I have had an account for online shopping for 8 years. I have lived out of the country and this is the only way I can get birthday cards to my grandchildren. Their birthdays are in August. My children's birthdays are in August and September. I start logging on to shop for the cards in July. There's a cute little note that tells me "OOPS! It's our fault, not yours. Try again in a few minutes." I try again in a few minutes to no avail. I try again every day. I am still trying. I can't even get an email out. This has caused me to miss sending cards to all my grandchildren and my children. Hallmark is a huge company. Get it together!

I really don't care if you make this public or not. However, since you have no "real" complaint site here goes. When are you going to pay your employees the way they need to be paid? When are you going to offer benefits to those who work "part-time". Quotations, because your "part-time" is actually full time. I will not support this company any longer for that very reason. No medical benefits. Poor pay. Yet, you require them to travel on the road to stock you sections. The road is the most dangerous place to be these days and you can't offer health insurance? Really? Done!

I sent three emails to Hallmark to say I believe I have duplicate accounts and need help. All I've gotten are auto-generated responses sending me to the community board so I could trawl through various subjects to see if any other user had the same problem and I could figure it out. The obnoxious part is that this auto-email says that if I can't solve the problem that way that I may resubmit the original email to them AFTER SEVEN DAYS!!! The customer service is absolutely non-existent at Hallmark online.

I ordered something on Friday, May 8th to be delivered overnight. I paid $15 for overnight delivery. It arrived to recipient on May 13th. When I called Hallmark to tell them I wanted my overnight shipping charge refunded, I was told that May 13th qualifies as their definition of overnight delivery for orders on May 8th. Here's why: First, they don't deliver on weekends, which I should have known. Second, the day you order doesn't count as a day. Third, overnight means one day to process the order (remember, excluding the day you order), and then two days to ship. So, overnight to Hallmark means a minimum of three days + the day you order = 4 days later the recipient gets the product even though you pay for overnight. This company is ripping people off and deliberately misleading them with terms like "overnight", which means one thing to us and something very different to Hallmark.

I went into the Hallmark store to purchase a wedding card and saw a card for same-sex marriage. I thought this was a Christian store and was very upset to see such nonsense being sold.

My mother-in-law went in the store to return a broken bracelet, and while shopping around, didn't get anything. When she left, a lady came outside and proceeded to write down her tag. She asked the lady if there was a problem, the lady said yes, you stole a candy cane. My mother-in-law went into the store to confront the woman when the lady started saying you didn't put it back in the proper spot, and that she is going to call the police. My mother-in-law said "go ahead, I just have been violated." The lady was nasty and ignorant, still yelling at her. My mother-in-law left, called me the day after, which is today.

I have visited the car shop and I have a difficult time getting through the aisles. I'm in a wheelchair and it is difficult to get through the aisles, but the last time I went, there was so much merchandise in the way, I had to leave without being able to purchase anything. I told the cashier that the store was not handicapped friendly, and she just laughed. Thank you, Sandra **.

I have a major complaint about the owner of your authorized dealer (Stacey's Hallmark at 205 Broadway Mall, Hicksville, NY, 11801) named **. On 12/15/06, my daughter went to her store to buy the snow baby nativity set for me for Christmas. The kid was so excited to find it at her store because they were very hard to find. So she went ahead and bought it two days before Christmas. She gave me the gift because she couldn't wait.

I purchased two Christmas ornaments for my granddaughters on October 20th. Then when I got home, I decided that I should have purchased the more expensive ones. On October 25th, I went back to the Hallmark Store in McMinnville, Oregon to make an exchange and was advised that Hallmark policy is no return or exchange on Christmas ornaments and that this is stated on the receipt of purchase. I had never heard of this nor seen a sign to state this in the store and was not advised of this policy by the clerk when I made my purchase. I am not in the habit of looking at my receipts after purchase for such information. This is wrong. I emailed Hallmark and was advised that they were sorry, but that is their policy.

I received e-cards for my birthday. I decided it was my inept operation of the computer when I was not able to access the last cards I received--all from hallmark.com. The last card, tonight, I ran on the retrieval three times and was refused access on the erroneous statement that I was submitting invalid information. I was completely accurate. Do I have any rights? The person who received the card may or may not have an account with them, but they advertise free e-cards. Isn't it at least unethical to advertise such and not deliver?

I joined Hallmark's "Maxine Official Club" on December 31, 2003 and was supposed to receive a windbreaker as part of the membership, which I did not. I telephoned Hallmark and was told a supervisor would return my call in 24-48 hours. No one ever contacted me. I emailed Hallmark and got no response. I emailed Hallmark again on February 16, 2004 and am waiting for a response. I feel Hallmark is not standing behind its obligations and has misled itself. I did not get what I was told I was paying for.

I attempted to purchase two greeting cards for $7.01 with a check at this local Hallmark. I have a current ID in Antioch, CA but my checks still had a San Francisco address (approximately 1 hour drive). I wrote in my new address, provided a local telephone number and was still refused a sale.

On the evening of 6/18/03, I bought a silver, blue clock from Rosy's Hallmark. The clock has two of the same sentences on the edge of the clock saying, "A New Beginning". I was by myself at the time. On our way home, I showed my boyfriend the clock and he said that the clock is not worth the price. So that's why I went back to the store 20 minutes later to return the product and get my refund back. The cashier refused the refund and said that the clock is a seasonal item and therefore the sale was final. She also pointed out that the receipt that I signed says that all collectible, seasonal items are final. But then I am thinking how am I suppose to know that this item is a seasonal item? The clock itself doesn't state so and during the time that I purchased the product, the cashier failed to tell me the item is a seasonal item and that it is final sale.

My three children went to the store to purchase me a Mother's Day card with their allowances. They picked out the card that they thought I would like the most, not realizing what that particular card would cost. (They are 10, 9, and 5 years old). Later that day while having dinner, my children said, "Mommy, do all cards cost $5.99? We spent most of the money that we had in our pocket." I turned the card over that they had given me earlier and couldn't believe that it was $5.99! I feel as though my kids were taken advantage of because they did not know what the appropriate amount to spend on a greeting card is due to their ages. I realize that Hallmark has cards available that are $1.00 to $3.00 also, but they didn't know this. I also believe that Hallmark Cards should realize that there are children out there spending ridiculous amounts of money on cards for "mom", or whoever is important to them, because they don't have the life experience yet which will teach them the value of a hard earned dollar!

I was a full-time employee at Lynn's Hallmark. My job at the end of the night was to count cash and make sure the deposit for the bank was set up for the morning person to take in the morning. Well, apparently I had made a mistake in the deposit and was not told what it was. I was written up by someone who did not have authority to do so, and I did not get to read it. I am very upset because I did not know what my mistake was for being fired. My boss let me come into work, sign in, and then told me I was fired. I feel very hurt and this was not fair. I lost $800 for not working for four weeks, and also I have to work two jobs now to make income!

This company is ripping people off and deliberately misleading them with terms like "overnight", which means one thing to us and something very different to Hallmark. The customer service agent insisted that I go to Hallmark.com to read the policy, but when I told her that I have the invoice in front of me and it very clearly says overnight, shipped on May 11 (so should have been there May 12th, then), she said that the next day from shipped is not what is meant by overnight. This is even though she said numerous times during the conversation that overnight includes the day it was shipped and then delivered the next day. My notification says it was shipped on May 11, and still did not arrive until May 13th. When I brought this point up to her, I was told that there was nothing she could do and I would not get a refund because overnight delivery from Friday May 8th means 6 days later, according to Hallmark's policy. They are thieves. Because of this, I would never shop Hallmark, again and suggest that every one else avoid them, too.

I was searching for the perfect baby book for my second son. I wanted something a bit more customizable than what I had with my first son, since some of the pages weren't relevant to us. When I checked out Hallmark.com, I found just what I was looking for. At the time, they were running a sale, and all photo albums were said to be reduced. When I actually put my photo album of choice into my shopping cart, the cart total did not reflect any discount. I searched for promo codes that I needed to use in order to apply the discount, but the website did not offer anything.I waited a few days, and then tried again but had the same result. I checked out anyway, so as not to miss the sale pricing. I then called customer service and spoke with such a polite and professional gentlemen. He immediately refunded the discounted amount to my card. The customer service alone impressed me enough to return to the site and shop more. Hallmark.com carries a wide assortment of gifts for special occasions, such as weddings, graduations, births and more. They have branched out far beyond their traditional greeting cards and are a fun site to browse.Product PricingA bit expensive

Hallmark.com is a fun site to shop around on, especially at holiday time. They offer all of the special ornaments and gifts that are so fun during Christmas and holiday time. I did notice that they now have a selection of greeting cards, which is also nice if you want to stock up and store away in advance. If you are a Hallmark rewards member, you can save up points to cash in for money toward purchases, which is useful if you shop at Hallmark often. The website is fairly straight-forward and easy to use, quick to navigate and find what you need. That being said, I just don't see Hallmark.com as a great way to shop. If you are wanting ornaments, then sure, I can see buying online as an easier option. But, for buying greeting cards? I just don't see myself buying these from Hallmark's website. It's confusing and I would much rather just buy a greeting card in the store.Product SelectionThe website has a growing number of items available, but I think there is still much more to choose from in the physical store - which is opposite of most other ecommerce sites.Product PricingPricey.

I love this website. It is my all time favorite place to buy Christmas ornaments from. It is awesome year round as well. The main thing this website sells is greeting cards. You also have the option to do E-cards off of this website. That is a great feature because it can save you the time of going to purchase a card in store. This is also a great website for invitations and announcements. Everything I have purchased off of this website has been high quality. It has always arrived in great condition as well. I will definitely continue to shop off of this website. I highly recommend it to others as well. I would definitely recommend checking out the ornament section on this website. It is incredible.Ease of UseIt is well organized and very easy to shop off of. It is broken down into multiple sections. That makes it really easy to navigate.Product SelectionThe website mainly sells cards. It does have other great gifts as well.Product PricingThe cards are expensive but really nice.

The reason I think hallmark.com will always be around is because of the creativity they bring to their website. Almost any occasion you can think of has a card to compliment it. My father was retiring, so I wanted to create invitations for his celebration along with a card to give him during his party. I decided to log on to the site to take care of all my printing needs. There were premade invitations and congratulation cards for me to choose from. Not only was I able to purchase the invitations and card online, I was also able to buy them for a very low price. Savings are great when you have good quality products to show for it. I didn't have a problem at checkout and delivery was fast. When I opened up my order, nothing was missing. The card and all of the invitations were beautiful. It was exactly what I needed for my father's retirement party. Everything turned out great and hallmark.com will always have me as a customer because of their great products and excellent customer service.

On a few occasions, I have wanted a personalized card that was not homemade. Hallmark.com is the source that I turn to when I want such a card. They have character themed cards that can still be personalized. Recently I was able to buy a Frozen-themed card that I could still personalize for the birthday party of a friend's child.Ease of UseIt's easy to navigate through the site and sort cards by theme, occasion, etc. One downside to this site is that it is for regular cards only. Hallmark e-cards come from a separate site, so it can be a pain to go back and forth (although there is a link to the e-card website that makes it a little bit easier.Product PricingA lot of cards are in the $3-5 range, which is pretty comparable to what I have found in stores. I was also able to save $2 when buying two personalized cards at once.Shipping and ReturnsShipping on cards less than $5 or over $100 is free. I find it very helpful to send one personalized card without a shipping cost. The shipping between $5 and $100 can be a bit high, so I usually buy one card at once (unless on a sale if more than one card).

Hallmark.com is a nice site but, there are a few things I would prefer to change. I like the site itself. It's neat and clean. It is not too cluttered looking and has a some what attractive overall appeal to it. The site is fairly easy to navigate and easily locate exactly what you are looking for. The site doesn't have the largest range of products but, the products they do have are of decent quality. They host a good amount of cute and uniquely thoughtful gifts. Their customer service support and payment and shipping processes are impeccable. The site definetely has a lot going for it. What I don't like about the site is simple. First of all, their prices on most of their products are a bit too expensive. The other thing I don't like is the cost of shipping combined with the actual price of the products you purchase. With the shipping costs added on, it is honestly not really worth buying anything online from this site. I have always had better luck with the actual physical store than I ever did with the online site.

Just about anyone knows what the Hallmark stores carry but their website features more than greeting cards and novelties carried in stores. The card selection on this website is much, much larger. There are cards for holidays, special occasions and just everyday thoughts. They range from sappy to funny to some degrees of inappropriateness. I love the larger selection available online. You can also find gifts and novelties on their website as well. In addition to these well-known products the website also has extra things that people may not know about such as craft ideas and even some recipes. One of the best features on Hallmark.com is that after choosing the card or cards you would like you can choose to have the card mailed to yourself or directly to the intended recipient. You can also personalize cards with your own pictures or text. You can also save money with coupon codes that you can use at checkout. I order my holiday cards from this website every year and love the customer service and speed with which my cards arrive to their destination. Love this site.

I am a current Hallmark Crown Rewards member. I am probably the perfect target demographic for Hallmark as I buy and send a large quantity of greeting cards each year. For me personally, there are two main benefits/reasons that I use hallmark.com, the first is that I can enter in the barcodes for each Hallmark card that I have purchased (this counts for both purchases made at hallmark.com and in their brick and mortar stores). Every time that I redeem 5 codes I receive a free gift card. As someone that purchases a large number of greeting cards throughout the year, these codes add up rather quickly. The selection of gift cards available has somewhat diminished recently which is slightly disappointing. The two main Gift Cards that are currently available for redemption are Starbucks and Nike. It is a shame that Applebees is no longer included in this list. As it is, it is a nice touch and nice to be recognized as a loyal customer. The other reason why I like shopping at hallmark.com is that I can design my own personalized greeting card, ornaments and other photo novelties. This is such a cute and fun way to give a really thoughtful gift. The greeting cards themselves are very reasonably priced. They are actually cheaper than the cards in their brick and mortar stores, often by $2 or $3 cheaper. As an added bonus all orders under $4.99 ship free with USPS First Class Mail shipping. I think this is a fantastic deal. Not only am I able to customize my own card but I save money doing so. The design process is rather simple and straight forward, far superior than other sites I have used to design cards. I have always been extremely satisfied with my orders from hallmark.com and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I love going to Hallmark and browsing around looking at the card selection they have. Also, at Christmas time buying my children a keepsake ornament for when they get older and have their own Christmas tree. However, I started using their website as it go harder for me to get to the store. I must say I was very disappointed in the website and feel like it does not do the store justice. When looking at the website it appears to be the same old stuff as any other store. The quality of the cards is not there in the website. I found that there was not a large selection of cards to choose from. Also, shipping is expensive. I know that goes with most websites, but especially if you are just purchasing cards. I found the selection to be nothing that is great, that stood out or anything. I think in order to have the Hallmark experience you have to go to the actual Hallmark store. While the website is a great alternative for people who are unable to make it to an actual store, don't settle if you live near one.

This store has saved Hallmark for my family! Unlike other Hallmark stores, Amy's Hallmark is VERY welcoming. Their staff is also second to NONE! We adore Nathan. He is first class. Each of their employees are great as well. We drive over an hour each year for our Hallmark Ornaments. This store makes the drive so worth it. My 3 kids love coming to pick an ornament or 2 each holiday season!

This is my favorite Hallmark in DFW and I've been to just about all of them. It's the closest one to my house, which is definitely convenient, but it also employs the friendliest people. The British guy who is the manager (whose name is escaping me right now), is the best. I swear he lives in the back, because he's always there. He's extremely helpful and a joy to talk to as well. Associate Kaitlyn is equally as helpful and wonderful, as are all of the employees I've had to pleasure of interacting with there. They're always welcoming and accommodating. Since I already have enough cards and Christmas wrapping and decor to open my own Hallmark store, I don't go there as often as I used to, but when I do, it's like meeting up with an old friend. The store is always cleaned and well-stocked, and they have nice clearance selection. Plus, they're right next door to Kroger, so I can kill two birds with one stone.

I have visited this Hallmark and talked to someone on the phone in the last week, twice now, and have had great experience both times. Julie specifically after calling two other stores, informed me, and was the only one that knew, that an ornament I was looking for was not due to come out til Thanksgiving, no wonder I have not been able to find it. And when I visited the store, they took time out to answer all my quesitons, and personally help me find items. This is how I remember Hallmark employees being, when I worked for one for almost four years.

Awesome customer service at this location. I went to this Hallmark to get a card and maybe a gift for my wife (you see, I forgot about Valentines Day, but thankfully my wife is very understanding). The staff was eager to help me with the situation and even directed me to the various Valentines items that were on sale (which helped me get even more than I was expecting to give). In the end, my wife loved her gifts and I really appreciated the ladies that helped me out tonight.

They have a good knowledge of the items they stock & any new Hallmark product. James Norman, the owner, also helps out at the cash registers & also greets all customers when they come in the door. They give each customer personsal attention & make them feel special. Mr, Norman packed a Christmas pkg for me, so, I could mail it to Canada. About Me: Male, 32 Years, Happily Married, 100K+ USD Yearly earnings. And this is the first time I am writing a review for any store in the US. And sadly, its a negative one. About the Store: I was at Hallmark last evening (11/21/2014 7:30PM - 8:30 PM range) with my wife and her friend. We ran into an African american store employee who made us very uncomfortable with her comments. Her constant taunts were very hurtful and drove us out of the store. She was mean, rude and extremely unprofessional. I will not ever visit this store because of this employee. And yes, if any other folks out there are reading this, be warned.

I absolutely love Winkie’s Toy Store. They are the only place I go to purchase birthday and Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews. Since I work down the street, they are a one-stop shop for my family and I. Especially since they provide complimentary gift-wrapping for your purchases too. All you have to do is ask! Now that is quality customer service! They have a very large selection of toys, holiday items and other gifts. This is not your run-of-the-mill toy store either. It is more of the one of a kind finds instead of where to go for the coveted toy of the season. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Every time I visit, I have one if not two or three employees ask if I need help. Prices are very reasonable compared to mass produced department stores, but you won't find most of these items elsewhere. If you are looking for unique gifts for the kiddos in your life, this is your place!

This store has very poor customer service. I went there to purchase a card and had with me my baby in her carseat carrier. The carseat was in a shopping cart because it is heavy and I had recently had surgery and was not allowed to carry an item of that weight. When I walked into Hallmark they immediately were rude and said curtly "no carts allowed". I explained that the carseat was heavy and that I only needed one card. They repeated "no carts allowed". That's it. A place with good customer service would recognize a customer that needed help. They could have offered to get the item I needed or asked me to keep the cart in front rather than taking it down the aisles if that was what the concern was. Instead I was kicked out. I will never shop here again and I intend to let people know about the poor way I was treated. If you need a cute card I would suggest Target, there are several in this area and they have cute cards without the poor treatment.

Been shopping here almost 20 years, have used the bathroom there before. Asked to use it this last time & was turned down. New store policy because purses of employees got stolen. Connie, stop alienating your customers, buy a file cabinet that LOCKS for the purses, and let people use the bathroom. Would you rather someone have explosive diarrhea in front of the Yankee Candles? The ornaments? I voted with my feet & will not only NEVER shop there again, I just told the whole entire internet why I won't. Walgreens is very happy to take my money if you won't, Connie.

I went in to buy a gift picture frame for a first time gramma. The one I liked was last years stock and very damaged but could be repaired. I asked for a discount and they offered a 33% off retail. This frame needed repainting so I asked for 50 % off, as they had shelves and shelves of Christmas merch at 50% off. They were quite rude and declined. I left but came back again to speak with a manager who was not there, asked again for the 50 % off and was rudely refused.I have spent alot of money at this store before including 6 of the very expensive Vera Bradley products but I will not go there again.Yes the older women who work there ARE very rude and there were 5 of them on a weekday.I also agree the handwritten signs at the door are tacky. There are too many other Hallmark stores to shop at and the one in my own hometown will NOT be the one I go to again!

This is a very nice store. It has the same prices as other Hallmark stores so I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. The people in this store are very nice and helpful and make it pleasant to shop there. They don't hover around but are very available if you have a question.

Waited in line and was completely ignored. The cashier was more interested in helping the other customers than helping me. I was cut in front of. They really need a sign that says "line starts here." I was humiliated and walked out crying. That was not fair. It would've been nice if I was acknowledged. I have never been more humiliated in my life. I won't come back. I only had one item it was wrong for me to be cut in front of. I felt invisible.

The lady in the mail room today was the most unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. She had medium length dark brown hair, and she was just RUDE to everyone. She really made you feel stupid for not knowing what to do. Isnt it the job of a postal worker to be happy and helpful? All of the other people who work in the store are lovely! I usually come here, but this lady needs a good talking to before I will return.

One visit, the cashier removed my he tag from the item I was purchasing. I'm sure she JUST trying to "help." Then you had B1G1 and you didn't have a matching set that I vvanted, so I "requested" 1/2 off one item and your store manager CLAIMED "I 'can't' do that." I TEND to shop Hallmark because it is a HIGH QUALITY product and I do not FEEL I ought to be coerced into settling for less when B1G1=1/2off2. #fraud

I recently purchased a collectible ornament from this store. The ornament was a display unit. The store clerk repackaged the item in tissue paper. The other ornament I bought was packaged in form fitting plastic. Upon arriving home and opening the item, the item was broke. The store refuses to honor the return policy as stated on their cash register receipt. The store stated they would not refund/exchange the item without the store receipt. After driving into the store they refused to refund/exchange the item after I presented the receipt. The return policy on the receipt indicates that with a receipt that I have 30 days. The hallmark customer services simply tells me that each store manages their own return policy. The hallmark website also states - "If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase from Hallmark, simply return it to the store where you bought the item." and "With a receipt, you may choose a refund or exchange." The entire chain of Hallmark stores has lost me as customer.

Prepare to be followed through the store and watched intently by one of the employees during your entire visit to this store! If you are not a white, elderly female, be prepared: the white female employee who is about 55 years old, short, blonde, wears glasses, she WILL hound you. Even though there are cameras all over the store, this woman will follow you and watch your every move - it will wrack your nerves. Nevermind that the 80 year old grandma two feet away from YOU is shoving greeting cards in her purse and up her sleeves, this one employee is after YOU because you're obviously not a Christian, you're not elderly, and to make matters worse, you have the nerve to enter HER shop carrying a large handbag. However, maybe the employee is fearful that people will get lost in the store and that's why she follows and watches so intently; still, it seems like she is playing store detective and she isn't very good at it. Helpful hints for non-whites, non-Christians, and people younger than 60 years: don't carry a purse of any kind during your visit, avoid wearing clothing that has pockets, don't touch anything while you are in the store, try not to look around but to find what you want. This store does not welcome people who are "different" and one of their employees isn't the least bit ashamed to let it show. My wife and I will take our business elsewhere after this sad encounter. That employee is a disgrace to the Hallmark name.

I went into this Hallmark Store looking for a specific item. Although the store had a lot of cute items (it is the Holiday season) the elder women that were working made me want to NEVER return. I was one of 3 customers in this store, one of the cashiers was busy at the counter with a customer. I was walking through the store CLEARLY looking for something and no one, not one of these women asked if they could help me. One cashier was walking around but not offering help to anyone, another was looking for things to busy herself that did not include helping anyone. She glared customers as they walked past her but did not offer to help them. I did not find what I was looking for and I don't think I will be stopping by there anytime soon for future purchases. With a Target across the road, a Walgreens across the parking lot, a Rainbow Foods and Cub Foods store within seconds of this store one would think the customer service would be better. I was shocked because I have NEVER been in a Hallmark store that had such unfriendly service. If this store plans on staying in business it should start hiring FRIENDLY people who WANT to help customers.

My Daughter and I were in Dedham for a training session for my daughters work. We happened to do into this store to look around as we both love Hallmark items. While we did purchase numerous items, my comment is for the lovely lady who waited on us. I regret I did not get her name but it was on Wednesday evening 8-6-2014. She of course was very helpful with what we were looking for but took time to explain and even help write down directions for us to know which rail line to use to go into Boston as she knew we were wanting to go to a specific place. She was wonderful and thanks to her directions we were able to find just what my daughter was wanting to take back to some friends in SC. Please give her our thanks.

I've been a Greetings & Readings fan since before they moved to Hunt Valley and the store keeps getting better and better. They have an amazing selection of cards, books, gifts (including Vera Bradley, Brighton, Yankee Candle and more) and a wide variety of Ravens and Orioles gear. They will even give you a free gift box and bow for your purchase, which is always a benefit for those last-minute purchases!

My wife and I ordered custom thank you cards from their printing department after our wedding. The young woman helping us printed a proof so we could see what the card would look like. Next day she called and said she realized the card size was much larger then what we want. When she tried to put the image on a smaller card, the picture wrapped around to the back of the card. That was unacceptable, so she tried adjusting the image again, emailing us the proof each time for us to print out to verify. After several attempts, I called and said I did not feel comfortable with the situation.and was concerned that the cards would not be what we want when they finally arrive. The cards were not cheap ($170 for 25 cards) so I asked her to cancel the order. She charged 15% for the cancellation which we had agreed to when we placed the order. However, we agreed to the charge when we viewed the proof that she said would be the final product. As the error was theirs and initially we made an effort to work with them to correct the problem, I feel it was poor business for them to not accept responsibility and fully refund the charge. Due to that lack of integrity, we have gone elsewhere for custom cards. Buyer beware.

I said can u help me find a book she said sure I'm getting ready to get off but let me put u on the computer because I dnt see wht u want. I said OK well 3 other sales ppl came up cous I was on the computer I told them all which sales lady put me on the computer. They all said oh ok. Apparently, the computer is normally ran by sales people. Keep in mind this Computer is not a iMac or Apple computer lol it was old. Lol This other sales woman came up to said we don't have ppl on the computer I explained how I got on the computer she said wht are u looking for very nasty. we dnt have ppl on the computer I said u know ur attitude is really nasty and I will spend my money somewhere else. Thank you! Ironically I checked my voice mail and the book I wanted was available in Denton the owner called me to tell me she found it and got.

This store is a great thing for this area and most of the employees are exemplary.but there is one woman who waited or shall I say ignored the fact I needed assistance that made my decision to go to shop elsewhere an easy one, I have no use for uppity women with attitudes, perhaps she forgot the public / customers are responsible for her job and pay either way I will never go back as they say one ROTTEN APPLE spoils them all, p.s. Avoid this Hallmark location! We usually only buy from Hallmark during the holidays, and each time we have gone to this location in the last two years the management have been obstinate and disrespectful. One specific example: yesterday I went in to purchase over $30 worth of ornaments, and had a "$5 off $10" coupon that was sent to me from Hallmark corporate. I was spending more than $10, and the coupon did not list any exceptions. The management looked at the fine print and highlighted "see store for details" and then said that in their store they don't accept these for holiday purchases. I have used these types of coupons every year in multiple states and NEVER had a problem. Sure enough, I went to another location nearby (try the Tucson mall or the location near St. Joseph's hospital) and there wasn't a problem. For these reasons, I will never shop at this location again, and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

I ended up getting what I wanted, but not without a bit of trouble. The two women behind the counter were not even willing to sell the display ornament to me. And they said that "All we have is out. Nothing in the back." Luckily I heard another woman say to her child that they were waiting for a woman to get the display ornament off for another ornament. I found another woman (long blonde hair - I also saw her working in the custom print area) who said she would check in the back to see if there were anymore. Unfortunately there were not, but she brought the display box and wrapped it up for me. So in the end, good customer service from one person, but not so impressed with the rest. And when I was checking out, the woman behind the counter said some BS about how sometimes they can't sell the display ornaments. That's stupid.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I walked into the store with the intention of picking up a couple of greeting cards. I received no welcome, rather a question from the woman working there - "Do you know we close in 5 minutes?" I looked at my phone. It was 4:50. I said "Oh I'm sorry, I just came in to look for a couple of cards. Should I leave?" "No", she said. So, I went ahead and started looking at cards. I already felt rushed at this point. This was my first time in this store, I did not know before entering that they were about to close. I picked out one as quickly as I could, and then headed to the Father's Day card section to search for one for my Dad. It was about 4 or 5 minutes til 5pm at this point. The woman working there then walked from the register toward the back of the store. As she passed behind me, she stated "You can keep looking I am just going to shut off the lights." Seconds later, the store went dark. With no light in the store, and no sunlight coming through the windows on this stormy day, I could barely see the cards in front of me. Because of this, I gave up on choosing a Father's Day card and went to the register. I paid for what I had in my hand, and she followed me out so she could unlock the front door that she had already locked. I was kind of stunned by all of this - this is just not how you treat customers. I wouldn't be taking the time to write this if I wasn't sincerely disappointed. This woman (whoever closed the store on Sunday, May 31st 2015) has a lot to learn about customer service. I recommend finding a different Hallmark store.

Typical hallmark store with typical cards. Has a less sterile and more homey feel than most stores. The people were helpful but not overly friendly.

Decent selection, well-established, lacking the sense to post their hours conspicuously. So I ask when do you close, the answer comes back, and, since I couldn't make it by closing, I ask when they open. By then the person on the other end was gone without a word. Not so customer friendly, methinks.

Went here to have some gifts wrapped, buy a gift bag and a few other items. Lady who wrapped the gifts was incredibly friendly. She told me it wouldn't take long to wrap them, where as her colleague said I would have to comback and pick them up. That lady was not particularly friendly. I ended up helping with wrapping the gifts. I didn't mind though since I was in a hurry. Store was well stocked and kept clean. I've been to this location twice now and have been burned both times. The second time was today I had one store call to see if they had a product and they said they did so I drive the 30 miles to pick it up and I get there and they say they don't have it that they thought it was something else. I'll never return to this store and I'll refer friends to do the same. They are unorganized and don't even try to make up for their mistake.

Think twice before buying Hallmark cards. After 22 years of service as a part time employee they have terminated me because I can't handle 5 stores. There is no one at Hallmark at the age of 70 that could handle 5 stores. Hallmark basically has terminated me because of my age which is age discrimination.

My buyers are very disappointed to see Hallmark is now having outsourced their card production to of all places Communist China! Because of this very Anti American move upon Hallmark’s part we have begun an active campaign to stop doing any business with your organization until you completely extricate your business from Communist China! The USA is still struggling with employment issues and it is very unpatriotic of Hallmark to do what you are doing now.

Sadly disappointed, I used to always purchase "Just Between You and Me". You can no longer shop locally, one must drive 45 minutes plus to even get a simple card. I am very upset as I write this. I had put my name on the wait list at Rosie's Hallmark for Elsa and Olaf ornaments in early July and called today 10/14, as to the status only to be told they called me on 10/9 and said my number was disconnected. Verifying my number that has been the same for the last 20 years---and is listed inn the phone directory--they had written the number down incorrectly writing the last digit as 9 instead of 5. Though it was their mistake, their attitude was too bad so sad. We don't have anymore Olaf...we only got a limited number. No effort was made to check the directory and verify if the number was right. Their mistake, my grandchildren lose. I have worked in customer service most of my working life and know this is not how to handle this situation. Called Hallmark Corporate and they said that Rosie's is a franchise so there is nothing they can do...Supposedly the store manager will call me first thing in the morning....not too confident that this will resolve any more satisfactorily...Will amend this if it does...

The woman who owns the shop, Judy Marshall, is extremely rude. She treats her employees with no respect. I was checking out when she just so happened to call the store and I could hear her yelling at her employee over the phone. There is absolutely no need to disrespect an employee if she as a owner wanted to be treated with respect. I had an issue and wanted to speak to her so I left my number, and she never called me and she was never in the store. It seems that Judy expects her employees to deal with issues she as an owner should be handling.

While shopping at Judy's Hallmark today, I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was with my 23 year old month baby. I was holding his hand sort of in the center of the store to prevent him from grabbing and breaking any items. He fell down to his knees as if he was going to sit on the floor and then began SCREAMING. When I looked down, I saw, on the middle of a post, a metal eletrical outlet box. In the center were two sockets with no safety plugs, and around the sockets it was simply OPEN. A baby could put his hand right inside this box. At first, I was scared my son had been shocked. Later I realized he had probably just scratched his hand on the metal sides. So - bad enough that this hazard is right in the middle of the store, but the staff reaction was UNACCEPTABLE. When I told the saleswoman, Millie, that they needed to cover this outlet, she informed me that there had never been a problem in 28 years. She later came to my car and told me that the fault was mine because I was not controlling my baby. I WAS HOLDING HIS HAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE SO HE COULD NOT TOUCH THEIR MERCHANDISE - I did not realize it was my job as a parent to check their store for public sources of live electricity. I have NEVER received good customer service from this store, but this was above and beyond unacceptable. DON'T SHOP AT JUDY'S.

Today I went into this store as I have many times before, working in Valley West Mall, and I chose a set of thank you cards. I waited at the register for 10 MINUTES while the cashier rang up the 3 items for the lady in front of me. She did not know how to work the cash register and she was not nice about it. While I was waiting I was talking to a family member about her husband loosing their job and them possibly losing their house. When I got up to the register, the clerk rolled her eyes at me and sighed heavily while she banged on the register. Every question she asked me I answered promptly, and I was very polite. After another couple of eye rolls from her I asked her if there was something wrong, she then replied, "yeah, you are RUDE!!!! You shouldn't be on your phone, you are RUDE!!!!". I already purchased my items and was so offended, I refunded my purchase (it took her 5 more minutes of banging on the register to give me my money back) and I let her know, I would never return, and I would tell everyone I know never to shop there again. I work in customer service and this is NOT how you treat a paying customer. this is not how you treat ANYONE!!!!!! that lady should NOT be working ther. Give her job to someone who really wants to work there and will treat customers they way they deserve to be treated. Haven't you heard the saying, "the customer is ALWAYS right"? You don't even deserve one star.

The store opens M-F from 10am-7pm, Sat from 10am-6pm and Sun from 12pm-5pm. The store is closed for major holidays such as New Years, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving and even Mother's Day. Observed a vile ignorant employee mistreat two customers yesterday The thirtysomething employee is a heavy woman with an Ombre type wig or weave bob. Without any provocation from the customers your employee ignored them for several minutes. Once asked by one customer for assistance the rude employee became antagonistic and combative. Keep in mind the customers were standing at the cash rap for several minutes. I overheard the customer ask why they were ignored by her ( rude employee). The customer spoke in a calm and respectful tone. Your employee became really defensive and loud. The customer asked your employee to please lower her voice and that she had no intent of arguing or debating. The customer asked for your employee's name. The employee would not give her name. She did not have a name tag. Then the customer asked for the corporate number. Your employee told her to GOOGLE IT and laughed. The employee became really nasty and vulgar with a customer who never lost her cool. If you check your video surveillance (2pm-3pm) you will observe what I witnessed a customer who remained calm and direct with an irate and abusive employee. There is much more but you probably don't want me to divulge it online. It would essentially shut your down business. I really felt bad for the customers and the other clerk (Ryan) who has to work with the beyond unprofessional employee. One of the customers in your store yesterday was an attorney. I pray you reprimand the rude employee. Too many Americans need jobs for this woman to continue working at your establishment. I will not buy my Hanukkah, Christmas & New Years cards this season at your business. I placed my items back and left the store after the incident.

Hallmark store located in Perimeter Mall. It's my go-to spot for cards and nik-nacs/gifts. always laid out nicely and organized. Ornaments are fun to look at. A bit overpriced for some of the gift items but they do have a descent selection .99/1.99 cards for those bargain hunters out there.

HELLO...I love this Hallmark store, the employees/the customer service as well as the store in general (visual layout, products, etc.) is way above average. My customer service experience stands out - so worthy of applause. Thank you.

Very poor and tacky customer service. The young clerk acted as if she could care less if we were happy. After selling us a broken ornament she refused to exchange, or refund the product accusing us of actually breaking it ourselves. I will not shop at this location again. The staff is less than pleasing which is a reflection of the entire business

I used to only shop at this Hallmark at the Mall of GA until I went to a girls night out at Jen's Hallmark in Suwanee (which is closer to my house). Any time that I have ever had any questions Jen's Hallmark employee's are ALWAY friendly and willing to help. HOWEVER I wish that could be said for JAN'S Hallmark inside the Mall of GA. They have the rudest staff, they are short and inconsiderate to their customers in the store or over the phone. I spend about $2,000 per year at Hallmark and Jan's Hallmark in the Mall of GA won't get any of my business. Right now the thing that separates most companies and stores is their customer service. You can shop anywhere and get the same deals or prices on items so companies need to be much more in tune to good quality customer service. Bad customer service is a good way of pushing a loyal customer away! PLEASE JOIN ME IN NOT SHOPPING AT THE HALLMARK INSIDE THE MALL OF GA

I could spend hours looking at their selection. If you don't find the perfect card at the Hallmark store, you may need to reassess your needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're having trouble deciding, they tend to have good instincts. There's also a good selection of presents for everything from religious events to a three year old's birthday. My only complaint is that it's so hard to find, and that really isn't their fault. I recommend coming at it from the 183 access road, just ignore anything else your Maps app tells you.

The service is awful. I was looking for a card for my father-in-law. I accidentally asked a worker for a "daughter-in-law" card. Instead of putting two and two together, she snapped at me, "WE DON'T CARRY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW CARDS!" Eww! And this isn't the first time someone was nasty to me at this store. I will never go there again even though I'm always in the area at the health food store next door. I found a vastly superior Hallmark store in Fanwood. The workers are nicer, it's a cleaner, more organized store and it has better product. Definitely worth the extra mileage.

Went in there looking for something lady seemed very nice and called the other store to see if they have any and when she asked if we wanted to drive from the falls to the st Catherine's location to pick it up we said we'd look around and she got really rude with us and told us it was a waste of time and was just super rude

In a last minute scramble I called the store and ordersed six Yankee candles. When I arrived they were gift wrapped so I was thrilled. Now I can show up and see unexpected family members through this holiday season bearing fruit's and great smells in 2013.. Thank you to the customer agent that assisted me. She paid every attention to detail. I feel terrible I cannot say your name. Thank You

The staffs here apparently get to choose which customers they want to assist and which not. I was the only customer when I entered the store, no one said a word, they were just chatting among themselves. I thought, 'Oh cool, they let people shop by themselves.' That was until another customer entered the store right after me and was approached and asked if he needed any assistance. Another one who entered after that was also immediately offered help. I was in the store for more than 20 minutes wandering around, and yes they saw me, and no one said a single word until I left. You'd better be white, or be prepared to be completely ignored. I'm not upset or surprised, it happens a lot in Columbus; it just needs to be pointed out.

Service that leaves something to be desired. They tried to weasel out of gift wrapping at 6:59pm (they stop wrapping at 7pm) after we had been in the store for 15 minutes picking out wrapping materials. After they told us they wouldn't wrap the gift we decided to return the ~$20 of wrapping materials. Another associate (Alicia) appeared out out of the back and was gracious and more than willing to help. Funny thing is, the other two associates told us they were the only two there! I hope the best for Alicia, but we are never going back.

Today was my second visit to the Polaris Hallmark Creations Store and it was AMAZING! The store itself is beautiful - full of great gifts but the Customer Service was the best I've ever experienced. I interacted with 2 associates today and both greeted me as if I was their best customer in their own personal boutique. They understood the inventory, made relevant suggestions without being pushy - they anticipated my needs, noticed every detail - e.g. noticed I was buying a picture frame for Kids Artwork - how they noticed is impressive since it was in a non descriptive, plain frame box but she took the time to look at it while she was checking out and asked if I had seen the new Crayola section with all of the new Kids Art Items. She took me over and I loved all of it - again if she merely did her job and rang me up - it would have been a pleasant shopping experience but she made it an exceptional experience. This store is focused on their interaction with you and exceeding your expectations. I love this store.

The night before Mother's Day--- the website says you are open until 8pm. Until I get to the door at 7:15 and it's locked!!!! I can see your workers inside, saying "sorry we closed at 7." THEN POST THE CORRECT HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!! ITS MOTHERS DAY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!! and I wasn't the only one fooled either. There were 5 other people walking up to the door when I did, thinking the same thing!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

Wow place sucks I been to all the locations except Mountain H I me die to the reason not worth the drive and I can buy from Walmart and get better service. I mean really as long as they have store managers like Mary, and Supervisors like Karen and Ginny I will not come in any more June's Hallmark. I think that the main corporate office should shut everyone these locations down and remove there products before they get tainted by garbage and crummy people. All these locations are is drama and more drama just take June's down and put Drama-mean Incorporated you would probably see a few more Rachel people come in here I mean when here did all the real women go I'll never come here again and this place is rude as hell better off getting a Happy meal at McDonald's or Burger King at least you get free fills.

I purchased an ornament here last Friday. I called them today to talk with them about returning it and Yvonne (the manager) proceeded to tell me I could not return it but could only exchange it. She said that it is stated on the receipt, which is pointless because you only view the receipt AFTER you purchase it. I told her my situation and how I needed to return and she said the same line then proceeded to hang up on me. I have been a faithful customer of hallmark - I am a distributor of Blessings Unlimited which is under Hallmark. I will never buy from Hallmark again nor any subsidiary. EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service!

This Store is one of my favorites. I love the team they have, they show there customers they care. they always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and gets everything he or she comes in for and if they cant find it in that store they do there best to find it from another one of there sister stores. I always find this store to be more clean and organized. they always make me feel very welcome when I come in, always asking me who I'm shopping for and leads me to the place I need to be, and returns in a few min to make sure I'm still doing good. I have never had any problems at this store, I will always continue to shop at this specific store when I'm in the area. thanks for all the hard work lady's

Went to buy a birthday card for my Dad. As I walked into the store, the two employees were talking. They both looked at me as I walked in, but did not pause their conversation to acknowledge me as I entered the store. Within one minute, another woman enters, the same employees immediately acknowledge her as she enters the store. An older man, who was in the store before me, walks around the card rack and both employees ask him if he needs help finding anything. At that point, I leave the store and decide to spend my money somewhere else. The two employees failed to acknowledge me as I exited the store. I was a loyal customer. After today's events , I will not return.

Because they have the best selection of items, such as cards, gifts, holiday items, candles, office supplies, collectibles, themed items, stuffed animals; you name it. Just like many of the reviews below the workers are RUDE! I went to buy Alex & Ani bracelets for gifts, the girl that took forever to even ask if I needed help, kept making snotty comments and sighing with every question I would ask. The people working in this place are very rude to costumers. It happened to me once and I didn't pay attention, because everyone has bad day. However I ask to one of the ladies for assistance and the answered by saying "what do you want" giving me a dirty look and attitude as if annoyed because I disrupted her conversation. That is no way to treat costumers.

I will never buy another Avi bracelet at this store AGAIN. Their policy is outdated and skewed in their favor. Since when does someone give a gift of jewelry with a little tag still on it. I had both the box and the receipt yet I was informed of their policy (which is posted in the store) and was not able to exchange it for another. They are unreasonable and ridiculous. If you want AVI and ANI GO TO THE MALL!!!!!!!!!
