We recently paid up for our site, and have never been able to access it even once. The site allowed us to publish our free site (.....webs.com) but when we type in our site address we get the message " sorry, site not available". We emailed the site owners several times, and they suggested we contact "support" ( on the menu bar). Of course, in order to contact support, you need to pay more. This is pure, unabashed robbery

TERRIBLE.. so many glitches, as of this writing, still not fix.
i can confirm all of the reviews regarding the slow, glitchy, awful time using webs.com. i can honestly say, it has been a nightmare to work with since I started building several websites back in april 2013. it takes an hour to complete the simplest task b/c there are so many glitches & limitations. just today and entire page of text, I had been working on for 2 hours, just disappeared and cannot be recovered.
the glitches are so numerous, but here are a few to list:
-when hi-liting text to cut/copy and paste, once pasted elsewhere on the page, the entire page reverts formatting to something never previously used for spacing, font, size, and color. usually very small and unreadable.
-when simply clicking in editing field to type text, entire page changes formatting to large, dark and not previously used text, then back to your format when you click outside the editing area
-whenever adding bullet points or symbols, spacing on the the entire page will change
-essentially whenever you do the smallest thing such as click in an editable field to do anything, the page freezes, re-saves (some times) and reformats or un-formats or deletes everything
some recent changes a tech support operator told me are due to webs.com downgrading their editing options:
-you are unable to edit photo size once photo is inserted on to page. you have to guess on size and then insert, delete if it's not right, resize outside site, insert again, etc.
-you are unable to type in the text color description, only click on the impossible grid of rainbow colors, this makes insuring text is the same color black on every page impossible, especially when pages spontaneously reformat constantly
-it is impossible to type in a font size only inlarge and decrease arrows, trying to hilite a certain portion of text to "click up or down" on size is impossible, as it for some reason changes the size on the entire page, or not at all
anyway, I encourage anyone to use any other site but this one for their website building needs. it would really benefit them to focus on the getting the basics of their business to actually function.
Have had 2 free and 1 premium site on webs for years now. Easy to use, good graphics and you don't have to be a programmer or cyber geek to get your site looking great. Competitive pricing on services + human beings on the tech end make them a good hosting experience.
The GOOD: WEBS isn't bad by any means. They just have to take care of their current issues. Unfortunately, the current issues outweighs the good that the host offers. WEBS offers a site carousel (scrolling content), allows members to create a profile on your website, add friends, post on forums, comment on blog entries, etc. all under one account. In addition, WEBS offers custom HTML (not to be mistaken with custom CSS), password protected pages, meta descriptions, built-in apps and more. If you have a small business, a PRO package includes an eCommerce store with custom e-mail addresses.
The BAD: Webs currently is limited. You cannot add tags in your forum, you can't moderate content and you cannot (for the time being) search your forum because their code is broken. Also, mobile users have to have Flash in their browsers if they want to post something new. Most devices nowadays don't have or support Flash. Also, be aware. Their prices show you annual prices first! Not monthly prices, although they do have flexible payment options. Lastly, you cannot cancel in the middle. You can turn auto-renew off, but you won't be able to delete your site until your subscription is up. I don't mind any of these, the only thing I mind is having users use the mobile site. It's a golden, 10/10 host and I can't wait until they fix their issues.
I have designed many church websites with this host. They are great, provide 24/7 online chat service and MANY different templates and backgrounds to choose from. Nice thing with this host is that you won't have to be set in stone with a certain template. Your site can be very dynamic with background audio, youtube videos, etc.. Really for the price this has everything you could ever want for a web host. 5 stars!!!!!
Webs is a decent solution, but I think the tools are just a little to bland. I'm a web designer and use WebStarts.com to build my sites and my client sites.
I tried to use a free one but it was NOT so easy for a non-techy to add content and pix. Help was no help. I became so frustrated that I gave up after a few attempts.
I had a paid hosting for a business website, i would not recomend it to anybody .
The hosting is very very bad !!!

webs is trash they don't ever help and they ruin people websites because they have kids as staff. and there the worst so don't use webs. i learned the hard way
When we first designed our business website a few years ago Webs was definitely the best option. There are now MANY better template sites one of which we'll be switching to ASAP. The Webs interface is annoying and clunky - strangely difficult to work with colors, fonts, photos, etc. They recently changed their dashboard and all of a sudden we noticed a mailbox for form submissions which we had set up to forward to our email address. Upon looking at the messages we realized that MANY of the submissions were never forwarded to us causing us to lose (literally) thousands of dollars worth of business and damaging our reputation/image. Upon reporting the problem to webs and informing them that they would lose our business ASAP they first tried to blame us and then when they realized it was their fault the response was basically, "oh well. Have a nice life." Avoid them at all costs, especially if you are trying to run a business!!

You need to be careful about their billing options; they are not clearly spelled out, and, of course, they err on the side of getting more money from you.
Customer service is only fair; I depend on my site, and it has now taken over a day to resolve a problem that jeopardizes my website. People whom I know are telling me something is wrong. Meanwhile, of course, people who don't know me are probably thinking, "This website is not worth anything."
The site, no doubt, has a good support service. But once your free site gets reported for abuse (Even if t is not true), your site become frozen. You do not get reply from any support team. Even live chat people ignore you. You won't get any reply to your emails to them. At that moment, it would appear to be the worst hosting website.
There ad says 100% Free What a bold face just out right deception they Play off of the good a rich reputation of Web.com and by adding a S with Webs.com they catch consumers who are searching for a reputable site builder and try and up sale you with pushy boiler room sales man who try and push guaranteed Google first page placement (SEO) and they have hit my account for 47.00 for Hosting the second month and when I called talk about rude when I asked for a refund Please do not be deceived them they are a rip off !!!!!
This was a HUGE waste of money. I have had this site almost a whole year now (only a month more on my contract). The Help Center was extremely UNHELPFUL, and the whole site was hard to use and was not user friendly. I tried to figure out one problem for over two months and contacted the Webs Help Center to help me figure out how to fix the problem. Not only were they very slow in responding, I had a different person respond to me each email, and at the end of it all they couldn't even help me and referred me to contact a different site for help. This was a BIG waste of my money. Definitely NOT a good experience.. I can't believe how bad Webs was! I kept thinking it must be my fault that I was having issues, but the same problem that took me over two months to figure out (which I never did figure out) took me all of two hours on a different domain site.
They renewed my website without authorization. They state I was sent emails asking if I wanted to cancel the site and that is completely not true. Tried to contact customer service . . . almost impossible. There was no where on my site settings to cancel my service.
My problems with webs.com continue.
After two years of terrible support and site issues, now I found out that I can not disable the option "auto renew", which automatically takes my money each year.
I want to disable this account and I want my money back. I wrote to their support, but I am not expecting anything.

My records indicate that the automatic renewal of your domain name (...) was enabled which resulted in the renewal for one year at the cost of $29.95.
We do try to prevent unwanted renewals by alerting our customers as such notification emails are sent 90, 60, 45, 30, 15, and 1 day before we process the renewal of the domain name.
I really wish I could grant your request for a refund of the domain renewal fee; however, I am unable to as our Webs.com Domain Registration terms of service outlines that domain names and domain related services are non-refundable.
To prevent any further automatic renewals, I have scheduled your domain name to be canceled at the end of the current billing period; January 2, 2016. As such, no further charges will be applied to your payment account for this subscription.
I again apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please do not hesitate to respond to this email should you have additional questions or concerns

As you see, this is not an appropriate behaviour.
I have been trying to get our website back up for a few weeks now. A few months ago they shut us down saying we didn't pay. They brought us back up only to shut us down one more time. I have spent numerous hours trying to get this resolved. I even had our bank contact a representative and sent them copies of our bank statements to prove we paid. It's pitiful that it takes weeks and nothing gets resolved and no one will call you back or reply to emails.
Is there no authority who can stop these sites from using tick boxes. While using the web for purchasing or information you only have to miss ticking or unticking a box for someone to pass your contact details on. While it is easy to stop unwanted e mail it is harder to stop unwanted postal mail.
Do not leave any type of financial information saved in their system. They renewed a domain name I had set to not renew. Customer service is very poor.
Came across this review today, as I am exploring alternatives to Webs.
While I have had great success utilizing their interface for the theatre I work for http://www.strangebedfellowstheatre.com I have had some issues with the limitations of the site builder.
Templates often go wonky when switching, but that's only an issue for the first while for a site. Updates are VERY smooth, and the page linking utility is a great tool. Occassionally the publish command does not execute properly, and you may need to re-edit though.
Service is soundly "meh" and while I have gotten all issues resolved EVENTUALLY, the amount of time it took was irritating. This could be improved!
I work with WordPress elsewhere, and have considered uCoz, but for now, we'll stick out our subscription with Webs before moving. I'm honestly impressed with what CAN be done with the system, but it leaves a lot on the table.
Good starting system, though there may be alternatives that better serve your needs out there.
Renewed my service, then a month later i find out my domain name expired and my website disappeared for good. Webs claim they sent notices telling me the domain was separate from their services and expiring. Not true. Didnt receive anything. I wondered what I was paying them for since without the domain i built for 2 years I had nothing. Thanks to them my whole site and following was wiped out.Told them to cancel services. They just automatically took 99 dollars from Pay Pal again a year later. Unauthorized stealing is what it is. No customer service line. Pure scamming.
The first year I signed up because it was advertised as FREE, then I eventually fell victim to paying the upgrade fees since the functionality of the website and data storage seemed very limited otherwise. They even sold me on buying the domain name for my site so I could lose the ".webs.com" thing but never- ever- have I felt it was worth it. The templates, options, styles and accessibility are low level and I constantly had issues getting my site to load from various devices and computers (no, it was not the internet speed or device- every other page loaded fine) and I could rarely even log in to the members portal to maintain or tailor my site.
But of course they will not take customer service calls and only accept emails to which they will not respond. And OF COURSE they continue to automatically deduct $100 out of my account annually even though I have not been able to do anything with the site for at least the past two years. I feel absolutely scammed. Legitimate businesses do not create blockades between their customers and the customer service agents, legit businesses know that customer service is the best way to keep your customers happy, troubleshoot any problems they may encounter and keep their company reputation clean. The fact that I have written several emails with no reply, makes me feel like I've been swindled and they know I'm trying to gripe about it, so they ignore me. Classy.
It's horrifying seeing all of the complaints and similar stories written here, but also makes it even more clear I am not the only one dealing with this. I truly hope a class action lawsuit develops at some point so we can all just be reimbursed the money we paid for these services we never were able to use. It's a disgrace. I manage the office of a customer service call-center comprised of nothing but individuals entirely dedicated to making sure each any every customer is happy and satisfied. We have had to give large discounts, free products and even full reimbursements back to people in order to achieve this, but you know what????? Those people were left with a sweet taste in their mouth and a wonderful impression of the business... And are therefor, STILL CUSTOMERS and tell other people favorable things about our business so those people also become customers.... And that's what business is all about.
That's how it works- IF you run a legitimate operation. You don't weasel people out of their money, leave them with a crappy product and then when they reach out to you for help you turn the other way while still collecting their money..... That's criminal and pathetic. Shame on you folks at Webs.com.
Right now Webs and I are in a war and we're having words. Last September, they took down my website, reporting it as abuse of violations. Let me explain that this, because it is NOT fair. Back when I had SiteBuilder 2, I was building up Web Credit points, where I got to add GB storage and GB bandwidth, and unlimited pages throughout my 5 years. After doing an experiment on the current SiteBuilder 3, I decided to move on forward. These Web Credit points don't exist anymore, and I had a few thousand points left over. I asked someone about those Web Credit points and what would happen to them in the current site builder. He told me to just use them up, because they will be worthless in Builder 3. Then I asked if my purchases with those features will be there forever and the guy said "yes." So I purchased all the storage and bandwidth GBs I'll ever need and I activated the Unlimited Pages feature. Then when everything was ready to go, I moved into the SiteBuilder 3. I'll get into some of the issues I had with SiteBuilder 3 between moving in, and when the plug was pulled on me later, but I want to stay relevant. After a month of fighting with site glitches (never ends), and asking for help through their email system, one of them pulled the plug on my site and reported it as abuse of violation of service. Their reason was that I had unlimited pages while having a FREE account, and they also threw a previous post I made at me when I told them to just answer my question and concern instead of pressuring me to buy a Premium Package in order for them to answer me, because it won't work on me. I told them, in a fiery way, that they had no right to take it away from me and for that reason is unfair. They told me to spend my Credit points on free features, including the unlimited pages and now they take it down for having those unlimited pages while punishing me for telling them to back off trying to persuade me to buy those rip off Premium Packages because I won't work on me. Now that free unlimited pages feature expired on September 22, but again, I have the Unlimited Pages feature active, and it remained active until someone there needed to take my ranting over a site glitch as an opportunity to punish me and take it down for having a feature they allowed me to have, even after the September 22 deadline (they knew I had it active for 3 weeks and I was still able to make pages when I wasn't suppose to). The guy who took down my site told me that in order for him to give it back to me, I have to strip my site down to near nothing, then they want me to pay them for one of those rip off Premium Packages, then I can have my site back to where it was October 9 (the day before it was stolen from me). So they want me to strip away 5 years of my life, 5 years worth of hard work, 5 years of god knows what happened to my computer through those Web Credit points, just so they can take "stop trying to persuade me to buy a Premium Package, it won't work" as an opportunity to punk with me. One of their so-called customer service agents said that my site won't be unfrozen and if it's not logged into or anyone visits it after 60 days, the site will disappear forever. So my latest reply had an exchange of words including calling them crooks, gangsters, punks and some with 4 letters I can't post here. I even told them how wrong it is that to get their phone number you have to pay for the Pro package ($22/month starting), then I told them that I should charge them for all the stress they caused me these past 5 years. I later told them that if I were to do to a customer what you guys did to me and many other's do you think I have a job after that...NO! Then I ended with that Webs has a lower approval rating than President Obama and reminded them how well it went this past election to a guy who has a better approval rating than them. I wanted to cave in and buy the cheapest STARTER package, but I was going to wait until after the New Year to do it, but the price went up on that too. So as far as I can tell, my site with Webs is gone forever, and so is the 5 years that I had invested in it. 5 years, that is not a short amount of time! I mean, they give you things for free (through credit points), then they take it away from you by including it in a pay package, and then they beat you up for money. Why should I pay for something that they let me have for nothing for 5 years and as big as it was? I swear Webs has got to be fully run by punk kids who aren't even 25 years old, just based on their punk style of "service."
Now let's focus on the common issues to expect when dealing with Webs:
1 Log in troubles. You have the correct information and it keeps you in the same login screen. You need to login using an InPrivate feature on your browser.
2 You can't copy-paste from your document onto the page without the format changing to its default settings (ugly font, gray color, size 10)
3 The list of My Pages doesn't show up anything but a blank screen. I told them about this and they said that I have too many pages. I'm like: how can you have too many pages while having unlimited pages?
4 As you can see by my rant, service sucks. You have to submit your question in the form of a community forum and hope that someone replies. There is no phone number (unless you pay $22 a month, but there's a site that has it for nothing), to have to pay extra to have the chat and email feature. Towards the past few months, they won't talk to you unless you buy a Premium Package, and they say that instead of flat out answering your question.
5 I insert images, and the images turned into an X instead of the picture.
6 I insert page links on texts, and it slowed down my computer for several minutes before allowing to paste it in. It should only take 10 seconds, not 3 minutes.
7 My pages now have Webs advertisement on the footer of my site.
8 Speaking of footers, that is now something once free, now you have to pay for it. I don't want to pay to remove their advertisement banner and replace it with my footer saying Copyright [site title] 2009 - 2014.
9 Things once free, now they push you to purchase: unlimited pages, site stats (visitors), SEO, emails, footer, widgets, apps, and some other things I haven't used before.
10 Free package gives you next to nothing to use. They only give you 50MBs of storage, 10 pages (the home page counts as one), not much of contact service, hardly any bandwidth. So as you can see why I took advantage of those Web Credit points when it was around, because I don't need everything in those Premium Package, just a few GBs of storage, bandwidth and unlimited pages.
11 You delete pages, but it's still there, but as a dead link.
12 Sometimes you can't change the format of your text, because it will keep it in the same font, color and size.
13 You can't adjust the size of your pictures. You have to guess of what the correct length and width is.
14 The slideshow only gives you up to 5 seconds before the picture slides over. I like 20 seconds to accommodate for my Resident Evil in-game files in picture form. Also I can't get rid of the image boarders.
15 There's obviously more issues that I can't remember on the spot, but there's 5 years worth I and many others had to live with.
After reading Reviews from those who pay for those Premium Packages, I will say that unless Webs restores my site and get over this punking around stuff they're doing with me (taking my site down as punishment for not buying a Premium Package and having a features still active when they told me to), I will just Resident Evil Umbrella die in Webs and I will go somewhere else. There's no way I will put money into a site that pulled this punk trash on me by some jerk kids with the IQ of mustard and the personality of a politician. I can't imagine putting money into this site now, and then they find another reason to keep me and my site held down. They gave things for free for years, then they take it away from you and include it in their pay packages, force charge you for it, then they take your previous posts and use it against you. Again they knew I had those unlimited pages feature for a month after it was forced onto those pay packages; they just took me down because the people are just punk kids causing trouble. Sometimes capitalism isn't always great because Webs knows how to make some of it unattractive while they take advantage of their customers.
Remember Webs what I said in those emails, you started this fight, you escalated this situation to the point we're having hot words can't be mentioned here and you know why you did it, and don't act like it's all my fault when you let me have Resident Evil Umbrella in its pre-suspension condition for 5 years and now you have to make a problem over it. You will NEVER get a single buck off of me after seeing your daily NeverEnding annoying site glitches and the unprofessional way you handle your customers, how you beat up your customers for money. Remember what I said in the last email I sent you, you're fighting a losing battle against me, and YOU troublemaking punks over there started this fight and you know how it started; DON'T LIE, I'm NOT stupid! So you think you got me licked, but you're going to rue the day when my site is gone forever and it's put somewhere else, because I'm looking for better alternatives to you while I'm trying to force you to do the right thing and restore Resident Evil Umbrella, since you guys are into forcing, I'll do some forcing of my own.

I had several websites with them and they shut down one which was the one that allowed me access into all of them. Now I cannot get into any of my sites. They won't answer emails either. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
This company has a poor communication system. Email and live chat are it's only communication format and the people behind they scenes are unable to provide anything other than automated responses. Our group is wanting to transfer our domain away from this company and the EPP code does not transfer through Webs.com automated system. They have ignored our requests to contact the hosting company ENOMS who has the ability to manually send it to us, but needs webs.com permission. So in essence, Webs.com is holding our domain hostage and it is scheduled to expire in 4 days. The corporate headquarters in Maryland publishes telephone numbers, but when dialed, both ring as fax numbers. There is no way to speak to a live human being. We have been trying to resolve our issue for over a month and we are sick and tired of trying to deal with this inadequate company.
I have a home-based business and signed up for a free webs.com site to create a webpage. I kept being pressured to upgrade to a paid site. Feeling the pressure I opened a paid-for site for another aspect of what I do. I found it very difficult and not easy for me to build the page. Eventually, frustrated, I cancelled that paid page and decided to be content with the first page I used. Since that time they've gradually removed important things from my site, like the ability to link my clients to their home pages or other pages. They actually removed the links – basically changing the rules of the game after it was in play. I am frustrated because I accepted the terms of the free page and they are undermining what I created and my business, as a consequence. Each thing they take away cuts down my business because it lowers my SEO. I feel the changes they've made are cutting down visits and views on my site. In a way they allowed me to achieve some measure of success, then are systematically making my site less and less. I don't recommend webs.com and am looking elsewhere for a site that's easy to use, even a paid one, before I close the one on webs. I do not recommend them. Also, there were billing issues for domains I didn't even want that were not resolved when I inquired. Careful with this one.
I hate Webs.com. They're prices are extremely expensive. Not only that, but they have a limit on how many minutes of videos you want on your site. Not just one video, but all videos together. For example, if your limit is 30 minutes, and your upload 3 10-minute videos, you can't upload anymore unless your buy a paid hosting site with a domain name. And for unlimited minutes, you have to buy the most expensive package which is an outrageous price. That's about it.
Free web pages! Really....and with enough bells and whistles to not look like fifth grade.
This is a site that let's anybody build a web site for "FREE" yes totally "FREE"... You can have a site up and running within minutes and the best part is it's all free. Even if you already have a web site like I do, you just have to check this out you may even build yourself anther site just for the heck of it like I did.... www.photosbykeith.webs.com not bad for a free site... I had it up and running within one hour.... You can even have a store and sell stuff (like photos) and get paid thru Pay Pal
You will not find a glitchier site editor than this one. Every edit these days just goes back to the same, "Error please refresh the page". It's next to impossible to make a good-looking website with it.
Webs.com is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! As someone who is not web savy, their "its easy to create your webpage" is false advertisement. Sure, use their template and you're fine but when you try to add content its all over the place with formatting issues. I as a user wouldn't know that I shouldn't cut and paste from Word to my webpage and only months later do I get an answer to my issue.
Customer service is a joke and they have had on going problems on their end for months with no resolution. I along with other paid out good hard earned money on a company to host our website but Webs doesn't hold up their end of their bargain. I gave them a 1 star rating but truthfully I'd really like to give them a negative 100! I'm sure I am not alone in this assessment of their services.
I am looking for a new company to host my page. If I were you, look elsewhere and don't buy into their lines about how good their company is or you'll regret it!
Webs.com should be shut down. This is an untrustworthly company that will at a moment when you least expect it take your web content on what you think is your site and do what I am not sure. They give you no notice and then put something damaging about your site in place of when someone searches for your site. I encourage you to use another site and keep a copy of your content and remember that at any time they could keep your content and when people search for you they may find damaging or be mislead at the min about you when infact you have done nothing wrong. I am not saying they took a bribe from one of my competitors to remove my site. There are better options is all I am saying just my opinion.

i hired jcm landscaping to totally rehab the appearance of my property retaing walls and concrete driveway along with landscaping work while there prices was a little on the high side i definately got what i paid for they came highly recomended from a friend and i must say it was definately great experiance A+++++++++++
We pulled in here for the night on a longer trip. The guy at the front desk was friendly, the room was ok for the price, and we could get back on the road after a hot shower and a coffee in the morning.
Great location.. Rooms smell and give the impression to be dirty, after inspecting the room we decided not to stay for the night. This hotel should be priced at no more than $60 dollars for the night.
Jason really helped! We have used his service for maintenance and springs over the last 10+ years. Recently on a cold Friday (Xmas) night, we had an "accident" with our garage door... crushed it! No neighbors available, I called Jason. He arrived in an hour to help. With his expertise we were able to get both cars out of the garage. Close and secure the garage safely. He provided an estimate to replace (not salvageable) the 16 x 8 door.Would not take any payment for the help.
Bottom line... Good guy, excellent service!
Excellent service! After another company let me down (didn't come out to check work that was supposedly covered under warranty) they came out within 2 hours and gave me a slightly reduced service fee! I'm a customer for life! Thank you guys so much
I called for my mom since her spring on her door broke. I was so happy after I hung up cause he was so nice! He came out the next day and had it repaired. The family was beyond impressed with the customer service and the job done! I highly recommend this company!
Jason was great to deal and very quick to respond. My spring broke on my door one evening around 8 pm. I called him that night and he arranged to come out and replace them the next morning. I would highly recommend Ace to anyone without hesitation. He also had very competitive pricing as per my neighbors whose springs recently broke.
Excellent service, my car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring and Jason saved the day! Thank you Jason!

I just had gallbladder surgery and was very impressed with Dr. O. Mabadeje as my surgeon. My original surgeon couldn't do the surgery due to a family matter and Dr. O. Mabadeje took me on with 5 days notice. I was unable to meet with him during the day but he was gracious to meet me at the hospital at 7PM for a meeting. Orchard Park Nursery School is a cooperative, which means it's run by the parents.
Lots of activities for the kids, a dedicated learning and play centre and monthly field trips. Morning and afternoon classes are available. The teachers are wonderful and have both ECE (Early Childhood Educator) and CPR licenses. Both of my kids have gone and had a phenomenal experience. Would recommend to anyone.
We moved in July 2016. There were dents and stains on the walls done by the movers and the moving company hired Bill to fix it for them.
Every time he came by, the work he did needed touch up or he ruined something else.
-Vail renovations (Bill) came on a Monday to do the repairs and paint. There was a need for a second coat of paint. This is understandable. The main issue on that day was that he took a paint sample to get it matched since we did not had the original paint. The paint sample (5 cm x 10 cm) was taken at eye level on the entrance wall. This wall receives outdoor light continually, which results in that repair being very visible. There are many other areas where the sample could have been taken and be more subtle. The wall where the paint sample was taken did not initially needed to be painted.
-On the same day, he saw some tiny stains on the wall in the staircase. As a kind gesture, he decided to give a quick brush of grey paint to hide the stains. But the paint used was not exactly the same colour as the previous paint. Therefore by doing this, he made huge ''stains'' on the wall.
I called him and mentioned the second coat and my disappointment about the location that the paint sample was taken and the paint spots in the stairs.
-He came back on Tuesday. He did a second coat of beige and grey where needed and painted the wall in the stairs. I was initially very satisfied with this job. That is until I discovered a few months later that he did not asked my wife to remove the child ''pressure gate'' in the stairs and painted around the contact area with the wall. Now there is an area of dark grey on the wall because is was not painted when the remainder of the wall was painted.
Although he re-sanded and repatched the paint sample in the entrance it was still very visible. It also needed a second coat so I called him again. (I am ok with the fact that he needed to come back for a second coat on the area he took the paint sample...he might not have seen it).
-He came back on the Wednesday and gave a quick coat of grey to fix the paint sample. Unfortunately he was in a hurry and touched the next wall along the joint. Since the paint is not a perfect match, he needed to come back a fourth time to paint a wall that did not initially needed to be painted.
At one point during those 4 days, he accidentally dropped droplets of paint on my beige carpet. It is an accident, it happens. But when I told him, he came by and argued that it wasn't him and never fixed it. No one else painted in the house and the paint stains on the carpet were not there before.
I never though that it would be so complicated and that every time he worked he would inadvertently do something that needed him to come back again. It was truly a one day job. I compare the quality of his work to what would be done by an amateur in a hurry. It is poor.
So my advice/conclusion from this story is: There is a lack of consistency in quality. Before you hire Vail renovations, keep in mind that you might be the job of low quality and your neighbour might be the one extremely satisfied. Therefore it might be best to pick a handyman with a steady performance.

I am not requesting work above industry standard. My house was built within industry standards and I am happy with it.
-A paint job should have enough coats to cover the previous paint. This is within industry standards. I called back as I could see the previous paint underneath.
-A plaster job should be blended with the wall. I can show pictures were you clearly see a demarcation in the shape of a square where the paint sample was taken at eye level.
-I am also convinced that industry standard does not leave paint stains on carpet when building new houses.
Unfortunately, the picture below is a poor representation, it is much more apparent in real.
To all customers, the contractors answer simply means that his ''industry standard'' is below that of actual industry. You are safer to choose a different contractor.
We had our basement flood and insurance repaired the foundation leak but wouldn't replace the basement finishing. It was out dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Bill and his team of contractors performed demolition, disposal, framing, drywall, painting, tile and plumbing, his electrician is outstanding and all are very trustworthy. Our plan went from simple to over the top with new stair case of hardwood (stained and finished) 750 sqft of porcelain tile in a herring bone pattern , custom trim and crown moulding.
Vail Renovations is attentive to details, punctual and honest.

We had Bill from Vail Renovations in for various repairs messed up by another. He provided an accurate quote, was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended. Now our only goto for home repairs.
My only experience with them has been great. As know nothing from out of town, I went into their shop and said " I depratly need a tire". I was willing to accept whatever they told me; I was not in a situation where I had time to argue. I was charged 54 dollars for their services including the tire. This conveys honesty to me considering no one where I live will replace a single tire for less than 150 dollars. Used? Sure. But I've had "new" tires come and go since this one was put on. I have no connection to the people who run this outfit, and please do not think otherwise.
They are awesome. Fast job and i want to say quality as well. I saw a guy trying to get tire but he was told that it will not solve the issue, instead he was recommended to get the rim fix or buy a new rim.
Liars. RUN. After seeing their ad on Craigslist about tires I finally decided to stop by. First, tires they sell are OLD. Tires are only good for 10 years. These guys sell 6-7 year old tires that were used or never used at close to retail. What they tried doing to me is showing me newer tires and when I came to buy switched them out to much older tires, and playing stupid. Lucky I caught them. Good piece of advice - Take your business elsewhere. YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY BUYING TIRES HERE.

I paid $40 for a used tire there, that they installed
and I paid $15 for a rim seal, which they at first wanted $20 for. (The tire had a slow leak apparently due to a bad rim seal)
I'm posting what I paid cause I have some suspicion about their pricing. I'll update this review about quality of work, once I get a little use into the tires

Tammy is extremely gentle and kind to all animals. She's taken care of my dog and cat for the past five years. And, my cat is "very selective" to whom she'll give affection. Tammy won the cat's heart immediately. Tammy has had a wonderful relationship with my dog since puppy hood. And, they've had a great and fun time together during the hikes and overnights. Not to mention play time with my dog's many friends. I highly RECOMMEND Tammy. She's a wonderful dependable person and true animal lover!

The guy who owns the business knows how to fix anything with leather. He's repaired my favorite work boots, restored cowboy boots, and made custom inserts to help better cushion my shoes.

Amazing place!!! It was one of those places that just is so clean that you can smell it. Very nice people, very quiet, super cold AC. No road noise. Not fast wifi, but one of the best places I've ever stayed. Did I mention how clean it is?

Comfy and very clean hotel in Manitowaining on Manitoulin Island. We chose the hotel due to the proximity to the ferry, but the town itself is dead, no restaurants or attractions. For a bit more life you may want to stay in nearby Little Current or Espinola. Try the swing bridge beer from the local brewery, it's really good!

Dr. Idami is a kind doctor. I've had him as my dr for 10 years and he is trustworthy and compassionate. He is especially good with the care of my children.
My experiences over the last 18 months have been very positive. The front office staff is very helpful and attentive. Dr. Idami represents the newer generation care provider who listens intently, is open to discussion, uses technology such as computerized patient records effectively, and makes use of outside services as required. It provides the opportunity for me as a patient to be better prepared with my questions before I go and to followup with him so that I receive the best care possible. The centre continually adds new services which are convenient for me, such as the cardiac/stress test service onsite.
Dr. Idami is a fantastic Physician. Him, and his staff have bent over backwards to help my family while we navigated numerous and significant chronic health obstacles. They are an amazing team of caring people. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We are thankful.

The front desk staff is very unpleasant to deal with very negative attitude no smile and they don't really greet you, lots of negative energy and when you call and book an appointment they say will see you then but when your there for appointment they make you wait an hour or more then when you ask why am I waiting so long they say you don't have an appointment, oh wow really well why did't you say that when came in ? So the person that I called to book an appointment with didn't do her job and I had to wait 1 hour if not more as a walk in patient. Pretty upsetting as I had to cancel other appointments due to this wait they didn't even tell that I had to wait and how long otherwise I could of rescheduled.

Bad business. I called to see what the pricing was for the hair that they sale, and the girl didn't have any product knowledge and said she was going to give me a call back no longer than 10 minutes. After I waited for almost a hour for her to call back, I eventually called but didn't get an answer. I called back again for the second time, and someone picked up the phone then hung up. I guess everything happens for a reason, as I looked at the reviews for this hair salon the reviews are pretty bad. I saw where someone said they had bad hair anyway. I was trying to buy hair since I'm in town and can recieve it at hand. Anyone looking for good quality hair shop at She's Happy Hair located in Houston Tx and other locations as well. I was gifted a Groupon for a manicure pedicure. HORRIBLE customer service. I made an appointment 48 hours in advance. Upon my appointment time I still had to wait for 15 minutes. My appointment was for 1 pm on a Tuesday and I didn't leave until after 5 pm. The nail tech was HORRENDOUS, didn't clip my nails or even them out with the nail file. Work was subpar and I was with this tech for the ENTIRE 5 HOURS.
I wasn't able to even get the no chip as the Groupon deal advertised because their nail polish is literally trash. They are all dry, used up and the nail techs work was incredibly streaky. After all of this foolishness they still expected me to pay.
The absolute worst place. They wasted hours of my life on something that should have taken tops an hour. Incredibly disappointed.

Kay Lux was my stylist. I went to this salon June 26 2015 for a sew in. November 26, 2015, I had my sew in taken out. I wanted to give my hair a break. Also my front edges were gone. I decided to take hair from my sew in and have kay make into a wig.Kay did the wig but it was too small. She didnt measure my head. I called her to have her reconstruct it. Dec 18 2015, I made an appt to drop my hair off at 9 am!Dec 19. I get a text from kay, which by the way I have all of her text msgs, Hey Ms. Sharon!! It's Kay sorry for the late text. Im not able to make it in at 9am tomorrow can you make it at 12:30 sat. This text was 10:59pm. I text her back, Kay I admire you I really do! I just want this to be over with. Im Xmas shopping Fri. Now I have to postpone my schedule can u call me early fri i can drop wig off Fri evening call me. At 7:52am i texted her, I will be there at 12:30 thanks. Kay texted back "you can drop the wig off this morning if thats more convenient. And pick it up Saturday. I do have to reconstruct it so you dont have to stay for that part. I said ok thanks Kay. I wll bring the combs.Dec 8:22am Kay texted me " Good morning I'll have you wig ready Sunday. I never went to work yesterday. I texted back " Thats fine call me with questions. 12:52 Dec 20 I texted her Hey kay, whats the status. Nothing frm her. I called the shop, Sun Dec 20, I asked the receptionist was Kay there? the lady said yes, I said "ask her the staus of my wig, the lady told me Kay said she'e in between customers ! I said what am I. I want my wig. I texted Kay Dec 21 8:58am "hey kay, how are u. I wld like to pick wig up Tues, I cant stress over this anymore. I would gladly accept a refund thanks. I then called the shop spoke with receptionist, i was upset, I asked her to ask Kay again when can I pic up wig, I think receptionist said today, I then said " to the receptionist" my mom was asking me about buying a wig! After all of this that has happenedto me, I dont know. Kay texted me back 5 text mgs " hey Ms, Sharon its Kay i do not want you to refer your mom to get a wig you have been stressing me out my staff as well as my self. We've communicated every step with you but it seems like it's just not good enough. You know its holiday season and the salon is packed with clients who are physically in front of me. Im not going to sit here and reconstruct a wig for someone who is not in the salon with clients who are waiting to be seviced. Its extremely rude for you to make comments on the phone to staff about the amount of time it is taking as if i have not communicated with you. I'll have you unit done today at 7pm. That's lots of nerve when I paid her 185.00 upfront. I texted her back "Kay I have no intentions in referring anyone to you or this salon just finish my wig and I will be out of your hair, I have evert right to be upset. I spent $500 with you. I don't desever to be treated like this". I picked my wig up, I walked in, I spoke, Kay gave me a dry hi. I tried on the wig, She didnt reconstruct my wig, she just untightened the wig, added curls and the combs.This has been a really bad experienced for me. I will never, ever go to a Black owned hair salon again. Kay you stressed yourself, your staff and myself when you took my money and didnt give me the sevice I deserved. Shame on you. Wanted to redo my review because I like giving people and businesses chances. Been here twice and the hair quality I've received has been terrible comparing to any other hair I've ever recieved. The person attempting to help costumers appears and smells as if he's homeless. I hope that's not the owner, though I'd understand it if he was. There's no way he's making a living from this place. Total lack of knowledge. Rude, horrible service. And major lack of inventory. I drove from the U.S. To see this place after reading an online arcticle. It was only a 90 minute ride. They say don't beleive what you read on the web. So I went to investigate myself. "Owner" is a nightmare to deal with and should be aloud to even run a drive through window. Items overpriced by 40-60 dollars. Even for a local shop. And if you question anything you get asked to leave. Also "juice selection" is a joke. 0/10 stars. They should be out of business very soon.
Hands down the best groomers ever!!!!! My dog Gaga is absolute worst dog ever when it comes to grooming. She doesn't sit still, she doesn't like baths, she doesn't like strangers touching her. I think when she was a pup that another grooming place mistreated her and now she's afraid. Hot Dog Groomers is the ONLY place that is successful in cleaning around her tearing eyes. They are extremely patient with her and do a wonderful job.
I drive from Katy, Texas to take Gaga to Hot Dog Groomer and wait around because it's worth it. Overall Hot Dog Groomer is absolutely wonderful, patient, and fairly priced. I'm a customer for life!!!!

I am truly amazed by the customer service not only to myself but to you dog as well. Really attentive, great prices and the results are seamlessly perfect.
We decided to use Hot Dog grooming based on all the great reviews, but we were less than impressed. We specifically asked them to blend the hair around our dog's head, but she ended up looking like a helmet head instead. Also whatever products they use are way too strong, and left me with a massive headache from our ride home. Definitely going to keep looking for the right salon.
I have an amazing sprinkler system called blossom that give me control of my system via mobile app. As soon as this guy saw me use it he started questioning why I would ever buy such a thing and implying that I was an idiot for doing so. After welcoming him to the year 2016 where things like that are not idiotic, he immediately left and told me to find someone else to do the repair. Unbelievable.

This 70 yr old man does not know anything about sprinklers. He showed up 2 hours late with his dog in his beat up pick-up truck. He wanted to talk and talk and talk about bicycles. He did not want to work on the sprinkler. After an hour of talk, he started digging a hole. After 3 hours, I asked him to leave. He still had no idea how to fix the leak and I was not going to let him dig up my sidewalk. I was so disgusted with this man. I could have dug a hole myself and accomplished the same in 1/10 of the time. Do not call him. I just read other bad reviews about him on YELP! I wish I had read them before I called him. I had no idea.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I had probably the worst experience I've ever had with a business at a shop here.
I had my brother go in and order some new tires from this place as well as buy/ put an order in for some used parts that he paid for in advance. My brother got 2 new tires, a master cylinder for a front break, a throttle with cables, and gave the owner some money to take a gas cap off a tank and have a new key cut for the bike. He also had him look at the brakes on the bike and make sure they were in good shape. The owner tells my brother he'll call him when the tires come in so he can pick them up.
A couple of weeks go by, and no call. So my brother calls the shop, and apparently they've had the tires for over a week, so my brother annoyed goes and picks up the tires and brings them home. He shoots me a photo of the tires. They were basically the complete opposite of what was requested. My brother told him to get vintage high wall tires, and the guy probably just order the first thing he saw. What we ended up with were some slick sport tires you'd put on a spot bike or a rocket.
So, I decided to go in and straighten the situation out. I talked to my brother, and picked the tires up. When I picked the tires up my brother mentioned the guy should have a gas cap for the bike as well.
I go into the shop.
My first impression of the place is small town shop with brains equal in size.
I tell the owner of the shop what's up with the tires, and he says "oh yeah, I can totally get those tires in for you", and I say " great let's do that". And then the guy just stands there and looks at me blankly. So I then proceed to ask the man if he can price those tires out for me, and he says " yeah, I can do that", and then again just stares at me. So after a few seconds I was like "well do you want to do that now"? And the guys was like "sure." And he just sort of made up an arbitrary price in his head. I then ask about the gas cap my brother had mentioned. They guy had one that he would sell me but he didn't have a key for it, so I decided I didn't want it. I told the guy let me know asap when the tires get in and he said he would.
A week goes by and no call. So I call the place, and end up playing phone tag for a few days. I finally get ahold of the guy. He tells me he hasn't even ordered them yet! Wtf?! I tell the guy not to place the order and that I'll just take the extra money I gave him back for the tires.
So after all this BS. While my brother and I are working on my bike I mention that I couldn't find a gas cap, and the one this guy had did't have a key for it my brother said "wait you didn't pick that cap up? I paid that guy for that cap already he was supposed to cut a key for it" that's right people this guy took my brothers money and then tried to sell me the same part! He didn't even cut a key for it. My brother lost the receipt for it so we couldn't get our money back.
If all of this isn't shocking enough for you, a few weeks go by, and my brother and I start to work on the brakes. We put the brake lever with the master cylinder on it on the bike, and the master cylinder doesn't work. The guy sold us junk!
Also when I finally got the bike out on the street the rear brake squeaks.
Like I said before Do not go to this shop!

It was a great opportunity to take horseback riding lessons at Totemm Pole Performance Horses. This was my first time getting lessons and I always looked forward to them. I learned to catch, groom, and saddle my horse. Despite my confidence issues with horses, Francesqua was always helpful, and I rode everytime. Francesqua also introduced me to dressage and I found it very interesting.
After the better part of a year, I look forward to my weekly lessons at Totemm Pole Performance Horses with the same excitement I had at the beginning. I had very limited experience and started lessons on a whim, but Francesqua was able to help me go at my own pace while still fostering improvement. Lessons start with safety first, and you have a chance to tack and get on a horse on day one. The facility is casual and well equipped, and the horses are friendly, with the right balance of major experience in lessons and personality quirks to keep things interesting. All of which is reason enough to try Totemm Pole, but the unique asset is Francesqua herself. She's a natural educator--thoughtful but decisive, warm but professional, knowledgeable and whip-smart, with a serious empathetic side that lets her see things from the student's perspective and focus single-mindedly on helping students learn. You'd be hard pressed to find that somewhere else.

I just completed my 4th lesson last night and since the very first one, Francesqua and her husband Luke immediately make me feel welcome and just like an old friend - which was amazing because to say it lightly, I was pretty nervous. I'm 30 and have never taken horse lessons before - it's something I've always wanted to do and since I recently relocated from Brooklyn, NY to Tucson, it seems like a great time to start. I began my search on Google and took my chance with TPPH because of the location - man did I luck out!
Did I mention it's the most beautiful place ever? The arena is in the middle of the desert with incredible views of mountains near and far with a picture perfect sunset given the right time and day.

I've been suffering from several health issues. The worst being chronic lower back pain and a pinched nerve. After meeting with Thomas I learned how they were intertwined with each other. Everything was explained to me in plain English (huge relief!). Not only do I know what is going on but I also know how to correct things! This was my first experience with acupuncture and it is mind blowing! I felt instant relief. It was the first time in 9 months that I could walk around without sharp searing pain racing from my back and down my leg. It's like a miracle. It felt soooo good to walk around pain-free! My prescribed medications make me impaired and it takes time for the pain to let up. Hands down acupuncture is the way to go! I feel empowered and in charge of my body again. I have a long healing journey ahead of me but I am so happy and grateful that I met Thomas and I'll continue my healing with his guidance and health practices. I wish I did it sooner!!! TRY IT!!!!

We had FUNELA come to our daughter's circus-themed 1st birthday party. She was fabulous! Truly talented. She is so sweet, came dressed in a fun costume and amazed the children with incredible balloon twisting and transformed their little faces into superheros, butterflies, fairies, tigers, and much, much more. I've recommended her to many of my friends and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great face painter and entertainer for their party or event.
Fun ela was amazing! Everyone raved about her artwork & balloons- & for as intricate as her designs were she was also quick as we had about 20 kids!! She was patient with our rambunctious bunch...can't say enough positive things about her! Highly recommended!
She was great!! We had kids ranging from babies to teenagers and she painted beautiful paintings not only on their faces but also their arms. Had frozen which a lot of the little girls LOVED. She handled many unruly and crazy children with ease and was one of the highlights of our party. The balloons were also a great addition as well. Would definitely recommend.
Elzbieta came to our school for Art Night and worked for two hours. She was absolutely incredible. What a talented artist!! She is definitely coming back next year. The kids loved her. I would recommend her to anyone. She was very professional. I introduced her at the beginning of the evening with the other local artists that came to show their work and do workshops and she worked quickly and was great with the kids. You will be more than happy if you hire her..

Horrible. My teenage brother rescued a dog from the side of the road. He couldn't take care of her so he brought her there. They said they couldn't take her without my brother paying them to take her. I thought the whole point of an animal rescue is to rescue animals but apparently not.
Dogs were outside and happy. Full of energy.
I got my puppy here. The people are very friendly and the shelter is clean. I am very proud to have rescued my baby Buster. But he was being well takin care of at Laurel Animal Rescue League
the ladies here actually WANT TO HELP the animals.... they do their best to do wat they can so you and the pet are comfortable, you know your leaving them in good hands .. we found a puppy that had been struck with parvo we fought for 3days but she just got worse and with no hesitation they took her in (even tho a vet up the road said no they wont see her) checked her to confirm it was parvo and helped ease her to her next life instead of worrying about funds they worried about her suffering ...so i recommend this shelter to anyone and its a NO KILL to the healthy so please dont hesitate to see them for adoption or for help and PLEASE donate so these ladies can keep up the good work. ty ladies :)

I would give a higher star rating but, like other reviews have said, the wait time is RIDICULOUS! I have social anxiety and have a very hard time sitting in such a tiny waiting room filled with SO MANY PEOPLE. It gets so hot in there and full that patients have to sit in the hallway! I appreciate being able to bring my son with me when I have to but it's really excessive when a family of 5 or 6 people take up all the seats and pregnant women have to stand because of it. And like I said, the wait time is out of control! I have a panic attack before every appointment because of this. That being said, I personally have had a mostly positive experience here. I do however, have another concern and that is because when I was about 3 months along I had suspected I had a bad yeast infection. They did the test but never gave me results or did anything about it and for the next 2 months it got worse and worse. So bad in fact that it spread to my skin and my whole entire body was covered in big red itchy blotches. When they finally did listen I found out that the first test came back positive and was already pretty severe. I have never met Dr. Lichtenstein, and I'm now 37 and a half weeks along! I am high risk because I had an ectopic pregnancy previous to this one and I am also on methadone and this office is very knowledgeable on the subject and do not judge for the most part. The receptionists at the front are usually rude or don't say anything at all, they just stamp my parking ticket and hand me a cup to pee in without even saying hello. This doctor came highly recommended by the doctor at my methadone clinic and I trust his opinion so I will stick through it since I'm pretty much at the end anyway but personally, I only recommend this place if you are on methadone. Other than that, find somewhere else. The wait time and small waiting room are reason enough to stay away...
Today I had my first prenatal visit at Dr. Lichtenstein's office. The educator was fantastic as was the doctor, both with listening ears. The educator provided information on many services available to me, she is very easy to conversate with. Dr. Lichtenstein has a fun sense of humor and answered some basic questions my previous provider failed to answer. I did not wait a long time, definitely not longer than your typical doctors appointment. So far, so good...
I've been going here for about 4-5 years now and Dr. Lichtenstein has been the best doctor I've found, they're very understanding to, considering the disabilities I have. Yes the office is small and there's usually a wait time, also it's usually packed (with questionable people) and when the waiting area is full people usually stand in the hallway. But every time I go all my questions get answered and the nurse are pretty nice, so that's a plus for me.

BAD SERVICE. Only came here two times and I had bad experience, the first time I went I took hours cause the rude front desk forgot to put me in the list. Second time the same thing happened and she was so rude again. So ridiculous.

After 3 weeks of trying to get them, they told me to come in and pay $25.00, if I didn't they would not send them. I hope these employees learn how to repent.

I had been told by many podiatrists that I would never walk correctly again because of an injury I sustained while working. I would lean on one foot so that I could barely walk one mile a day without having crippling pain. Dr. Taylor is the reason I can now walk like I did before my injury and I can now work again. I took my 9 year old son to see Dr. Taylor for an ingrown toenail. My son was so scared because he knew there would be a needle involved to numb his big toe. Dr. Taylor put my son at ease by using a cold spray on his skin so that he wouldn't feel the sting of the needle. Dr. Taylor explained the procedure to us, his nurse put a pillow behind my son's head and put up a curtain up so that he wouldn't focus on the surgery. I would recommend this doctor especially for kids.
My dad was seeing this doctor for diabetic foot pain. He had him on Gabapentin and then later added Lyrica. This immediately caused him to hallucinate and not know where he was or what he was doing. The first few days were pure hell. I mention this to a friend that has diabetes and was told that he should not be on both. I called the office to talk to them about it and was treated like I should not be bothering them because they know what is best. I decided to at least only give it to him once a day instead of twice so we could both get some sleep. For a year he was like a zombie. It wasn't until another doctor gave him a medicine he shouldn't have and we ended up in the emergency room and they realized he was being wrongly medicated. At first they thought I had made a mistake on his medication list that I gave them. They couldn't believe someone had prescribed both medicines. They told me to quit giving him the Lyrica. Finally, I had my dad back. Unfortunately it was then that they found prostate cancer and he died seven months later. I feel like I was robbed of the last meaningful year with my dad.

I personally, don't think I've ever been to another ranch that I really didn't have to brush the horse! I've never seen a dirty horse there! Lol! You can't ask for better trainers & staff @ this ranch. Everyone is so kind & is always looking to make your kids experience there, the best time ever!
My two girls started riding with Y Knot Ranch last year. They were beginners with the entire riding experience. The girls have grown in their knowledge and comfort with horses. All of the instructors have been kind, patient, and nurturing. My girls love it!
Y Knot Ranch is and amazing place to ride, and I have been riding there now for over two years. The trainer, Alivia, has an abundance of knowledge about horses and training for you to advance as far as you'd like. She is very patient with her students and helps accommodate to what they are looking for. She teaches everything you need to know about taking care of a horse, which includes riding, washing, and tacking a horse. This ranch has amazing horses and people.
Beautiful farm and gorgeous horses. Trainers are very informative and helpful. The farm has other animals around to keep you company such as a friendly goat, cute rabbits, and some very sweet dogs. My daughter has been doing lessons for the past year and she has learned so much. Not only do you learn to just ride the horse but also proper grooming and basic care. We have also had her birthday party here and the kids had a blast!
My daughter and I took lessons at Y Knot Ranch for over a year and had a great experience. The lesson horses are safe and well trained. Alivia is a patient trainer and can work with beginning riders to riders preparing for the show ring. In addition to the horses, we loved the other animals around the ranch and the friendly atmosphere.
Having had unsatisfactory experiences with other plumbers, I found Hamid (Coquitlam drain cleaning) by Googling. He is very efficient in his work and
did a thorough job in cleaning our clogged storm drain. I am glad I found him. In future if I need a plumber, I would not hesitate to call Hamid.

After Alchemy closed, I did not know where to go to finish my DUI classes. I called Bridges. They were beyond helpful. I was treated with respect and kindness, and they helped me every step of the way. The variety of topics in the classes was interesting and gave me tools to deal with life's obstacles. I was surprisedtofind out that htey offer other services as well, such as domestic violence couunseling, substance abuse and relape prevention, revocation packages (I needed one and it went smoothly), and also individual counseling.

Great Place! The staff is very friendly, I felt very relaxed there, in what is a very stressful time for me. The Staff walked me thru what I needed to do and explained what was going to happen next. I left feeling a little more confident. They offer their group sessions on different days and different times of the day so it kinda fits in everybodys schedule. Very glad I found this place!

They are always honest, always thoughtful, and always always always ask me what I want before they do anything. They take the time to explain to me what is happening to my car and what all of my options are. Sometimes I take my car to them just to make sure everything is ok before a big trip and they don't charge me for it unless they perform maintenance. Now, Mort is giving me guidance on purchasing a used car. I couldn't be more thankful for his and his crew's patience and expertise!

Great wash and fold service. Stayed at a hotel nearby for quite a long time, literally just threw all my dirty clothes in a bag, brought it in, dropped it off, and was ready a few hours later, all folded up and clean. Lifesaver. And all for about 15-20$ for a week or so worth of laundry for 1. Convenience was easily worth it.

I paid $25 bucks for a pedicure and its a case of you get what you pay for. The lady doing it seemed very grumpy, she refused to do the design I wanted they only do flowers or lines I was told. So I picked a flower but what she did on my nails looked nothing like the design! it was bigger less detail and looked sloppy overall. I wanted a nice pedicure before my vacation but it turns out I should have went anywhere but here. Heck I could have done a better job myself!!
i highly don't recommend doing your nails here. my friend and i went and usually i go to another nail salon but we decided to try something new and i asked how much gel is and she said 35 with tax i said " we might just go to the other salon they charge me 30 with tax " she then said how bout i charge you 35 with tax, i agreed cause it wasn't only 5$ more. i asked for my nails round and they are completely squared so my prefers didn't matter. when it came time to pay she was charger me almost 40$, i told her that's not what we agreed on and she said the sign says 35+ tax, what was i suppose to do take of my gel nails, ended up paying and not making a scene since they wouldn't have done nothing for me. very unimpressed never going back

Saturday October 29th .... This salon doesnt even deserve 1 star. There was no one here when I arrived. Lady is currently finishing up my toe nails and she soaked my feet and gave my heels a scrub. She didn't even clean my cuticles, cut my toe nails or make them even. She just started painting them. I complained that she didn't even clean my cuticles and she TRIED to trim my big toe only. Worst salon in the area by far. Spend the gas money and drive some where else.

I wouldn't recommend this place the first time I went they missed a couple things but I was pretty satisfied with the price but this time they literally missed the whole right side of my car on the inside they didn't vaccum my seat or the floor or my whole trunk and I even watched them pop my trunk to wipe the trunk lid but didn't vaccum NOTHING I'm so angry plus I got the biggest deal which was almost 30$ and my car don't even have the scent they said they was going to put in it .. So don't waist your money and just do it yourself because I had to go to a car wash right after just to finish what they missed if I could rate them NO stars I would !

I am very disapointed with my visit yesterday. It cost $25. and my windows are smard, was not swept under seats or around them, they were to armoral the inside and didnt (and I paid extra). You gotta check out Emma. I was blown away when my bestie took me there for a surprise mani/pedi which includes unlimited beverages too. The massive massage chairs need a bit of help though. The total was only $40 and I was completely satisfied. Go there now!
Unbeknownst to me, an employee placed an opened OPI purple nail polish bottle on the shelf. I selected the bottle, set it on the bench next to me as I waited my turn for service. Another customer notified me that the polish spilled onto the seat and onto my silk dress. When I told the technician she did not seem to care, but when I raised my concern again, she finally spoke to the lead technician. The supervisor claimed there was no proof that the bottle was open and did not want to take responsibility for the damage. They tried to use paint thinner with a saturated cotton ball on my silk dress, and got indignant when I asked them to apply the thinner with a Q-tip so as not to stain my dress that was not damaged. The supervisor started to shout that I wasn't listening to her, raising her voice and waving her hands in my face in a very unprofessional manner.
All of that nonsense described above spoiled the decent medi/pedi service I received from Zana. I will not return and will pursue restitution regarding my damaged silk dress.

I originally thought the place was nice. After my nail tech, Nina, told me my pedicure and and got SNS gel on my nails was $100.00, I was still fine with everything. My nails and toes seem to look very nice so I gave her a $10.00 tip and booked another appointment for 2 weeks. However, I had to cancel since the very next day my polish peeled right off of my thumb in 1 peel and it was OPI. When I told her that my gel polish sometimes crack when I go to the ghetto shops and she said it was not because of the gel but its the technique that causes the polish to crack. I could deal with the cracking but the the the whole polish coming off as if it was a sticker. I can kick myself for thinking if it cost more than my nails will be better. SMDH.... $100.00 bucks is all I keep thinking about. Should last almost 3 weeks she said. I will be going back to the ghetto to get my nails done.

Tina has watched my bird when I am away for 4 years. I always come home to a well taken care of and happy birdie. Tina also always leaves a detailed note letting me know how everything went. I would highly recommend her pet sitting services!

Tina has cared for my Spaniel (Who is 16 yrs old) for better the 7 years, and always goes out of her way to accommodate her special care.... Takes time for my dog individually and has the best prices by far in the area.
Using A+ Tina’s TLC felt like I had abandoned them and left them at the dog pound. It was disgusting and uneasy.
I brought our dogs to Tina (at the prearranged time and during her business hours) to find a handwritten note on the house door with instructions to go into her garage and call the house phone number. In the garage it was very loud with barking dogs, caged, and left unattended. The place smelled nasty and was stressful. Cats were loose and running around. Tina did not answer the posted house phone number, her cell phone, text messages, and her voice mail box was full. After wasting almost an hour walking between her house and her garage … outside through the snow … in zero degrees… her son appeared. He took no information and offered none. I hated leaving them there.
She lied about how the dogs would be kept while they were in her “care,” the final price was different than she had originally quoted, and she was difficult to deal with at pick up.
The “good” online reviews could be counterfeit … or the people are simple and have little regard for professionalism (a dog’s a dog, right?). There is another believable review on Yahoo … his dog’s hear was bit off, ... Tina was unaware and could not explain what happened.
If you are looking for someone who cares about your pets, this is the place! Tina has taken great care of Amy since she was a baby. She ensures that the dogs have compatible place style before letting them out together. Amy is always happy to come visit!
Working with Brad is like working with the best friend everyone has that can get away with saying anything to you. He was able to answer any questions I had, and to calm down a first time home buyer when things weren't clear. Communication was 110% all the time, and he worked around my schedule for everything.

I went to Brad for help after being denied for a mortgage by Investor's Group. Getting approved for a mortgage was crucial for me as I have a baby on the way. Despite my less than ideal credit score and debt to asset ratio, Brad was able to help me get approved for my house! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage. I met with Amanda for the first time a few days ago. The ambience of the studio was so very relaxing (meditative) and Amanda has a delightful personality. She worked on my problems spots with care and persistence and (three days later) I feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommended.
Good that the dogs are let out often, but grim cages.
I took both my Boxer and my Pomeranian here for grooming. Not only did they do a really fine job on both animals. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is very caring and most importantly my dogs were happy. They were both relaxed and comfortable in the environment. Something that is rare with my boxer. I will be using this groomer again. We will be boarding my Pom here soon.
Did not board my dog here. Make sure to ask for a tour first. I did and was shocked by how tiny and scary the kennels were. Staff wasn't extremely friendly. It's nice that they let the dogs out every couple hours.

We dropped our 10 year old Wheaten off here for the day while we explored Savannah. She loved it from the moment she walked in the door; she went with the employee without even turning around to see if we were coming, and when we arrived to pick her up she was as calm and happy as a clam. She's not particularly social with other animals, but loves people, and clearly the people working here gave her the attention she needed! We would gladly bring here again on our next visit to Savannah!

It’s a relief to know that I have someone I can depend on to get the job done like my mom would do. I don’t have her patience or skills. She was impressed with your work and that says a lot coming from a woman who has sewn professionally for over 25 years. She’s a perfectionist when it comes to sewing. Two thumbs up!

I never felt more undervalued as a customer than how I felt during my experience at The House of Sew. During our first meeting with the owner/operator ,Aletha, we discussed everything that I wanted to be done to the dress and how much it would cost because her policy is that you must pay for everything upfront. For my 2nd appointment Aleatha was an hour late. When she finally arrived I could not try on my dress because she forgot who I was and did not have the dress ready. We drove 35 minutes and waited for an hour for absolutely nothing. The 2nd time we met she had completed my sweetheart neckline and took in my waist but did not let out my hips. She claimed that I did not ask for this service and that she would have to charge me 60 dollars for it. I was positive I did ask for this service and paid for it so I brought the carbon copy of the receipt that CLEARLY said waist waist let out on it to the next fitting that was supposed to be my final fitting. 30 minutes before our appointment she asked to push our meeting back by 30 minutes. I agreed but when we arrived she was still not ready and informed me that I could not take my dress home that day and asked if we could come back tomorrow. I gave my dress to Aleatha in mid September. It was now November 7th. When I tried on the dress that day I was unhappy with the fit. We also brought up the receipt and how we were already charged for the waist being let out. First she claimed that we decided against that service then when we showed her our receipt that CLEARLY says waist let out she claimed that she was charging extra because of the beading that she would have to put back on. After we showed her our carbon copy of the receipt she pulled out a separate receipt that we had never seen nor were given a copy of. While having this conversation she stated that she would not put my beading and applique back on the dress if we were going to take my dress somewhere else and she was not going to be compensated. My mother (who paid for the alterations) never once mentioned not paying her. After this passive aggressive threat we asked Aleatha how much she wanted to put the my dress back together and she told us $25. As far as her work is concerned my sweetheart neckline was done beautifully. Some of my beading was not put back on the dress and one of the ruffles was ripped and hanging off the bottom of my dress. Long story short unorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic. As you can see from her response to me and Sam that nothing is her fault it is the customers and the dresses. My dress was not filthy it was a brand new dress. Take pictures of your dress before you send them to her. Looks like Aleatha has not worked with many weddings since she has never seen an emotional bride when she is not satisfied with her dress. Also you can notice there was no apology for my undervalued time.
I was very disappointed in the service I received at the House of Sew. The prices were way too high and you pay in full upfront. We had agreed to meet one morning and after 30 minutes of waiting, I called and she said my dress was not ready and she forgot to call me to cancel our meeting. She called later that day to say it was ready and she would steam it for an additional $50. This seemed ridiculous to me considering the original price and the fact that it was not ready on time. When I went to pick it up, after she called, it was still not ready. At this point I had already missed half a day of work driving back and forth to meet her. I waited a half hour for her to finish and I did not even get to try it on. I realized later that I was charged for services I did not receive. Also, the main alteration was a bustle and this broke before my reception even started. This was extra disappointing because I had asked multiple times if the bustle was sturdy and she assured me it was.
It’s hard to find a good detail shop that uses the right products that aren’t store bought. I brought one car to him as a test to see how good of a job it was but all he really did was make sure that the seats were as wet as can be. Nothing was cleaned and dirt in all the vents and all you smelt was cheap products. Will never go to him place again
Went here for a car for my son to have transportation to and from college. The car was a piece of crap. $1,300 later the car CANNOT be driven. I took it to my mechanic and found vice grips holding pieces together UNDER the car.
I found Natasha on google looking for salons in plano, and it amazes me that she does not have more reviews on here. She is for sure my new hair stylist. She listened to me and I got the color I have always wanted but no one could get right and my hair has never been healthier! She is in a great location and has a cute shop. Every time I have been to her, (the last four times) we have had such great conversation it never feels like it was an hour and a half! I recommend her to everyone!
Natasha is not only my hairdresser but also a great friend. I have difficult hair and she always finds a way to make it look fabulous! I have been going to her for over 5 years and don't plan to stop! :)

Can get crowded get there early
The desk staff is great but the doctor is rude. We used to have him for a family doctor but he grossly misdiagnosed my son. If you need a referral, requisition form, or you already know what is wrong with you, then his walk in clinic is a convenient option. If you're unsure what is wrong and need a diagnosis, my advice is to steer clear.
Very efficient place and if you don't want to wait for hours at ER your best alternative. I've been there a few times and was very satisfied with the service.
The review below is the worst attempt I've ever seen to write a review. They tell everything opposite of what is really there. Me and a couple of my buddies have gotten a few tattoos from them and they plan on getting more. The tattoos are very good, I got mine for $75 there when everyone else around would only do it for $200+. I recommend this place out of all of them in Chillicothe.

I don't like the lady delma there she always had a turn up face kinda of a stink loom she don't even own the place but put a lot of act into it. There was only one lady there she was black very sweet hearted in kind don't deserve to work there N get stepped on. The kids were awesome N so was other staff but delma she rude always have something smart to say I think she gay on the cool cheap prices but I wouldn't recommend drama daycare...
Both of my sons attended school here and loved it. The teachers are wonderful and loving. I'm so glad that I found Promiseland when my oldest son needed to start daycare. All of the teachers that both boys have had are warm and caring. It made leaving him and then my younger son there during the days so much easier. I still take them back during the summers for a few days when I need to and the boys ease right back in.
I was very scared to leave my baby at a daycare, but Mrs.Henry the teacher there made me feel at ease, I have since moved my son to another daycare just because we moved away from the area and I regret it so much. If anyone is looking for a daycare in this area, this is a good daycare. The teachers are caring and very interactive with the kids. I never walked in and saw my son crying or not attended to. Miss ya'll!
We have worked with Liberty Run Stables for riding lessons, training, and now finally boarding as we have acquired, with their help, two outstanding horses. I have been to many boarding/training facilities and none were as top notch and as upstanding as this wonderful place. They make dreams come true, not give you nightmares...and John Wayne would never have stood for such treatment of a lady!
While it is extremely difficult to find a boarding facility that you can trust, Liberty Run Stables exceeds expectations. I never worry about the safety, healthy, and security of my horse. The staff is friendly and compentant and the atmosphere is wonderful! The owners are amazing horse women and I would definitely recommend taking lessons or sending your horse there for training. Awesome people. Awesome horses.
Additionally, to the gentlemen Mr. Wayne, understand that verbal agreements are not concrete and in the horse business, cash is king. I'm sure you will find that true in everyday life as well. Perhaps they took the time to do a little research on you and determine you are not a fit horse owner. They will only sell to competent and responsible owners.
I find Liberty Run Stables to be a very reputable business establishment, and as a small business, they primarily deal in CASH. I find it astonishing that John Wayne is reaching out from the dead to harass the owner of this excellent facility. Really Mr. Wayne? I'm sure your mother Katie Elder has disowned you, so Quiet Man, show your True Grit and cease and desist from .the trolling.

Very friendly staff, consisting of a mother, son, and daughter. I got a a haircut from the son, and he took a good amount of time gettin' my hair lookin' shipshape. You want that: time spent is usually associated with cut quality. I got a complementary shave too, which was great.
It was probably one of my best haircuts, judging by the reaction of one of my roommates.

I have been looking at Winding Road as a boarding facility for quite a long time. Well I finally did move my horse there. If you want a barn that will take care of your horse because you can't get out much. Then this is your barn. Your horse will be well cared for. Though he/she will NOT get a lot of shavings at ALL. They claim that their 'Softstall system' doesn't require shavings. Well if you stand in the stall itself, it's not like standing on concrete, but it doesn't replace shavings at ALL. No matter what they claim. Stalls stay clean, your horse will get turned out even if it's muddy unless you express otherwise. They are a 4H barn and there are a bunch of uneducated brats running around all the time. They are morons, yeah they're young but they are rude, obnoxious, and a complete nuisance. You get 5 flakes of hay a day for the full board price. Any more, it's about $10 for every extra flake. Their grain is absolutely horrific. Rural King sweet feed, and the similar pelleted. The pelleted has the nutritional value of cardboard, and the sweet feed holds the same nutritional value just with 50% more sugar. Sure, bring your own feed in. You only get $20 off a month.
As far as lessons, you're better off elsewhere. The owner/ instructor just SCREAMS the entire lesson, and gets extremely frustrated and LOUD when the kids don't understand. You will learn next to nothing, and if you ever plan on going any farther than 4H you should look elsewhere. There is very little intelligence at all in this facility. If you ask for help, you might as well get an 'I don't know'.
The barn is heated. Though it is November, the windows are open, and the heat is on low. It's warmer outside when the sun is up. As for hot and cold running water, the hot does not exist. Something 'broke' and they are waiting for a part. Waiting for over a month now. The arena footing is claimed to be 4 inches of sand. It's very fine and dusty dirt. Barely an inch of it. Gets dragged and watered weekly, but there's barely any dirt to drag. Poor grade footing.
The hay quality changes every day. You might get a sun bleached yellow hay for breakfast, a chunky first cutting for lunch, and then a regular timothy grass for dinner.
Writing this review, I tried to think of everything I've had problems with or negative opinions about. If you want to do western pleasure in 4H and that's ALL you want to do. Then this is a lovely facility. If you want a place for your horse and you visit him/ her maybe once a week and just hack around. Then yes, this is a good facility. If you're involved in your horse, know what you're doing, and can stand on your own two feet then you will have conflict and problems with this facility. Though the first couple weeks will be great.
I would highly recommend Winding Road Stables! My experience there has been very pleasurable. All the other boarders are friendly and helpful. I'm a new horse owner, and there is always someone there willing to help me, whether it be with questions I have or putting the bit in my horses' mouth because I'm fairly short. The stalls are ALWAYS cleaned, and there is an ample amount of pine shavings on the floor for my horse. Sherri, the owner, is always friendly when I come in. She instructs lessons at times when I'm there, and encourages me to ride while doing so. It helps my horse become accustomed to other horses, in addition to exposure with people. The positives are water is always available, plenty of high quality hay is fed, and high quality grain. I love the fact that it's heated. The observation room is also heated and I can bring my mother with me so she can watch me ride. Prior to boarding Desi at Winding Road, I did check out lots of other boarding stables. In my opinion, her place is by far one of the best I've seen. Trust me, if it wasn't, my mare wouldn't be there. The arena is HUGE and well lit, and I can turn on the radio while I'm riding if I want to. I don't understand the prior reviews, because no one at any time has been snobby or negative with me. I've ran into a lot of boarders because I do go at least 4 times a week. As I stated, everyone is always friendly and having fun. If you want to have peace of mind regarding your horse being taken care of, then look no further. I was lucky to get in there this winter. Fabulous place to board your horse!

I called on the phone for an estimate of what it would cost to remove some links off of my girlfriend's watch. He advised me it was $20 and that he had an $8400.00 dollar rent fee. My response was it seemed a bit expensive. He was very rude and disrespectful. If his reply was that rude over the phone I would hate to meet him in person.

I would not recommend this place, a friend of mine lost their pony under their care and another horse lost alot of weight, and they were treated rudely by the ranch owners husband when they left, very rude man i would NOT do business with them AT ALL!!!
I am a former boarder and the stay here was just a disaster, the place is not clean, their is enough old non working cars to start a used car lot...alot of imfomation my wife gave to care for her horses was not followed,....as a person andrea anderson was nice, but i cant say that for her husband... the husband treated my family unkindly, we were stranded by a flat tire and he is demanding to know if he is going to get paid, i never pay him, i pay andrea but NOW he decides to be all big and step in. because of the husband i will never use their services for anything, no riding lessons, no advice, no nothing!! he killed us coming back,
our horses did not get the best care and i am sad to say i was and am very unhappy with spirit fire ranch and will tell all my horse friends not to come,

They wanted 50 bucks just fir a used tire right around the block speedy Pete's did it all for 30..
We got a flat tire in the middle of a long road trip, and hobbled into Eagle Tire only because it was the closest shop we could find. When an out-of-towner needs car service in a hurry, they're pretty vulnerable to being overcharged, but Eagle fixed the tire quickly, helped us get the spare put away, and only charged us $19.25, which I guess is the standard rate. We left a $5 tip.

Friendly staff, Plenty of machines some of which are older but they work perfectly fine. They have TV's (the old tube kind but who cares) WIFI, and even an Arcade Cabinet to play all the old classics on.
All in all it's a great place to go chill out while your clothes do the tumbly thing.

This is a new dayhome in Westbank, I have lived here for many years and came across this day home since it was on my way to work at the time I used Chantelle as a child care provider for my child. She is awesome! She is extremely caring and helpful for me and my little one. I had to quit my job, so I no longer use her for full time. My child was happy and content with Chantelle and her surroundings at her house. Just thought I would share because she is worth it. Thank you Chantelle! You are awesome!!
My son now attends Aiea Hongwanji Preschool and is in the 3s class. He started when he was barely 2 and a half. He has truly flourished in a year with his social skills, attachment issues, and potty-going (must be potty trained when attending). Mrs. Claire and her staff are wonderful!! The curriculum and how they talk to and teach these kids is amazing. My middle daughter also attended when she was 2.5 to age 4. We liked it so much we had the youngest go to!!! Same teachers and same warm and friendly environment. The fact that it is "attached" to a Buddhist Temple was not a deterrent and not really a factor beyond teaching the little ones peace, tranquility, and tolerance for all human kind. This place definitely builds character and prepares them for Kindergarten. Love this place!!
This is a home-based grooming business, the benefit of which is that my cat had a very relaxing experience. Jill did an excellent job grooming my Maine Coon Tabby! I returned to a very happy cat with the cutest lion cut. I would highly recommend.

They did a great job on our move in cleaning, me and my husband were very impressed by the way they removed dust and dog hair from vents and shined our wood floors and baseboards.

I am most impressed by the excellent work they done in my home with only two people, there was no crew but they did clean our home faster and better than Molly Maids, whom we tried in the past, only to receive a partial superficial cleaning and was told to buy more cleaning time.
The cleaners from Qualicare charged one flat fee, no hourly fee, which impressed me because our home did need a little organizing with the pets and children and no time for me to clean with my crazy hours at the job, but I liked their service and work ethic and will continue to use them monthly.
The service that they Qualicare Maids far exceeds both Molly maids and Merry maids and I have tried both, and I know because the cleaning is more thorough and more detailed.
I like Qualicare maids for this reason and continue to use them bi-weekly because of the consistency in their cleaning each visit.
I have been taking my infant son (currently 11 weeks old) to Dr. Alaina Rowswell-Kulikowski for latch/ sucking issues after his tongue tie release and because he wasn't easily turning his head to the right. Two people has recommended her to me at the baby cafe at Sister's Hospital. He immediately did better with turning his head after the first visit and we are getting better little by little with his latch (it always seems really good the feeding immediately after his adjustment). She is really good with him and doesn't rush through the appointment at all, which is a huge pet peeve I have with many providers. She has given me exercises to do with him to help him reach milestones and he is doing better already. I have confidence that we will continue to make progress.

The place seems to be out of business or extremely run down. When I arrived to the place (for a class as advertised in their calendar), the lights inside were off and only outdoor lights on and a room upstairs on. I thought maybe the studio had 2 floors and the dance class was upstairs? The door was unlocked and there was no one there! I have to say it was creepy...There were plenty dance advertisements, but it seems the place went out of business or incorrect advertisement of their schedule. I read a review from Yelp from 12/13/2014, and that individual had a similar experience with no one there and dark. :(
From their facebook page and their website, it seems like a legitimate dance class. I am just confused and disappointed. I called their studio during the morning and evening with no luck.
We attended the toddler tumbling class and it was great! The owner was filling in for the instructor and she was so good with my son. He just turned 3 and it was his first class. It was so fun to see him learning somersaults, cartwheels, and other things. It is a multi level studio so that would explain why the door was unlocked and the light was on upstairs like the previous review stated. The owner told me they have been opened and in that location for 10 years.

I went in to get a very small tattoo of the planet Saturn. I had the great experience of being tattooed by Jesse. Even though my tattoo was very small, it was my first and the experience was great. Originally I really wanted the tattoo done in purple but after talking it over with Jesse he advised to just go with black as it will last longer and look better. I seriously appreciated that as he was completely honest and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting something I'd regret. I thought I was going in there and was going to end up with two lines very simple lines. Jesse added depth and completely surpassed my expectations. The owners did an amazing job from transferring our hand drawn art to finding the color of threads, and finally creating our patch for our MC. They are friendly, great prices, amazing custom work, and quality embroidery / leather work.

Not sure. Went in there to possibly drop stuff off and check it out, but because they were "too full" of gear, they didnt want our stuff, and really didnt want us looking around because they were too busy making patches.

I just found this place on Google, went there not to long ago & met Sascha. I asked if he can change my phone screen cause it was broken. Come to find out it wasn't broken & it was the screen protector that was crack. What a relief. He just gave me a new screen protector & phone case. Very friendly & knowledgeable guy.

I am on my 3rd year here at Kingsfield. We have rented houses, townhouses, and apartments in the past. This is by far the best place I've rented. Everyone is super friendly from the office, to maintenance, to gardeners. I have had a few minor things I needed help with (ex. a/c went out), and they were on the problem within 2 hrs. The landscaping and buildings are really taken care of. I am living here while I get through school, and it's nice how quiet it is for studying, etc.
We signed a 6 month lease when we moved down from Indy, thinking that we'd move into Louisville after it was up, but ended up signing for another year. We can get in to downtown in 15 minutes from here. The apartments are well kept and very spacious. The front office staff is very nice and they actually know my name when I stop by. The maintenance staff is always outside sprucing up the landscaping and it looks great. We've had two small maintenance issues since we moved in and they're always taken care of in less than 24 hours of making a call.
Some of the prices seem fairly high, but once you get your food and see the massive amount of food on your plate you understand why. You get exactly what you pay for; which is a lot of good food. They're usually really busy, so sometimes there is a wait - but that's just because they're so busy!
Arrived at 11:20 on a Tuesday afternoon. There were a total of 5 other tables being served, three of which were already eating. ONE server who was completely disorganized. Took 20 minutes for her to even come back and take our order. I informed the server we only had half an hour, which really should be sufficient time to get anything. I then asked for salmon (which takes MAX 10 minutes to cook), and was informed by our server "that'll take longer than half an hour to cook"...what restaurant do you ever wait 30 minutes just to get your food? I told her, I won't order anything then, and her response was "okay, you're decision". Never asked if there was anything else I'd like to eat. Ended up getting a small salad from the line. Won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure!
Affordable and abundant turkey dinner and desserts.
This is the best bang for your buck in the city. If you stick to their staples like the turkey dinner, amazing turkey soup or the breakfast you will not go home hungry or disappointed. However avoid the larger heavier dishes and pastas, usually come out dry or cold and the meat cuts are usually very poor quality.
i live in toronto and went to your restaurant 2 time s ordered jig;s dinner and when one of your young waitresses was about to get it your older waitress stopped her and said their was none so i waited outside until one of her family member;s went in and well and behold their she was serving them a large portion of your famous jig;s dinner ..well my son i posted it all over the Facebook and told all my traveller friend;s not to go their because of this so sorry you have such a bad person waiting on people with very poor skill;s and i will tell you this none of my family will ever enter this resultant again .
Excellent portion/price ratio, good atmosphere, friendly staff, a varied menu, and all-day breakfast! What more could you want?

They don't even deserve the 1st star but I guess its making me give one anyway. I took my son here about a month ago. When we first got there the receptionist acted like we were wasting her time and was extremely rude. She saw our address and asked me why we didn't go to the urgent care that was closer to our house, I told her it was none of her business and when she thought I wasn't paying any attention she started talking about me with the so called nurse... The Dr. Wasn't sure what was wrong with my son (strep throat, we went to his regular Dr the next business day) and was a total a**. Will never go to this horrible place again.
This was a complete waste of my time. Doctor didn't even look at me and said oh you have larengitis and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Then tell me no talking that is the only way my voice will heal but when I explained I can't do that because I work with the public and need to talk he went on to tell me he can't give me a work excuse. I wasn't asking for that. He didn't even deal with the fact I am coughing stuff up, coughing and have head congestion. DO NOT COME HERE
They refused to see me when I went in with a migraine and turned away someone with the flu. Refused to see my fiancé when he went in. Do you actually treat people or tell them to go to the hospital. They are a joke and waste of time go elsewhere

Best automotive shop in the GTA! As an auto enthusiast, I used to only take my vehicle to the dealership to ensure I was getting quality work done with quality parts. Then I found Bailey's Auto Repair and Service. This mechanic has his Red Seal and over ten years experience working on both domestics and imports. They're prices are the lowest in the GTA and they won't try to gouge you on repairs you don't need. They are honest and fair and they treat your vehicle like it's their own. I love the fact that the mechanic will sometimes bring you into the shop to show you what is going on with your vehicle or to show you a part that might be failing so you can see for yourself without feeling like your being taken to the cleaners for unnecessary repairs. I recently brought my vehicle in for a brake service and they did more than just replace the pads. They re-greased my calipers, sanded down the rotors, cleaned everything up real nice. They even checked all my other fluids, belts, tire pressure, lights and even lubed all my door hinges without me even asking for it. I was very impressed. I will never go to the dealership again.
I called different shops around the city because I broke my hoodlatch on my civic. Every single place I called were rude and quoted me rediculous prices! I finally went on kijiji and found darren's ad. He's a genuine guy who takes pride in his work. He did the job quickly and gave me an amazing price! I asked him if I needed any other work done and usually mechanics would take advantage of you but he was honest and told me I was fine and I should be good to go. I can't forget karen who handles the front desk! Great customer service and I will definately be coming back!
Darren's service was fast, professional and reliable. I've been there for oil changes and repairs in recent weeks. During the oil change, he even checked my reverse lights (Other places only check signals & brake lights) Unlike my dealership, Darren didn't take advantage of what I thought the problem might be. He took the time to examine my car and tell me exactly what needed to be repaired instead of waiting for my car to break down and come in with a big problem. His honesty and service has made me a loyal customer. Karen is also wonderful and efficient whether on the phone or at the front desk! A++++ service all around!
I also appreciate that the invoice is clearly itemized. No confusing parts codes, everything is clearly defined and the price is always more than fair!
I had so many questions about my car when I was there. Darren was extremely patient with me and didn't rush me through the process. He answered all of my questions. It's nice because he actually cares about how I feel about my car and not just my car. That is rare. I live in Ottawa and have many family and friends in Oshawa. When I go to visit I schedule my appointments around my travels there. His shop is that good. Customer service is great as well. The explanation, work done and price, we're exactly as quoted when I went to pay for it. No up selling or any crap like that. Good to know at least one shop out there cares more about me than my money. I can honestly say Darren knows if he does it right, you will never have to look anywhere else. That is how you build a business.
I called Garvin to setup curtain rods. He did not have any stud finder and was unable to drill in the wall due to a hard surface behind the drywall. He used some smaller screws from his toolbox and those came out the first time we hung the curtain. He then used some more screws on a different part of the drywall and those came off a few days later. When I called him about it, he said he was very busy and would come a week later. He never showed up and refused to answer my calls.

Garvin is a trustworthy man. He offers competitive rates. He is also honest recommendations on what can be done and what can not be done. I asked him to install curtain lines for my apartment. He spent 1+ hours on the job, very detail oriented. Definitely recommend.
My lucky day was yesterday when I located Garvin's Handyman Services. Garvin is skilled and knowledgeable, with an experienced eye. He was undaunted by my many-years-old bifold closet doors (which seem to defy the rules of the physical world and have brought down lesser mortals who try to repair them) and had them both working again. Garvin also spent time with advice on how to proceed with a few other projects, and I didn't have one that he couldn't patiently explain and feel confident in a solution. His ability to respond quickly was also impressive and very helpful. We will proceed with the next few projects as the small but stressful (for me) projects are checked off the list. For all of these reasons, I am happy to recommend Garvin and will also do so personally.
Garvin and his buddy did an awesome job with hanging my wall size paintings, installing my under cabinet pull out drawers and wine cooler. Couple of pieces came defective and Garvin used his presence of mind to fix it and saved me a big head-ache of returning it since I had bought it online. They were very pleasant, detailed oriented and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others in building and will use their services again.

I wouldn't make another appointment here. No customer service, un-inviting atmosphere. Had an appointment for 1:30pm, I left @ 1:50pm with nobody saying "Hi" or telling me how much longer I would have to wait. For the 25min wait I had to constantly swat flies away.
They used to have good artist but they didn't know what they had so ALL the good artist they had went to a shop called anarchy ink tattoos on division just north of 44th street.
Went as part of a "birthday party" for a friend and got my first tattoo. It was fun and the people there were friendly. My tattoo looks great and I can't wait to head back! :P

Kelly is a fantastic groomer and she has been taking care of my dog for many years. Her staff is very friendly and the place is really nice and clean. The parking lot is very convenient and i feel my puppy is safe walking up to the business. The prices are very cheap for nail grinding, baths, and grooms. I will definitely be coming back and have recommended all of my friends and family.
I've been taking my kids to Princeton Pediatrics for 4 years ever since Tevi was born and being seen by Dr.Barbara Baldwin... She left 2 years later then some Haitian man took over for a year and now some white man. I should of left when Dr. Baldwin retired. Never once has my kids ever missed an appointment, was past 15 min on an appointment or had to reschedule an appointment. So today with everything going on I had to call and cancel Kyri appointment that I made Friday after we got there and these people A/C was out and they were only using 2 rooms and seeing 2 patients an hour. I didn't want to sit so I left and rescheduled and couldn't make it today, this lady talking about oh well that's 25 dollars. My southern side came out so quick. It's not even about the 25 dollars I told her to charge me I'm going to change they Doctor anyway. I'm done with Princeton Pediatrics!!
