I do a lot of my shopping late at night so that I don't have to deal with a lot of people or long lines. Because of this choice sometimes the sales associates at Walmart seem to think you may be a shoplifter and they profile you I was approached at checkout the cause of an item that I bought that was on sale they went back and review tapes from the time I entered the store to check to see if I change the price on the product he had a sticker on it with a sku number on it printed out on one of their little handheld machines that they used to mark down the price after this was point it out to them by the manager I was but that was it I was totally embarrassed and I don't think I will ever feel right shopping there again and I've told all my friends and family about this they didn't nothing to make me feel more comfortable after that embarrassing situation then give me a discount card of any type or anything to show a sincere apology. I spend a lot of money at Walmart monthly 2500 to $3,500 a month on average that includes everything groceries close cellphone banking taxes Pharmacy you name it I did everything at Walmart I will no longer do this unless they were to ever approach me and make a sincere apology I gave the store manager my phone number and my address and my name no one has called me up to this point. I will go out of my way to shop at other places from now on regardless if it costs a little more or not better than been embarrassed and accused of such a low life action. I am a disabled Christian man with good family values not some crackhead off the street.!!!

I have placed orders with Walmart for the past couple years for Christmas. My orders were received the day that Walmart.com said they would be. The only problem I had was getting the page to load and getting the order placed. This was probably due to the fact because of all the online deals, I figured the site was overloaded. But I enjoyed the online deals as I'm sure everyone else did. I enjoyed the free shipping that they offered especially when it was just a few days before Christmas and everything arrived on time :)

it was a horrible december day.. it started off wit my boss tryna hook up but then he fired me because i refused, so i went to walmart to eat at the burger king which is located inside my walmart in brownwood texas. he grabbed me by my bosom and pulled me close but he didnt pull out... it felt really good and i dont regret anything thank yallbrownwood walmart for a great experience!

We own a lodge near Yellowstone Park and started using Walmart.com this year to order new tvs, air conditioners, small refrigerators and microwaves for our 37 rooms. It's great to have them delivered directly to us and we really like their new 24 months no interest financing.

You can find a lot of things online that you cant find in stores.However their shipping is another story. Orders come in multiple packages. The new $50 fee for speedy shipping doesn't cover everything you can order online. Not sure its worth it

Any time i get something from walmart and it breaks or doesnt work correctly they always refund or exchange it for another one.. pretty good customer service in my store here in ironwood mi but where i lived in oakcreek wi the walmart there was horrible. always messy isles , loud swearing bad talking employees and when you need service from the service center. be prepared to wait... thats why i give them 3 stars only..it really does depend on the location of the walmart..inner city walmarts are well? i wont go to one anymore..ille drive out of the crappy area and go to a nicer area's walmart.

I do go to Walmart.com on mobile a lot. Not very user friendly, I'd really like to see this improved. I had troubles during Black Friday and Christmas, maybe I should expect that. I know it's a crazy time, but had issues knowing what was actually in stock and what was not. I could be expecting too much, not sure to be honest. But getting that great gift at a great price is the point, right? I see many improvements needed.

Ever noticed how many items ring up a higher price that what it showed? Notice there no questions asked policy when you tell them the price is wrong. Think about the millions they make by not correcting the errors. Most people do not look or remember the prices they are supposed to be paying.

You can get great deals on things and pick them up at the store. You can return defective items to the store for a refund. You do want to be careful to buy from walmart and not one of their "partners" they let advertise on the site. They won't return those items.

i go to the Walmart in Midwest City, Oklahoma and every time i go there the service is great, but this time was different it was a couple of days prior to xmas and i had called to find out if they had the shopskins season 4 and the girl on the phone had said they had lots of them, so i get in the car and go down there and to find out they were out, was not sure if she said it to get me off the phone, but went to the customer service area and the girl working had just got there and they were tryng tofind out who was there answering the phones, well she helped me and none where no where until she came around the corner and there were carts full of shopskins and all season were mix in and she found 4 boxes of the season 4 , and she went through the carts and she was very helpful and help me and i really appericated her help, and just wanted to say the service workers are great at the midwest city , walmart the best

Purchased new in 2014. 90 days Walmart Warranty and 1 Yr. Factory Warranty. It lasted about 18 months. Light household use. No help from Panasonic or Walmart. It filled the kitchen with foul smoke and was still pouring smoke when I shut it off. Appears to be a possible fire hazard.

Walmart is the absolute worst. I wanted to order several items. Walmart appeared to have all of them. So, I placed an order for all of the items through Walmart. I recieved an email identifying that two of the products were ordered through an affiliate instead of Walmart. There was no website or contact info provided. The items had still not arrived several days after the promised arrival date. The only contact info I had was for Walmart, whom I had paid. So, I called Walmart. They had no interest in helping and insisted that they had no responsibility because they were "only the marketer". So, I'm out $200 and Walmart won't do anything! I should have checked Walmarts online rating before I ordered (they have a 1.6 out of 5).

Extremely disappointed/frustrated with the Beavercreek Ohio Walmart. Looking on line for parts for props for the Local High School Show Choir, I found the item needed, and it was available at the store. Instead of ordering on line, I drove over to the store, waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they don’t honor the on-line prices. WHAT???? This is ridiculous. To top it off, I had a tax exempt form (since it was for the school), and I was told that they couldn’t honor that without a Walmart tax exempt card. Really? I don’t usually shop at Walmart and after the treatment today, I doubt I’ll ever shop there again. Immediately went online what I got back to my office and ordered the part from Amazon. Sorry Walmart, your customer service just lost you another customer."

Ordered my pool table on Dec 11 to be shipped to my local Walmart, it arrived and when my friend picked it up he waited 45 minutes before they found the item. When he bought it back to my home it was a AIR HOCKEY table! Idiots!!! I am now waiting for what I hope is the right item I placed order on 12-21 it didn't even ship til 12-29 and the tracking system is horrible! Reviews and ratings are often based on several things so when I am satisfied with somethings and there is a trade off on others I often think Big box stores are trying drive people crazy because those stores never really figured it all out which is why they seem to sell solely based on price as buyers they often make no sense with rock hard bottom-lines that also make no sense much where buying online I need help to know what is being sold or else they are almost mostly always wrong.Wally World is not service quality oriented it is price oriented I understand that b ut the issue continues to pop up time and time again where the simple answer is they don't have to make things difficult as they seem to do.

I have been a customer of Walmart for many, many years. I have never been so dissatisfied with any store's service as I am today. I placed a large order weeks prior to Christmas, guaranteed delivery before Christmas along with free shipping. All items were received except one for my 9 year old nephew. The item was coming from a 3rd party vendor they deal with called OJ Commerce, LLC and when I called Walmart to let them know I did not receive the item and also noticed they were charging me shipping, Walmart's response was to call the vendor directly and they had no control over either. I did just that and the vendor OJ Commerce, LLC refused to honor Walmart's delivery date or free shipping and advised to call Walmart back. Hours of phone calls later, still no Christmas gift and no credit for the shipping despite the fact the last Walmart representative stated he would credit the shipping, then said his supervisor refused. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was connected back to OJ Commerce, LLC. I gave Walmart the benefit of the doubt and tried to call again to speak to a supervisor and was denied that (by Antonio) as I did not want to go through the entire story again first. No you can't make this stuff up. The result being, a 9 year old who hasn't received his Christmas gift, and a very dissatisfied customer. I have never been so upset, annoyed, disappointed, or angry and will not step foot into a Walmart store nor order online from them again.

Do not order from Walmart.com as they are deceptive! I purchased a PS4 thinking I was buying from Walmart. NOPE. Walmart was only the front man. I wanted to return the PS4 and I'm told I can't do so in the store. There was NOTHING that indicated such unless you click on a specific link. BE UPFRONT WALMART! Walmart is giving false information. I bought online for a Christmas present, ordered it December 18. I made sure that before I bought it, it would be here before Christmas. Just like other stores online, they would let you know if it would be here before or after Christmas. They care about their customers. It says that it would arrived the 23rd. It didn't came here the 23rd so we were expecting the 24th. Nope, it didn't came again. Since its holiday the 25th, we were expecting it would be here the 26th, big no again. Today, I chat with the customer care and Romeo E said that it was lost. He was giving me the option of having it rush free shipping and would be here the next day at the end of the day but just left to talk to my wife and when I came back, he disconnected me already. So we called customer care and this Romeo was giving us again false information. Alastia said that its not possible for the item to be here the next day. Our item wont be here till the first week of January. Isn't that crazy. Walmart sucks and their customer service people sucks. They give false information. Everything are just false information. All they could say is apologize but they didn't know how they ruined everything and give their customers frustration. They do not care. All they care is that they get the money. They will only offer you $10 for the inconvenience? After all the frustration customer gets, they think you will feel better with a $10 egiftcard.

Wish I could give them negative stars! I order a Power Wheels Car on line for store pick-up. I also ordered the 3 year protection plan. The whole process was a disaster. When I got to Walmart to pick up the power wheels car there was a long line for online pick-up. This defeats the whole process. The whole idea of ordering online then picking up at the store is to save time. Of all the people waiting on line about half of the items could not be found. What a terrible system. After 1 hour and 15 minutes when I got to the front of the line the first person couldn't find my item. The second person then brought it out. The box was in terrible condition. It has be water logged. Needless to say I asked for a different one. Of course, they said that they didn't have any more. Well I then asked for a refund. Another disaster. The couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. The lady helping me called Walmart.com. The person at Walmart.com told her to give me a store credit. I could hear her on the phone telling the person that I've been there for almost 2 hours, I paid Walmart for the item and just wanted my money back since I never took the item. The person didn't care. They hung up with the only option being to give me a store credit. I asked to see a manager and was told all the managers were busy. After another 15 minutes the lady came back and said the store manager said they could give me a cash refund. Beware everyone!!! I will never order online for store pick-up again. What a mess! 2 hours later I finally left. Waste of a whole night.

They are terrible. I ordered something online and I selected the free pickup on the same day option. However I go in to check on my item and the later says it will be ready Tuesday morning. That would have been fine and all, but on Tuesday i call to make sure it is ready before I make the trip to the store, only to be told that my order still isn't ready and that Wednesday it will become available. Here it is Wednesday and not in my account it says my order is STILL processing, but next to it a message says that my order will be ready by 12:21 on Monday...which was two days ago. WTF Walmart doesn't need to advertise same day free pickup at the store, only for the item not to be there, Oh and I forgot to mention that the money for the item I have yet to receive has been taken out my account. So that's shitty advertising, and greed to taking a customer's money even if said customer hasn't received their product. Don't ever shop online with them,or choose the same day pickup cause its a lie.

When the Walmart store in this area first opened it was a real blessing. Eventually, other businesses in the area started to fail and finally, closed. Now that there is nowhere else to shop Walmart has gone downhill as well. The selection is terrible, and the quality of items has turned sour. Especially in the clothing departments.

I opened a Walmart credit card with a 300 credit limit and when I went to post a payment it reported to the credit bureau that I made a late payment? So I went online to Walmart to correct payment date and all was fine. I decided to request an increase and was denied then I went online and was told by Credit Karma that Walmart closed my credit card which adversely affects my credit. I was told to re-apply and I did and I was not approved. This affects my credit and I am not happy. I was told I was sent a letter?

Never order anything online from this store. The wait on hold for customer service is 50-60 minutes at times. I ordered a coffee grinder on Dec. 27th, 2015 online to be delivered on Jan. 6, 2016. I called the Walmart store where I was supposed to pick up the item yet and it was arrived. After calling the customer service and chatting with one of them, I was told that, "The item would be available in 48-72 hours and because of this delay the store is going to report it as lost in store and they will issue you a refund. However, if you would like we could start tomorrow a replacement as a back up of the original." !!!??? This is the most stupid thing I have ever heard from a customer service. I would never go to this store anymore as it is to me an insult to myself.

On December 28, 2015 I came into the Walmart Auto Center at 10:29 a.m. to receive two brand new front tires. 3049 S. Oakes RD. Sturtevant, WI 53177. On December the 31st my TPMS light came on, so I figured that Walmart had not inflated my front tires to the proper pressure. I scheduled an appointment with Frank Boucher to fix the TPMS problem with my car on January 5, 2016. During my appointment, they discovered that I had a broken stud and missing lug nut on right front tire, faulty TPMS valve on one of the tires.

Let's talk about our local Walmart for a moment. I went in Sunday morning, Jan 3rd around 8:30 for grocery shopping. After approx 45 minutes, I make my way to the checkout with my $200 worth of groceries, only to be told by the cashier that they had no bags. She said she would be able to give me one recyclable bag, but I would need to buy a box of trash bags to bag my groceries in. REALLY??? Why should Walmart's poor inventory control be passed on to the consumer? The cashier from the next lane helped to bag my groceries (in my own trash bags PURCHASED from Walmart), and she also stated that this would be the policy in order to handle this from her manager on duty. Once I arrived back home and unloaded all of my trash bagged groceries, I wrote the corporate Walmart office a letter to express my displeasure.

It never showed up. I called the day after Christmas and Walmart said they delivered it to FedEx - no refund until it's delivered. FedEx said Walmart created a shipping label but never delivered it to them. After 1.5 hours and three phone calls, they are finally going to refund my purchase price of $180.00. The item I ordered was a basketball hoop for my 8-year-old. That was fun explaining to him why he didn't have it on Christmas morning. And now we have to wait up to seven days for the funds to be deposited into my account. Walmart did not even offer anything for my inconvenience. Everything I ordered from Amazon - delivered by UPS - was timely. Never again!

Wal-Mart in Kearny NJ is the worst. I ordered all my children's presents online since I'm always at work so all I would have to do is pick it up. All the items I chose were said to be in stock and would be ready days before Christmas eve. On Christmas eve I receive alerts saying my order is cancelled and delayed. Really Walmart? Oh and now I have to wait days for a refund and all stores were empty Christmas eve so I just had to get what was left to make some sort of Christmas for my children. Thanks a lot Wal-mart.

I ate the first wrapped ice cream 100 cal yesterday and started choking. When my husband did Heimlich on my back, I spit out 3 pieces of clear round tube like plastic, that were in the ice cream. On 12/9 I ordered from site Walmart.com a air heater for water $63.94. They decided to buy from limited goods. I've called the appropriate parties, FedEx said label made no product! Limited goods will now put a ticket in which will take 7 days to get an answer! Christmas is ruined. They did this to my mother and had no answers, just excuses and script written apologies. She's elderly. They took her money right out though. No product and money gone. Bunch of grinches.

I ordered two 3ds xl from Walmart on the 25th of November and when I ordered this product it was in stock. Then I get a email that there's a delay in the product. It is now Dec 20th, 5 days till Christmas and no word from Walmart about my product I bought and they can't give me any info. I purchased a men's 29" mountain bike for my 12-year-old son on October 7, 2015 in the Islandia, NY Walmart store. The bike was put together incorrectly. I did go back and they exchanged the bike for me. Well the 2nd bike, the front brake pads fell off. I went back again and exchanged. Well the 3rd bike, same thing - front brake pads fell off. Now I called to see if they had an in stock and was told they did not. I tried calling the Commack, NY store and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called Walmart.com. They informed me that the Commack did have 4 of this bike in stock so rather than driving there I figured I would call to verify. They did have them in stock. Well I called Commack and was once again put on hold.

I ordered some bean bag chairs on Cyber Monday with a delivery date of December 4. I waited and waited for them to be delivered but they never were. I emailed customer service and was told they had gotten hung up in processing and for me to cancel my original order and reorder them. Well, they were much more expensive to do that so I called customer service, after waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone, they told me they would have to cancel my order, charge my credit card the higher price and over $100.00 to get them shipped before Christmas but that they would adjust the cost back down to the Cyber Monday prices.

I have a funeral to attend. I don't have time for this. I picked a day and time to have a tv delivered. I got called a day before schedule. I didn't pick up a phone call at 9am because I wasn't expecting a delivery. I chose an afternoon delivery. They never emailed or anything. Now I have to schedule it for like a week from now when they can squeeze me in? Why let me pick a time? I order a three wheel bike for my special child for Christmas from Walmart.com. Call the store and my bike was there. Went to pick up the bike with was still in the store, but the assisting person is telling me "your order is being return and if you get it today the company will charge you twice." I am saying I want the bike it already pay for. The bike is return. I calling Walmart.com about the situation about the $202.59 need to be put back on my debit card so I can go ahead and get this bike for my special child in time for Christmas. They are telling 5 to 7 days before I can get the money back on my debit card. This happen on Dec 11, 2015.

When I ordered Christmas related items such as gift and candies around November 26th, even though I was eligible for free shipping I was concerned that they might arrive too late. So I paid shipping to be arrived by December 4th, but last items were delivered today on the 13th!! Almost 10 days after their promised date. Also some of boxes I received, packing was inadequate. I ordered a set of ankle stabilizers and Knee support from Walmart.com. The ankle stabilizers were ordered as store pickup and knee support to be mailed to home address. The pickup date for ankle stabilizers were given but no further communication if its ready to be picked up. On contacting support go to know that they are not available whereas they had already charged to my card. The knee supports are supposed to be mailed (received conformation) but on checking the Fedex shipping number, shows up as yet to be shipped (only label created). This after 3 days of receiving confirmation of the items being mailed. This is 2nd instance. Poor service and not reliable.

I am very upset as consumer Walmart, and that this has become. The store in question is the Old Boynton Beach Florida, but I think all the shops are like this. After I have gone through many unpleasant situations (including in the tire department) today, a man (I believe Haiti), while I was paying the self-checkout registers, has opened a shoe box that was in my shop and I had not gone further into the scanner (like I was stealing something). I know that his people do that, but suppose someone does and for nothing, it becomes very inconvenient and unpleasant. This person is already known for these attitudes and the manager does not appear to resolve the matter. I spent at Walmart, almost $ 1,000.00 per month, now whenever I can, do my shopping at Audi and Publix where you are better treated, Walmart, who saw you who see you!!! The service at Walmart fell badly!

I really enjoy going out to shop on "black Friday." I have done this for the past 12 years or so and generally have a good time. I have to say this year Walmart dropped the ball on their sale products, prices and their website. I think a two-year-old could design and develop a better website. They have an issue with their sorting ability and it has been an ongoing issue for over 5 years. I was an associate at the Walmart ISD in Bentonville, AR for nearly a decade. I reported this as an open door issue complete with screenshots, documentation, and feedback over 2 years ago and got the canned answer: "we are looking into it." Well guess what guys, it's still not fixed.

I used the order online and pick up in store feature and that was pretty great. When I needed to return the item, the person in customer service did not know how to return my item. I gave her the order number and she just didn't know how to return my purchase. She called her manager and she was told to return it without a receipt. The item was less money that way and she said she can only issue a store credit even though I paid with my visa card. She clearly had no clue. When I showed her my item was $16, she didn't care and was very rude and said "oh well it's coming up as $14". I'm super aggravated and will never go back to Wal-mart.

We placed an order on Walmart.com and we got that item on sale price for my kids and it was a store pick up at Santa Maria, CA and the next day they send me canceling the item due to out of stock. When I call the Walmart.com customer service they could not help me and blaming the store that they cancelled and when I called I store they said Walmart.com cancelled and the store says they have items in stock now they refuse to give me for same price as that was cancelled. They tell me to buy for the regular price.

I visited a Wal-Mart about 60 miles from my house and only 15-20 from my mother's. I was on my way to my mother-n-law's when I stopped in to buy a few items. I happened to go past the furniture area and noticed a mattress (Simmons Beauty) for $99.00. We are getting rid of the bunk bed for two twin beds. We needed a second twin mattress, so I thought the mattress at Wal-Mart would be perfect. I asked an employee nearby if she worked in that area. She said no but found me someone who could help me.

I placed an order online on Black Friday and the online system showed the item in-stock and available also at all my local stores. Instead of having it shipped, I went ahead and chose my local store on Ben White Blvd in Austin, TX to pick up. I had received a notification via email that the item is in-store as I had setup in-store notifications prior to this purchase. However, almost 24 hours after placing my order, the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get the same item for the same price. When I called customer support, everyone was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I must say one time may be a mistake, twice might be a stroke of bad luck. However, it has not been twice; but, all three times. I am disabled and my mobility is greatly impaired; despite have a wonderful service dog, I depend on ordering on line to live. The Home Depot, Sears, Northern Tools and others have been great to work with. However, I ordered a Vizio TV from Walmart.com I was home at delivery and the FedEx drivery person asked me what to do as the front of the TV had a gash through tne entire front and the box was rattling. It went back and was returned. Next, I ordered a battery charger for as a gift, it came again in broken condition and non working a twenty miles one way trip to return it. So, I needed motor oil and trans fluid for the farm to have equipment serviced. I ordered because of my limited mobility and I needed it for the person who was helping me make repairs. Comes time to do the work I paid out for the repairs to be competed no fluid. So, I had to pay the person working for me to drive my car to the auto parts store for my fluids. Wow, did I get a deal very costly, yes. Will I ever use Walmart.com?? Would you in my shoes?? I paid to have someone drive me to the local Walmart to get a TV. Moreover, who pays for all the damage everyone, higher prices, more trash in landfills you name it. Who pays is our children and our childrens children. Thank you for the opportunity Wayne Ott

I placed an order on Nov 5th. I received confirmation and the money left my card. Nov 12th was the day I was supposed to receive it. It came and went. I called on the 13th. Wallmart customer service said the order was stuck and the only way to fix it was cancel and reorder. I didn't chose to reorder as I really needed the chair. It is now the 19th and I still don't have a refund on my order. I initiated dispute proceedings with my financial institution. I will never order from Walmart again and urge others to avoid giving them business as well.

Ordered a product on a Thursday. Website said it was in stock and would ship within 24 hours.So the order was placed and 2nd Day Air shipping was requested.Received confirmation of order.NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ELSE.I called customer service on following Tuesday, the day the product should have arrived to inquire as to where it was.They should call it CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.They had no explanation as to why the order had not been completed on their end,The only solution they had was to cancel the order and re-order.I chose to cancel (and order the item from someone who actually wanted my business).The real insult came when they told me that the order may or may not be cancelled and that because they could not be certain if it was cancelled that there would be a hold on my credit card for 7 days for the amount of the transaction.I requested that the hold be removed immediately.My request was denied.So Walmart.com effectively hijacked my credit card for 12 days, the 5 that they failed to complete processing the order and the 7 following the cancellation AND they delivered ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ME.DO NOT GIVE THESE SLACKERS YOUR BUSINESS/

Walmart is by far my favorite online retailer. They offer the lowest (or at least competitive) prices and best service. Walmart sells most of the name brand products that I want, and they deliver them to my door for free! One of my favorite pastimes is perusing Walmart's website for bargains. And I am almost always delighted when I actually see the items in person. I enjoy treating myself and family to batches of Walmart goodies totaling $50 (the minimum amount to get free shipping.)

My personal health led me to be unable to drive very quickly. I have no family left and it was a scary situation. Walmart.com allows me to get many necessities right to my front door as long as i plan my shopping to generate orders that meet the free shipping guideline [ min $35.00- 50.00]. I can survive between occasional trips with help to get fresh dairy-produce and meat. It also allows me to occasionally buy gifts online and the reviews on their site help me make many decisions when i can't see the items in person. It isn't ideal living-- but Walmart.com shopping has allowed me to continue some sort of normal existence from home and see many of the items I could see in a local store. I'm grateful and have never received a broken or bad product yet out of many many orders. I've been lucky perhaps but pleased so far after two years of shopping this way.

The site to store feature is what I use and have never had an issue with the package being there. The friction I've had has been with the organization of the store and waiting forever to find my stuff, but that's a particular store issue. Never tried shipping to home because its free to ship it to the store so no need really its just a few minutes away. Will use again

I ordered a gift for my 2 year old son. I paid for express shipping and was guaranteed it would be here on the 29th of July at the very latest! Well it's now August fourth, my sons birthday has gone by and still no gift! I phoned and talked to customer service and they told me well that's the way things go sometimes! No effort to fix it or make things rite! They also tried charging me twice for the same order, when I contacted walmart about it they said that there was only one charge, then I told them I had my bank statement on my phone to prove it and they said no one was just a hold, which was a lie cause a half hour later I had a refund from Walmart in my bank account. Horrible company to deal with! I will never shop there again!

We live in a small town about an hour and a quarter from the nearest Walmart. We also have three young children, so it is quite hectic when we actually get to a Walmart store. Needless to say, being able to shop on Walmart.com from the comfort of our living room couch is one of the most amazing technological advancements in the history of mankind. The site is easy to navigate, and we can very easily find what we are looking for. The one downside to shopping online is that many things are only available in store. The site will list them and tell you if they are available at a particular Walmart, but you cannot order them online. But prices online are pretty comparable to in stores, and you can get free shipping on orders over $50 (which isn't hard to do when stocking up on things). Shipping is also fast (we do have a distribution center relatively close to where we live though, and some friends have said it takes longer for their orders to arrive). Items purchased online can be returned in stores, but you need to have a receipt with you. They will give you a hard time if you don't bring the particular receipt that is given on the website.

Walmart.com is probably one of the most disappointing e-commerce retailers I have ever encountered. Their customer service is terrible and I just don't have one good thing to say about them. The Walmart store claims to price match - except with their website. WHO does that? A year or so ago around Black Friday - Walmart.com experienced a glitch with their pricing, making it so that dozens of items appeared much, much lower than they normally should have been. I was able to order a few of these items at the hugely discounted price, only to have my orders canceled later. This is fine, I understand that mistakes happen, but when I called Walmart.com customer service just to confirm that my card would not be charged for these cancelled orders, I was informed that SOME of the people's orders were actually honored at those prices. Not everyone, but some people did actually get those deals. I was then told basically it was luck of the draw, there was nothing he could do about it and hung up. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and I refuse to shop with Walmart.com again.

Ordered 8 packages of Sparkling Grape Juice (12 bottles in a package) on 07/08/15 (Order # 4601555-872087). Need it for a Wedding on 07/18/15. Received only 4 packages on 07/11/15. Called Walmart.com on same day, 07/11/15, and went through a poor automated phone system, which indicated there is no order associated with my phone #, however my Walmart.com account shows my phone # is associated with the order #. Prompted to Enter order #, but nothing happened, kept asking me to enter order #. Finally got through to a rep without entering order #. Rep was able to process a new order, but instead of putting it all under 1 order #, rep split it into 2 orders (Order # 2677169-588849 & 2677170-413312). 07/14/15, checked Walmart.com account. It shows that orders are in the "processing" phase. Checked my email, no updates from Walmart.com. Called poor automated phone system again and went through same issues the first time. Informed Rep of the "processing" phase. Rep indicated that it has been shipped. Asked Rep to provide tracking or confirmation # on what he told me. Rep put me on hold, came back and states there is no such number at this time. Informed me that he is going based on estimated delivery date of 07/15/15. Rep informed me to wait until after 07/15/15 to find out what the issue is. 07/15/15 came and went, no product received. 07/16/15, received email indicating order has been delayed. Called Walmart.com, went through automated phone system, however this time, it was able to associate my phone # with the order #. Still had to provide both order # to the Rep again. Had to cancel order because there is no way to know at this point if products will be delivered on time for the Wedding on 07/18/15. Rep states cancellation is completed, but will have to wait 24 hours to receive confirmation through email. Rep states money will be refunded in 48 hours, however, my overall experience with Walmart.com gives me doubt that a refund will go smoothly. Only time will tell. Will check email and bank account in 48 hours to see if refund has been issued, as the Rep indicated. All issues could have been avoided if all products were received the first time around.

Now four months later Walmart clames that I didn't pay for it. Yet my bank statement says otherwise. They overdrafted my account by a substantial amount. I started shopping at Walmart 15 or 20 years ago when I found out they are not unionized. The checkout clerks are friendly, the prices are excellent and, unlike many other large grocery stores you have a choice of several brand names in each item. At Kroger and Meijers you can by one other brand in an odd size or their own store brand. I am pro-choice when it comes to groceries!

I went to my local WalMart Super Canter in Kerrville, TX last Saturday, where I always find good prices and nice variety of merchandise. After gathering my goods, I went to the checkout line. Only 3 lanes were opened in the entire store! Well, the self-services lanes were opened too, but the line of customers waiting there stretched almost into the vegetable aisle. 50-60 customers at least, waiting in line to pay for their selections. I left my filled buggy at customer service and walked out. Down at the local HEB, nine checkout lanes were opened. They had the same products, similar pricing and available cashiers. What good are lower prices and nice variety if shoppers can't check out in a reasonable amount of time? From now on, HEB will be my first choice. I'll go to WalMart when no one else in town carries the item and I have the afternoon to spend waiting in a checkout line with other disgruntled customers.

I ordered ten photo books as holiday gifts for my family. They printed and shipped only one of the books. Rather than making it right and printing and shipping the remaining books, they cancelled and refunded the remaining part of the order (but kept the money for the book they sent). Now I have no gift for my family and insufficient time to recreate, reprint, and resend books before Christmas. Walmart is truly the Grinch that stole Christmas. Awful.

I was very disappointed. Another time I went to use my Visa credit card to make a purchase online and I followed the instructions for their Visa Verified program so I could complete my transaction. Well it wouldn't process the payment after several attempts. So I contacted customer service and they told me they didn't know why my credit card wouldn't go through so I should call my credit card, because the error is on their end. Well I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that I had the money available on my card for the purchase and they hadn't denied or declined this purchase at all. In their system it showed that Walmart.com blocked the process of my credit card. I contacted Walmart.com again and gave them this information and I even had a three way call so that a rep from my credit card company could confirm this and Walmart was still unable to help me. I had to purchase the item at another store that would take my Visa card since I needed the item right away.Shipping and ReturnsI usually get free shipping when I shop at Walmart.com because I spend the $50 or more required to get free shipping. Sometimes I take advantage of the 97 cents shipping they offer on certain products if I'm not planning on make a larger purchase. Shipping is always quick and I've never received a damaged item from them.

I like using Wal Mart’s website for many reasons. I can shop for items, print pictures and other products, and refill prescriptions. I have been using the website for a few years now and I have never had any problems with it. I like that you can buy something online and have it shipped to the store for free or you can have it shipped to you for a small fee. I also like that you can edit your pictures and print to your liking. Not to mention you can also have pictures created in the store and pick them up in a hour free of charge or have them shipped to your home if you need. It is super easy to get on the website and click a few buttons to refill prescriptions as well. You can pick a day and time to have them ready and all you have to do is go to the store and pick them up. You are also able to purchase products online and return to the store if you decide you do not like it or there is something wrong with it.

I can't even get through to ask if the tires I want are in stock and if I need an appointment or not. The number listed is for some other department who tells you that and then promptly hangs up on you without transferring. The main number keeps losing my call while trying to transfer to tire/automotive. I'll just go somewhere else which is probably for the best anyway since the last time I took my car here they unhooked part of my air intake while changing the filter and left it that way until I discovered it myself weeks later.

First time the doctor dated my prescription with the wrong year (it was in April not January) so I could not get it filled when I needed it. Assuming it was just an 'error' I made another appointment. This time he put the wrong prescription in my file, so when I ordered my contacts I was sent the wrong prescription. I can't see with them!!! When I contacted him asking him to get me the right ones, he said no and told me to make another appointment. Since he was unable to do it right the first time, I declined. I was in earlier today for an oil change. I waited at least fifteen minutes before being addressed by the associate. She put off a rather rude vibe in the beginning as she was goofing around with a co worker and barely acknowledging that there were customers waiting to be helped. She did comment that she would be right with us, however was clearly distracted which is understandable in a workplace, which is why I tried to remain pleasant despite the decreasing patience with customer service in this area. Once she did get to us, she took my information and started the process. However, once she went out to prep my car I had to go help her as my hood requires a pliers to pop the hood because the regular lever is broken. As soon as she realized this she immediately took the plastic out of my car and said they couldn't do anything. With barely any explanation other than one slight mention of policy she offered to call a manager. I do understand that policies are policies, and there are not usually any loopholes. However, I was immensely displeased with this associate's customer service. She was rude, and barely tried to explain anything before mentioning a manager. I would absolutely not recommend coming here for anything if you value customer service. I have had pleasant experiences at other Walmart auto centers (despite the problem with the hood lever), but this experience has negatively impacted my opinion of Plover Walmart.

I would of given 0 stars for this place but it wouldn't let me. I brought in a tire to have a tire sensor replace. All they had to do is remove the tire and remove the sensor. They said it would be 45 mins before they might get to it. They took it back about that time and it's been a little more than 35 mins to do the work. Went in for 2 new front tires, the 2 guys I got were so overwhelming with joy to help me I couldn't even believe it. They said it would take 30 minutes and then buzz me after... Sitting at the tire and lube as I write this. They are suppose to open at 7am and its 7:23a. I called the them to double check if they open at 7a the reply was " yeah, we're open! We're just waiting on "them" to open the doors for us." After I hung up I called customer service and they said they would "radio the manager to come open the door." Here it is 30mins after they are suppose to be open, an doors are just now being opened. I will put in a complaint on the manager because obviously he/she can't handle the job!

I used to like getting my oil change here, if you can get in the prices are great. Lately they have been going out of their way to NOT provide service, they constantly have an excuse why the can not get you in(not enough people working, breaks for the next few hours, too busy). I went in to the tire center Wednesday July 22 an hour 1/2 prior to them closing. However, I did call prior to coming in so late and expecting service. I was told it is a 1st come first serve and told them over the phone I would be in within 15 minutes. My father & I were there in 10 minutes. Arrived with 4 tires to swap to rims of 1 tire that was flat on my dads car, figuring they may have to do two of them. They said they couldn't do it because the tires have to match the other tires. (no problem) however, they meant match in size yet stood 1 foot from the rear of my trail blazer with the back hatch open and didn't even look to see if the size matched. NOTE: They did match!! Figured it was an issue of how much was being spent right before they have to leave at the end of the day. so...... Fine, I can play that game.... so, we'll just get 2 new tires knowing they just got a large shipment in. Suddenly they don't have that size in the shipment that just came in. So we asked if the Walmart on Henry would have them. Figuring since these guys were obviously done working that day maybe there was a chance someone else actually knew what working means. The man wouldn't even call the other store to verify if they had the size. Sure he picked up the phone 4 times pretending he was going to call but never once even pushed one button on the phone. My elderly dad who is carrying around an oxygen tank is told to come back in the morning. They didn't want me leaving my dads car there over night so they could actually do it first thing in the morning. Against my wishes my dad returned the next morning and ironically they had the exact thing we needed the evening before. Odd, they just opened the doors!! Needless to say I still have steam blowing out my ears about the young african american man that worked for Wal-Mart that evening. It has taken me a few days to post this so Wal-Mart is informed of who they have for employees and they force potential paying customers out the door. I live a matter of 2 minutes away from Wal-Mart & will now go out of my way to bring all of my business elsewhere. Sick & Tired of Wal-Mart thinking they can treat paying customers like they do!

I have had two bad experiences with this place. (I did, in fact, learn my lesson the first time, but I am an idiot who opened up a credit card there and times are hard.) First, I went to get new tires. They refused to work on my car until I bought 4 new ones, and wouldn't ya know, they only had enough of the ones on sale to make a demo of them. So I had to buy 4 of the middle of the road ones. Second, I went to get my oil changed and they refused to work on my vehicle because the oil plug would not come out. He said it was stripped, stuck and he didn't have the gear to mess with it. He sent me back to the last place I had it changed. I went in there heavy-hearted to ask for a refund and they actually LOL'd. The guys had me drive in, removed the plug and showed it to me where there were no destroyed thread on the plug. No dirt, no problems with the head of the plug either. These guys just didn't feel like doing it. According to the crew at the Thrifty Lube, this wouldn't be the first time they got free business from Walmart. This would be about the fourth time someone sent them back to the Thrifty Lube to complain when there was no problem at all. I am gonna pay that card off and not return there ever.

I purchased an XBox 360 from this walmart store. It began locking up every ten minutes so I used my walmart warranty to exchange it. The first thing I noticed when I got my newer Xbox home was that the box had been tampered with. After opening the box I realized the controller was missing and all the packaging was wrong. Last but not least I discovered that the power cord in the box was for an OLD FIRST GEN XBOX, not a 360!!! It looked as if someone had bought the console and jacked it for the parts they needed and somehow managed to return it to the store...pretty clever. Next, walmart passed the junk on to me. The folks at walmart obviously didn't check the contents of the box before putting it back on the shelf. So my totally awesome wife offered to take it back and exchange it again on her way to work. I phoned ahead and explained what had happened and asked if they could have a new one at the counter waiting when she got there. The nameless girl who answered the phone ("hello walmart supercenter.........") assured me that they would do just that. My wife, after standing in line for twenty minutes was told that there were no more 360's in stock. The associate with whom she dealt with also denied the phone conversation I had with nameless associate. It seems that there are now ghosts who are determined to mislead you with false promises of quality service over the phone when you call walmart stores. After arguing with the clerk over a refund (because controller was missing, no I'm not kidding) my wife was finally able to speak with a manager who went in back and TADA brought back a new unopened Xbox 360! But....I thought they were out of stock. I guess they just didn't look hard enough. It took these combined "associates" well over half an hour to accomplish nothing and in the end it took a manager less than five minutes to make the exchange. Is that why the store managers are the only ones at walmart who earn a living wage. Think I'll be shopping at Meijer from now on.

This was the worst place that I have ever been to when I needed an oil change for my car. My car had absolutely no problems until after I brought my 2006 VW Passat here. Immediately after picking up my car from Walmart, the check engine light started blinking on and off. My car started shaking as well. I turned right around and brought the car back to Walmart to see what the problem was. They tried telling me that there was nothing wrong with it, and refused to help at all. I then brought my car to a REAL mechanic, and they told me that the wrong oil was put into it and they cracked the engine cover housing. The housing alone is $300 to replace. I went back to Walmart to tell them and show them the evidence of what had happened to my car. They acted as if I was dumb, because I'm just a "young female". It cost me over $400 to have my car fixed by the mechanic I had to find after Walmart messed up my car. I asked them if they would be able to reimburse me for the damages that they made, and they refused. They wouldn't even refund me for the WRONG oil change that I paid them for in the beginning. I will NEVER bring a vehicle to Walmart again, and I hope others avoid Walmart as a go-to tire and lube facility to have their oil changed.

Had very inexperienced workers in the shop they are jerks. I bought road hazard warranty on my tires and i had not had them 2 months. a big knot came up in the sidewall so i took it back and told them to fix it and get me a new tire and they tried to charge me 50 dollars i told them to take it back off the rim i did not want it. I bought goodyear viva 2 tires and i actually took it the goodyear dealership and they are not even allowed to sell them tires. I will never do business with Wal-Mart Again as far as the auto department is concerned they are just horrible.

Witnessed something pretty bad here today. Was getting some tires put on and a gentleman walked in asking for an oil change - he wanted the synthetic blend oil. The person at the register kept trying to sell him on 'high mileage' saying that 'all oil is synthetic now.' He took the customer to the isle to 'prove it' - and the customer showed the employee that, there is in fact non synthetic high-mileage (duh.) Why was the employee not just selling what the customer asked for? No idea. Fast forward (meanwhile I'm still waiting) the customer comes back because his car is done. They charge him for 6 quarts. The customer asks 'why 6, it only takes 5.' They argue it took 6, so they go outside to check the dipstick. I follow outside just to ease-drop :) Sure enough, they filled it above the top line of the stick all the way above the top hole on the dip stick (!!!!!). By this time the manager was there. Their response was classic "Well we're checking the oil with the engine off - you need to check it when it's running." Wow... just.... wow. WOW!!!!!! I mean, I know it's walmart so much can't be expected, but I was floored that they don't even have basic oil change training.

They went to lunch I said no problem I will walk around and shop until they are done. I came back a 1 hour and a half later and my car was still outside. So I sat there another hour. Another customer comes in checks in and they had his car already in the garage while mine was still outside. I couldn't wait any longer So I asked one kid to go bring my keys. They all were so rude and disrespectful didn't even say we apologize or anything I got my keys and I just left. Nothing but bad experience with this place! On one occasion I was inside the Walmart shopping and went to the auto service desk to ask if I can still drop my car off. It was about 1 hour before they closed but they said "yeah go ahead and bring it in!" I ran out to the car and drove it around back just for them to tell me they won't take my car in. The next time I came back to get an oil change, I paid more for the synthetic ($60). After only driving the car 700 miles, my oil light came on and a few days later the check engine light fired up. Turns out I didn't have ANY oil and the oil filter was completely dirty. So they didn't replace the oil filter and either didn't put oil in or left the oil cap loose. I will never take my vehicles to this crap place again!

Poor service, workers talk on the phone while working on your car and will make up anything they can to deny servicing your vehicles tires that you paid to have lifetime balance and rotation. Whats the point of buying a "service" from Walmart if the employee's would rather make something up to avoid doing their job. They might have cheap tires but you are better off going to an actual tire shop rather than a Walmart with incompetent workers. UPDATE: Side skirt on my Dodge Charger fell off sometime while driving due to the idiot on the phone not properly jacking up the left side of my car.

The Walmart customer service is horrible at the Rockport Walmart. I paid for 6 PlayStation plus cards during 2015 Black friday for my three kid's playstations that they got for christmas that year. Had to spend thirty minutes extra at customer service because some cards got activated while others didn't. Finally they said they were all activated. Evidently not all of the cards were activated, even though they charged us for each of the cards. Today one of my son's tried to renew his play station plus because it has been three months since he used the last card and tried using the other card we got him. It didn't work because it was not activated. Of course you don't know this until you scratch off the back and try the code. I called the play station customer service and they said to take it back to the walmart we bought it at and have them scan it. I took it back to the wal-mart we bought it at and they refused to scan it, without a receipt. It has been over three months so of course I don't have a receipt. Walmart also wanted the back not to be already scratched off. So how is a person to know if the card works without it being scratched off. So evidently a person should buy a playstation card and when they are ready to use it they should scratch it off in front of them. The customer service at this walmart are not logical or practical. So now I'm out of money for this card. I usually spend one to two grand at black friday at this walmart. I will no longer be going to black friday at this walmart. They will no longer be getting my money.

Incredible! We got a free stay for the whole family at the RV. On top of that, the night manager and the staff of Walmart, helped us at 10:30 PM to get us out of a bind when our car fell off the dolly that we were pulling with the RV. I Loath this Walmart!!! I go here every time to shop. I hate it but my dad loves this place. Im just his errand girl.. all workers are rude and do nothing! They just sit down all shift and talk. I even saw a manager come in and stopped them. But once they left, it was back to talking. It happened in the shoe department, as well as the clothes department!!! I Harry the clothing department the most. I could feel the ladys urge to talk crap. I bet she did after I left. At least Im not super over weight, I got the idea to work in a power chair! In every department, I feel like every worker avoids you. Everything is always a mess, no veggies on certain days because they forgot to order them. I mean, wtf! Lettuce?! Tomatoes?! Speaking as an experience shop lead man this lube and tire is slow and the customer service weak. no matter what they are doing to your car they always tell you three hours of waiting. And of course that is because they really don't want to work and if they do work they want to take all day so they don't wear out any shoe leather walking too fast . either way they still get paid the same so they don't care. And all of this with no cars waiting in the parking lot. I've changed oil vacuumed the car refill the wiper fluid reservoir and pulled a car out in 35 minutes moving slow. They got the wrong idea about what work is and are doing things just to look busy, not to satisfy the customer like it should be. quick, efficient and courteous nope all you get is "what you want?", "I don't know" and "that'll be 3 hours."

This used to be our favorite Walmart but within the last few years, the quality of the store has really gone down. Bare shelves, messy aisles, customers without appropriate tags/license plates parking in handicap spots, limited amounts of wheelchairs, and non-working card machines at checkout. 👎🏼

I have been coming to this store for the past few weeks. They have a nice line of organic products at a reasonable price (dairy, vegetables). The store could be bigger. They are trying to accommodate many things at once. Customer service was good. I recommend this store.

This place is never stocked they change inventory and places items are kept every other day and they advertise that they match prices of sales however that's not entirely true. They match some prices not bogos or bogof and most cashiers don't know sale prices of other stores like they claim to on TV and some try to give you partial sales prices like its coming out of their pocket. The worst the is once you find a product you like, they discontinue it. Equally as bad is if you are indecisive or have trouble finding something you will be followed, watched and on the verge of tackled by security like you're a thief.

Terrible service. The girl who put my order into the computer had to be the slowest person on the face of the earth. You could tell she had no interest in being there, or serving the public. I also paid the extra $3 to have my fluids topped off during my oil change. Two days later, my wiper fluid ran out. I checked under the hood and saw that none of my fluids had been filled, despite me "upgrading" to the next package. They also suggested me replacing my battery (that I just replaced 2 years ago), and then said they had to jump my car off after changing the oil. I took it to Advance Auto to have it checked, and it was fine. I haven't had any trouble cranking my car since. I will never go there again!

Long wait and lousy service. I've been here twice for blown out tires and I'll never go here again. The first time I went I had a 4 hour wait and the tire ended up having a small but steady leak in it. It hadn't even been a year that I had the new tire that it blew out again! The second time I went in to get it fixed I had to wait two hours because two people needed oil changes (It should NEVER take 2 hours for two oil changes so I thought that was insane) only to have them call me and say that they can't do it because they couldn't find a lug nut key. I as confused as to why they didn't have any lug nut keys in their facility, and they also didn't have the equipment to chisel off the lug nuts in the event of not having the proper key. I told them to check the glove box two different times and they said it wasn't there and after an hour and a half of me running around town to my apartment looking for it and to the place where I bought the car to see if they had one I get a call saying that it WAS in the glove box even though when I had asked them twice before if it was in there they had said no. And so after all of that, it's been a few days later and I have come to notice that the brand new tire is starting to get a little flat again. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

What I didn't like was the lack of time management.. I dropped my car off on break@1:30... for a slow leak tire.. was thinking I would pick it up at 3:30.. so not to late for next job.. I get the call at 3:25... then they arent able to take care of the tire.. so I had to purchase a new tire and, and wait... and being late for work...wal Mart Tire and Lube Dickerson won't get me again...so if you can avoid this location.. please.do... I want to rate it no stars... I was charged for a tire balance I didn't get...so I'm out $67.00 and late for work..and all I got from management was "what you want me to do about it...Tsh......

I didn't like anything. It took an oil to have my vehicle serviced. I was the only customer at the time. On top of this, I paid for the high mileage package, and instead of topping off my fluids and vaccuuming my car, like I paid to have done, the only thing they might have done is change the oil. I'm beyond pissed about the situation. Don't go here for an oil change. Its not worth it.

Hours said open until 7pm. Called at 6:28 to ask for a quote on a tire. Drove 12 minutes over. When I got there, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. the same guy who answered the phone said "we stop taking orders at 6:30. You didn't say you were coming over or else I would have told you that." Asked to see a manager. He pages a manager twice between that time and 7:05. No manager came. Had to seek a manager out in the store. He did nothing but apologize and did not know the name or info of the regional manager for us to write a letter to. Would never go back here.

I got my oil changed at the North Walmart today. They used to be crazy cheap and i love being able to get my groceries done while they take care of the job. Prices have been up so they really arent much of a deal any more, but it's still convenient. Today was ridiculous. They were busy so it took a long time, totally understandable, but there was oil all over the inside of the car. It looked like someone dipped their hand in a bucket of motor oil then grabbed the center arm rest. The steering wheel was greasy, though not visibly so. And i know it's a little thing, but they put the oil sticker on the windshield at a 45 degree angle with thumb prints all around it. how is that not going to annoy people? I dont want to sound dramatic, if only i could post pictures... I've gotten oil there before and like i said i normally love it. Hopefully this was just a fluke. Either way, i'm not sure i'd go back.

They are out of carts half the time, they are consistently out of stock on whatever you specifically went there for (it's like some sort of curse) and have this weird issue where they won't restock something they're out of for weeks at a time, and the express lanes? They put their worst cashiers ever there because, I guess, reasons. Still, low prices and big selection, yay.

Took my car in to get a simple patch. They ruined the tire getting it off the rim and didn't have any to replace it. So, I had to go to another shop, buy a tire, then return with it so I could get a full refund on the tire I just bought. That would have given these guys a four star review. But after I got my car back it kept beeping like the key was left in it. My car is a push start so I never have to use the key. But it still has that option. So, I pop off the key cover and you can clearly tell that they put the key in it and tried turning it. (It doesn't turn) Doing so shattered the key cylinder. Now the remote doesn't work and I can't even lock the doors. I come back to Walmart and they claim they didn't do it. But I know for a fact all was well before I put the keys in their hand. I better get a claim to cover this or I will be calling my attorney tomorrow morning.

It's a fairly new store, clean and a HUGE improvement over the old "Ghetto-Mart". BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEIR P-POOR PARKING LOT! Whoever designed that parking lot, did not get high grades in college. I have come so close to getting hit EVERYTIME by someone trying to figure out how to get to the exit. It needs to have drive lanes to get to the exit. Where you don't have to turn around and head back to front of the store to reach the exit that goes away from the store. If I or anyone I knows gets hit because of the design, there will be a lawsuit. Think SAFETY Wal-Mart. I do try to go to other stores and even other Wal-Marts for that reason.

Ran into the store to grab 2 items this evening, I had just come from Lake Greenwood and left my flipflops in the car by accident. My sister works in this store and was with me, after picking up my items, I was not even 10 ft from the checkout when the 3rd shift manager, Scott, walked over to her and pulled her aside and told her she needed to tell me to leave because i was not wearing shoes. To spare her getting in trouble with her boss, I left. But the entire situation was completely ridiculous. To top this, there is NO sign on EITHER entrance door indicating shoes were required. This may be store policy, but unless indicated at the entrance has no legal bearing whatsoever and is completely unenforcable. So, not only did he force me to leave without my groceries rather than ask me to put shoes on, but he did toys based on an unposted regulation, and through an off the clock employee... I smell a lawsuit.

Dropped car off at 11:30 am for tires and the gentleman said 3hrs. 3.5 hrs went by and I decided to give them a call. I was told "Your car has been done and waiting for pickup". They took 2 hours to even start on my vehicle. Called me and said a lug nut was stripped and they couldn't get it off. They wouldn't let me get it off myself so I left and went to a different tire shop in my neighborhood. They got the lug nut off in less than a minute and installed both new tires I needed in 15 minutes. The tires were actually cheaper than walmart's prices! (Whittaker Tire West Mifflin) NEVER GOING TO WALMART FOR TIRES AGAIN!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. First of all, whatever walmart employee I talked to on the phone, said that they were open until 9PM, which they aren't. It's 8PM. Anyway, I needed two tires placed the day before my inspection. Yes it is my fault that I waited so long and late in the day, but work and other 9-5 duties called. I got there with more than an hour and a half until closing at about 6:20pm), and before I could even ask for service, two very rude mechanics came out and said "NO more orders!" The lady behind the front desk was a little nicer, but the men wouldn't even let me explain the situation and no apologies whatsoever. They repeated "no more orders!" then all but slammed the auto shop door in my face. I left and gladly took my couple hundred dollars of business down the street, to someone who was willing to stay after hours to help me out. So long story short: beware.

Last Sunday morning, my husband and I were leaving this Walmart when we hit a pothole. This pothole may or may not have been on Walmart property- we are still looking into that (the pothole was on the small street on the far side of the Walmart parking lot, which runs parallel to Preston Highway.) This pothole caused us to blow out two of our tires- both on the passenger side of the vehicle. We were on our way to church across the street, so we took the car over to our church parking lot, and after the first service my husband and father-in-law put the spare tire on the back passenger side wheel, then took the car back over to Walmart to get the tires replaced. They were told that it would take a little over an hour to put the new tires on. This was shortly after 11:00 AM. After the second church service was over, at approximately 12:20 PM, we still had not received a call from Walmart regarding our car. We finally got a call saying our car was ready at about 1:40 PM- more than two hours after it had been dropped off. We went back to Walmart, paid our bill, and began moving our belongings from my father in law's car back to our car (we had purchased some items from the store that morning), and we noticed that despite the fact that we had paid for two new tires, only ONE tire had been replaced. Not only that, but the spare tire was still on the back wheel! You would think that whoever worked on our car would have noticed that and thought "oh yes, I was supposed to fix that, too!" Basically, Walmart employees took twice as long to do a job as they said they would, and they only did HALF the job. My husband and father in law, quite angry at this point, went back to the garage to try to find out what was going on. We were quite upset that we were not offered any compensation for this error (waiting twice as long as estimated, only receiving half of what we paid for.) We then had to wait an additional half an hour while the second tire was replaced. All in all, this was a HORRIBLE experience. The people who worked on our car were not apologetic enough (this was a pretty big error to make), and when all was said and done the whole experience cost almost three and a half hours of our time, when it should have taken a lot less than that. I am hesitant to give Walmart any more of my automotive business, because I have a sickening feeling that someone was trying to swindle us. How can I even guarantee that the tires I purchased were "new"? For all I know, Walmart could have given me someone else's reject tires. I wouldn't be surprised. The staff working in the automotive center obviously do not pay attention to their work. We will also be taking our Sunday morning shopping business to the Kroger across the street. If you are bound and determined to patronize this Walmart (or have a tire emergency, as we did), keep two things in mind: 1.) The service you require may take more than twice as long as the estimate you are given, and 2.) Be sure to check their work! Look your vehicle over thoroughly to make sure they took care of everything you paid for.

Please, if you like your vision, DO NOT SEE DR. CECIL! She acts as if she isn't interested in really helping you during your visit and like you are beneath her. When I arrived for my appt. she wasn't back from lunch (at 4pm??) and started my appointment late. I kept trying to make small talk with her, but she just wasn't having it. She seemed like she never heard anyone say they left their contacts in longer than they should, and that turned the whole mood of our conversation. It was like she wanted me to have an eye infection to prove her point, even though I hadn't worn contacts in a while. I know that sounds crazy, but even when my test came back ok she said don't be surprised if I have an infection later! She said I have an eye problem that no other doctor has ever said I have. My glasses/contacts make my vision seem fuzzy. When I asked for a different type of contact (to go back to the original kind I used rather than what she suggested), she said I had to come back in to get another eye exam because it was too close to my next appointment - which isn't due for another several months!! She didn't call (or have her secretary even call) to let me know I couldn't get the contacts, and since she only works on Fridays I have to wait to get an appointment. She is the one that told me I could go back to the original type with no problem, so now why do I need to make an appointment? I don't have vision coverage and already spent quite a bit on contacts & glasses. Money hungry (is my guess), rude, and incompetent! Going to another doc ASAP!! I can't speak for the other doctors there, but I wouldn't send anyone to Dr. Cecil until she gets her act together.

I called on Friday to get information about tire rotation and balancing. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment to ensure that the time was available, so I did for that Sunday for 5 pm. I got there at 445. I was told it may take longer than an hour. I shopped around Wal-Mart for an hour and 20 minutes. I go back to auto care to see if it was done and was told they hadn't even started on my car. I will not go back ever again. Not even for oil change. They were quoting people a 4 hr wait time. You need better management and time management. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if you are not going to adhere to it? Ridiculous

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH SERVICE!!! I went in around 2:30pm for 4 new tires. At 5:30 I was still in the store waiting. At 5:45 they informed me they broke the cover that hides the lug nuts. The tech came in with a cover he found in a drawer, it wasn't the same color and was scratched up horribly. He wanted to replace the one he broke with that one and ARGUED WHEN I SAID NO! The assistant manager said he would order one tomorrow and call me back. I'll update if it's ever resolved. The guy at the counter was really nice, it was the tire techs that were horrid! I spent $635 on 4 tires, a broken cover and 3-1/2 hours of lost time. I finally left there at 6pm.

I had the rare chance to be off the same time my wife and I noticed my wife's tires where getting bald, so I suggested we go for a drive. On our way into town, I stopped by the Cabot Walmart, surprising my wife with a new set of tires for her old jalopy. We got there a little after 3pm, having to pick our daughter up from daycare by 6pm. Only 2 cars ahead of us getting 4 new tires as well. I counted 3 men working the only bay they had open. (out of 4) My wife and I wandered around Walmart until about 4:30 and I went back to check on the car. They still hadn't gotten to it. They where working on the car ahead of us. (a Hummer) So I asked how long it would be until they could get to our car and the informed me ATLEAST an hour. So I inquired what they where doing to the H3 and they responded, "Just changing the tires" So I then requested if it would be alright to go get our daughter in Jacksonville and return. They handed us our keys and I left, returning in 40 minutes to find the same Hummer sitting in the bay. I counted 2 new tires on it- It was now close to 5:30. The Hummers owner was sitting, apparently had been there since 2ish, and he quiped that he had Jerry's kids working on his ride. I pointed out that was probably insulting to the capabilities of Jerry's Kids and he agreed. To make a long story short, it was 7:30 before the car was ready. 4 1/2 hours to get my tires changed- with only 2 cars ahead of me. 1 bay open out of 4, with 3 men working. This is unacceptable. In shop class I could mount, balance and change 4 tires in about 30 minutes. (This was as a snot nosed kid) I probably could have gone into one of the open bays, gotten the tires myself, youtubed and googled how to work there tire machine, balanced and changed MY OWN TIRES before 3 of Cabot Walmarts Finest had gotten 1 car done. I've had tires changed at Walmarts before, normally it's not a bad experience. And I would recommend the Walmart on McCain in North Little Rock, or even the one in Jacksonville in a heart beat. BUT- Steer clear from Cabot. When I told my friends what happened, I was told it's common knowledge NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE CABOT WALMART FOR ANYTHING. And now, I pass the warning onto you

It would seem to me that if you're a truck driver, claiming to be a "professional" then you would read a sign that clearly states no trucks except for delivery. Then it looks like you pass several more signs that has a truck with the famed circle with a slash through it, which would indicate no trucks. Now for the dumb*** person who says you wouldn't have jack squat with out trucks just remember .....you wouldn't need trucks if there was no law. So truckers what other laws would you not like to see? Just ones that pertain to you? I'm sure certain other people would like some laws erased because they are who they are and do what they do. And if you noticed, at least on Google, there seems to be a County court house that is next to the Walmart. Maybe that is a reason... Then call the cops names for not writing you a ticket.

Pharmacy people are rude. They will only take one form of insurance and they are very very slow. I will never go to the pharmacy again. I get my mess at cvs. Cvs is cheaper friendly and faster. I rate less than 1 star if I could.

I'm a former Wal-Mart employee who is new to the Parkersburg area and today was my first first visit to this location. Already having trouble breathing, I had to walk there from 11th St which made me even sicker. I stood at the pharmacy counter right in front of a "10 years +" employee for a good while and was not greeted. Upon serving me, I was spoken to with indifference and felt treated as a nuisance even after explaining my situation, I guess because of the complication with my method of payment. Besides not being greeted, I was deeply offended by her service and know personally that this is not how Wal-Mart trains employees. The other employees' dispositions seemed to follow suit with her when I turned to them for assistance. A young woman named Kristy seemed to be the only one behind the counter who cared. I had to ask for a manager, who wasn't available, before getting real help from the pharmacist. Kristy's attitude should be an example to her coworkers because if it wasn't for her, I strongly doubt I'd go back to this pharmacy especially since CVS is closer to me. I also had a return and the associates at the customer service desk were very nice and courteous. Them and Kristy are why I'm giving three stars and not two. Sick pharmacy customers should never have to experience the service I received.

Don't take your car or truck here to get serviced I have had nothing but bad luck with them. First i bought new tires for my wife's car and a couple weeks later i noticed they put two different sizes on it had to take back hen i took my wife's old car for new tires before i sold it and they broke my center cap and when i brought it to there attention they said it was old and weak Bullshit i watched the guy beat and beat on it until it went on Hello if you don't allign the holes right it won't go on.. then i took my truck for a oil change on 6/25/15 and watched the kid burn up my clutch he tried to drive it with the Emergency Brake on and he didn't give up easy he just kept on giving more and more gas and another kid stood by when i started yelling and told me if i didn't like it to take my truck some where else and the Manager stood by and did nothing But tell me he's not changing my oil because i was mas a cussed Really? Terrible place No wonder they have a high turn over in that department.

Fabulous service! I ran over a nail while driving to Missouri. I called the Walmart Auto place and the man was able to calm me down! Bill was very helpful and Joey was able to fix the tire to brand new! The service was relatively quick! I would absolutely recommend this tire place!

This Walmart NEVER has any registers open but like 2. I bet if you open up that breakroom 75% of the staff is in there chatting it up, not doing a got damn thing. Terrible stocking, the managers have no control over anything, the staff seems to just walk all over this poor one guy he seems so frazzled always.

They are always so helpful and nice as well as respectful. I had to get a tire repair in Jonesboro once, huge mistake and had to have the people from Paragould call and make them do the repair. The lady even called back to Jonesboro and to me to make sure everything got fixed- of course it did not but it got me to Paragould were they took care of everything! They really are just the nicest people and I may find better tires somewhere else, but I will never find better service- so my family continues to go to Paragould! Thanks guys for always doing such a great job!

I ordered tires online, had them shipped 'site-to-store' and then mounted/balanced. The tire tech was very thorough going down the checklist and took extra care not to damage my custom rims. I haven't put them on the vehicle yet, but so far my experience with the Williston Wal-mart tire shop was great.

I bought new tires twice and both times after installation I had to have my rotors turned or replaced because they over tighten the lugs. Pay a little more and have them installed by professionals! I also had a minivan with automatic side doors and the tire tech was forcefully trying to shut the door. He had no clue or didn't figure out the doors automatically shut! Incompetent!

The ladies and the gentleman that work in the vision center are very nice and polite and helpful. However, the last time I took my daughter to get an exam, Dr Schwarz was rude and accused me of "letting my child go blind" (his exact words. Despite the fact that my daughter's vision had IMPROVED). He needs to develope a better bedside manner with patients. My kids get an eye exam every year. He is horrible and I will NEVER take my kids there again. What kind of dr accuses the parent of something like that and belittles the parent in front of their child?

Went to get my eyes examined 10-27-15 & not only was the receptionist beyond rude but the doctor was short, rude, acted like me even being there was a annoyance to him. The doctor then tells me the exact opposite of what my primary tells me. I will not return to this Walmart Vision Center or any of them again. I will be going to Eye Spectrum

Sporting several ethics violations in this practice. Doctor was very rude, to his own employees and patients. Called to have my prescription faxed to another office which is my legal right. Twice now they have refused to provide my prescription by electronic means which is well within my rights. They are obligated to produce this information at the patients request, over the phone or by fax. Do not visit this hole.

I would give them a 5 star rating if they had an answering machine or if anyone ever answered the phone here. You can not even get connected calling Wal Mart's front desk phone and being transferred. The Dr. here is in my opinion the best in Millington but you usually have to make appointments in store as they either do not have phone protocols in place or just bad phone practices. other then the antiquated usage of the phone service once you get an appointment everything else is great, but I can only give 3 stars as it should not be this hard to get a hold of someone....

I let them mount my tires on my wheels. Not only could they not balance the wheels correctly after 2 tries, I think they bent 2 of the wheels. When I took them to an actual tire shop, they were able to balance them fine, and they said 2 of my wheels were bent. I never had any problems with these wheels before they came to walmart.... Also, while I was waiting, they told another customer that his lugnuts were rounded and they couldn't get them off. Seems to me like THEY round them probably by not using the right size socket. Beware.

I went here only when I needed to and now I just don't go at all. Might be hard to believe, but I stepped in human feces at this walmart in the checkout. All the workers just started going crazy, acting stupid and all of them kept saying "I'm not cleaning it up!" Some good workers there. I'm sure some kid just let loose in the store, because he could not get to the bathroom, but disgusting none the less. Also, just in general a dangerous place, drug dealing goes on behind it, security everywhere, and poor poor poor customer service. None of the workers are pleasant, but who be be at a crap hole like this place. So help me make this store go out of business please! This Walmart is closer to me, but I will drive farther just to go to a better one. Decent prices, but in general Walmart is terrible.

01/21/16 Thank God for these guys!! All I had was a flat and I took it to my dealer thinking maybe it would be under warranty and if not, that they would give me the best deal and they said it can't be patched, need a new tire and quoted me 90 bucks, called my usual garage and they quoted 70, Walmart Tire and Lube patched up my tire (no replacement needed) for 20 bucks. I just regret I can't remember the name of the mechanic that helped me out... but they are amazing! Great service!!!!

Really happy with visit of 5/20/15. The Kumho tires I bought from them 3 years ago had worn down with 1/2 of the treadwear warranty left. And the service manager, Jim, gave me 50% credit on new tires, with no hassle at all. He just made sure the tread had worn evenly, which it had. I have never had a tire place honor a warranty to my satisfaction before this. And I've had bad experiences at another Walmart tire dept, in Altoona, several years back. It might just be which store you go into and which service manager you get. But this was a good one. Thanks!

If I can can give this place no stars I would! Customer service here is ATROCIOUS! When I mean horrible I mean by the gentleman taking care of the service counter upfront! First we r standing in the shop where the mechanic work is done for about 35 minutes, to then have what I'm guessing is called the manager tell extremely rude we can't be standing around the shop. Which is completely understandable but no one could have told us while we were standing there when we shouldn't have? This place is EXTREMELY unorganized and the waiting time is ridiculous! I can see why the reviews are so bad. Especially all the work they have to do for one tire is hilarious, only in Colorado. Just trust me don't make the same mistake I did.

It was a circus in there, you have to surrender your keys to keep your place in line. The wait is 2/4 hours! Who wants to be stuck in Walmart that long, so I wait only to be told I'm being discriminated against for the type of ignition I have and they won't serve me! Its a legal and lawful ignition! This place is a joke no wonder the prices are so low, it most not cost a whole lot to employ circus monkeys!

If I could rate them even less I would. We had an emergency issue on our tire in addition to having a new born and a broken ankle. I called 10 times before someone finally answered after having to request a page to the department. Then when I asked about the tire in question the guy said he didn't think that Walmart carries Michelin tires. After I told him that I was looking at the tire online, he finally tried to look it up, then told me about 4 other michelin tires in stock. He never answered my question about the tire I was asking about. Didn't seem to mind at all when I told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a boat trailer tire blow out on the interstate. After explaining the situation the employee assigned to "help" us he tells us it with be at least 2 hours. 2 hours! To change a tire on a rim. And not like there was a line of cars needing service. Definitely got the feeling that they didn't want to be bothered with helping us so close to their closing time. This isn't the first time the service department of Walmart has made it clear that they have no intention to put in anymore effort than the absolute bare minimum. Definitely a race to the bottom

Horrible customer service! This tire center damaged my $880 rim and is trying to get out of paying for it. They are not taking any responsibility for the fact that this was done by them. This is a brand new car that had NO damage to the rims before they fixed the flat. This was the first time I tried to use them and I will never take a vehicle to them for service.

This store proves to be one of the best in Texas. Problems are slowness of Managers, but the lower echelon staff does a tremendous job of making do with what they are given. I didn't like having to go to another store to purchase a lawn-mower. Again, that was the managerial staff, lack of preparation, planning. I did like the fact that the staff helped me find the right store to go to and even offered having it shipped there. Always excellent service in Bakery. Always excellent service in Automotive. Always excellent service in Lawn and Garden. Always excellent service in Jewelry. Questionable in Electronics, due to lack of experienced personnell. Door greeters are always great! Overall an excellent store!

Do not go to Scott Williams. First they lost my file then claimed my sight was 20/20. The year before he told me 20/50. After I brought this to his attention he finally wrote me the weakest prescription he could that did nothing to improve my sight. Don't try to save money going to them. Go to a real doctor instead. He was very unprofessional and wouldn't even listen to me about problems I was having with my sight.

My husband has gone to this Walmart for about 6 weeks looking for a product that he had contently bought there. Today he went again an nothing. Instead of the associate being helpful she continued to argue with him and called him liar! This stores associates have consistently been rude and disrespectful and the managers nor the the store director do a thing about it. I highly recommend you shop at the grocer across the way!
