My husband and I have been HGVC owners for over 7 years. We purchased in Orlando and had no real intention of buying anything. Our salesperson was not pushy and showed us the product. We have absolutely no regrets and have since visited Hawaii, Park City Utah, NYC and often visit the Caribbean. We purchased because we loved the idea of always having a second or third bedroom for our kids and the accommodations are beautiful. Our vacations are really important to us as a family and HGVC have always exceeded our expectations in customer service, consistency and standard.

The practice of the Hilton Grand Vacations organization is to capitalize on the membership of the Hilton HHonors Frequent Traveler Program. After staying as a guest at the Hilton in Austin, I received a call offering a 7 day vacation in Hawaii in exchange for my attendance to a two hour presentation for a timeshare property. I paid $799 for a 7 day vacation at the Hilton Waikiki. Here is the actual link provided in the email confirmations from Hilton Grand Vacations. To view Hilton Hawaiian Village go to hiltonhawaiianvillage.com. If you scroll through the website, you will notice pictures of the Hilton Ali'i and the Hilton Rainbow Tower. What I found out 5 days before my vacation is that I am not booked into either the Hilton Ali'i or the Rainbow Tower. I am booked into a room at older, not updated off-market properties.

Where do I start?? I first bought into the HGVC sales pitch so I could have flexibility in vacationing with my family. I was only able to take advantage of my unit/points once when I took my parents out to Las Vegas while they were still able to travel. I even was offered "free" trips for a mere $299 fee and an additional $75 reservation fee. When I couldn't take the trip due to medical problems, I wound up losing the "deposit". I couldn't even have my nephew use my points for his honeymoon as he would have to pay a transfer fee as well as reservation fee (another couple of hundred $). All together I have spent $16,000 for 3400 annual points (not including annual association fees and taxes).

This experience was one disappointment after another! We have owned Timeshares since 1999 so have been to MANY presentations but have never been treated so rudely!!! We bought the program and we're going to Myrtle Beach - our choices on their concierge website was either Anderson Club or Oceans 22 - both new and beautiful!!! We were promised a studio with a kitchenette. Call for reservations and like others have said, everything and anything would cost more. Guess what ? - couldn't get into the Anderson or Oceans - nope had to fight to even get in a Hilton property.

Las Vegas location right off Las Vegas Blvd. and Harmon Ave. Arrived on time, a sales lady quickly took us to her desk. We advised her our policy was to not be ask a lot of personal questions about our life, travels, income, etc. She immediately went into defensive mode in an angry way. Saying the only way she could proceed was customizing to our life. My husband, who everyone that meets and knows likes very well, kept saying "I've done numbers in the past and don't believe her numbers could work for us." She was so mean, sharp and abrasive.

Bought our timeshare in 2012 for $10000.00. Trying to sell our property, HILTON said they would buy it back for $500 to $950. Are you joking me? 1% of what we bought it for? If there is a class action lawsuit out there for these thieves, I would gladly be part of it. I'm so ticked off at this. I have been a diamond member and will definitely be switching to Marriott or something. Scam scam scam!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing the trial of the Hilton Grand Vacation. Thanks that I did not purchase the whole thing. I paid 1200 and I was able to use the hotels at any time from 7 to 14 nights. I went and used 4 nights and now they are telling me I can only go on the weekday, no weekend day. 3 nights. If I use 2 nights I could but not in Orlando. I paid a year ago and when I called all year long there was no availability. It's a scam. I lost my money. Paid 1200 only for 4 nights in a cheap hotel international drive in Orlando. Wish these people go out of business.

In January of this year, I put in a search for Anaheim. September already and NO RESULTS. Today I tried to search for Anaheim any time in the next 2 years - again - Anaheim doesn't even show up as an available city. I spend $1000s on this and am getting nowhere. I never can seem to get anyplace I really want to go to. All that is available seems to be RCI dumps. NEVER, EVER, buy a timeshare from Hilton GVC. It is a rip-off. And don't bother to try to sell it, you will not get enough to even cover the yearly fees they charge.

Last year, my wife and I received an invitation to attend a presentation on the HGV timeshare opportunities at the Elara in Las Vegas. The salesperson was extremely rude and pushy. It was a terrible experience for both of us. My wife and I very quickly realized we were not interested and attempted to convey this to the salesman; however, he was very aggressive. At one point he actually asked my wife, "At what point did you give up on your dreams?"

I was a satisfied Hilton Rewards member, utilizing them whenever I could for both personal and business related travel until I was misled into paying for the Orlando Vacation promotion. Normally, I politely decline and move on, but on this day the sales associate made the offer sound too good to pass up. I was told I could pick a guest suite at any Hilton property in Orlando as long as I completed my reservations in the next 6 months and the only caveat was the two hour presentation for their timeshare and room availability.

We became HGVC members in mid-April 2015. We were excited and happy. At this point on September 1, 2015 we have not been able to travel with the service because we were told we cannot until October. Now, we received our first bill for annual fees and they are for the full year no matter that we only have October-December to use the service. This was not explained when we signed up. Frustrating.

I'm back from Hawaii and had a nice time. However, I didn't like the Waikoloa Village property much because it was too big and the stupid tram is slower than walking. Anyway more on that on TripAdvisor.

I was sold a promotional package with hidden fees. Clever wording to charge full rates without disclosing what the true rates would be if you missed the sales pitch meeting. I was verbally told I would lose the promotional rate, but never verbally told there would be additional rates charged to my card.

Spent two hours to hear a timeshare presentation. Was informed we would receive a two day stay at a resort in Myrtle Beach. The resort was a dump, and after two hours of listening to the presentation, we informed the sales rep that we were not interested. The rep immediately got up and left the table and we were approached by the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He asked us what did they poor use us and we told him the paper stated we would receive 199.00 in cash as their paper stated. He said they don't hand out cash and informed us that our credit card would receive credit back for our cost of the resort stay. After that conversation, he asked us to leave the building and did not even thank us for our time.

We just had our timeshare presentation. We did not have a bad experience. Our representative was very thorough and there was no high pressure sale. We did NOT buy into the timeshare because at our age it made no sense to commit that much money to something we will never use and the maintenance fees seem very high.

We went to Hawaii and stayed on the big island for a week. They gave us a full size rental car and a $200 voucher to be used at future Hilton stay. It wasn't free, but it was a better price than I could get for the Ocean Tower on my own. We stayed in the sales office for HOURS. These guys are good salesmen, that's why they are doing what they are doing. We practiced "I am sorry, but this does not work for our family" a lot before we went - and we still ended up buying, and then cancelling.

In November of 2014 I purchased the HGVC. They do NOT disclose all information. There are a lot of hidden fees when trying to schedule your vacation or if you want to "bank" your points there are fees. They only have a few areas to travel to for HGVC. I pay $800 per year maintenance fees and 10,500 for the timeshare that only gives me a studio. I trusted they would be upfront because of the Hilton name. Please Please Please do your due diligence before purchasing. I think it would be better to save your money and take a vacation. Because they have limited travel areas you are forced to go through RCI. If you go to an all inclusive you have to pay the fees which can amount to several hundred dollars per day!!!

I just had a horrid experience dealing with a lady at the HGVC customer care. I purchased a discounted package for a 2 night stay at Myrtle Beach. I had reserved a 3pm presentation tour during the second day of my stay August 18 2015. A couple months before my stay I received a call to confirm my tour time and I was told that the tour was at another location but within walking distance of my hotel. I didn't receive exact address on the call or in any email. I assumed I would get more information or a reminder later, but I didn't. I ended up missing the tour and I got a call on the same day that I was going to be charged the actual package rate before my discount because I missed the tour. I explained to the lady that it wasn't made obvious to me that I was going to be charged if I missed the tour. She said it was highlighted right on top of the email that was sent to me when I purchased the package.

Don't do it. My wife and I bought in about 7 years ago. Paid $5000 for one week one bedroom every other year. Plus yearly maintenance fees, roughly another $800 one year and $300 the next. It alternates. And of course, HGVC put us in a two bedroom in Orlando and Las Vegas before I signed. After that I never had enough points, blackouts, missed my time to move points to following year, or had to pay extra for points to be moved. Then you have to wait until 30 days prior to departure date to book additional nights or larger room that I was willing to pay for. Good luck getting that room or any other, and even more problematic is the airfare rates 30 days prior to leaving. Just asked for to sell, told me its worth $500 to $750 plus 25% commission fees. I just looked up resale in Orlando and they start around $2800. So DON'T join HGVC.

Our dispute was resolved in our favor. As posted in the review last week, after reading your reviews about Ocean 22 HGVC, I mailed a certified letter and called my credit card company to cancel the $16k purchase into HGVC. I tracked the letter delivery, it was delivered and signed for at 9:54 am the next morning. I received the return, requested signature card 5 days later. Yesterday, my credit card company contacted me that the dispute was resolved in my favor and the funds have been credited to my account. Again, thanks everyone for posting their unfavorable experiences on this site. The $22.73 it cost me to overnight the certified letter was well spent. I hope others are as lucky.

My wife and I attended a presentation recently. It started out good. The gentleman that took us on the tour and did the majority of the presenting was very nice and then the sales part came in. After we passed on the initial price and said we wouldn't be purchasing today, his Sales Manager brought in this "great deal" that they are holding for us from another couple that decided to upgrade so we could assume their original one at a lower price. We passed again. A better "can't miss" deal came to us. We passed. Finally, a 3rd gentleman (Jason at the Parc Soleil location in Orlando) showed up and gave us a deal to "freeze" all the other deals we previously turned down for 18 months in case we changed our mind. At this point, we were already in there for 2.5 hours. It was supposed to be 2 hours. I had already advised him of the time issue and he kept me for 10 more minutes at least.

I signed up to visit the Orlando hotel and listen to their 3 hour "spiel." Their promise was a $200.00 check for staying at a Hilton Garden Inn within 3 months of participation. On May 29, I stayed at a Garden Inn in NYC & mailed the hotel receipt and HGV certificate to the address provided. I received a confirming email that all documents were received & in order. Today is August 13, 2015 & I've just been through a maze of telephone calls attempting to find out when I'll receive the promised check. The supervisor (Michelle in Texas), says that it's a "high demand" product and she can't give me a date when I will receive my check. 3 months have passed, I'm encountering a major run around, no resolution and I'm experiencing total dissatisfaction. Stay away from Hilton, it's a scam!!!

In 2014 I purchased a timeshare while at this resort with my mother and she owns RCI points timeshare for the last 10 years and very happy with the many vacations we have taken. With what the salesman told us to what we are now realizing, what we actually get are 2 different things on 2 serious severe issues. 1) The promise that the 5000 points takes us for 2 weeks to our dream vacation (why I bought it) to Maldives, 2) 5000 points every 2 years takes us on a 2-week vacation. I bought for 14,000.00 and have paid 4000.00 off. I need to know where to get rid of this, just take it back. Money lost, I don't care, who travels for one week every 2 years? Resell it, it was a bankrupt sale to us as it was. The salesman should be chastised for lying for his commission.

We were ripped off. While booking a stay at a Hilton on our soon coming trip to Florida, we were offered the opportunity to purchase a 3 Night/4 Day stay at the Hilton Grand in Orlando for a great rate - this being a promotion to a timeshare presentation. Being that we love Florida and our kids would really enjoy all that Orlando has, we purchased. During the call, with a sales rep I cannot recall, I told them that we are a family of 5. I was told it would be perfect for us. A month later, I call to see about booking during Thanksgiving week. In that call, I was told that booking during high volume times, such as during holidays, would cost more. I did not know this, however after reading the fine print it does state high volume times would cost more. The issue was that in the sales call, I was told that our family of 5 could travel anytime within the allotted time for what we purchased - my fault for not reading but was a lie of omission.

First of all.... I'm actually not surprised at all the negative responses. People are melodramatic and exaggerate EVERYTHING! Let's be honest, if you have a bad experience you tell 1,000 people, post it on social media and get crazy! If you have a positive experience you may tell 2 or 3 people. No company in the world can make EVERYONE happy. Reading these post are so ridiculously over-exaggerated it's now comical. Hilton has millions and millions of owners and/or renters and has been around 100 years. So there's 200 complaints out of millions of people who don't post, don't vent because they are satisfied and happy. Hilton is a well respected household name, not Joe Shmoe's Timeshare shack down the street. I have nothing but amazing experiences with my ownership.

My family was at a vacation at Legoland 2 years ago. Upon going through the park entrance there was a tent set up with HGVC recruiters. We got enticed to go to an information/sales pitch. They make this timeshare (they don't call it that tough) sound so great, so ideal, like you're getting so much for your money. After two hours of our vacation time and double teaming us with very nice, but pushy sales people we were ready to walk away. Once we got up to leave then all of a sudden there was an even better deal. We asked very specific questions about cost, fees, availability, flexibility, etc. We were super reluctant and wanted to know exactly what we were getting into.

My team meeting went off without a hitch - from planning to completion. Every step of the way the hotel worked closely with me from Food & Beverage to the Front Desk to the Bell Staff & Concierge. The WiFi in the meeting room was flawless and the space looked like it was just renovated. To top it all off the hotel has access to Extra Magic Hours @ Disney and a bus that picks up at the back door. Worked out perfectly for my team building event in Disney. Great hotel!

We took a shorty vacation to Washington DC with our 15 year old daughter. I was extremely pleased with our room. Very clean and roomy! The sofa bed in the living room area was very comfortable and private as was our king size bed. Conveniently in the walking distance of the new silver line subway that connects easily to all the other lines, I will definitely stay there again if I go back. Oh yeah, they also have made to order breakfast that is included.

We got passport family travel rate from my mom Hilton to stay @ Hilton Garden in Tyson VA. Frist three days, we were pleasured with service. We have decided to stay few more days, we stopped @ front desk to see if we can extend family travel rate. Front desk staff approved for that change but when we check out they over charges us triple rate. If we know that rate to high, we will be check out. General Manager is unprofessional when we try to explain the reasons. WE WILL NEVER RECOMENT ANY ONE TO STAY THIS HOTEL LOCATION AGAIN. Thanks for your honor...

Checking in to the Hilton Grand Rapids Airport we found out we were chosen as guest of the day winners. That entitled us to free breakfast, free movie and a complementary tray of snacks that were brought up to our room by the friendly staff. Our room is clean, snug and conveniently located as we usually find Hilton hotels. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

The Hilton Finance is the worst hotel we've stayed at in a very long time. We experienced very rude hotel personnel and poor customer service. In addition to the poor service, the hotel was extremely noisy. When we tried to address our concerns with the GM, Mr. O'Brien, it was clear he could care less. Mr. O'Brien wouldn't even return our call or respond to an email. Extremely poor management skills.

HAMPTON INN, SIOUX FALLS, SDMy wife and I were at this hotel on 12/26/13-12/29/13. The stay was great until Saturday, 12/28/13. When we woke up, our room smelled like cigarette/marijuana smoke as if someone had been smoking in the hall way. We were on the second floor so the smoke was not coming from outside on the ground level. It became so strong that my wife and I left the room. My wife and I both have Government jobs and cannot risk any contact with marijuana smoke. When we got into the hall way, there was a hotel worker walking past and we brought this to their attention. They stated they would look into this and my wife and I left for the day.On the night of 12/28/13 we received our early check out sheet that was pushed under our hotel room door. When looking at this, there was a $250.00 charge in addition to our room fees/charges for a “Cleaning Charge!” When the front desk attendant was asked about this, she stated it was for the cigarette/marijuana smoke in our room. We were told to speak with Tracy on Monday, 12-30-13 but there was nothing this clerk could do. When the clerk was told WE were the ones that reported the smoke AND neither of us smoke ANYTHING, she again stated she could not help us but our credit card would be charged for the fee.Messages have been left requesting a return telephone call however none have been returned. Looking at our bank statement, this hotel did charge us the fee. We just want our hard earned money returned as we thought we were doing the right thing by bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff. We will NEVER stay at this chain of hotels due to the way the flex their muscle, take our money and have no explanation of why WE WERE CHARGED this fee?????

My husband booked us to the Elara Hilton Vacational Resort after watching a youtube video of one of the rooms, after watching this video we decieded to give them a TRY... DO NOT MAKE OUR SAME MISTAKE!! the first warning sign On the phone the lady assured and promised us we would get one of the top rooms floors (50-55) when we checked in they gave us floor 17 where we saw NOTHING BUT THE BACK OF PLANET HOLLYWOOD, I got to admit the lady who was checking us in was very nice and kind (Jenice)!! she is definatly working in the wrong hotel she belongs in the MGM family..... after being told that floor 17 was the only floor avaliable the manger Brent come out to talk to us and offered us a $25 credit to the room and said he would follow up with us if he heard anything....... We were not and do not wanted disscount sure they are nice but if we call and specifically want the TOP CORNER ROOM at which ever coast, and they promise it to us then i think we have all the right to be upset.... wait it gets WORST!, when we walk into our suite the carpet is torn here and there, the master bed room jacuzzi had hairs in it and WORST of ALL the bed was DIRTY with Higines (lipstick, probably blood,) when we call to order a new comfitor and bed sheets not only do they take 45 mins but they bring us the WRONG thing, so we call again and 1 hour and 45 minutes later we recieve our items, the next morning i had a rolls royce from the skylofts pick us up saying " lets go home". Never ever will i make the mistake of staying at a hilton.

Me and my wife have stayed at the doubletree at least a dozen times in the past few years, we've ran several events there, and have a monthly event. You really can't go wrong with Hilton Hotels in any part of the world. When I first started traveling internationally during the 1980's (yes, before you could really Google anything), our default hotel was always a Hilton. Always reliable w/no surprises...Generally, you don't want surprises when you're half a world away from home. Trust me on this one! Still use them to this day.

unless something is perfect, immaculate and beyond expectations should it receive 5 stars. stayed at varrious hiltons threw the years ill admit they were really nice. however, id be expecting a bit more from a 4star hotel where ive stayed at red lion inn's and marriot resorts which were claimed to be only 3 stars but felt far suprior in courtsy services. ntm, if your in a 4 star hotel there should be something such as wifi. where one there was a starbucks in the lobby, but it closed at 8pm thus so did the wifi would not work for non-tenets where i had to checkin and pay a night just to manage a business transaction int he past due to my cell not having service outside the Seattle or Houston areas.

I used to like booking on hilton.com because it was supposed to have the best prices guaranteed. Then I found out that the individual Hiltons sometimes do special bundling deals with wholesalers that you can't get a price guarantee on. So now, I shop around to check what's out there. That costs Hilton money because I occasionally find a deal at a different property brand that is too good to refuse.

HIlton often costs a little more, but after my last experience I think it might be worth it. GREAT customer service -- very helpful and friendly. It stings a little bit to spend the extra $30 or $50 per night, but it's also hard to put a price on a nice hassle-free week. If your company is paying the bill, then I can 100% recommend Hilton. If it's coming out of your own pocket, then you'll have to decide what you are comfortable spending.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn OKC Bricktown the night of 1/16/2016 in room #607. I was preparing to go out for dinner and decided to hide my iPad between the box spring and mattress, because I do not trust HouseKeeping in any Hotel. I have had things stolen before. The next day 1/17/2016, I began to pack and checked out of the Hotel. As I was driving back to Tulsa, about 3/4 way home, I realized I forgot my iPad (out of sight out of mind). I immediately called the Hotel and was transferred to HouseKeeping/Lost and Found department only to get a recording, so I left a message that I had left an item in my room #607. Never got a call back, so I called them again on 1/18/2016, and again transferred to HouseKeeping/Lost and Found. Spoke to someone, and she said she would go look. A few hours later, she called back and said she did not find anything. I told her where to look and she said she would call me back. As of 1/20/2016 noon, I have still not heard back from Hampton Inn. I was correct in my theory that one can NOT trust HouseKeeping in Hotels. I would have given it no stars but had to put at least one star! I WANT MY iPAD BACK!!!!! 01/27/2016 Still no word from Hampton Bricktown OKC! I WANT MY iPAD BACK!!!!

I stayed at the Oklahoma City West Homewood Suites on December 26, 2015. On December 28, 2015 I received call from the woman working the front desk advising me that my son had left his billfold in the room. I returned the call the next day and provided the man working the front desk with my address so that they could return the billfold to us. On January 26, 2016, I called them again as the billfold had not arrived. I was asked to leave a message as they were conducting CPR training and someone would call me in a couple of hours. Roughly five hours later I did receive a call and was told that there was a mix up on the address and oh by the way we need a credit card number to pay for the shipping. I gave them the necessary credit and address information and concluded the call. Today on January 27, 2016 I received another call from Terry the Assistant Manager who advised me that she had to have a copy of my ID and credit card before she could charge the card. When I told her that I did not agree with this and felt that the customer service I was receiving was poor she said that if I would prefer she would give me her cell phone number and I could take a picture of both and text them to her. Really!!!!! In today’s world full of identity theft problems you want me to text information to your personal cell phone. Not impressed with Hilton right now. I left a pillow at Marriott and they dropped it in the mail no questions asked. Although, I am a long term Honors Member I will now consider other options. Especially when going through Oklahoma City.

Friendly staff, VERY clean, and the breakfast is always delicious!! We stay here every time we have to be in the City (more than 30 times over the past 3 years) and we have NEVER encountered a problem. The rooms are spacious. Weeknight dinners are pretty good and the happy hour is so nice after a long day at work. The only negative thing I can say is there is one member of the staff who has never spoken to me, even when I smile and say hi. But she isn't reason enough for us to stay anywhere else.

The rooms were very clean and I loved the layout. There was a full kitchen, hide-a-bed couch and the bed was comfy. I will be staying there again. My only complaint was the breakfast. But compared to other hotels, it was okay.

Should not have the Hilton name on it. Unfriendly staff, we didn't get the room that we booked and we were stuck having to have one person sleep on the floor. I know they have roll out beds. All they offer was to "let" us buy another room.....at full price. Never will I stay here again. I should have saved some money and stayed somewhere else.

Very clean! Friendly helpful staff! Beds were so comfy! Great breakfast! We stayed there while my daughter had surgery at Children's hospital, which is not even 5 minutes down the same road as the hotel. This was our first trip to OKC, we plan to return under better circumstances and we will stay at this Embassy Suites again. It was also close to Bricktown, but save your money Spagehetti warehouse was nothing special.

First off, the Hampton Inn honors a military discount during sporting event weekends where as other hotels close by (the Fairfield) do not. My family and I had a great experience. Do not stay here if you book through a third party such as travelocity or others as you are treated as though they would rather you not be there. I should have known to cancel my reservation after calling and the associate was rude on the phone stating that I had booked through a third party. The booking procedure had nothing to do with my questions. Then when my guest arrive before me they were treated rudely as well being told that I had booked through a third party and that our sleeping arrangements were not their problem and that we should sleep on the floor. I had to actually go purchase a blow-up mattress. I only used the third party as I was having trouble with Hamptons website and really wanted to stay there. I will not stay there again.

Bookkeeping mix up and they charged us for the first night but did manage to clear it up. We had a free night certificate and the girl took it but set it aside. Breakfast needs some help but since we are here for a family reunion and the price is always reasonable and it is close to friends and family. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the pool is indoors so no sunburn and so many restaurants with in a 5 to 10 minuet drive the so-so breakfast is a non issue. This Hotel is the best I stayed in the US. Before coming here I read the reviews and I was happy with the comments, however once I came down I got to prove it myself. Exceptional staff, always with a smile and wanting to help at all times, lovely buffet breakfast and they have the best Chicken Quesadillas I've yet tried. I would definitely come back if in Oklahoma. I will for sure recommend it to family and friends. It made my stay better way beyond my expectations. You are treated with respect and professionalism. Quite, clean and very respectful environment. I do not have anything bad to say about this lovely hotel. Just come and experience it yourself. Cheers!!!! :)

Rooms are as to be expected from Hilton Gardens, but beware of the night security guard. The guard will run you off the property just for trying to park. He runs around all night picking fights with the guests. He crept up on me and parked facing me in unmarked vehicle, at first I thought I was going to be robbed then when found out it was security, he questioned what I was doing on the property. At that time I was unloading my bags from the car to take to the room with me. Common sense should tell him I'm a guest, being I am at a hotel and I am unloading bags from my vehicle. I will never return to this location again.

It was secure, which was comforting, the rooms were nice and clean, we requested a higher floor in the notes of our reservation, and we're granted a top floor room without any further inquiry. The parking lot was clean, well organized, and easily accessible which is important to those of us in the custom car industry (: we at branded customs were happy about it for sure. Over all it was a great stay. We did ask for 2 extra pillows, and they told us no, that was the only thing we could have used for the best stay.

The hotel was far below standard. The service was horrible. The best are rock hard. And to top it all off they have signs throughout the parking lot that read "hotel not responsible for stolen or damaged property". My vehicle was broken into and a vast majority of my belongings were stolen from it. My truck was parked right in front of the front door underneath a light. The hotel is not on a street where individuals could just walk down. In my opinion the piece of garbage that stole my things either was staying in the hotel or worked there. When the front counter manager was notified she replied "we don't take responsibility for your belongings". Overwhelming rude service. Stay away from the hotel no matter the price.

We ordered the romance package which is supposed to include a bottle of champagne, chocolates and free breakfast. None of that was offered or mentioned when we checked in. When we inquired about the champagne and chocolates later no one really seemed like they knew anything about it. We did get the champagne and chocolates but the champagne amounted to about half a glass and the chocolates maybe 4 pieces. At breakfast time there was no where to sit. Wr waited until 9am and finally got a seat at the bar. There were no menus so we didnt know what was available to order until the waitress named off a few options. The food was ok but any extra items requested (salsa) didnt make it to our table until after we were done eating. Not the workers fault as they only had two people working at the time. We never received vouchers for our breakfast so after we ate my husband had to hunt down someone to give us vouchers so that we could leave the breakfast area. The beds were very hard and the AC didn't seem to work properly. All in all, not a great stay.

Horrible restaurant service: Avoid at all costs. Poor knowledge of product and poor quality of food compounded the negative experience. Booked this hotel while traveling cross country. The rooms were great and the location is perfect for seeing Bricktown. I do have two issues; at this price point I feel breakfast should be free not $10 a person. Also, their is a shared parking garage for three hotels. That's fine and dandy except you have to check in and get a room key before you can enter the garage and when you check out, since you don't have a room key, you have to walk outside to get back to the garage since you can't swipe your key card to walk from building to building. Poorly thought out design.

The hotel was nice. Parking situation was weird, but it works. They have an off site parking garage you have to walk to. The front hotel staff was nice except for this woman in the morning. I asked for a bottle of water and she sneered at me asking if I was a diamond member. I said I was and she snorts "room number" so she could check. After seeing that I am and have been for a while. She stomps off and gets me 2 bottles of water. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. I would not walk around too much after dark.

The restaurant was great, had the pasta to your basic chicken sandwich. Excellent waitstaff. I'll be sure to stay here when my next project rolls out. The only downfall is that the walls are not completely soundproof. Being near the airport you do hear the jets pass by but it wasn't such a nuisance that it would warrant anything less than 5 stars. Great hotel, please continue to run this way for the sake of great, loyal customers!

After an interesting flight with Southwest Airlines on Friday night, January 8th, we had to stay in Dallas, instead of our intended destination of New Orleans. However, we had the great luck to stay over at the Doubletree in Dallas - Love Field. Great place, convenient shuttle, delicious cookie and much needed rest... I also wanted to mention that Terry, the night desk director, is an asset to your operation and a professional in every sense of the word. Bad experience - the front desk is extremely rude. Her name is Sarah. Hostile and Aggressive. I booked my reservation with Southwest corporate rate. She asked me to show her my id when I checked in. I had multiple suitcases with my hands full. I told her I would go to my car and get the badge to her as soon as I put all my stuff in my room. Her reply to me was "What?". Then she said there was no room ready for me (It was almost 1pm in the afternoon), and I needed to wait for how long which she had no idea. After 5 minutes, she again asked me to get the badge to her. So this time, I left all my luggage on the floor and walked all the way to my car and got the badge to her. This time, magic happened, she gave me the room keys without explaining why rooms became available all of sudden. Finally, I got to manage to move all my luggage to my room. The the phone rang. It was her again. This time she told me she had to increase my rate since she couldn't honor my corporate rate. WTF! She didn't say anything when I checked in and showed her badge. Her reply was she talked to her manager and her manage told her so. I asked to talk to her manager, and she put me on hold forever. I would NEVER EVER stay in this hotel.

Everything is very solid at this hotel with the exception of the food, which is not very good. The staff is great. The rooms are nice. The fitness center is good, but far from everything else and you have to go outside to get to it, which can get chilly in the winter. The best thing about the hotel is actually the art. They have pieces from the Berlin Wall and dozens of paintings from Myanmar, along with a lot of Asian art. Overall, it's a great hotel for conferences and events, but not good for a family.

This place is a mini museum. It's very scenic here at the atrium 2 hall with its bike reflector sculpture. Also, you can find terra-cotta statues and a piece of the Berlin Wall deeper within the hotel. A very unique hotel. Service was great, but the rooms have thin walls.

I've always wanted to stay at this location. Even before Hilton purchased this property from Wyndam hotels. I guess the expectations led to my disappointment. I'm a HHonors member as I frequent Hilton hotels frequently and I must say, this one was utterly disappointing. I booked my brother a room for his anniversary and had the room decorated with dinner reservations as well. I received a phone call of gratitude from my brother and sister in law and how beautiful everything was and the unbelievable view. Great. Shortly after 9pm I received another call from my brother, as he went to his Range Rover to retrieve his wife's present he noticed glass on the ground and his wife's presents stolen. Informed the everyone we could think to call or would listen and we received a full list of excuses and explanations why they're not at fault. After this I refused to have any thought of staying there myself and regret ever holding such high regard for this location. Good luck and try Uber if you can.

The hotel was beautiful, however I have a very legitimate concern. My coworker rode with me to a conference and requires assistance for her disability. We drove up and we were told the handicap accessible parking was across the street! The lots were at least 100 yards away! Although there were six 'reserved' parking spaces near the hotel, we were told they were not for handicap parking. We were then told that we could valet park and she could be let off at the door. I responded that this was not legal, to require paid valet parking to accommodate her. Mind you, she is humiliated by this time. I believe this entire incident is non-compliant with ADA regulations! We were told by HHonors to valet park and it would be removed from our bill. Well, it was ON our bill. Not a pleasant experience. I will say, however, that the young lady at the valet stand (Vanessa) was amazing. Note: I was told that parking is a separate entity from the hotel. It reflects poorly on Hilton, and they should be held accountable for complying with ADA regulations. Side note: For lunch we thought we would have something quick in the lobby between sessions (and we knew the difficulty of getting the car). We split a sandwich and salad. We each had a non-alcoholic drink. The price for one sandwich and side salad and drinks was $30.00. I laughed, thinking he was joking. He said, "you get money for lunch, right?"

Parking situation is atrocious. Paid parking for attendee at event hosted at hotel meant the unmanned self pay no cash accepted lots stacked up with cars trying to both enter and leave. After just spending our 2nd week at homewood suites in spring, tx I had such high expectations for this hotel. Sadly it was a huge disappointment. While the room was AMAZINGLY large (supposedly it was the only room available at the time so we ended up in the presidential suite, 2 bedroom 2 bath) the staff at the front desk was extremely dry and it seemed as if I was bothering her when we arrived. For the amount of money we HAS to pay for the room because, afain, supposedly the $400 room was ALL THEY had available in this 10 floor hotel. There were no plates or cups in the kitchen so my kids ate Mac n cheese out of the paper coffee cups, the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, there was a stench in the rooms and hair in the shower and the pillowcases. Overall this was not a good stay, for the prove we were paying for ONE night, we should have at least had a welcoming smile. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It was extremely disappointing especially since we had enjoyed our stays so very very much at the homewood suites in spring,tx. If it wasn't so late when we got into dallas and we weren't in the middle of someplace we didn't know and were comfortable, I would have left this hotel and stayed somewhere else.

I have zero clue what hotel these other people stayed in. It's downtown in a ghetto area with lots of thugs hanging out. The hotel is newly remodeled (and they did a great job with the remodel) but it's DIRTY. Like the cleaning people were never taught how to clean or just flat out don't care. When we awoke, neighbors had apparently thrown trash all over the hallway and we had to side step it. We called the front desk to let them know and an HOUR AND A HALF later it's still there! The kitchen staff were super passive aggressive, spoke negatively of my family in Spanish--which I speak fluently!-and after seeing one pour coffee from the trash into the oatmeal, we walked out without eating. I'll never ever ever come back to this hotel. I'm absolutely disgusted. Oh, plus they charge you like $200 a night. Are you kidding me?! You think that's a good rate for a run down piece of junk hotel? OMG, we will NEVER come back.

For a hotel of this price, location, and class, it was disappointing in so many ways. I stayed here while on a business trip, and I found that while the lobby, restaurant and public areas were quite nice with good quality and pleasing service, the rooms were far less comfortable than you would expect. For one thing, the furnishings were quite sparse, almost austere in the rooms. But the worst part was the noise. I could have been sleeping in the hallway judging by the volume of noise that came into the room - I could hear every word of every conversation that took place between people in the hallway, every entrance in and out of rooms, and even babies and children crying/laughing/yelling from a nearby room. Needless to say, that prevented me from sleeping until everyone else in the hotel had quieted down, which was past midnight. Less than satisfying for a night's sleep when on a busy and early morning schedule. In addition, there was a large amount of dust and trash (some old tags or something) under the bed, when they changed the linens on the second day there was a large dark stain on the new linen, and the water was extremely hot and hard to regulate in the bathroom. The beds were really not all that comfortable either, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I've stayed in budget hotels that offered a better night's sleep than this place.

Pros; Rooms, Location, Grain Restaurant, Overall Atmosphere, Hotel Service, Banquet Furnishings Cons; Banquet Food, Banquet Service, Mandatory Valet First off, the hotel was beautiful. The hotel and location were the main selling points for my wife and I for our wedding reception venue and for our guests who booked rooms. Ann, the coordinator, was also a great selling point, very attentive and friendly even during our misunderstandings at the beginning with the weekend room rates. The guests were really impressed by the overall atmosphere and details. The fireplace and bar area became the intentional backdrop for a lot of the guests' photos. Our room was perfect and the chocolate strawberries were a nice touch. The reception furnishings and decor were perfect. During the reception a few issues came up, but were promptly fixed. However, the room would get very hot during dancing and many guests complained about it and stayed in the lounge area. Breakfast buffet was delicious, the lunches and dinners we shared with family and friends at the Grain were delicious.

When I booked my room I had not known that this hotel forbids concealed handgun licensees from carrying sidearms into the hotel. The hotel management has posted a sign at the entrances of the hotel with the required language from Texas Penal Code § 30.06. So they have decided that their hotel should be a "gun-free zone" or what I call "victim-disarmament zone." It's their hotel, and since I respect private property right, I think it proper that property owners have the freedom to include or exclude anyone from their property for any reason, or for no reason. Likewise I have the free to take my business elsewhere, which is what I will do the next time that I visit Dallas.

This hotel features a friendly, accommodating staff, but resides in an old building that badly needs to be updated. We checked in late in the evening and received a room with an air conditioner that was rattling and moaning so loudly there was no chance we would sleep. The front desk promptly transferred to a new "non-smoking" room that still smelled like smoke. In the morning the desk clerk admitted that that the third floor (where our room was located) used to be a smoking floor, "but that was a few years ago." We were transferred again to the fifth floor to a room that did not smell like smoke, but had a (quiet) AC that had to be controlled by turning it on and off--the thermostat settings didn't do anything. Furthermore, our original reservation had requested a single king room, but we were told when we checked in one was not available. This was untrue, however, as both of the rooms we were transferred to were single kings. There were lots of shabby and unsavory things about the hotel, as well: popcorn ceilings, toilet paper fixtures that were falling off the wall, sinks that wouldn't drain properly, mosquitoes in the lobby, etc. But the bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast wasn't bad. Still, I'm sure we won't stay here again.

This place is in serious need of a makeover. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff is very nice. The carpet was dirty, hadn't been vacuumed (or at least not well), the glasses were dirty in the room, when you shower the entire room steams up, and in my room, the thermometer was broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature. Maintenance was trying to fix it as I left, but steam was rolling down the windows as I was trying to get ready. Unimpressed, especially for the price.

The lobby and the rooms DO NOT match. The staff at front desk and shuttle drivers were 5 stars. The lobby was decent. Once we got to our floor (17th) the carpet was very dirty, had not been vaccumed and stained. Then to our rooms. WOW!! It smelled dirty, the carpet again dirty and stained. So glad I always travel with my own cleaning supplies. I definitely needed for this room. The furniture was so dated and nothing matched but the two night stands. There was furniture missing or had just put in that room. To get it out of the way, somewhere else. No refrigerator or microwave. A huge dresser and mirror that didn't match. It was one of the most disappointing rooms we have been in. I was so glad we weren't in town just to relax in the room. The room price should have been about $40 Like someone else said keep the cookies and focus on updating the rooms.

Within 6 hours of arriving at the hotel, my fathers truck was stolen. There are no security cameras to protect your vehicles outside. In shock and in hopes to relax we tried the hot tub. The heater in the hot tub was not working. The daytime employees were kind and very apologetic. The nighttime crew including the "security crew" had no interest in helping us and furthermore laughed in my face at our troubles and told us that he would let his manager know and that he was not going to conversation with us. We were not rude, just robbed, shocked and left with no help from this hotel. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Just do not bring a vehicle here that you are wanting to take with you when you leave. Good luck and keep an eye out.

Had a weekend stay in which I was looking for a low award redemption site with indoor pool and 2 room suites. This place fit the bill. Although they are currently renovating, I have not hear any construction noise, dust, etc. from their work. Room was nice with 2 32" TVs and all the basic kitchen amenities for extended stays. Staff has all been friendly. Indoor pool area was warm, which is nice considering the day's average of about 40 degrees. There was also a whirlpool next to the pool, but I didn't use it. This is the crappies hotel ever. I don't see a reason to pay this hefty room rent. It's worse than days inn. Rusted shower head. Water is not draining from the bath tub even after they cleaned it. Peeling paint on the door. Tub liner cauk is peeling out. The tub is dirty with black ring all around it. Threads peeling out on the carpet. Remote does not work properly. I suspect it's a old battery. Yuck yuck and yuck.

This hotel is a good hotel. It has a pretty decent sized conference center. There are lots of renovations always going on so every once in awhile it will smell like carpet glue or something else construction related. However they pipe in the smell in the lobby that makes it smell like Disneyland which is pretty cool. The rooms are nice and they have weird blue chairs that are totally non functional for sitting on. The bed is comfy although it's a bit soft for my liking. The Wi-Fi is OK depending on where you're at in the building and if you play ingress there is a portal you can reach from your hotel room so that's pretty convenient. The restaurant downstairs has a breakfast buffet that is generally pretty good albeit carbohydrate heavy.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites for the locality compared to the Dallas Market for LAN. They were very polite and efficient in getting us all checked in. The rooms were very nice and accommodating, and the employees provide all service shortly after you let them know. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cozy weekend stay.

Okay the rooms are nice and you get a good rate booking one something like Booking dot com, but the front desk was overworked and understaffed, the Internet is the slowest I have experienced nearly anywhere after a week of road trip, and this property is right next to a very noisy highway. If you get a room away from the noise and don't need help from staff, the rooms are nice, though.

Stayed here for business for almost a month. Staff was very nice. The van drivers were great CuCo was very nice, funny, informative, and courteous. The breakfast was good but dinner is much to be desired especially if you don't get there right when it starts. Location is great especially if you have a car since it is centrally located. The housekeeping was on spot no complaints my room always looked good after work.

Great location for downtown & next to light rail stop. Public parking garage next door is $15/day M-F, $5 S-S. (Although if you park Friday night still expect $15 charge). Hotel is good as are the rooms. Great city view. I didn't use the gym or pool & didn't do breakfast there. Only negative is the Diamond members' lounge wasn't open (contractor quit?). I'd stay here again if need a place downtown.

This hotel has a lot to enjoy - from the calm tones of the garden interior to window views of attractive sculpture in outdoor sitting areas. Staff was all hands on deck, especially since we had one ill in our party. Staff were courteous and professional, often offering to serve us above the typical expectations. Parking was easy, access to highway easy. I appreciated the complimentary water and chocolate bar in room as well as coffee and tea in the lobby. I can't say enough except that I will certainly recommend this place and hope to return there soon.

Can't give them no stars. Too bad you can't give negative stars... So, your head chef won't cook for "a couple of fags?" Your general manager, Terry Martinez, is either lazy or a bigot, too. I will never ever use a Hilton branded product again. While I get it, it's Texas and they've still to move fully into this century, it's still this century and discrimination is unacceptable. My very dear friend and his partner would love to finally get married after 24 years and this is what happens? #Hilton #dallasvoice

Hotel was generally quiet, even with visiting university sports teams staying here at the same time. There is a selection of restaurants to choose from in the same plaza where the hotel is located - nothing too fancy, but good for a quick bite or beer. Hotel rooms are average - they do include a mini fridge and a microwave in some rooms at least. The beds are hard to figure out - they are supposed to be adjustable for firmness, but I couldn't quite figure out if the adjustment dial actually made a difference. There is a strange gap between the headboard and mattress - ask for some extra pillows, you may need them. Service seemed fine, breakfast and dinner buffet options were available for a reasonable price.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital, where my husband was having back surgery. We have a 13 month old and the pool was a big plus for us, as a way to keep her occupied. When we arrived at the room, there was dried urine on the toilet, hair all over the bathroom floor, and dried up nasty food on the floor and under the beds. (yes, our 13 month of likes to explore) When we went down to the pool, the water was so blasted cold that we couldn't put the baby in the water. The Hot tub was not clean as well. When I spoke to the front desk about the pool, the only thing she said was that she didn't know anything about it. We filled out a survey after our visit and were told that one of our nights would be refunded...well; here we are over a month after the stay and still have received nothing. Numerous calls to the hotel and speaking to the billing office, they kept saying that the refund was put into our account. This morning, we called and the billing lady, I think her name was Bridgette, she said she passed it on the the GM, (this is the same lady that we have spoke with for a month). We called this morning to speak to him (the GM), and had to leave a message. Very disappointed with this hotel.

First the good: clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The shower had possibly the best water pressure we have ever experienced in a hotel room. The bad: the person who checked us us in had no idea about dining recommendations. The three places she directed us to all turned out to be closed. (It was Sunday afternoon.) The breakfast at $10 a pop was OK. If you have to stay in Clarksburg, this isn't a bad choice.

The hotel itself is decent, but DO NOT get the room service. Seriously. There is evil at work in the kitchen - no dish is safe. Even an idiot-proof side of mac & cheese was served appearing (and probably tasting) like projectile vomit from The Exorcist. Calls to the front desk rang through, despite assurances that my call was "important to them". Also, the wifi is very slow, even after shelling out for "premium" access. How slow? It took about 10 minutes to send my wife two pictures of the aforementioned room service.

I stayed here several times before, and room, service and perks remained constantly excellent. Here's my take on this place: Room: neat, clean, functional. I got a room with a Queen bed, which was clean and comfortable. Furniture was also good for both the desk and area sitting. Bathroom was functional albeit a bit small, but not troublesome at all. A microwave and small fridge was available and useful as well. Service: $15 Valet (overnight) with in and out privileges was good with responsive and good natured staff. Front desk folks were kind and helpful. Room service was excellent as well, though somehow my breakfast ticket was either misplaced or stolen. Misc: location was good, with decent taxi availability and public transportation in abundance ($2.25 I believe is the fare), and several restaurants and other hotels available nearby. Keep in mind to use food delivery services if you want something the restaurants don't have, such as GrubHub or Seamless for more variety and delivery/pick-up options. Consistency and quality is why when I go to Milwaukee, I try to book a reservation at the DoubleTree...as well as points for the HHonors club.

We hosted our holiday party at the DoubleTree this year and it was an absolutely delightful experience from day 1 which was viewing the venue with Allan Fischer. Allan and the DoubleTree staff took great care of us. The banquet room was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Our party was a smashing success and everyone had a great time. OH and I can't forget to mention the cookies. There was an abundance of cookies that were gifted to us at every turn. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! One of the gals in our office is contemplating hosting her wedding here because our experience was so pleasant. Thanks again, Allan!!!

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had traveling. Let me start by saying I truly feel sorry for the staff. They are subjected to dealing upset and sometimes verbally abusive patrons and they have little ability to change the issues with this hotel. First issue was check in time was 3pm and they did not have our room ready and clean until 6pm. We are in town for a kids sporting event at the Wisconsin center and every hotel is fully booked in the area, otherwise we would have cancelled at that point. Second, the heat is not functioning in parts of the hotel. It is February, 7 degrees outside. We finally get our room, there is what looks like a piece of dry dog poop in the middle of the floor, and no heat in our room. Maintence never came to work for the evening, so no one can address the fact that we don't have heat in our room. This is ridiculous, do not stay here!!!

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago, and the experience was excellent. On arrival the bellman helped unpack my bags and bring them up to my room. I don't usually do that, but it was my first time at this hotel and it was a great help. I opted to check-in at the front desk, but could have just checked in via the Hilton app on my phone. Check-in was quick and I was up in my room in short order. The room was clean and updated, and in great condition. My room package included $50 of on-site spending per day. We ate that the Miller Pub and the Milwaukee Chophouse in consecutive nights. The food and atmosphere were great and the food was excellent. Overall the service and value was exceptional for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Rom was nice, king suite. Lacked a refrigerator of any sort which seemed odd since it came in the less expensive rooms. Bed was nice, heat and cooling in the room did not work well, was set to 65 degrees (we were roasting) and it never cooled down. Even turned the fan speed to high with little improvement. Beautiful hotel but horrible service. We are using Hilton Garden Inn for our room block for our September wedding and it has been a horrible experience from the beginning. We couldn't imagine using another hotel, but are starting to think we should have. From the beginning the communication has been horrible. We would have to send several followup responses to get answers. It took a month and a half to get a contract and get it signed. We toured a room to use for the morning of and loved it, she stated it was open for our day so we wanted to book quickly. Well, by the time our contract was FINALLY sent, the room was booked. We are bringing several people to their hotel because the beauty and location of the hotel. I just hope that our guests have a better experience then we have. This will be the last time I use Hilton Garden Inn unless it goes up hill from here.

Hilton Garden Inn is a nice hotel, situated in an older and rehabilitated building. Has a nice old office look to it and its quiet. The room and furnishings are nice and comfy, and bed is comfortable. Space is nicely used in the room I stayed in. Bathrooms are functional albeit spartan. Location is quite good since its near quite a few restaurants, bars and clubs, and both the Amtrak and the Market are very close (2 blocks) for transportation and food. Service was decent, front desk is fairly friendly and helpful. Hint for valet parking ($27 a day, BTW), call the front desk and tell them to tell the valet folks to bring up your car. It'll take a few minutes for them to get to the car, warm it up, and drive to the front entrance on Broadway. Room service I cannot comment on since when I needed them, they were closed - at 9pm. Oh, the front desk does have a few snacks and drinks - not cheap but available in a pinch, and will put the bill on your room. Only problem I have with the hotel, and its not directly their fault, is that a nearby club plays loud music until 2-2:30am. It might help to get a room on the Broadway side of the property as I think it's 618 Live on Water St., the other side of the building. Other than the loud music, hotel is nice and location great.

While our room was clean. We could not sleep because of party in the back parking lot that went on until 4 am with very loud music, yelling and drinking. Calls to the front desk at 3 am did nothing to alleviate the noise or end the party. As we left the hotel as early as we could, the party resumed with beer drinking and public urination at 9 am Sunday morning. I will definitely give this hotel a pass on my next visit to Milwaukee. The front desk staff stated a manager was not on duty, which struck me as odd as this was a very busy weekend at the hotel. Even with the window closed and the air conditioner fan on full it was still too loud to sleep.

I am staying at 400 Sherbrooke for a few months. Renting from Corporate Stays. The place is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. The air conditioning did not work for the first week. But the staff is super nice and works hard to provide a service of quality. The view and the location are amazing - although quite noisy - but you are downtown, so... Read the small print on rental contract. Things that matter: Internet connection is the worse, it is slow and keeps disconnecting. I have to use my cell phone's hotspot half the time for urgent emails, research and to post this critique. I can't get a key to my mailbox - neither administration - le 400 Sherbrooke West or Corporate Stays seem to be able to provide me with a key. I have to rent a post office box to get mail. The signed lease state: 9.CLEANING: no daily or weekly maid service – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily or weekly maid service is not included in the rental rate; however is available at an additional rate. After requesting it multiple times, I am still waiting. oh - they need to get trolleys to allow you to carry your belongings when moving in or out.

Only one front desk person looked happy.. Parking is absurdly expensive. I also really needed a bottle of water one night and the front desk person at first said no and was going to charge me.. I understand if it's their policy but I work in hospitality and I couldn't imagine saying no for such a simple thing like water. Other places I've been, water is always complimentary. It's a very corporate atmosphere, look elsewhere if you're on vacation or leisure.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. When I had a question about a bottled water in my room, they replaced it and gave additional two bottles of water. I am staying here for a whole week for business, their room service is quick and through. Although this hotel looks modest, their restaurant, La Grigliata, is superb. You must try. The morning breakfast offers many choices. This hotel is great for a business travel.

The room was clean and very organized, the lobby also fulfill the standard of 4 stars hotel ( because some hotels in Ontario that Acquire 4 stars have a lobby that looks like 2 stars or less). Moreover, the staff and housekeepers also very friendly and helped me to make a coffeee in the room). i really satisfied with the service. Anyway, it is located in Downtown, so convenience to go anywhere. Stayed : December 16 - December 20, 2015

Our family stayed here last weekend for one night. We have been around the globe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels and this one needs to be recognized. From the moment you enter there is a feeling of warmth. The pantry on the right shows how much they care about their customers, so much available and to chose from. The front door staff were brilliant. There is a level of diversity to the staff that we were grateful to see. They were kind, polite and very much accommodating. Our room, Suite 1 with the jacuzzi was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We could really have not asked for more. The bathroom, the shower, the towels, everything was perfect. There was only one down side and that was fine - the room service is excellent but the food was not great. We will return again to this beautiful hotel but we will eat elsewhere.

it's a standard hotel with poor service. the staff was lifeless and slow to show initiative. our room key was not setup properly after they gave it to us and then again on the second night, it stopped working. they could not control a few drunk guests who played loud music all night and had uncontrolled kids running around the hall. the walls are paper thin of course so you can hear everything going on in the halls and you can definitely hear music from another room. the worst part of all is their guarantee. "satisfaction guaranteed or your room is free". we complained about the service and asked them to back up their guarantee but there was no manager working (Sunday at checkout). the manager called the next day and all they were able to do was discount us 50% of the room and provide 5000 points. we were not satisfied and we still had to pay for the room. they did not follow though with their guarantee.

The staff were all Polite Respectful and Helpful. The Breakfast and light Dinners provided were delicious. Variety of foods and the dining area was kept very clean. I stayed at this new hotel for 10+ nights in their King Suite. I loooooved it! The staff was amazing and very kind. My room was always spotless. The gym and pool were probably my top reasons for staying at this location, again always spotless and the equipment was very similar to the equipment in the gym i manage making it an easy transition. The breakfast and dinner was awesome, my favorites were probably the sausage and home fries, the waffles and fruit, and of course the nacho night! I would highly recommend this hotel to all friends family and members of my gym.

I went for the afternoon tea. Service was top notch. But food selection and quality were below expectations. Sandwiches were blown dry, everything just tasted like sugar and we didn't get macaron until we had to personally ask for them. We expected what you advertised would be there, if not perhaps there should be fine writing that signifies that each day would be different. $20 isn't fair for the poor selection of snacks. Also my table and chairs weren't properly cleaned before we were seated. I ended up getting syrup on my jacket.

I wish there was a no-star. First of all, front desk clerks were rude and unhelpful. Coming in from a 8-hour drive, I'm not expecting much, just want a clean bed at 3 o'clock in the morning. Also, we had to sign this non-party agreement when we checked-in since it's New Years eve. I would be fine with it, but why did the white guy in front of us not have to sign it then. That didn't make sense to me. After observing the interaction between this clerk and the man in front us, I was expecting the same service. The clerk told the man aboht how to access the Wi-Fi and how to get to his room (which way to his room)Do you think we got the same service? NOPE! All he care about was telling us about the no-partying in the room rules and we are responsible for any damage. (dude, I know people party, but we looked like we were going to pass out right there at the lobny) After finishing signing all he said was "here's your keys!" Nothing else, I had to ask him how to get to our rooms and access the Wi-Fi since I needed to work. Finally getting up to our rooms, which was colder than outside. We turned up the heat, waiting for to kick in. I decided to take a hot shower, our shower head was broken. Dude seriously!?!?!?! The shower head would not stay down so you have to hold it down, I ended up just using a hairtie to hold it down. At 3am, I'm too tired to complaint. Called our friends room to make sure everything was okay, and then hung up getting ready for bed. Our friens knocked on our room asking if our phones are ringing. We said no, went to their room and their phone is going off at 3 o'clock in the morning. No one all the other line after we pick up the phone and it still ringing after we picked up. We go down stairs to see if maybe they were trying to call us, (there's 2 front desk persons now) they said no and said they don't know why that would be happening. I said how can we (our friends) sleep if the phone is going off. Their response is unbelievable. "Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in?"Ummm....that's not my job. I paid for a room, not to fix a broken phone. They said that they would see if they can send a service person up and by this point I was already don't with this place. We (our friend) just left the phone unplugged to sleep. Get back to my room after a wasted trip down stair to see what happen to our friends phone, still cold. Heat not working. Ugh. So disappointed at this hotel at this point. I'm not making another wasteful trip down, luckily I saw an extra blanket down stair in the closet, pulled it out and covered myself head to toes. Sleep time. Get woken up by the failed "black out" curtains, hop in the shower still broken. Ugh... But good news is the heat finally kicked in. So room is liveable now. We leave early to visit family and breakfast. Come back for a nap cause we're still super tired and get woken up my our friends in the other room. They said they had a visitor, so we walk over. There's a bug that they had to get rid of coming down from the ceiling. Its was yellow and disgusting. All we're thinking is one more night. Let's get pass one more night. Next morning, we woke up early and checked out. I informed the AM front desk clerks about the bug and they just said. "Oh really?" and said me what my email was to send the receipt. I don't expect anything else at this point. So disappointed with this service, how are they a four-star hotel. Unaccpectable service from the front desk staff. I would not return go any Hilton's again. I can't believe this kind of place exsist. I expected more from a Hilton.

The conference hall is located at the heart of downtown Markham which is the business district. It is minutes away from highway which makes it convenient rather you are coming from Toronto or Newmarket. Parking spot is a little bit limited but there are options to park off site. We were there this past weekend with our basketball team and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel facilities are very nice but, what really makes it, is the awesome staff. They are beyond friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home. Everyone on the team commented on the staff and were very happy that I booked this hotel for the team. I have stayed at this hotel several times. For some reason the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous, more so than other hotels in the area. I'm really unsure why this is, it may be the environment, or Managment expectations, or selection process, but the result is tangible. I find the rooms nice, clean and spacious, the food at breakfast is standard hotel fare, but again the staff are the difference makers for me.

The room was spacious, great view on the east side. Comfortable bed, and everything was clean and tidy. The WiFi however, was absolutely horrible. I was on a business trip and needed to work in the evening, but it was hopeless. The connection finally became usable around 11:30pm when I assume the majority of users went to sleep. A call to the front desk only offered excuses about recent updates, and a suggestion to "persevere".

This hotel has been my home away from home for the last year or so. The staff is always extra friendly and I enjoy their happy attitude. I accidentally broke a lamp and had to pay $90 for it, and it was never replaced in the room so I'm not sure what is up with that (I did this a long while ago and typically stay in the same room. So I can confirm the it definitely has not been replaced although I was charged.) The pet fee here is extremely reasonable and the cleaning staff are very sweet to my cat. The beds are adequate. The sheets are amazing but the duvet is not comfortable like most Hilton brand hotels. The bathroom in the suites have heated floors which is lovely. The windows have blinds rather than curtains, which I also find nice.

I am a Hilton Honors member so I usually stays at Hilton hotels. I stayed here for three weeks in a row way back in July - August 2015. First two weeks of stay was ok, hotel looks old needs updating. Tried swimming pool and it was descent, I can relate to the guest staying near the pool with all the noise and splashes from the water. Third week of stay bitten by bed bugs. Complained to the cleaning lady, front desk and manager but they never contacted me. Called Hilton and reported incident, they never notified me. Will never stay at this hotel. We stayed at the Hilton near Toronto's city hall. We stayed in room 1604, for a view of city hall and its fire works display for the cavalcade of lights on Nov. 28th. The view was great. That being said, our room had not been properly tended to by the cleaning staff prior to our arrival, and items including food had been left behind by the previous guest. Additionally, the neighboring guests were obnoxiously lots throughout the night, so much so that at one point my entire room shook with their raucous carrying ons. Eventually security had to be called. Not necessarily the hotels fault of course, but still, very irritating. Sadly, beyond Hilton points the staff didn't provide any kind of compensation. Overall, fairly disappointing.

Really disappointed by the hotel. I called and left multiple messages about booking quite a few rooms for my upcoming wedding guests with no reply. I also tried emailing again with no reply. My mother also called and spoke to the front desk who assured her that the group booking agent would respond within the day otherwise they would call her back. Once again no one called her back. Clearly they have no interest in booking the 15-20 rooms I was trying to book. Very disappointed by the customer service. The group booking/event manager clearly never works or replies to any messages. Will never stay at the Hilton again.

The staff was really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and well kept. The pool however had so much scum buildup that people were signing their names in it. Most names were from 2014 it was a gross. The hot tub was no better! After spending a few minutes in it the bubbles stopped and we noticed floating clumps of hair once we all got out we looked down and the water was foggy and there was a lot of stuff floating around in the water! I am literally sitting in one of their rooms as I type this .... The Red Wings are playing, at home, and you cannot get the game on the TV in the room. I called the Front Desk and they advised me that it can be viewed in the bar, because they have DirectTV, but not in the guest rooms. The complimentary breakfast is actually $10/adult and $7/child The room was made up today.... sorta. The beds were made, but the drinking glasses were left on the footrest in the middle of the room - not replaced. I will say, the room is a decent size, but I wouldn't return. At the rates they are demanding, one could easily do better somewhere else (even though I am here with a group taking up approximately 20 rooms). Actually, on Expedia, I just checked and found that I can beat the rate they gave our group by $29/night!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Every member of the staff was smiling. The desk hosts are very kind and assured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was very clean! It is obvious the employees take pride in their work. The beds are amazingly comfortable! I need to say thank you to General Manager, Brandon Louchart for going out of your way to accommodate my family with adjoining rooms (last minute plans.) Your professionalism goes above and beyond! You truly care about your guests. Thank you again! P.S. My children loved the pool!

Our overnight stay was pleasant, and the standard Embassy treatment was excellent. While the rooms, and hotel are showing their age; and maintenance is not at the quite where it should be - I would not hesitate booking again. Bed linens were clean, comfortable, and inviting; providing an excellent night sleep. The hotel restaurant was decently priced, and provided ample portions (don't forget the three free happy hour drinks). Breakfast was once again a hit thanks to the supurb omlet chef. Bottom line -I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The hotel was located at 17 mile road and Crooks road in Troy Michigan. The first room was unclean and had ants, the toilet was plugged. (Nasty) The hotel did redeem itself by moving us into a new cleaner room. Unfortunately the new room was not connected with the other room of the other guests in my our party. We were happy that the hotel had a pool, however the smell of chlorine was so strong I had to leave the pool area. My eyes were still burning for hours later. Everything else was about average. Nothing was to be excited about.

The free breakfast is great! With all kinds of good breakfast foods. Bacon and pancakes and fruit and basically whatever you wish you could have for breakfast every day. Free coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day (especially nice in Detroit). The only downside is that its surrounded by a mile if parking lot in every direction. Walking anywhere isn't easy, and no views.

Never again, Wanted to stay here because of better earlier experiences. They told me that their pet policy was dependent on the manager - who also happened not to be there on a Saturday afternoon. So Sprocket and I chose to go elsewhere. I mean really, who does that? A pet policy that is dependent on the manager being on site and on duty? I found another hotel that was less expensive and was happy to have Sprocket and I visit and stay without any extra fees or heartburn. Pet friendly = customer friendly.

My worst stay yet at a hotel. First room they gave me wasn't cleaned yet. I went down to ask for a different room and the next one smells like smoke. I said whatever and kept the room. Upon further inspection the room was dirty, not vacuumed, bathroom floors had some sort of powder on them. Who knows what is really cleaned between guests. My card stopped working for my room so I went to get it replaced. I also told the guy at the front counter that my room smelled like smoke and I didn't want to be charged a fee when I leave because I don't smoke. He said he would take care of it and I said don't worry about it I just want to make sure I don't get charged extra and he rudely said yeah you already told me. Never staying at an embassy again!

We've been coming here since it opened and the service and quality is slowly going down. From the front desk staff that have their ear buds in and don't welcome you (actually we had to welcome ourselves!) to the food and quality of cleaning. They used to have dinners some nights for special things and a variety of teas now it's just marginal. I realize these things are perks but they were all things that made this Hampton a step above the rest.

The construction of this hotel is very cheap. You can hear the guests in the rooms above you walking/running/jumping. I feel like I'm staying in someone's basement. The guests in the room above us unfortunately were up by 5:45 am every morning. If you are looking for a hotek in the area, make sure you look for one with better and more solid construction between floors. This one is wood and very noisey.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here in a jacuzzi suite. When we arrived at the hotel the key maker was broken, so we wernt able to get a key to our room. We had to be escorted and let into our rooms. This hotel is not equipped with exhaust fans in any rooms. So when we turned on the jacuzzi and shower it steamed up the hole room making it about 90° in there. We called maintenance man who came up and said he could NOT fix the problem, turn on the AC. (It's winter time) he also let us know we would get a discount. When we left, we asked for our deposit back and a discount, and the snoby woman at the counter told us NO. Because the maintenance man can't make thous decisions. Worst service we've had ever. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE at all. Plenty of better places to stay.

It's a good location for navigating around the Clinton Township area. They provide a hot breakfast and on some nights provide dinner. The hot seems to have declined since I last stayed and doesn't seem to be as clean, though it's still pretty good for the price range. I was disappointed in the workout area as only one treadmill worked. No cleaning supplies to wipe off equipment. Some attention to the minor details could really make the hotel great again. The room was clean and bed comfortable so I can't complain too much. I'd consider staying here again.

This is by far the worst Hampton I've stayed at. The staff is rude, and I guess it's okay to leave the breakfast area (your free complementary breakfast) with the counters and floor sticky with maple syrup. If you can book a room at the Hampton Inn in Sterling Heights, trust me it's better. Watch it though. When there are big event like sporting event you better book 2 months in advance or you might end up at this dump in Roseville. If you get a Suite at the one in Sterling Heights, you get much more channels, a sink, refrigerator, microwave and the staff is much more friendly. Oh it's way bigger, which is great if you have little ones.

I checked in online before my arrival. Upon arrival, we were told that they gave our room to someone else (do they ask for ID). We were given another room. However, my credit card has a hold on it for $129, and so does my other credit card Fuente actual room that I received. Basically until the amount released, there is $260 if my own money that I can't use. I was told that it would take 2-3 business days to reverse it. All of this because you didn't ask for ID and the credit card that was on file online. Quite an inconvenience. I can not make purchases with the card until the money is returned to the account. Very frustrated.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The customer service was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we could find local places to eat. The entryway looks like it was recently redone, and looks very modern. We ended up eating dinner at the restaurant at the hotel itself. The restaurant itself had very low traffic, but the menu wasn't fairly good for being hotel-integrated. The room was clean and well maintained. We went with a Jacuzzi suite, which worked well. The Jacuzzi was in the bathroom itself, but still was relaxing. The Internet was OK...sometimes a little flaky, but worked for the most part.

I WORK FOR A HOTEL TOO! Due to my experience coordinating wedding hotel blocks, I may have a higher expectation of service than most as it is expected of me and my hotel brand. Because I know the ins and outs of organizing these wedding blocks within a hotel, I thought this process with the Hampton Inn would be a breeze. Wrong! I had patience at first because I would expect this of my clients, but this hotel just seemed to be very unorganized. I confirmed when requesting this block if I needed to sign an agreement to hold these sleeping rooms for my wedding guests and was told I did not. I received a telephone call about 2-3 months later asking if I still needed these rooms as I did not sign an agreement to hold them. Again, I was told it was not necessary and of course, I still needed the rooms! Additionally, I was told I had until this morning that I had four (4) rooms left for my guests to book until 11am. One of my guests tried to call this morning at 9am and all of a sudden all of the rooms are gone. I just feel like the only words I can use is uninformed and unorganized.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago because it was the only hotel in south haven that got good reviews and that stay was great. It is clear this hotel is under new management because we had many problems this visit. 1) even though this is a "pet free" hotel, they allow pets. I saw one dog (not a service dog)walking in on a leash and we found a bunch of white dog fur on a chair in our room as well. Not good when you have 4 kids that are allergic. 2) they would not vacuum our room every day for room service. One day it was so bad my wife requested a vacuum cleaner and did it herself. 3) if you would walk around in our room with bare feet, The bottoms of your feet will turn black. 4) we had nothing but problems with the keys to our rooms, the pool, and the laundry room. 5) The treadmill was constantly broken as well as the ice machines. 6) my son that is 14 years old got kicked out of the pool because he was not old enough even though the sign said 14 years old was OK to stay at the pool by himself. 7) The owner would you consistently park in a space that blocked the entrance in front of the lobby for vehicles. 8) there is one night lady Ruth that would hide the complementary hot chocolate and cookies from my boys. Needless to say we will never be going back. Clearly this is the new culture at this hotel under the new management. I'm a Hilton honors member and I rarely have any other issues at Hampton inns.

Brandon made an impossible and irritating situation better. We got in late at the airport and had to wait 40+ minutes outside for a cab, and ended up getting shoved in to a cab, with a cab driver that had no personality, and had a terrible attitude. Brandon was delightful, and was very outgoing. Definitely making our train wreck of a night better! Not only that, but my boyfriend had a terrible stomach bug, and he gave me everything I needed from the gift shop to help!

Stayed here last week. The property itself is nice and clean with well appointed rooms. Unfortunately I encountered a series of small issues that made for a poor experience. When I arrived at the Airport I called the hotel to see how long it would be for a shuttle. The women that answered said the shuttle was making a drop off at the airport and would be there in 3-4 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and called again, only to be told that she was incorrect and that the shuttle wouldn't be there for another 20 minutes. Had I know this originally, I would have waited inside, instead of out in the cold and might have taken a cab or Uber to the property. Once I finally arrived at the hotel, the two employees behind the counter were bickering about some guests that had just left the counter, whom had apparently been disruptive. One of the employees was using inappropriate language during this somewhat heated discussion. As I was checking in the employee asked if I would like a shuttle back to the airport the next morning, which I accepted, but when I said I had a 5 am flight and would like a 3:30 am shuttle I was informed that the shuttles don't start until 4 and that the 4 am was full, as well the 4:30, so he asked me if the 5 am would do. Clearly he wasn't listened to what I was saying since a 5am shuttle for a 5 am flight won't work. Thankfully Uber was there to make the quick drive in the morning - too bad I had to spend extra to get there though. Needless to say, these are minor annoyances and they were all simple to overcome, but I feel that there is some improvement that would have made this a much better experience had these two employees been better trained.

Well at least the room was clean. Now that Manager's Meet and Greet was way off from Hilton standards....Goldfish, who serves Goldfish with Nutella and apples plus stale chips at a Happy Hour. The front desk people seemed lost at times when a Hilton Gold Member ask for any perks that we normally receive. Yes the hotel is a little worn but it still had some life left. The breakfast was below average (you had to ask for bacon like a kid at home). Now someone mentioned the noise during Happy Hour, yes it's true the patrons do get louder and staff didn't do much to address the noise.

Clean room and pleasant staff. The center area of the hotel can get loud and will permeate the sitting area of the room. Luckily, the bedroom has a door that blocks most of it out. This is a standard characteristic of the Embassy Suites chain.

We met some family (from out of town) here that were visiting CO to go on a bus tour. We attended a catered dinner. We have two people in our family with celiac disease. (We don't tend to eat out much). I had many concerns to be sure that my daughter and I could dine safely. Christine (the Catering Manager) was very attentive and understanding of my concerns. And we spoke many times to address all of my concerns and she was professional and accommodating each time. Prior to the dinner I spoke with Paul (from the kitchen). I had some concerns about some of the ingredients and he was able to bring the product containers out so that I could read ingredient lists (as many gluten ingredients are found under names that you would not expect - and gluten is often not called out on the label of many foods). An ingredient that was used in the buffet was questionable - so Paul grilled up the meat in the kitchen (without the semi-glaze)- just for us!) WOW! This is above and beyond customer service!!! As a parent of a child with dietary concerns - I so appreciated the attention to detail of ALL of the staff that I spoke with. We could not eat the dessert provided on the buffet so they brought us a fruit bowl... We left there happy, safe and feeling great!!!!! I can't thank Embassy Suites enough. You made our dining experience a very positive one! Thank you. We WILL be back!!

Awesome stay so far. Hotel is super close to the convention center and 16th Street Mall ,tons of restaurants and bars. They offer a complimentary breakfast which I'll get back to) and even a evening happy hour that includes more than just beer and wine, which surprised me.. The rooms are all suites it seems and are pretty spacious.. my room has a microwave, a fridge and a closet safe, which is important to me, and the bathroom area is situated in between the bedroom and the living room with a closing door to separate. Super cool if you're a parent and need some peace. The shower had amazing pressure and stays nice and hot, but I have slept in better beds..that being said, I've also slept in worse... so the made to order eggs that are included in the complimentary breakfast , make up for it. ( that's right, you read that correctly, REAL EGGS..not powder eggs usually found at most hotels "free breakfast and they're delicious) Combine all of this with a polite staff, the beautiful atmosphere, and the stunning views of the mountains and downtown , and this hotel has quickly become one of my favorites of downtown Denver.

I was at the Embassy Suites Denver for a Meeting/Training for my job. I loved the fact that it was located conveniently to the Light rail, and there were several options for us nearby for lunch. The meeting took place in the Aspen room/suite which is on the 3rd floor. The room we were in was nice, a good size and well lit, but the lights flickered badly when they were turned off/down when we needed to use the projector. The biggest issue I had was that the only stairs my group could find let out, outside onto the light rail tracks, and the elevators were horrendously slow. It took nearly 3 minutes for one to get from the 4th floor to the first so that we could return to our room after lunch. Overall, nothing was overtly bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I really enjoy staying here for the Managers Happy Hour and the great hot breakfast. I have had a King room in the past, and it was great. This time we had a Two Queen room and found the beds to be uncomfortable. The room this time was showing some wear with scuffs on the walls and the furniture looking/performing rough. Both times I have stayed in the last 9 months, the revolving door in the lobby has been broken, also. I will continue to stay here, but hope they start maintaining things a bit better.

Nice place. This is an older hotel that has been refurbished and updated. Relatively close to downtown and less expensive than other hotels. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was accommodating to our needs. This hotel seems to have all of the amenities of a newer hotel, just older architecture. The free indoor (covered) parking is a plus. Neighborhood could be considered to be a bit sketchy.

My boyfriend and I stayed here about a month ago for a getaway to see the Broncos game. I'm usually in Denver for business, but he booked the hotel. At first, everything was great. The hotel is pretty nice and the restaurant was surprisingly decent for hotel food. I started thinking this might be a better place to stay when I'm there for business. Wrong. Friday night I went to bed early and there was a loud party right next to our hotel room. I let it go because I know trying to go to bed early on a Friday night is a little pathetic. Then Saturday night comes and there is even a louder party that my boyfriend and I legit thought these people were in our room. Turns out this hotel was renting out a banquet hall in the room right next to ours. They let these parties fun until 2 am and there was nothing we could do about it for 2 nights in a row. Who does that? Most unprofessional, disrespectful thing I've ever experienced in my life. I would never return here. I even shared my experience with my company so hopefully they don't include this hotel on the list since nobody will ever sleep here

The hotel is good. Staff has been friendly. Definitely do not order the nachos! After 20 min they delivered me a plate of cold nachos. The chicken was cold. The cheese was cold and congealed. It looked like it had been spooned out of a jar from the grocery store. I returned them. The next set that showed up didn't have any meat on them and were on a standard dinner plate. The first set was on a small platter. This time the cheese didn't look so congealed but wasn't very warm either. Really poor job on the kitchens part! Paid for my beer and went elsewhere for dinner.

Hotel and service wasn't bad at all, but there were definetly a few things that made this stay pretty frustrating! I booked my stay ahead of time at a certain discounted rate. I called the hotel and informed them that I wouldn't be arriving until very late/early morning 2amish.I I checked in and everything about my stay was fair, until I received my bill the next day, which was almost double the amount in which I booked it for. I called the hotel and after being pointed in 20 different directions and departments was finally connected with someone that could help me. I was told that I was charged a no show fee for not showing up of night 1 of my stay (after I called and told them I would be arriving late) and then I was told that I was charged a much higher rate then what I initially payed for in my online confirmation. After about a half hour on the the phone I was eventually told that I was going to be refunded and everything was corrected. About two weeks later I had still yet to be refunded and had to call again, and had to explain the whole situation over and was basically told that they would have to check with reservations because somehow they dropped the ball about it, The lady told me that they would send the refund again and that i should receive my refund promptly, so we shall see about that. It seems like there is a strong break in communication at this hotel, all starting from a simple phone call to inform the hotel that I would be having a late check in, to the point of having to be run in circles and having to follow up to see why I wasnt refunded two weeks later!! I understand that I may not be a top priority in company operations, but a little communication and acknowledgement could certainly go a long way, especially in avoiding situations like these! As a first time Hhonors member, making the switch from Hyatt Gold, my first impressions of the Hilton Experience are sub par to say the least. Hopefully my next stay will change that!

The good? It's a Nice clean hotel. Staff is friendly and professional and its dog friendly. Now to get to the bad.......Parking isn't the greatest, water pressure sucks, the bed is super uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin, the combination of hearing the neighbors laughIng and partying all night, plus the noise from the road added with the most uncomfortable bed in hotel history makes for a very poor nights sleep, All in all, for 89 bucks a night you definitely get you money's worth. Terrible experince. Booked a smoking room months in advance only to be told when I show up they are all now non-smoking rooms . This is Denver Colorado, and these new non smoking rules are absolutely ridiculous. An example on what I would do when I stayed here in the past. We would be provided room on 4th floor away from non-smoking rooms. First thing I would do, is go to the store up street- and buy air purifier candles and spray, left room spotless and left money on each bed for help staff before leaving . Only thing I found to be quite professional is the apology and willingness to offer a discount on the room, but because of this experience, Denver Hampton - you have lost my business, and that of everybody I know and l used to rave to your hotel about for such a long time. Supposedly everybody was supposed to be informed via phone call or email about this change but I personally never received anything. Be careful if you plan on smoking at this hotel

The staff was very helpful, when we arrived the front desk person was able to give us a couple of great suggestions for breakfast the next day. The rooms where very clean. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the same area.

For one it is not even in down town Denver. It is west of I-25. Also if you don't mind parking your car on the street because they do not have enough parking or have a rental car all good. The manger said it was fine. I did not see his car out on the street. I would be willing to bet that the employees had there cars parked in the lot while there guest are parking out on street. Unless they walked to work but if they lived down town they would have to drive to work. For the price it is not worth it. There are 3 more run down hotels right next to this one and I would bet for half the money. Trying to be a 5 star hotel in the ghetto. This is a $80 hotel at best. I have stayed at $60 hotels and did not have to park my car in the street.

I had to chime in on this hotel.. I can't believe it has such a strong rating... I tried to get on the internet and its at .128 mbps... thats 128 kbps... that is the speed i had in 1995 people... When i complained they said "you shouldn't care so much about speed, it's free" If you plan to use the internet, do not stay at this hotel... the rest of the hotel seems fine but i cant even work.. In fact i wanted to write this review and i timed how long it took to load google maps, sign in, and review... i started at 7:35 and it's now 7:49... 15 minutes to load googlemaps... at home that would be 7:35 to 7:36...

This Hampton Inn was located very conveniently near Denver airport. The lobby was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was amazing! It had one of the nicest fitness areas I've seen for this type of hotel. Rooms were nicely maintained, clean and beautiful. I got the best night sleep in some of the most comfortable beds. Oh yeah.... And the staff was warm, inviting and friendly matching the decor!

After staying at a clarion hotel(not positive experience) then staying here, a world of difference! Had some issues with room key magnetic strip not working. No big deal because the staff is nice, the place is clean and modern. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

Not bad. Comfy beds, tasty breakfast. To the person who said they aren't at the airport, um, DIA covers the land area of Manhattan. NOTHING is actually AT the airport. Do you want to listen to jets all night when you're trying to sleep?

We checked in on Sat and requested a refrigerator to be in our room. They never delivered it until late that night. Come Monday morning some vandals had driven by and shot out the car windows that were parked in front of the hotel. My back window was shot out and all I got was the hotel is not liable but we noticed you are staying on points (79,000) for the 4 nights and we'll put all those points back on your account. When I went to check out they said sorry only 20,000 points will be put back on your account which is one nights stay. Not only was I out 500 but was not worth the stress. I will be staying at the Holiday Inn next time at least they have a complimentary continental breakfast. That area is pretty scary too, there were some strange characters that would walk thru the parking lot.

I have yet to stay there, but I doubt I will enjoy it. My flight got canceled due to weather conditions in Chicago and I was traveling straight from NJ > Colorado. I bought insurance and everything and wanted to get the reservation adjusted for one less day because I will be arriving a day later to Colorado. Again this is all due to circumstances I cannot control. They would not wave their fee and would charge me a penalty of a one night stay. SO, I would still pay the same or more because of other fees they would incur. This is scum territory. Bad enough this is a chain hotel that makes money all over the states and elsewhere and they could not wave the dam penalty and help someone out in the holiday season?! Scum, simply put. I hope they choke on the money they made off me from this reservation. Totally dissatisfied.

Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Only drawback was train noise nearby but the hotel provides complimentary ear plugs in the bathroom toiletries for light sleepers.

Just ok. Not located in best part of town. Not the easiest to get in and out of if your not familiar with area. And I have to mention the damn TRAIN! Hotel located feet from train tracks. Every thirty min a train would pass by and blow its horn. Didn't keep us up all night, but very annoying. We got room cheap w/ some Hilton points, but $$$ to eat and drink at hotel bar. Ok place to crash for a night.
