel room.

Ive always liked this hotel and have stayed here many times since 2007. However since the holiday inn opened next door this one has gone down hill a bit. The staff is always very friendly, but it seems like the hotel might not be getting the budget to get run properly. This time around the first room I got had a mattress that strongly smelled like vomit. I've stayed in many sketchy hotels, but this is a first for me. The staff was friendly and gave me another room, but I will have to think twice about staying here next time. Avoid room 320

I booked a reservation with the Quality inn in Monroe, Mi back in August for my daughters soccer tournament. October 9th I recieved a phone call saying that they had to cancel my reservation because I didnt book through the travel guy( which I never have in the past), even though I have a reservation through them by phone. I called back and spoke to the manager and they just told me they don't have a room for me. So now here we are a week and a 1/2 before our tournament and all hotels are booked in the area. I SUGGEST THAT IN THE FUTURE NEVER BOOK WITH THE QUALITY INN IN MONROE!! Just because you have a confermation number doesn't mean you have a room. This a a hotel that is run very poorly. Fisrt of we get the hotel for a deeply discount price through our company. About half the price. Yeah I know right. I wouldn't pay full price. The breakfast is the only thing good for this place. And guest dinners on Tuesdays. We've stayed several years. It's starting to vet run down bad. The pool is nice and large for a hotel. Staff is a 3 not bad but not great either. Don't leave anything here accidently I repeat don't forget anything. It'll get thrown away by housekeeping but they will just tell you they didn't find anything. I left a pillow I had for many many years that was my deceased mother's kinda a security thing. Anyway I left it I called 30 mins after checking out told them I left it and would be back in 2 days to get it. Short story no sign of it. That was about a year ago. This time I switched room due to having extra people stay I left my shampoo and conditioner I just bought not cheap stuff about 5.00 each. I called and told them I had left it there. No surprise there was no sign of it. It little I know but just tell me you threw my stuff away geez.

The staff was very helpful and friendly but the rooms were pretty gross, not cleaned very well, the walls are very thin so you hear everything. Also you have 5 minutes of almost hot water before it goes lukewarm and there was a disgusting vent right next to the shower head that looked like it hadnt been cleaned since the place opened. The elevators also take Forever even at 6am.

****NEGATIVES**** -called ahead and was told minimum age to rent was 18. Arrive and I was almost turned away for not being 21. Then the gentleman at the front proceeded to act as if he were doing me a favor. I am 20 years of age. Will be 21 in 8 months. -get into the room and it was beyond hot. The thermostat did nothing to help. Never stayed somewhere where I didn't have my own personal climate control -the room looked as if it hadn't been renovated in its existence. There was exposed caulking mixed with grime in the shower. No simple amenities such as a fridge or microwave. -took the shuttle service (which is a joke) to the Broncos game. They dropped us off about a 1/2 mile from the stadium on the corner of a residential road. The pick up was the back breaker. Stated they had 3 shuttles running however only saw 2 different drivers in the 2 hours we were waiting on the street side. Worse there were about 35 others still waiting when I was picked up. And the shuttle we were on was done for the night. So in theory the others were waiting on 1 shuttle to go back and the other mystery shuttle which noone saw. -FINALLY the worst part of this experience, I paid for a KING size bed. Received a queen. due to the gentleman at the front acting like renting to me was a burden I was worried I'd be told to leave if I complained about my bed. *side note. Upon checkout when asked "how was your stay" I responded not very good. I was met with "well that's nice. Here is your receipt. Have a good day" ****POSITIVES**** -The hotel cable and WiFi were good. No issues with either. -the breakfast buffet was decent. Selection was scarce. Scrambled eggs, sausage, beans, biscuits, gravy, chili and bagels and English muffins. Also there were some cereal options and oatmeal. Make your own waffles as well! Fun but inconvenient when there are 4 people wanting waffles. Drinks were a selection of coffe (decaf and regular) as well as orange juice and apple juice.

Zero stars would be most appropriate as far as I'm concerned! Stayed August 28/29, 2015. Definitely don't let them assign you to Room #401! It comes complete with torn carpet, terrible paint job, mismatched drapes, holes in the sheets, no shelf or hand rails in the shower, loud toilet and loud motorcycle shop next door! Couldn't believe they allowed anyone to see a room in such disarray let alone let someone stay in a room like this! There's no excuse for expecting customers to be happy with this hodgepodge of a room! Very disappointed! Will not return and do not recommend!

Room was very spacious and clean, staff were helpful and polite. Downstairs bar is a little pricy, but not unreasonably so. Breakfast buffet starts at 4am, which is quite nice for those catching early flights, and has a decent food selection (more than just continental breakfast). The one downside is rather thin walls between rooms, we had to listen to our neighbour's TV pretty much the whole night.

Super clean, great prices, desk agent was fantastic. However, the soundproofing was teribble. I could hear the guests on both sides talking and they werent even being loud. Also the airplane noise was quite loud. Westin Detroit Metro is #1 because of the soundproofing. Comfort Inn Metro is #2.

I'm curious how any of you will feel about this. I say Shame on Comfort Inn. On Wednesday 2/24/16 when all flights were cancelled out of DTW late at night many people were stranded, me included. When I called them for a room I was told they had some, for $459 per night! The reservation guy actually called this local Comfort Inn to verify and was told "Yes, Supply and Demand". On top of that, I94 East was closed to traffic due to a fatal accident so people couldn't get to the airport to pick up loved ones. I say its shameful. ‪#‎comfortinn‬ ‪#‎shameonyoucomfortinn‬ I won't be staying with you again. Comfort Inn Metro Airport

We stayed one night with our kids before catching a flight early the next morning. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows (which my family loves!). The room & bathroom were both very clean. I rarely use a bathtub at a hotel, but I felt totally comfortable bathing my toddler in their tub. They also has also nice breakfast that opened at 4 am!! It wasn't anything special, but definitely more than a muffin & juice. They also had a room service menu that looked good & reasonably priced, but we didn't have a need for it this stay. We were very pleased with our stay.

I couldn't be happier with our stay here. Paul Gjerpen was extremely helpful. We were relocating from the 29 Palm Marine Base to the Marine Base here in Michigan. We had a long 3 days on the road, and we were going to get into Detroit 2 hours before check in. Paul not only made sure we'd have a room available, he waived the early check in fee, as we were military, and on the road for 32 hours. We tried to stay at the lowest cost hotel and we were blown away that this hotel was well under $100/night because everything looks brand new. The lobby alone looked better than any of the Holiday Inns, Sheratons, etc... that we stayed at durine our travels. Paul really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. He even offered us waters right away. I highly recommend, and when I come back to visit, I know where I'll be staying when I fly in (also, right next to the airport! ).

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!Terrible customer service. The front desk ladies had terrible attitudes. They couldn't even manage to tell us were we were supposed to park. One of the ladies got into an argument with a customer in front of me, again because she couldn't even tell him where to park. She was rude and unprofessional. The attitudes here made our stay unbearable. They clearly don't care about helping people or hospitality, which is the point of hotel customer service. I found black hairs all over the bathroom and the room was dirty. The area the hotel is in also seems a little sketchy. I would never recommend this place. Do not stay here. Don't be fooled by the online pictures. I don't even want to give one star. If I could remember the ladies name that hardly "checked" us in I would report her to management, but she didn't even give us her name. With a hotel like this, I get the feeling management probably wouldn't care either.

First time staying in Baltimore for a concert and some sightseeing. Quality Inn was located in the perfect place, walking distance to where we needed to go. Like, when you see the skyline of Baltimore, we were right next to the building with the high tower and flag on top. I could see it right out my window. Parking is in a garage the next building over, 15$ a day, so be prepared for that. The room was great, i loved the layout and the drapery over the windows. We slept great and had no problems. The staff were great and helpful. Thank you for a great first time, we look forward to doing this again.

Our room was nice enough for the price -- no problems, but not luxurious, either. My biggest issue was with the staff and lack of customer service for basic requests. When we arrived, I was notified that there would be no hot water on the second day of our two-night stay due to a city water main repair, yet we had plenty of cold water. (Wouldn't a main repair have NO water at all?) On the morning of check-out, there was still no hot water. Clearly, this was a maintenance issue and not a utilities issue. I asked to have the manager call me, which never happened. Only after several days when I made the call did I get a refund for one of the two nights that we did not have hot water. Secondly, we stayed the night of the greatest civic unrest and were essentially confined to the hotel after being advised by the police to get off of the streets. We asked for pay for breakfast items -- cereal, muffins, etc. -- that we might eat for dinner, and the desk clerk replied curtly, "no," Perhaps the hotel didn't have the staff, enough food, etc., but there are better ways to answer inquiries. Even after fighting to get a partial refund for our stay, I never even received an apology for any of the inconvenience -- whether it was truly the hotel's fault or not. How hard is it to say, "we're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations?" The whole stay was like pulling teeth, and that's not right. The $15 daily parking fee in a public garage is a nuisance. If you want an inexpensive hotel with low expectations, this is your place.

Avoid at all costs! The location is terrible, there were homeless people and thugs wandering the premises at all hours of the day & night. The alarm clock in my room wouldn't work so I had maintenance bring me a new one, which then also did not work. The breakfast was very sub par, except for the kiwi strawberry juice. To top off this less than pleasing stay, my card was then charged a $35 fee because they claimed I stole a pillow. So now I have to go through the hassle of disputing a charge on my card instead of enjoying my vacation. Never staying here again, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I booked this place for my mom for 2 nights and now I feel like a horrible son. She insisted on this hotel because of its proximity to Pimlico. I booked this hotel using my credit card, yet they charged her card when she arrived. I tried to reverse this, after all I PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFO FOR A REASON!!! The front desk people barely speak a word of English! They quick to brush my mom off when she asked them to remove the bathroom mirror that was NEXT TO THE BED. I called them up about all of this and the Indian guy I spoke to was super rude and we barely understood each other. My mom said she did not feel safe in that neighborhood (I told her it was a bad idea! Maybe this time she should listen to her son lol) and she had a horrible experience here. Choice Hotels should be more aware of the garbage that's using their franchise name. This may be a cheap place to stay but I think even dogs deserve more respect.

They dont let you know in advance that they're under renovation when you call, they advertise high speed internet and they have no internet unless you're in the main office. Asked the front desk clerk for the manager's and the owners names so I could file a complaint and he refused to give me either name. Totally unprofessional. My husband and I were in town for a dinner and we ended up staying in a casino parking due to how late in the night it was. I have never been to a hotel with a reputable name as horrendous as this one. Econo lodge should be ashamed. Plus to top it all off, it's located behind another hotel in the back. At night it looks very suspect. You dont even know its the hotel if tou approach from the right side of the building. I've stayed in run down locations before most were motels but even there they advertised what they were not what they plan to be one day. Point blank they need to close this place down instead of remodeling!

This place is terrible! #1 they have no elevator so you can go carry your luggage up the steps #2 there was no hot water and when we reported it to the front desk over and over the answer that was given was "the guy said it was fixed" #3 to top the night off we were accompanied by ROACHES in our room! When I went to the front desk yet again they showed ZERO concern and said that they clean the rooms the best they can. I want to give this place NO STARS. Please do not stay here! This hotel has BED BUGS. I stayed one night and woke up with bed bugs bites on BOTH of my ankles. I always check the beds where ever i stay because I know how hotels are. They can look clean all they want but its what happens late at night when the lights are off. For those of you who don't know about Bed Bugs, you will only see them at night unless the space is INFESTED. The fact that i was bit only on my ankles would probably mean they are in the seems of the mattress. All it takes is one warm body for them to feed. Trust me I know. Please take note and DO NOT STAY HERE!! Their corporate office will be hearing from me. THUMBS ALL THE WAY DOWN :( :( :(

The hotel is old, but the rooms are well-kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, they have motion sensors in the rooms that control the HVAC. This means it goes off while you are sleeping! Being as it was 90 degrees and 90% humidity while I stayed, I kept waking up sweating. I had to get up and move around to reengage the AC. Ridiculous, you can't get a full night's sleep unless the weather is perfect. The idea is that it is energy-efficient, but all the studies say that it is more cost effective to keep a space at a constant temperature, rather than raise and lower it. Plus, I can't shake the feeling there is a camera in the motion sensor box. I dressed and undressed in the tiny bathroom!

We were greeted with a terrible attitude instantly. We asked to check in to find the card was declined. Since we were coming from NYC this often happens when the bank thinks someone has stolen your card and using it out of your state. I explain this to the lady and say we just need to call the bank but she is extremely rude and telling me that's not the case even though we are getting text updates saying it is. We ask if she can use another card and she refuses and says she can't. I ask her why and she says she doesn't take card because of the security deposit...that is the only way you can place a security deposit is through card. We ask if we can can cancel and put it on a new card and she rudely tells us to cancel and find somewhere else to go. So, we did and were greeted by smiling kind people at the next hotel. Don't go here. Even if you don't end up a patron, you won't be treated with basic human decency.

The first problem I had with this hotel is that it had said that it had a pool as advertised in its online listing (it didn't). It also failed mention the fact that it had a bug and rat problem. I should mention that said rat was in the breakfast nook. You know, where there's food. Yum. So that's strike number two. Third problem I had with place is that upon checking in, the toilet didn't work. But when confronting the management with the problem, rather than hiring someone to legitimately fix the thing, they just told us how to twist pipes in the back of the toilet to make it kinda-sorta work one time before going back to not working. That was a really nice touch. There's no nearby or included parking, the shower had next to no space to stop water from getting all over the outside floor, the bathroom door's lock didn't work at all, it made a ton of creaking noises, and the door itself was warped and water damaged, 2 of the 3 outlets didn't work at all, there's no space to really unpack your stuff, there's a random window that has an absolutely breathtaking view of the hallway, and overall the place was just... awful. But hey, at least there's free WiFi and the water gets pretty hot...

I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. The front desk staff were wonderful. I was given a room on the first floor, without having to ask. I am disabled and this was an immense help to me. Hubby doesn't read reviews otherwise we would have avoided this filthy hotel like the plague! I agree with Lissy (one year ago), it was very hot! The AC vent was behind a picture which I took down hoping to cool us down and informed the front desk. The vent was almost blocked with gunk! Worse part: I stumbled and fell into the picture, breaking the glass and got several little cuts! I wish I had never been honest and told the manager!!!! They charged us FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS under "miscellaneous", which was apparently for the broken glass. If we refused to sign they could have charged us for more nights! FYI, we registered under hubby's name Odenburg!

Beware the general manager, Ralph Shorter and front desk manager, Josie Forde, are thieves! We stayed here the night before leaving on vacation to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday. While we were at the airport the next morning, my daughter noticed she had forgotten her watch. Good news is they retrieved the watch for us, which I was very grateful. They told me the watch would be locked up in the manager’s office until we returned from vacation the following week. However, when we went to pick it up, we were told the office was locked and there was no one on-site with a key to open the door. After explaining we lived 2 hours away, they offered to return the watch via mail. I reported this to Choice Hotels Corporate Guest Relations department and had a representative call the hotel and spoke to Josie and was told that she had mailed the watch herself via UPS. As of today, I still haven't received the watch and they refuse to return my calls! I've now turned it over to the local police department for investigation.

I had the worst experience with this company I booked the room through Groupon and this hotel does not know how to use it they don't accommodate Groupon users very well and they were really rude and unhelpful when trying to check me and my fiance in and then told us that they were unable to check us and because they were fully booked but i already had a reservation through Groupon so I basically lost all of my money and to pay to stay at another hotel and what was even worst is that I called earlier to make sure my reservation was set and they told me that i was good to go and then when I showed up I was unable to get a room because they were booked and they failed to tell me that earlier so they basically ruined my valentine's day they turned a total of three other couples with Groupons away also while I was there. I've been calling to speak to a manager all day to get the situation rectified and I still haven't gotten a call back or been able to speak to him because the front desk people don't know where he is and they haven't seen him all day, I'm not sure if they even have a management team . DON'T BOOK THROUGH GROUPON IF YOU WANT TO STAY HERE BECAUSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT GROUPON FRIENDLY !!!!

0 friends 2 reviews 1.0 star rating 1/14/16 Don't walk....RUN AWAY. We checked into our room to find pee and poop on the toilet. I then walked out of the bathroom and started to check the sheets, only to find a big section of a red Kool Aid colored stains on the white comforter. Because of these things we started looking at the room a little closer. There was drip stains on the wall (looked like pop). There was gobs of dried cream colored gunk on the office chair. And the the tv stand and a chunk missing out of it! When I went down and told the concierge, she gave me a new comforter. After looking around more I decided that we couldn't sleep in that room and I asked for a new room. She moved me into a room that was admittedly nicer...but wreaked of cigarette smoke. When we returned to the concierge to tell her we were just going to leave for the night she said "okay. I'll check you out." NOT EVEN AN ATTEMPT AT KEEPING HE CUSTOMER. I will NEVER return. EVER.

Excellent hotel!!! 10 out of 5 stars. I have stayed at many hotels in the Grand Rapids area and this one is by far my favorite. When we first checked in we had a reservation for a double queen room, but when we got in there we realized that the way it's set up, we couldn't set up our playpen so our daughter could sleep safely. When we came to the front desk with this concern, the woman working, Iesha, showed genuine concern, and immediately contacted the manager, who upgraded our room with no hassle to accommodate us. The staff is not only cordial and friendly, but they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is beyond comfortable. The manager Tim, is absolutely amazing and super helpful. When we were ready to pack up our things to move rooms, he saw that my husband and I were struggling to figure out how we were going to load up all of our things plus two small children, he took it upon himself to go get a couple of large boxes to make it easier on us. Everyone that works the front desk is amazing. Iesha, Daniel, Mike, all of them are absolutely amazing, this hotel is five star service with 2-3 star prices. If you're looking for a great hotel ( with a pool) but on a budget, this is your hotel!!!

Place is depressing. No elevator. The beds were double. Hasn't been updated in decades Really really. Im turning down a job because this is where they want to put me up. If you think this place is decent I suggest traveling more. Only If had next to no money and no other option I may stay here-otherwise no chance.

Arrived at this motel to find a very clean pet friendly room waiting for us. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and hot and well stocked at all times. Very easy access to the highway and also to the wonderful downtown area with plenty for you to see and do. Parking was a breeze and the room had all the amenities that you could ask for. My wife and I felt very safe while we were here and our puppy loved the facility. Plenty of grassy areas for him to run and take care of business. We will stay here again.

A recent issue at my go to hotel for business travels diverted my stay to Quality Inn. Overall everything was OK. My room was rather large, clean and comfortable. The hallways and doorways have room for improvement. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I will consider Quality Inn in the future.

It's a cheap old hotel. If you need a place to stay for cheap then this place will do. It's a bit musty and the rooms seem to be semi clean. I always check the beds (bed bugs, hair not mine, ect...) and there's was what looked like blood stains on the side of the box spring. A little weird. The beds are really old looking. Big rooms. The fridge is like a mini mini fridge way to same to store food for a few days. It's good enough for a cheap stay.

I travel quite often and stay in hotels at least 200 days a year. I always intend to praise or complain about a particular hotel, but never do. I had to take the time to write this review. I was extremely pleased with everything this hotel offered. The room was immaculate. The front desk person was knowledgeable and very professional. Everything I expect from a nicer hotel, but rarely receive, was at this hotel. Many nicer hotels I stay in are just doing the minimum to their rooms. It was a pleasure to stay here and feel like I got more than I paid for.

The lobby is bright and open with a large area for relaxing, the staff is very friendly. The hotel is in desperate need of lighting. The low ceilings in the outdated hallways lends a seedy-not so favorable impression walking down the hallway. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with an overtly musty smell so I got a can of Fabreeze at a store to remedy that. The rooms are large and the interesting thing I noted was the paint on the walls is clean, fresh and clearly applies meticulously which is a paradigm when looking at the big picture. The bathroom is poorly lit, but has granite counters and an institution-like toilet (like what we had in the military- flushing handle tied to the plumbing coming out of the wall). There is a fridge, microwave, and LCD tv with inputs which is nice. The window has no sheer and being on the ground level you have a choice of letting everyone walk by looking into your room so you can have ambient light OR live like a hermit. This could be a terrific stay, but given the deficiencies I noted I would not recommend this hotel at this point. P.S. There is residual hair on the shower walls from someone else so I question the cleanliness as well.

Worst customer service ever experienced in a hotel and this is the ONLY negative review I have ever written. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in July. They lost power the first 2 nights- admittedly beyond their control- and had no electricity, WIFI, hot water or breakfast food. (not even milk for the dry cereal) The disappointing thing was that they refused to offer ANY discount for the nights without power and made little to no effort to make guests more comfortable. There were a few mini halogen lights in the hallways and some dry cereal at breakfast, but they ran out of milk quickly and never replenished it, even though there were markets open just blocks away from the hotel.(with power) Manager was rude and unaccommodating. We had stayed at that hotel every summer for the past 10 years, but will never stay there again.

This hotel is literally falling apart. The ceilings are stained with water marks or the tiles are just removed and missing. The carpeting is stained and dirty. The bathroom vanity was rebuit by someone with no carpentry skills, and no decorating sense. It is just poorly done and ugly. The caulk in the bathroom, tub, floors, and sink were all done very poorly with large areas smeared and dried onto the shower walls, bathroom walls, and floors. The wallpaper near the loose and wobbly toilet was curling and peeling off. The paint job was amazingly poor. Seriously, a ypung child could do bettet. I could go on and on about this hotel, but I wont. The only thing nice about this hotel, was that the staff was friendly and the price was low. It was not worth it!

The stay here was pleasant. I didn't expect a resort of any sorts especially for such a fair price. However, after a 4 night stay, I have several bedbug bites to my arms and neck and am not pleased with the way the hotel has handled the complaint albeit a fairly new complaint since my recent departure. Only expecting a clean room, I am only disappointed that I now have the frustration of dealing ensuring my belongings are free of the pests, that the irritated bites are not inflamed any more, and that the hotel handles the issue properly moving forward. Again, a pleasant stay otherwise but I would not recommend nor prefer to stay at this hotel on my next visit to the area. As others have mentioned, the walls are thin, stained hallway carpets, and bathrooms a bit worn but in my opinion tolerable as the rooms did appear clean and despite the bed bug issue, beds are of comfortable quality. AC/Heating unit worked, Fridge was a great addition, no problems with outlets, sufficient lighting...I had no other complaints.

Was impressed with the quality of the hotel for the low price. The only downsides were the doors to the rooms were very thin and we could hear every time someone passed our room, and could hear talking from down the hall. Vending machines wouldn't work. Also our room was by an outside door and we could see people walking by, and every time someone opened it, it would slam loudly and shake the walls. Besides that the room was very clean and modern besides a wet spot in front of the TV. Bed was very comfy. In room AC worked well. Fridge was perfect size. Nice staff. Pool was a good size and clean for being outdoor. Was impressed with the breakfast. Also, great location.

This Comfort Inn is one of the best we have stayed in. The room was clean, ample storage and a comfortable firm bed. The bathroom came with 4 large towels and the tub had an excellent nonslip surface. Staff was friendly on checking and ample parking with convenient location for our 2 night stay. We have stayed in probably 40 Comfort properties over last few years and this was the pleasure part of our current trip. Even though the weather was crappy, a good hotel goes a long way toward making it a pleasurable trip.

A very nicely renovated building with spacious, well-kept rooms. The staff was friendly and able to answer all our questions. Very easy to get to and from, with a T stop less than a block down the street. Very light sleepers may be bothered by some noise from the T trains or ambulances from the nearby hospital, but it's not loud enough that it should be a concern for most. My husband and I stayed at enVision last February and absolutely LOVED it. I surprised him with a trip to Boston to see his cousin as he had opened a restaurant in Brookline and he's been wanting to get out there to try it (Ribelle). I just want to start off with while the location isn't the best, the T is literally right outside the hotel and will take you right into the heart of Boston. The hotel offers valet parking-(garage connected to the hotel) that is included. The hotel and rooms are CLEAN, nice decorated and up to date and the bed was comfortable(huge plus in my book as I typically have trouble sleeping in hotel beds). The front desk was just fantastic as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I just loved our say here and would recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I'm on their website now looking to book another stay this coming February:).

While the hotel is nice, it is exactly what it is; an apartment building converted into a hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, but rather small, especially the bathroom. The service was friendly, though I can't say efficient or particularly professional. The rates are reasonable, and should be, given the hotel's location. It's not terribly convenient to much if you're not deriving, so prepare for pricey cabs or walking a good 5-6 blocks before you get close to any restaurants or like services. Considering the price-value ratio, I would consider staying at this property again, but only if I have my own wheels!

Each time I have stayed here the hotel staff has been very friendly. The rooms are new and well maintained. Depending on your room location, you may notice higher than normal noise coming from guests in the hallways. They offer free printing in their office area. I was able to send and retrieve documents I needed for work with minimal effort. The wifi has been painfully slow on several occasions, which is the only pain point here. The breakfast was typical, but well done. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

Room was OK, smelled like smoke and had a dirty comforter. The bathroom ceiling tiles had mold on them. Also, the front desk would not supply me with a cot because I was only in a double room. The Pool and Hottub were ok the first night, but the hottub was ice cold the second night. The worst part, was the bar and continental breakfast, they must have had water damage, and instead of fixing it they just took the ceiling tiles out and put buckets to catch the water, but to top it off, they place the food and drinks directly underneath it. Can honestly stay I will never stay here again.

Worst hotel EVER. Couldn't check in on time. Pool was freezing and didn't have towels available. Finally got towels and then they asked US to return them back to front desk to be washed right away. We also asked for 2 queen size beds but only got 2 FULL size beds. Top it off our TV remote didn't work and we couldn't even change the channel at all. They had us try to program it ourselves. Over the last 20 years, my family has stayed in this hotel for various reasons: a couple days to cover the gap of apartments, and between settlement of sold & bought homes. Sometimes it was just to get away for a weekend. However, we won't be giving this facility one more dollar. When we checked out on Monday morning, we accidentally left two pillows in the room. The room we had, had white sheets on the bed. I have sleeping difficulties so I brought my own pillows, in dark red pillow cases. One was memory foam and I paid over $100 for it. We called them immediately upon discovering we left the pillows and would be coming back for them. They said there weren't any pillows left behind, but then later we were told they found them. So my mother drove 45 minutes to pick them up. I got my pillow cases, but my memory foam pillow is gone. It was replaced with a used, dirty hotel pillow. The memory foam pillow is literally a rectangular cut brick of memory foam. It isn't like it would have slipped out of the pillow case and another pillow accidentally slid into my old red pillow case. That is deceptive. That's petty theft. That's attempting to use trickery to get us to drop it- that's a form of fraud, and that's criminal. That's not good customer service. I don't want this nasty dirty *USED* hotel pillow, I want my $100 memory foam pillow! I will be contacting the hotel in the morning, and if the problem isn't rectified, I'll be taking this matter further.

I've been coming here annually for years now. I've always liked the hotel. The studios/condos are really nice its like a home away from home. This room is disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I noticed an ant infestation in the kitchen. I thought fine, I can avoid them since I won't be using the kitchen much. The problem started when I discovered that they were everywhere; kitchen, bathroom, the couch, and bed. They found their way into my cat food, so I had to throw that away with no way to get more. There were spiders on the wall and stains in the bathroom. Worst part is when I called the front desk to tell them about the ants, they didn't offer to move my room. They just told me that they had spray. This place is horrible. Do not stay here. I can't believe that this isn't a serious health violation.

Left after two nights. Just too noisy! The rooms/suites are spacious, but this wooden building is long past its shelf life, so any movement in the room above you sounds like a creaky haunted house and people going up/down the stairs shakes the walls. Plus, the convenience of having your car relatively close to your room also means your neighbors' cars are close too, which means the noise of people coming and going at all hours. The rooms themselves are spacious and the kitchenette is well furnished. It's just that this building is just plain worn out.

Ended up in Nashville unexpectedly last night and stayed here at the Clarion. Nice place. Good bar, clean rooms, good view to the stadium and downtown, and breakfast was great. Shuttle ride leaves every 30 minutes to take you downtown. Overall good experience, but I don't understand why they wouldn't match the third party price online. Neicy at the front desk was very nice, but apparently according to policy, she's not allowed to adjust the price of the rooms. If you want to save some money, book your room online, even if you're standing at the front desk in front of the employee. LOL

Overall my stay here was fine. It was a short drive to downtown, or you can take their shuttle which is nice. I even some people walk. The staff was very friendly. Parking was free, but then I found that this may not be a huge benefit to some of the hotels in downtown since we had to drive and pay for parking there. I downgraded the rating mostly because of some maintenance issues. I think some of the hallways and rooms are just showing there age.

I recently stayed for one night at the Suburban Lodge in Hermitage, TN and this was maybe the second time I’ve stayed in an extended stay hotel and after staying here I’d definitely do it again. Checking in was super easy. The room was nice and clean. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was. I had no problems at all. The hotel is maybe 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, so if you’re going to hang out for the weekend it’s in a great location. At checkout, the staff was very approachable and professional. I’d recommend staying here if you’re doing a quick trip to the Nashville area.

I stayed here last week on a business trip, I travel to Nashville a lot, and I was very pleased to spend my overnight here. When checking in the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful about getting me all set up. What really made it nice, was that the manager walked in and saw that I was an artist in town to perform in Nashville and he struck up a brief conversation, he loves having a place that is an affordable option for people coming to chase their dreams. This might make it sound like this is gonna be a super cheap place, and it is affordable, but it doesn't skimp on the amenities at all. I love extended stay spots, because they take care of all the things I need for a trip. It's clean, comfortable and restful. The location is great, right across from a couple places to eat and easy access to the city. I'll definitely be making this my spot to stay when I roll through.

I was SO excited about staying at this hotel, I have heard nothing by great things about the Suburban Lodge of Hermitage, but they have an odd way of doing business. I booked my room on Oct. 3 for Oct. 6-14, knowing that checking was at 3pm I asked the woman at the front desk if I were able to check in after 3pm. She stated that I was okay to check in between 3pm-11pm. On Oct 6 around 1am I called and spoke with a male over the phone to make sure I was okay to check in after 3pm, he stated I was okay to check in between 3pm-11pm. I arrived at the Suburban Lodge at 9pm on Oct 6 to check in and I was informed by the man at the front desk that my room had been canceled by the mangers request. I asked the man if there was a specific reason why my room was canceled, he stated that there was not, all he could see that my room was canceled at the mangers request. I had to find a hotel at the last minuet at 9pm which was horrible. The next day I called the Suburban Lodge to speak with the manager to see why my room was canceled, I was told that all the mangers were in a meeting and to try back later. So I did, I wait a few hours and was told the same thing. I called again the next day to try and speak with the manager and was told they were in a meeting. I called a few more times later in the week and was told they were in a meeting each time I called. I filed a BBB complaint on 10/9, and I still have not received any type of communication from the manager of Suburban Lodge. The BBB has sent the Suburban Lodge two notifications of my complaint and yet I have not received any phone calls from the manager explain what happened that my room was canceled. I have been nothing but nice about everything and I will continue to do so, I'm not a rude person. I think it's only fair to compensate me for my trouble,

Nice clean safe hotel in TN. Right near the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The property is under renovation so I am looking forward to seeing what it looks like when I return.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Great value. Continental breakfast wasn't great, but had basics like coffee, juice, and cereal. Overall a nice stay. Would consider booking again.

Great place for the price. Stayed there twice. The last time 10/18/2015 was for 3 nights. Located minutes away from all attractions. Highly recommended. Will stay there again.

Grounds and office were clean; no cigarette butts, paper or trash. Arrived without reservations, given a smoking room - neat and clean, no bugs and no cigarette smell. Changed to a nonsmoking room - neat and clean. Everything I used worked properly. Large screen TV, always enough hot water, new frig, adequate light. Did have hair dryer, iron w/board, microwave which I didn't use. Breakfast was okay, I would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for. We would stay again! We just need a decent place to stay. We don't go many places to spend time in the room!

We stayed 07.18.15 Econo Lodge @ 110 Maplewood Trace, Nashville, TN The carpet was stained and very old the tub was stained very badd and the lamp shades was dirty and stained and dusty. The walls were dirty and The door is molded or something just nasty looking. The pillows were stained It was awful. They didn't have any NON smoking rooms so we took the smoking room and yes you could smell the smoke in the mattress. I asked the clerk for an extra pillow case I wanted to put an extra pillow case on the pillow so I just slept with out a pillow I also asked for a extra sheet of course he told me they didn't have any extras. So does this mean they only have 1 sheet set per bed? I aked if we could have one of the remodeled rooms and he said they were booked. All These old rooms need to be closed down til remodeling is done! You may ask why didn't we leave we had been riding on the Motor cycle for hours and was too d### tired and the Sleep Inn across the street was sold out the Quality Inn didn't have good reviews. Wish I could have posted pictures

Nasty, room hadn't been cleaned since last occupant, who stayed in it 15 days. They say their housekeeper "just can't clean all the rooms.". Phone doesn't work, white powdery substance residue on the dresser...cocaine? Exposed wiring, mold, pubic hairs in the sink, two filthy roll ends the only toilet paper, floor filthy, found the cap to a syringe under the bathroom sink, leftover Valentine's Day balloon, generally about like a flop house. I spread my own blankets on top of the bedspread, used my own pillow. No telling what was on the sheets. Furniture all old, beat up, broken. I have lots of photos, if anyone cares to see. $95.00 for little better than a bus station corner.

I had seen the reviews on the website but I also noticed that a lot of them were over 2 years old. So I thinking that there is NO way you would not fix the problems and they have done a great job. They were fixing up the rooms when I was there with new windows. The staff was pleasent and very nice. I look forward to coming back. The rooms were big and clean

Arrived in our room around midnight to be awakened by loud banging on our door and window with shouting that lasted for 10-12 mins.. unable to contact the front desk ie no one answered which led us to call 911 as we were scared crazy. Forunately two nice young police officers arrived quickly and advised us to never book here again. It is apparrently a rough area of Nashville.. we only needed a bed for a few hours before going to the airport. We ended us going to the airport and laying on couches there to wait for our flight. The room was smelling/ I did leave my shoes on for the short time I was there.

Comfort inn was the only hotel available for the night...and I was fine with it. I do think that $200 was a bit much for the room itself, but I guess you are paying for the area. The staff was super freaking nice though and I would consider going back there (if the price was a bit lower!)

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. After a miscommunication between our online booking and the inn, they handled it gracefully and offered to upgrade us to a suite for the length of our stay. Even though it wasn't their fault! Definitely going above and beyond.

I just wanted to say the customer service was great. I couldn't make my reservation due to the blizzard and the hotel staff member named Sai took care of my reservation so I wouldn't lose my money. That goes along way with me in today's world. I'll be staying here anytime I pass through Nashville.

This weekend we stayed at Quality Inn Opryland Area ( TN416). This hotel and staff were HORRIBLE. First the room is disgusting. I soon learned why. Housekeeping is nonexistent. On day two of our stay We came back to find that out room had barely been touched. Housekeeping picked up the wet towels and left 2 bath towels no wash cloths or hand towels. We had 2 toilet paper holders 1 roll was empty when We arrived the other only a partial roll. There was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet and the toilet lid was cracked. The sink was dirty and cracked. The floor had dust and hair on it. The cause was dirty and the towels were thread bare , hard, and stained. The beds weren't any better. The pillows and blankets were dirty and stained. The tables, dress re, and headboard were dirty. You could write in the dust on the headboard. The curtains were disguting the had stains all over them. There was stains on the walls. The tv and mirrors were all snugged and had a film on them. There was ink all over the door frame to the bathroom. Now the staff. Night one we wanted to turn the tv on to tune out the hallway noise since there obviously wasn't a quiet curfew. However we couldn't find the remote. Called the front desk and the rude gentleman let it ring then answered rudely told me he had none and hung up. The next morning before check out I asked for a remote and to be moved rooms. The clerk got me remote without issue but couldn't move us at that time. Two hours and we couldn't move and had to leave for our business we were in town for so the move was cancelled the clerk said she would credit our room for the night but fidnt do this. At check out I mentioned it to the same clerk and she acted like this was new to her. The breakfast was a disgusting mess both days. Day 1 the food say empty 2 hours before the time was up and the staff tool over 20 minutes to fill it. The staff was standing in the food room eating. Day 2 the staff a a a going through the packaged food and filling their pockets but not putting anything out not moving for guest. And safety is a hole the side door was never locked. I travel 10 months out of the year 3 out of 4 weekends of those months and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Terrible customer service. When we got there at 5 pm our room was open and wasn't finished with the room cleaning. The maid had to finish the bathroom. We were missing the tv remote and asked the maid for one and if she could also bring a crib up for our 8 month old baby. She said she would. We waited and waited so we called the front desk. They brought a remote up and said they'd " look for a crib" we again waited and waited. Mind you their website says " free cribs". So we called again, the third time asking for a crib. They guy said that they didn't have one for tonight but they'd have one tomorrow for us. So tomorrow came around 3 and 4 we called for the crib. Didn't get one. I finally said to the guy we asked three times yesterday and twice today already and the guy was short with me saying " I already informed you we didn't have one yesterday and when one came available I'd bring it to you" which leads me to think he lied about having one available that day. We waited and at 6 we went down to the front desk to bring one up ourselves. They guy said" I've been extremely busy today!! I will have to try and find one " like he didn't know where they kept them... So we never got a crib for the baby and to top it off there was a bus of kids staying there running thru the halls, high school age, the whole hallway smelled of weed and they knocked on our door around 1 in the morning and ran away. Worst hotel experience ever! I'd never ever go there again !!
