This place always has the best deals! Just last week, I got an eye shadow, 2 eye liners, and a nail polish all for under $4! There are always sales like this going on...make-up, hair color and styling tools, nail polish. Just awesome.

Sally's makes my life so much easier. I love to color my hair crazy colors and since I can do it myself I just go get what I need and don't have to worry about being unhappy and spending a ton of money for someone else to do it for me.

Last time I ordered from their website my order arrived with 4 out of 7 ordered items missing. The box was so small that they wouldn't even have fit in there. I called Customer Service right away. The rep that I spoke to was very polite and respectful. She said she'd send a message over to the warehouse to have the incident researched and items replaced. She said I'd receive an email once the items were shipped. I waited for three more days and received no follow-up. I called CS again and got a very unpleasant and hostile rep, who had a ton of attitude from the start. She first couldn't even find the information about my previous call in the system. After I gave her a reference number she finally found it and confirmed that the warehouse had approved the replacement and would be shipped soon. I received the replacement items in about a week after. All together it took them over 3 weeks to fulfill my order. I got no apology in any form. Usually they sent me a $5 off coupon with each order. I didn't even receive that this time. Need to mention that this was the second time this happened to me. I am never ordering online again.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for 50% off...Paid with my Pay Pal..and get an email with my order..Everything looked right- Today- I get a invoice charging me FULL price for EVERYTHING and they didn't send me 3 items that I most wanted..Only reason I ordered the rest of the 50% off crap was to get my order over 50.00 so I could get free shipping. HOW can they CHANGE the Price AFTER You Order And just NOT give YOU what YOU ORDERED??? THEY SAID IT WAS IN STOCK??!! SUCH BS> NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. Customer Service has YET to get back to me.

I love not only this site but the store it self. When i bought poorly made extentions i was reccomended sally's. They have some of the bast hair and beauty products out their for those who cannot afford to spend $300 for extentions or other beauty supplies. I have recently been shopping online for hair conditioners and shampoos that straighten your hair, they have it all.

Last year I broke my flat iron that I purchased from Trade secret. This store had a Chi iron for $130.00. The iron switch broke and they would not replace it. I ordered a new flat iron from Sally's that was a different brand name but the same exact thing as a Chi. The only difference in the Chi and the GVP Ionic Ceramic Flat iron was the price. The Chi iron brand new cost $130.00 plus tax. The GPV Ionic iron only cost $49.99 plus tax. I have had this iron for almost a year now. It came in a really nice caring case. There are ones you can get with different designs also. Sally's offers so many professional salon hair care products. Shampoo's that are used by cosmetologist but are available for the public to buy. The cutting shears are very nice. In my many years of buying shears. I have bought some really nice ones from Sally's. I love the nail polish they have in the summer time. Because I like bright colors they have some really pretty pinks. There cosmetic bags and boxes are nice. The prices are great for good quality salon products. Manicure and pedicure items are a necessity. Sally's is a wholesale warehouse for cosmetologist, but still sells to the public. I know everyone loves when they come from the hairdressers. They love the way there hair feels and smells. So at Sally's you don't always have to go to the hairdressers to keep your hair looking great. The professional line of hair care products are great. I love the leave in conditioners. The shampoo selection is nice and very affordable. They even sell gallon jugs. Some of them very cheap when they are on sale. Check out this site. I was not aware to begin with just like all the ladies that have similar complaints. I have no bad experiences until trying this HELEN OF TROY HOT SHOT CURLING HAIR. About 4 times using it I realized my hair dropped a lot and crisper a lot more too... Hey what is going on? Never have this experienced in my life before. When I combed my hair breaks on the middle of it! This product is NOT safe to be sold to public. My hair is very strong, not easily breaks, oily not dry scalp - now is the opposite. I am not happy with this conditions. Please whoever read this do something. I got it from Marshall. Thank you.

I started ordering from Sally so I could get professional dye instead of box dye. I have ordered 2 or 3 times prior with no issues and got my orders on time. Here I am months later, and their website refuses to sell me ANYTHING. My first order was delayed Wednesday, a few days, ended up in their online warehouse, and the order was canceled the following Monday. I had to email Customer support because the cancellation email said the reason was 'Customer service cancelled the order'.

Over the summer I was trying to gradually bleach my hair light enough to color it silvery gray. I had it lightened professionally in the spring to light/medium blonde so I felt like this would be difficult but possible. At a certain point I wanted to bleach bath my hair and immediately tone it with a toner known for being a very good light ash blonde.

I ask the clerk several times which gel nail polish I could purchase that did not require uv light. She pointed out several brands (opi, polish and a top layer ever last). She told me I did not need an under coat. I asked this question several times. It concerned me since I was buying a red polish. So I bought the polish and top coat then tried using them. It just chipped off 20 minutes after I put it on. So I googled it, guess what. You need to cure it under a uv light. So I called the store several times that day, they don't answer the phone. When they finally did answer the phone the person told me "call back later", he was the only one there and hung up on me. I did call the main store in California. They told me to try and take the stuff back but I probably out of luck because I used it. Bottom line, I will never shop at Sally's again.

I visited your store today and asked a price for your OPI INFINITE SHINE and was rudely spoken to with no assistance to get me the actual price! I came to spend money at your store but with treatment like that from your employee that rung me up I can say that I won't shop there again! It's usually the nasty employees that can put a store straight out of business!

8/15/15 I ordered a flat iron and a hair serum. Shipping is extremely slow. Products from eBay & GMBShair.com come within 3-4 days after processing my payment. Never doing business again with this company.

The reviews I've read are horrendous, but most of the complaints are based on products, which is not an employee complaint. We have to follow the 60 day return policy, you also must have a receipt for the return or exchange. We prefer to do exchanges or else we get reprimanded. On any hair extensions, blades and jewelry those purchases will be non-refundable. We do not allow customers to "sample" nail polishes, brushes, makeup, as it is unsanitary. I wouldn't want to purchase a brush that has been through someone's hair. We have a lot of products, over 10.000 in some stores, it's close to impossible to remember them all, or remember all the sales, as they change monthly. There are many ways your local Sally Beauty can change, but please remember we are people too. If you have a problem with the product, the company who produced would be better at helping you, not going back to your local Sally's and being unreasonable.

About 8 years ago, became disabled and have nerve damage to my right arm. It's very painful. SO I went to a therapist who told me to purchase a Parrafin Wax Machine. Shopped around and found one at Sally Beauty Supply. I have not had the machine for more than 120 days, it stopped working. I called Sally only to get transferred around, hung up on and when I finally got someone she said I had to have the receipt.

I am a licensed hairdresser. My granddaughter went into a Sally's to pick up a hair color on her previously bleached (underneath) black Asian hair. She wanted to have a "gray look" on her blonde hair. The girl advised her to use the Blue Bleach, and then, use Color Corrector afterward, then, another color! Are you ** kidding me????? Color Corrector? After using blue bleach? She said the girl was so convincing that she knew what to do, that she followed her instructions. The hair is fried. It's down to her waist. Please tell me that Sally's has a policy to train their employees (who are not licensed hairdressers by the way) to not give advice on chemicals. I frequent a Sally's in North Palm Beach on U.S. 1. They have always been friendly, and I have never heard any employee advise a customer about chemicals there. Please train your managers.

I went into Sally's to purchase a hair product to tame my curl because my hair was getting spiky, frizzy and unmanageable all over from the humidity. I came across a hair straightening kit and asked the sales girl about it. She said that it was very popular with women with my problem. I brought it to the register and paid for it. After I paid for it, she started to explain to me how to use it. She said that she was a beautician at a salon in my area and that I should put the product on my hair, leave it on for 30 minutes and apply hot air for the full thirty minutes, do not rinse it out after the 30 minutes but simply blow dry it into the style I wanted. "Then do not wash it or get it wet for 2 days and do not tuck behind your ears." I questioned that because I really didn't want to stand there for 30 minutes applying hot air to my head. She told me to watch youtube videos on how to do it if I don't remember what she told me.

I went to Sally's on University Ave by the Food 4 Less. Went in for dye. Told the lady how I wanted my hair and showed her my hair. I had my daughter and sister with me. She showed me a dye and told me to "get this one it should work." I went home, dyed my hair, left it in longer than 30 mins and rinsed it out. What a horrible color, not at all what I asked for!! So I contacted the store and got a "Anna" lady that was so so so rude, told me I was lying and that I couldn't have a supervisor # or name and hung up the phone.

I went into Sally Beauty Supply in Vernon Hills on a Monday. I explained to TWO cashiers working that day (assuming they had experience working with hair) that I was getting married in a week and wanted long soft curls. (My hair is currently shoulder length.) They said get 18" brown extensions because the hairdresser will bleach the extensions to match my highlights. (My hairdresser did say she would dye them.) The cashier started to open the box when I said I know how the clip ins work. They were very nice and seemed to have knowledge on the subject so I bought based on their recommendations.

I always shop at Sally's for hair product, and now I am becoming more knowledgeable about hair products and extensions. I am very upset to find out after paying $130 for Sally brand hair extensions, they are absolutely not 100% like it states.

Most sales staff at the Matthews, NC location are courteous and helpful. There is one female cashier who is nothing short of maddening! Every time I have encountered her, she is rude and acts as if I'm burdening her with my purchase. Furthermore, she is simply incompetent. When I purchased a B1G1 item, she rang me up yet charged me for both. When I came back a few minutes later and respectfully showed her the error, she blamed ME, saying in an abrupt tone that it was MY responsibility to tell her about the sale. I don't get paid to ring up sale items correctly, she does.

Employees belittled in front of customers? A minor mistake. Do not ever UNDERMINE an employee in front of customers especially when it's a minor conversation that should be dealt with a competent manager. Also mind games?? And favoritism -- people with second jobs are more complied with requests for a new and better job? And they plan to leave if not QUIT or walk out at a percent I have NEVER heard of DISTRICT manager?? HELP N.Y. should be glad to meet you or maybe your superiors at BEST. Horribly ran unprofessional company. A shame. Really nice business. Don't worry I don't expect anything from this as one a current business owner at least FOLLOW N.Y. Labor LAWS. I called might be too stressful on upper management.

So I will never shop at this Sally's again. Took my mother in law in to get combs and a pair of scissors. My mother who is 62 and disabled was getting her glasses out of her purse so she could see what she's getting. We get what we need and proceed to the register, when ** runs towards my mother in law and grabs her purse saying I will need to search your bag, she hands it over and she looks through it, dropping medication on the floor. She finds nothing stolen... doesn't apologize or pick up the items that she dropped out of the purse. ** just walked away while the other employee apologies and picks the stuff up. ** was extremely rude and shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. I'll never recommend this store to anyone.

Went into Sally's Beauty shop 6/18/15 late afternoon. I went to go buy hair products at the Sally's located in Los Angeles on Alameda. As I walk the aisles I pick up what I need. My daughter accompanied me and she is also picking what she needs from the shelves. My daughter graved the bag of cotton ball bag & the tip of the bag tore but it was not open. (It did not matter because she needed cotton balls so I was going to purchase the cotton ball bag). When the employee comes & starts speaking Spanish saying to my daughter, "don't grave, don't touch, you opened it," etc. very rudely & I am right there, I told the employee if she had something to say talk to me. “I am the mother. Don't talk to the child. She is only 15.” But this lady was very rude & I ask her to speak English not everybody speaks Spanish. My daughter did not understand her because she is not a Spanish speaker.

I have been a loyal customer of Sally's since I started dying my hair red in 2002. That's THIRTEEN years of purchasing my hair color there!! I have been shopping at this particular Sally's since we moved to PA in 2007. The Sally's that I shop at is store #688 131 Hillcrest #C New Kensington, PA 15068. I was treated very poorly today, and depending on the response from corporate, I may never shop there again.

I get a call from my bank not from your company that your cc system had been hacked and all my information along with every one else's had been STOLEN. No guarantee it hasn't been used. So now my cc has to be voided out - new one sent to me. Which takes 2 weeks. My life gets turned upside down from trusting your company. I have shopped with y'all for years. What respect. What loyalty.. I have to hear this from my BANK. I tried contacting y'all. No one wants to respond. You just want to cover it up and keep making that dollar with NO REGARDS TO OUR SAFETY.. WOW.

I will never shop again at Sally Beauty Supplies because they do not know the meaning of customer service. 90 days ago I purchased a hair drier from them. The first drier I purchased I did not like so I decided to return it to a store that was more convenient for me. Clearly the manager was upset that I was not returning the drier to the original store I purchased it from. It also took them over 20 minutes to process my return because they did not know what they were doing and had to call the main office for help. However, the real issue is that the second drier I purchased completely fell apart and because I was slightly over their 60 day return policy the girls in the store would not do anything about it.

Today was my last straw with this company. I have an event I'm going to on Saturday, since I work two jobs all the rest of the week, today was the only day to do my hair. My friend is a stylist who has been doing my color melt hair and it has always looked perfect, I just wanted the copper we were using to pop just a little more. I went into Sally's avoiding sales reps and found the same product I had been using and grabbed the next shade up. I then went to purchase it and the rep asked me what I was trying to do. I explained and showed her my faded blonde to orange to red color melt and explained this was to be the middle color. She then said, "You shouldn't use this color, this will NOT give you the color you want. You need this one." and handed me a color called "Intense red". I stated, "This is red, I'm going for orange".

I've been going to my local Sally Beauty Supply where I've bought individual medium brown eyelashes for 10 years. The location used to be great. The Manager and Associates were so friendly and helpful. In the last year this store has gone downhill. I was just in there last Thursday and I will not be going back. The young blonde associate was very rude and unhelpful, was trying to tell me they don't carry medium brown eyelashes when I've buying them there. She said I should go to another Sally's. She just looked at me like I was stupid, held her hands up to her sides and shrugged her shoulders at me. She didn't ask if she could take my phone number and have someone call me when they're in. No “I'll look in the back”. The Associate standing next to her was just staring at her like she couldn't believe what she was doing. I don't need attitude from a dumb ass so after 10 years of supporting that location, I'm done.

I have been a Sally's customer for a decade. Twice in a week I came for products, I needed to exchange one and I was treated with no respect. I ask the sales rep name, he leaves and closes the door on me. Then he comes out and threatens to call the police. Not happy and will take this to management. Everything is caught on my camera.

I went into Sally's on 04/11/15 to purchase a straightening iron. I ask an employee for a suggestion on which one is best. Her response was "Gold N Hot is the most purchased one for ethnic hair plus we have a special going buy any Gold N Hot item get a free Wave Iron." I thanked her and went on to the checkout counter. A different employee was at the counter. She went on to ring up my product and gave me the total. I then said "How do I get my free product?" She stated that all I get is a free bottle of Dry Shampoo. I responded according to the sign and an employee I get a free Wave Iron with my purchase. She then says it doesn't apply to the product I purchased. I was told wrong.

With the exception of one especially vulgar employee, the staff at this location has been very friendly and most helpful. Beware however of walking into this store if you're making any sort of fashion statement with a large purse… You'll be stereotyped as a klepto the second you walk through the door and without any sort of evidence at all, you may even be accused right there at the cash register by one assumptious and ignorant employee. Outstanding professionalism madam! If your store happens to be riddled by shoplifters, (which I was made aware of by said madams fumbling words only after I berated her suitably) perhaps you should invest in a security camera that could offer you some proof should a crime occur as opposed to 'making a guess' of a person’s integrity. Shameful. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business AND my big, fabulous handbag elsewhere.

Good reliable place.Has most of what I need from styling products to different types of combs and clips.  Some items might be a couple of dollars cheaper a Walmart but I'm willing to pay that for the convenience of being able to get most of what I need at the same place.

Contrary to what people have written below me - I've been here twice, tonight being my latest encounter, and the customer service from the girls working there was amazing. I came in with a hair disaster and was indecisive and confused about certain toners and dyes and the girls were helpful. They spent about probably 15 minutes giving me suggestions and recommending colors that would work for my hair. I'll admit that I had a ton of questions and they didn't seem fed up or annoyed - and if they were - they didn't show it.

I usually don't write bad reviews,  but this place is an exception.  This has always been my go-to location since it is just minutes away from home.  Over the years I've always noticed their poor customer service and recently I also noticed how a lot of the girls working here lack product knowledge too... I usually just brush off the shitty customer service because when I go in, I know what I need, I grab it and I'm out of there.. Today was the LAST time I will be returning here.. I came in here to grab a nail file, quick and easy- so I thought I walk in and go directly to the aisle that I needed, grabbed my nail file and headed toward the counter... I was standing there for a couple of minutes while 3 workers were sticking shelves... (I didn't want to interrupt them buuttt....Umm hello??) as I'm standing at the counter a woman with a question on some product called the attention of one of the girls working. She answered her question, grabbed the right size product for her , walked her over to the register and started to ring her up..in front of me.REALLY LADY??? Did you not see me standing here waiting on someone to help me the whole time? ...RUDE! And uneducated if you ask me.. I worked for years doing multiple customer service jobs and NEVER would I pull something like that.. Talk about shitty customer service.I wish I could have seen the cashiers name but the name tags are so damn small I couldn't read it even with 20/20 vision... Thankfully another worker came around the counter just as I was about to say something about how rude her coworker was. This girls name was Lizette ( THANK YOU Lizette!) and no thanks to you, anonymous cashier. Thanks for turning my in-and-out nail file run in to a 15 min stand around.. Your lack of decent customer service lost a loyal customer to this location. No stars for you.

It's a decent store. I normally don't shop at Sally's, but they had this one item I was looking for. Anyway, went in to get a few things, all of which were in stock. Short wait in line. I went on Sunday afternoon around 430p. If they continue to have what I need, I will return.

I have been biting my tongue with how these people act! They are so rude and act like you don't know what you're talking about, recently I just called to put something on hold and the manager was so rude! When I said thanks she just hung up! This place is right by my house and I'm like a #1 costumer because I'm always buying from there since I don't have a beauty license for better products. But I have had it with their snobby attitude!

I love Sallys. I am a member of the rewards club. I renew my membership each year for $5. However, I have never been to a more horrible Sally's in all my years being a customer. They employees here provide the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They train new employees that have ZERO knowledge of the products they sell. I went in once recently and they had only two employees there. Both of these ladies had been trained the week before(I would know because I was also there when they were being trained as I am a regular customer) There was no manager available or a senior employee that had knowledge of the products that could help me. Finally one of the girls showed me a product that seemed like it was what I wanted. When I showed the product to another Sallys employee and a few of my hair stylist friends they assured me that the product was in fact a serum that u put in your hair when you get out of the shower, NOT a deep conditioning treatment that you put in your hair DURING the shower. I tried to return it or exchange it but because it was open they could not do so. The employees here are very rude and act as if they are being bothered when you ask them for help. Others could be working any where else as they dont have ANY knowledge on the products Sallys actually sells. Other Sallys in my experience are not as dissapointing. AVOID THIS STORE!

I wish they had better customer service. I've visited this location a few times and have yet to be greeted/acknowledged when entering. Note to staff/mangement: a simple "Hello" will do.I asked for assistance twice, I was covering blonde in my hair and needed to settle on a color. The person did give me suggestions but failed to tell me I needed a filler to ensure the brown took on the blonde correctly. I only found out because my niece (stylist) was walking me through it since she couldn't make it (she lives in Modesto), so when I told her I had the color she asked about the filler. When I went back for the filler I asked where the fillers were and the lady didn't say anything just walked over, grabbed one and handed it to me as she began to walk away, when I politely asked the price she ignored me so I had to go look myself. No biggie, but again a simple "here you go" would have made my experience a touch better.I will likely be back now that I know where things are in the store. The store is clean and organized so if you just need to pick something up and don't need actual advice then this location is fine.Set your service expectations low before walking in and you should be fine.

This place is the ONLY place I feel that sales my shampoo and conditioner! They carry all the best stuff here and the sales associates are super helpful and nice! I love that Sally's has always some great sale going on. There are times when I buy my shampoo on sale for like $7.00 for a whole liter of shampoo and usually it's like $23! Can't complain at all about this place.

Sally's is a mixed bag, depending on how ghetto the staffing is that day. while the prices are generally good and they have a respectable variety of products, their customer service and quality control are a dang shame.Be very careful to examine seals on boxes and bottles. Sally's will sell you opened products as if they were new. I'm saying they KNOW the product has been opened and they don't care - they just want your money and make no apologies about it.So, Sally's is cheap - that's the ringing endorsement... There are better beauty supply stores out there where the staff is knowledgeable and the products less battered - your call.

Just visited this location for the first time - I was promptly greeted by both employees and told about all the current sales.  I had a question about a product and received great service. Found exactly what I was looking for and the employees were friendly.  :) No complaints here!

Oh how I wish I could give zero stars!!!! If I didn't need to get certain items and was on a time crunch I would have walked right out. Every employee was EXTREMELY rude.I walked in yesterday evening between 4:30 and 5:30pm, was not greeted or anything... okay... so I went to about my business to get what I needed. Not only did they have boxes in the way of even walking around but the employees putting away the stock from these boxes did not say hello, can I help you? I apologize for the inconvenience, nothing! Horrible business practice.Finally after standing there for maybe 10-15 mins, the girl closest asks if I need help, she seemed bothered when I said yes and asked her for her opinion. In response all she said was get this.. I kept asking questions, got one word irritated answers and then she moved the box she was working on right in front of me and the products I was looking to buy just saying 'scuse me, not excuse me but 'scuse me.... I had to then wait until she moved to finish shopping. The girl at the register seemed like she didn't want to be there either, asked me if I had a rewards card or whatever it is and I said I did but it expired, did she ask me if I would like to renew it or apply for a new one? Nope. So I didn't. I got the feeling that as soon as I left the store they would complain and talk about me, even though I wasn't rude and was just trying to get information. I have never had a good experience shopping at Sally's but this was definitely the worst and I will not be back. Change your management, employees, or standards Sally's or you will keep losing customers and business.

This beauty supply was the average, it had everything of course. Prices were pretty average, so up until I checked out I was pretty sure I found my new beauty supply store.When I checked out, the girl asked me if I wanted a pumice stone for only $1.99 (or whatever price) and I kindly said no thank you as I had JUST got my toes done the day before. Then the other girl at the register made a snotty comment something like "she didn't even look at it.." in spanish (which I should mention I have taken 4 years of). Next time they decide to talk crap about customers right in front of them, they should make sure the customer doesn't know what they're saying. Poor poor customer service. Needless to say, I will be finding a new store.

As a long-time customer of Sally Beauty Supplies across the country, I am severely disappointed by the lack of customer service in this location. While the selection and prices are consistently satisfactory, the rudeness of the salespeople outweighs anything else. I went here to get purple shampoo That my hair dresser recommended me to get from Sally's. When I asked The cashier If they had purple shampoo she told me that they only had purple shampoo for blonde hair. Since I had purple hair And not blonde hair she basically didnt seem to want show it to me. She said, "we don't have any shampoo for purple hair, only for red hair" And that the purple shampoo was ONLY for blonde hair. I told her that my hairstylist told me to come here and get purple shampoo for my purple hair.I had already picked up some nail polish that was on sale, then went to look at the shampoos After I had asked and the cashier was rude. I thought maybe I could find it myself. I felt ignored and disrespected so I just put the polish back and left. I didn't feel I should force them to show me something that they should have showed me when I asked. I wish I could give zero stars. I will not be going back to Sally's ever again. I ended up ordering purple shampoo from Amazon. It seems the people working at this Sally's beauty supply do not care about their customers or selling their products. Would it have hurt her just to show me the purple shampoo and let me decide if that is what I wanted or not. I mean, come on, really! I did have purple hair, she should have wanted to sell me purple shampoo.

I love Sally for hair color - so many great quality selections for every possible scenario of hair coloring.The store is always neat and well stocked.The customer service is a hit and miss. When it's great - it's beyond what you would expect. But when it's terrible - you want to storm out vowing never to return. Overall - if you know what you need and how to use - you'll be in heaven.

So my girlfriend and I went to Sally Beauty Supply so she can get some hair extensions. We've been here a few times so she can buy hair extensions. On this particular day, there was two workers, an young one and a much older one. When we went to purchase our item, the older woman had trouble with her register. The younger one finished her customer and went to go help. We waited for a good 10 minutes before they finally fixed the machine. We were patient enough to wait and not rush them but all I we were waiting for was a simple " Sorry " but that did not happen. When they machine was fixed, they finished our item and left us and the rest of the customers to go on with our day without a simple sorry.         I am not a cosmetic person but my girlfriend is. So I'd have to give it 1 star for every time we had good service. Pros - A lot of stuff for girls and a good number of products for males.Everything is in stock all the time.Cons - I was not happy with my customer service the last time I went.

The products here are great, and great pricing as well, however, the customer service SUCKS!!!! The girls who work there are all RUDE and have attitude problems. Idk who the manager is, but if she's in the next time I go, I WILL be complaining about the employees, also half of them don't know ANYTHING about their products. I'm sorry if this is too harsh, but I think you should know the products you work with,and be able to treat your customers with RESPECT at whatever work place you wrk at. I'd much rather give this location 2.5 stars. I went there looking for a specific type of brush and I asked the young woman working there if they had it in stock. Her response was, "I don't know." I get stuck in this place.  So many cool things to see and talk yourself out of buying...hair color central in the center isle, to the sides you have hair product mania and footsie tootsie land.  The staff there is friendly and helpful if you have any questions.  There is one wise guy that works there...he's pretty funny, but did surprise me the first time he asked if I needed any help and I said no and he said "good".  lol  Their prices are reasonable, and I appreciate being able to purchase items for one time uses.  Such as hair dye remover wipes (89cents!), and one (or two depending on hair length and thickness) use hair masque packets.  Large selection of curling irons, flatten irons, and what not.  This is a woman's toy shop, be forewarned...you may purchase items you will never use here...just cause it seems like the greatest thing invented since sliced bread!  ;)

I got there at 7:45 and they closed at 8. i had gotten there at the exact same time as another woman and her two boys. well, the employee had let the woman and her two kids inside but yet locked the door on me. one of the little boys came and tried to unlock the door for me because he didnt think it was fare that they could go in but i couldnt, and when he did that the employee started SCREAMING at him because he was trying to help me and then his mother started screaming back at the employee because she had no right to yell at her child. The worst experience ever and i will never return!!

Well first off I walked in.. And no one greeted me. Second i walked around looking for what I needed and never got asked if I needed help finding anything. 3 of the store employees walked in front me as I was looking at an item and never once said "excuse me" or "can I help you find anything". I will never go this store again. Rude employees and the customers that come in are absolutely horrible and trashy. Customer service and making sure your customer is comfortable and feels welcomed in the store is the most important. But this fails in all of that. Just horrible. I don't even want to leave one star for this business. How about no stars! I'm a local hairstylist in the area and everytime my salon needs bobbypins and rubber bands I have to go to this awful place! They are the only beauty store that keeps enough in stock. The mood of the store is just ughhh! Most of the employees are very rude and the skinny dark haired is lady even meaner. Everytime I go in I try to keep contact with them short and sweet but some how they just get snippy and ruin my shopping experience. I recommend you stay far away from this place. There is a Sally's near Penn and one in Edmond go there!!

We had very good service here. I was out of Wahl "Peanut" brand razor heads, and this Sally location had one in stock. I was quoted a price on the phone, and had my razor head within under half an hour. Friendly, courteous, and professional -- just like I like it.

Rude employees. Had to wait 15 minutes to be helped and then had to wait another 10 minutes at the register as two employees stood and stared at me. Then to top it off they told me my card was rejected and when I brought up my account to prove I had money she said she didn't feel like trying to type the card manually and stood and stared at me. I will never return to this cheap quality beauty supply store ever again after the Asian manager, Ms. Thang, accused me of stealing from the store (8/4/15) she totally humiliated me in front of other customers and her staff!!! I work for the government and even had my government ID still on when I came into J Beauty Supply. Why in the world would I steal from a cheap quality store like this? I will never recommend this store to anyone I know. J Beauty Supply has poor customer service skills but I do not blame the employees, I blame Ms. Thang because she has poor customer service skills! They have a nice selection of hair products for all types of textures. Customer service could use some improvement, but they are better than most of the Korean vendors I've come across. My issue is with the stylist named Phillip who runs the salon in the back of the store. I found her to be rude and insulting. She made nasty comments about my hair when I went to her for braiding. She insulted and embarrassed me in front of another client. Someone should tell Ms. Thang to not use a comb attachment when blow drying natural hair. She made me very uncomfortable and I don't want to even return to the store to purchase products.

This place is the worst beauty supply store. I just the place it said on the website its open until 8pm but it not true. Myself and several customers were turned away even though the site says it open until 8pm. Plus every time I go I have to wait for every because the product I need is behind the counter. I can not believe how terrible my experience of this store was. I went in to buy nail polish remover and one of the girls working there sold me "wipes" which I believe she was under the impression would take the polish off my nails. Turns out that they're just wipes to apply remover to. WHAT!? How did she not know that?! How do they not stock nail polish remover!? What a weak excuse for a beauty supply.

My girlfriend had recently went shopping here.She doesnt know much about hair dye So she came bearing questions to be answered with happy knowledgeable service.What you would expect from a great Store and employees. But Let me tell you the customer service was horrible, they gave very immature and pointless answers.They were very unwelcoming and hovered over her the whole time.Then when the time came for cheack out.They even asked her offensive questions."where's your product? i didnt see you leave it behind.What's inside you'r bag?" Like if she had even stolen something and which she clearly didn't! they didn't even apologies or even a reasonable answer. Which embraced her to the point that she asked for them to cancel the transaction and she left.They lost and very valued customer.Aswell as me,which i went to for my grooming needs. So in all i hope this review helps future customers to know that customer care here will be the worst and be prepared to be treated like a felon!

The girl at this store was apparently more clueless than at the last store (which is pretty hard to believe). She couldn't even show me where the nail polish remover was. I always had a pleasant experience there. Every time I needed help in choosing a product or if the shelf was empty, the clerks always tried to give me the best advice, or went to check in the back, and on their delivery list if they were out of a product to see when they would receive it - they even offered to call me to notify me! If their store didn't have the brand I was looking for, they'd look for alternatives, and always when checking out would tell me about any perks I had missed. This is my favorite store to go for cosmetics and hair supplies.

I called yesterday afternoon to find out how late they were open and the girl said "9" and hung up. It was rude, but at least I got an answer. So i showed up after work and there were quite a few people in the store and both clerks were in the back room chit chatting. Eventually, the store cleared out and I was still wondering around as I had never really been into a Sally's before so I was excited to see all of the products. The two girls remained in the back room the entire time. They were paying so little attention to the sales floor that I am positive I could have walked out with an armful of product and they wouldn't have lifted their heads. They were rude via telephone and no help in the store. Why pay someone to do nothing? C'mon Sally's!

I purchased an LED Light product for gel nails RECOMMENDED from an employee, only to get home and find out it was broken. With WET gel rubbing on EVERYTHING, I drove back to buy a more expensive one. They closed the door on me, and told me (through the glass door) to go to a Sally's across town!!! Not to mention I couldn't even find the other, and by that time gel was all over my phone, car and shirt. I will never go back there, and if I could give them a negative I would gladly do so.

They mispriced an item and absolutely REFUSED to honor the marked price, telling me that a customer went behind the sales counter and changed the sign location. This place sucks. The owner is a old scary lady and jeopardizes with her voice. Their product recommendation is always horrible and I had to return to the store (wasting my gas) to return the products. Horrid experiences every time. The receipt would tell you 'Return within 60 days of date of purchase' but everytime, I am not joking everytime, she refuses to return my money with some reasons. THEN DON'T MENTION IN THE RECEIPT 'RETURN WITHIN 60 DAYS' , BETTER TO WORD APPROPRIATELY AS 'RETURNS ON EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS'. Recently, went to return a shampoo, it was really bad one and make me to lose my hair, she refused to return because it was a little used. What the crap! Half of them know very minimal information on beauty products and lines which is a little unsettling. ABSOLUTELY horrible service!! It was like I was a foreigner who did not speak the language. Not one person approached me or asked if I needed help and or if I found everything okay. The cashier was an ill mannered prick who didn't even at least try to be pleasant and carry a decent conversation or try to fill me in with any specials...she wasn't even aware if there was a customer service feedback page/box for the company and or location. I've gone to Sally's several times this year and every visit never seems to satisfy me. The manager and employees are very rude. When asking for advice they respond with attitude and treat you like you're a pathetic customer. Mind you a lot of customers who do walk in have no knowledge of these products hence why they ask these "stupid" questions or for advice. You're there to provide knowledge for your customers who do not have it. I once encountered the store manager and an employee teasing a customer who had a mental illness at the cash registered. I was extremely appalled by their behavior. They're also extremely persistent on pushing products that customers are not there for. 6 out of 11 visits they have insulted me when asking them questions. I honestly have no idea how they got the job there. Excuse my language, But Sally's beauty needs to get their fucking shit together.

Returned a protein treatment and was asked why I didn't want it. I told the girl I thought it was risky to use as you have to set the treatment with heat and once set, you can manipulate the hair or else it would break. She tried to tell me otherwise. Based on that alone I would never take advice from the girls at this location. I'd still shop here though.

Waste of my damn time. The website that sells the product stated that this store specifically was one of the only stores in Canada to carry my product. I asked for the female to check for the product and within seconds she said its not there. I asked her to check and she said she knew everything in her store and said it was not there. I asked how she could know every single product in the whole store and she said she did. I asked for her manager and her manager must have magically taken a vacation that day and because she said she was not there. I asked to speak to someone of higher authority and she said she was the only person there. I work retail and know that there is NEVER only one person working at a time. Liar. It is not a mom and pop store so I'm sure this would be breaking some kind of rule. Lazy people who don't want to actually work should stay home.

Says they're supposed to open at 9 on the sign posted on their door (extended hours for December..) Their normal hours are even 930. Well it's 10 now, so this person is an hour late at least to open their store. No sign of anyone. Huge inconvenience and more than just a little frustrating. I love Sally's, this is a huge shame.

You'd think it would be convenient to have a location close by. Every single time I've called or gone in to buy the bundles of loose hair I use for braiding they're out of stock. Every time I call they have no idea when it will be in stock, or they give me their usual answer of 'two weeks'. Often I go in on the day that they claim to have it and THEY STILL DON'T HAVE IT. Then I get the new answer, "it's still in boxes, sorry." No offer to go and get it or even try to replace it with some other item. So the bottom line for me is that I don't even really like this store. I've been able to actually buy the item I needed from them ONCE in two years. That's kind of sad. At this point I only go there because it's the only place around for me to go to, and lately it's even worth it to just go downtown and deal with the bitchy staff of other non-chain stores. I rated it two stars because I do find the general environment inviting and the store is clean, the staff are very friendly but are otherwise pretty unhelpful.

I went in to get some false eye lashes, and hair dye. The second I walked in I was asked if I needed help. (No I think I can handle eyelashes) Then I heard the older lady go in the back and say something about me looking at the eyelashes, and then she proceeded to get a magazine and turn to face me standing 8 feet away and act like she's reading it. How blunt do you have to be! Im not going to steal your stupid 5$ lashes! So I took my time, then going to the hair color isle and she pivoted herself so that she was ( reading the magazine) in my new direction. I go to sallys all the time, and to pretty much be accused of being a shop lifter the second I walked in the store?! Just because Im 20 doesn't mean Im going to steal. Great products, just don't ask for advice. First time I did the 'stylist' recommended a color, turned my roots orange and the rest of my hair a burnt red (NOT golden brown) then when I wanted to go darker the other 'stylist' in between stocking, with just a few glances up, suggested a color that made my hair BLACK not darker brown. When I called very upset (I have a function to go to & I look like crap) all she could say was she didn't know what to do, couldn't help, and that I needed to come in & buy more products to lift the color. Or that I was just seeing thing because dark brown is almost the same as black. Go in, use your own judgment, disregard their advice & leave.

Had the worst experience in this store. From the second I walked in one of the employees began starring me down and giving me dirty looks. She stood at the end of the aisle and watched me look at the colors as if I was going to take the box and shove it in my purse. After being starred down, I found another worker and asked her a question. 1- She was completely rude and didn't make eye contact for the first part of the conversation, or even acknowledge my existence. 2- She completely guessed and just repeated my guess on what volume developer I should use. The only reason why this sally's is getting a star is because you have to put a star to leave a review. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Sally's walking in the doorbell chimes there's a woman standing behind the counter at the register right next to the door she did not even look up or knowledge that I was even there, I said my hellos ,she replied back and I started shopping a few seconds later another customer came from the back of the store towards the register, she was speaking to another person that she was with and said I'm going to ask the lady at the register for some assistance.

I had to hurry and grab a few things at 8:30pm for a client I was rushed the whole time I was there to hurry up and cash out. After I cashed out I forgot to use my 5 dollar off 25 dollars cause of it. Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. I attempted to return a curling iron because it was falling apart after a few weeks. The "assistant manager" Alicia stepped in and said I could return it because it looked to used....yes...that was why I was bringing it back! I have been shopping here for awhile. Recently I got a salon job around the corner so now I visit this location about 3+ times a week. I'm a savvy shopper and sallys always offers coupons. Google them. While I was shopping the clerk informed me that they've been "getting in trouble" letting me use a birthday coupon ($10 off $20 Google this one it's the best make sure it's for the right month) that 1. Doesn't say one time use 2. Has a generic coupon code so you could use it 3. Doesn't have your sallys card number so again generic coupon 4. Wasn't expired. The young white girl who is tall and skinny who was checking me out at the time informed me that another one of their stores "called them about me with my description" mind you I'm not stealing. Merely using a coupon that SALLYS issues out. So I said never mind I'll take my business elsewhere because I don't need to be treated like that. I havent done anything technically wrong. The older lady who hasn't helped me or offered while I was shopping states as I'm walking out the door that I only have one birthday a year. Oh really? Thanks for clarifying that for me. Rude service. I gave them 2 stars because the manager has been awesome as well as the young black girl in previous shopping expirences. The young black girl is usually on her phone but I don't care she's helpful when I do have a question and doesn't make me feel like a criminal for merely using a coupon that THEIR company issues. I'm a pro so I can go to cosmoprof that is in the same shopping area. Who also gives me coupons. You've lost my business and I contacted corporate. Beware if you shop there often don't steal and try to PAY for your purchase but use a coupon.

They've definitely delivered better service. Went in this evening to see their cosmetic selection. Very disappointed. What used to be a whole row of products has since been reduced to barely 1.5 shelves of only eye pencils, lip colors and glittery eye products. Almost no price markings displayed. Picked a couple eye products and brought them to the checkout. Asked the lady for exact prices before the sale. She simply started scanning items and bagging them, completely ignoring me. I came into this Sally Beauty Supply to purchase hair extensions and ended up standing in front of the display for 20 minutes(one has to have a sales associate to unlock them because they are attached to the display). I finally started searching for a sales associate and found two of them in the isle next to me standing there. Once I asked for assistance the sales associate who cashed the sale out was very rude. I've been visiting this location for 5 years. In the last 6 months the quality of service has significantly declined and the shelves are poorly stocked. My last visit on 11/1/14 I inquired about the differences in hair dryers. The cashier frowned her face and appeared annoyed and said"I don't know". It's a great store but there's a manger there who is kinda not pleased working there. She has a pretty mean attitude that caused my daughter to want to leave. The store is great the other cashier are great to. Just a bad manger named Rosalinda.

Great store to have it sure beats going to the grocery store or drugstore for beauty products here you can actually buy what you need in good quality professional products and do it right.The employes are wonderful and so helpful, the only things are it would be nice if they had a few more product lines and professional brands for hair coloring as sometimes you need one of those than have to go elsewhere to get them and the customers who aren't professionals can't get them, the only other thing is they sell out of certain products fast i think it would be better if they had more volume of hot selling items. But aside from that it's a fun store and they have some awesome sales, you can't leave without finding something you need or want.

I was at the story yesterday and Holly assisted me. She was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I love this store! Each time I go in, all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was nervous to colour my hair on my own, but they explained the process and were very encouraging. I coloured my hair and it looks great and it only cost about $7.50, instead of $75. or more at the salon. Very happy customer! :)

I went there yesterday and there was a rude salesperson, who didn't even help me properly. Seemed like she didn't want to help actually. Went there again today, hoping to get some helpful tips and instructions on how to dye hair - same girl helped me - and again, she was rude. Clearly does not know how to speak to a customer. Not going to this location again. Worst experience.

I normally go to the Quarry Edge store in Brampton maybe a few times a year. This time I went I had the worst experience ever! There was this sales lady who worked there (at about 1:00 pm today) who was super rude! My mom and I asked for help and she was yelling at us from across the store and was forcefully showing us sales we didn't want to see at all (even though we had explained this to her) "if you want things on sale, the sales are in the front of the store"...however this is not what we were looking for or asking. She was super unhelpful and was just very frustrating. When we were ready to pay, my mom was looking for her card in her purse and the same lady said,"YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR CARD ON YOU AT ALL TIMES, OTHERWISE IT'S MORE WORK FOR US BECAUSE WE HAVE TO CALL HEAD OFFICE! NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT! THERE IS A LINE UP!" My mom apologized and finally found her card and was like okay here it is...at this point we were in a hurry (to get to an appointment) since we had spent all this time looking for what we wanted and were misguided by the sales lady. She sensed that we were getting impatient so she says, "ARE YOU IN A HURRY OR WHAT" and my mom and I both said yes we have to get to an appointment in a few mins. So she has the audacity to be sarcastic and say, " OHHH SO YOU'RE IN A HURRY, LOOK AT THESE TWO, THEY'RE IN A HURRY [she's telling her other sales person] THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU CAN RUSH ME! At this point my mom and I were offended and couldn't tolerate her rude behaviour. We left without buying anything and told her that she's being rude and should treat her customers with more respect and we left. I don't think it's appropriate to talk to anyone with so much attitude especially loyal customers. Sally beauty may have lost two loyal customers today due to this lady's attitude and rude behaviour!

Got a gigi wax warmer for $50. Sally beauty supply was selling the same product for $34.99. Waited for 40 mins still the wax was cold, went to return it after 1 hr, he didnt give me my $50 back, instead he fought with me and gave me the same wax warmer back.

Had a staff member whose name was Courtney I think and she was really helpful! I was initially looking at shampoo and conditioner my hairdresser recommended but she showed me the pros and cons of it and gave me another option in which she had personal experience with. She really knew what she was talking about and made me feel confident about my purchase.

Good place if you know what you're searching for. Some of the staff and I believe the manager were very sketch and unhelpful for the couple times I've been there. When there was a location wide 20% off sale for some reason their store couldn't offer it and instead were giving out nail polish with each purchase... Another occasion was when I wanted to get my hair a very light blonde/white I asked for which products to use and the girl told me I shouldn't go that light and refused to give me any help on it. I;e watched tutorials on products from their store so found it very useless since they should know more about their products. When I went to ring in my order I didn't have my membership card on me and when I gave them my number to look up they kept saying it wouldn't come up. I rarely go here any more cause I feel they just try to make as much money as they can off you in the greasiest ways. I only ever go to the Washington or South Surrey location now.

It's been my experience that the Sally Beauty Supply employees are SUPER helpful in the USA, but the ones at the Surrey, BC, Canada location kind of didn't care. Not so anymore! I was looking for gray hair dye which they said they didn't make, not sure who the person was that was helping but she was trying to push black hair dye one me although I knew it would not get the results I wanted. And because I didn't buy anything right before I went to leave she checked my pockets to see if I stole anything which I didn't. It was completely rude and embarrassing. Will not be returning to this location.

Management has poor customer service skills. Very rude and watching me as if I were shoplifting. I only shop here when items I need are not available at the professional only store. After 33 years in the business I do know a little bit about hair products. I hope things improve in the future as I have been shopping here since they moved from their original Charlotte Ave. location and I started shopping there while I was still in beauty school over 33 years ago.

First time I went to this Sally's I asked for help and the girl acted like I was bothering her. Just shrugged and went about her business. Okay so I went in today with my mom to by some hair color (we were there 10 minutes before they closed). Will i walked in while my mom parked and as I walked in they made a 10 minute till closing announcement. I then passed an employe who very rudely told me that i had 10 minutes to finish she then went on and did the sen with my mother who was walking in right behind me. That same employee went on to fallow us around the store (we had everything in less than 5 minutes).

THE BEST. I am pretty good (ay-okay) at dying hair. I ain't no professional but I know how to do it. I have been searching for a sally's in my area for months. I finally found one! I dye my friends hair for them, so I went to pick up some supplies. First of all, the service was AMAZING. It's a small store but has CRAZY GREAT selection. I knew what I needed, but the lady instantly helped me. She was so kind, and she even got me signed up for a sally beauty club card. I forget her name, but I went back the next day and 2 more different ladies were helping me also! They were so nice, and they helped me find what I needed at the best price. OVER ALL 100/10 SOO GOOD!!

When we got to the store everything thing was all nice and this one employee started offering this young lady her age for help. You know she all happy and nice with. 10 minutes late the customer leaves. And then my mom and I went to pay and she was so fed up and all. There was deal with buy one get on free nail polish and we accidentally picked up a different brand for one of the nail polishes. The lady said "if you can read properly you should know the difference" and she said that so rudely. So my mom was like ok we'll get a different one. And the employee was like yea *in a rude way* and she started rolling her eyes and giving us weird looks. Not everyone is the same but I'd recommend to treat everyone equally. She treated us like that because of our race. Never going dally Hansen again. Or to that specific location.

I love Sally Beauty Supply from their products to their great prices. But this location has probably the rudest, meanest, and LEAST HELPFUL staff I have ever encountered in my life. I only go here once or twice a year when they have a good promotion since I live nearby but every single time I go there I have a horrible experience because of the awful staff. One lady literally yelled at my mom and I because THEY messed up one of our receipts and we went in to fix it. Not only do I not recommend going to this Sally store but I also would like to bring attention to the fact that their customer service is unacceptable. TO THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION: PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Thank you.

One star is much too generous, the staff is atrocious here. Since moving to Burlington I've been here about twenty times and not a single one of those times has been a positive experience. I will literally spend an hour driving to Guelph before ever stepping foot in this place ever again. Absolutely useless and MISERABLE people here.

Unfortunately the other commenters are right, the service is notably bad. The women there seem to know nothing about the products they are selling you, yet seem offended when you deny assistance. I have been doing my own hair for years, so I seldom need any help. The workers seem to always be absent, and never greet you. There have been times where several customers and I have been waiting in line when there is no one around to help us cash out. I try to make friendly conversation with the workers, and they almost NEVER engage. Sally's is not a bad franchise, and really the only kind of its type in the area. It would be so much better if they just hired people who knew a thing or two about cosmetics, and had basic people skills.

This morning I went into this store to purchase some products. This is not my first visit to this store and normally I have had a good experience, however this morning the associate identify her self as an assistant manager follow me around as if I were going to steal something. I thought well maybe I was mistaken so I went to another aisle and then two more with in minutes of each aisle I moved to she was there. When I first entered the store she asked if I needed something, I replied" No, but if I do I will ask you. Thank you.". I have spent lots of money in this store particularly this location. I was assaulted and offended by her action. I am a African american consumer and I deserve to shop without being profiled particularly in this day and age. I left the items at the counter and politely told her I didn't appreciate her following me around as if I was going to steal something and that I will take my money somewhere else.

During my past 5 years of undergraduate and graduate business management work, I have found that customer service is at the core of every great working business; and the retetion of loyal customers is much more important than a one time sale from an individual consumer. With this being said, I was displeased to be a customer of this Sally's beauty supply. I purchased a colored dye and developer from this facility. Then took the 15 minute drive home to the far east side. I was elated to change my hair color in honor of the New Year. I followed the directions on the back of the box, but found the creme color to be a bit chunky. I thought nothing of it. I began to mix the developer and color but the mixture never blended throughly as the 100 or so dyes I have mixed in my lifetime. So I traveled back out into the bitter cold and up to the Sally's. They were not willing to return (which I had a filling they would not because the bottle was already opened). However I still wanted to purchase one of their products because I was a fan of Sally's in the past. But they would not even give me an exchange. To conclude a 7 dollar return or exchange from an employers standpoint may have cost a tad bit more time and money, however they would have received a loyal customer they could have made they at least 40 dollars a month. (Which is very true because I love to change around my hair and nails often). Overall this was a displeasing experience and I would not refer any of my friends to this establishment.

I can always rely on the ladies at Sally's in Broomfield, Colorado. Today I visited after getting a poor result on some hair color I got free with a coupon I purchased at Walmart. I purchased a new hair color product on the advice of one of the Sales persons. It turned out just the way I wanted. I called and thanked them. I have always received good customer service and help at this store. I appreciate their expertise very much!!

My sister and I go here often for nail supplies and what not. Throughout our visits, we often hear the employees (and the manager herself) gossiping and talking negatively about customers, or people in their personal lives. Just today, we came in and overheard a customer and one of the ladies working there talking about hair dye. They talked about the customer testing the dye out on one strand and returning it if she disliked the product. Not 3 seconds after the door closed behind us, we heard one of the women say that the products would looks terrible and how it wouldn't work. They were talking in normal indoor voices. They were completely aware that we were in the store. I question asking the manager for advice if she's willing to purposefully sell someone a product that she knows isn't going to look the way the customer wants. We've been kind of wary of this location before, but after this pathetic display of buisness ethics, we're surely going to be avoiding this place as often as possible. Seriously dissapointed.

Ridiculous that is took 30 minutes for them to get back up but even more so they never acknowledged that we had patiently waited. And left us waiting longer to go and unload a truck first. I am sure they just wanted everyone to leave so they didn't have to deal with customers.

Shop here at least twice a month and every time I ask myself why I haven't found another location. There are 3 main people I see working there and they are always bickering at the cash register. While the staff has never been rude to me, they've also never been nice, they're just unfriendly.
