Wal-Mart in Kearny NJ is the worst. I ordered all my children's presents online since I'm always at work so all I would have to do is pick it up. All the items I chose were said to be in stock and would be ready days before Christmas eve. On Christmas eve I receive alerts saying my order is cancelled and delayed. Really Walmart? Oh and now I have to wait days for a refund and all stores were empty Christmas eve so I just had to get what was left to make some sort of Christmas for my children. Thanks a lot Wal-mart.

I have a funeral to attend. I don't have time for this. I picked a day and time to have a tv delivered. I got called a day before schedule. I didn't pick up a phone call at 9am because I wasn't expecting a delivery. I chose an afternoon delivery. They never emailed or anything. Now I have to schedule it for like a week from now when they can squeeze me in? Why let me pick a time? Well now I have a death in the family on top of it and I literally can't sit around and wait for Walmart. Shame on Walmart.

On December 28, 2015 I came into the Walmart Auto Center at 10:29 a.m. to receive two brand new front tires. 3049 S. Oakes RD. Sturtevant, WI 53177. On December the 31st my TPMS light came on, so I figured that Walmart had not inflated my front tires to the proper pressure. I scheduled an appointment with Frank Boucher to fix the TPMS problem with my car on January 5, 2016. During my appointment, they discovered that I had a broken stud and missing lug nut on right front tire, faulty TPMS valve on one of the tires.

I opened a Walmart credit card with a 300 credit limit and when I went to post a payment it reported to the credit bureau that I made a late payment? So I went online to Walmart to correct payment date and all was fine. I decided to request an increase and was denied then I went online and was told by Credit Karma that Walmart closed my credit card which adversely affects my credit. I was told to re-apply and I did and I was not approved. This affects my credit and I am not happy. I was told I was sent a letter?

On 12/9 I ordered from site Walmart.com a air heater for water $63.94. They decided to buy from limited goods. I've called the appropriate parties, FedEx said label made no product! Limited goods will now put a ticket in which will take 7 days to get an answer! Christmas is ruined. They did this to my mother and had no answers, just excuses and script written apologies. She's elderly. They took her money right out though. No product and money gone. Bunch of grinches.

When I ordered Christmas related items such as gift and candies around November 26th, even though I was eligible for free shipping I was concerned that they might arrive too late. So I paid shipping to be arrived by December 4th, but last items were delivered today on the 13th!! Almost 10 days after their promised date. Also some of boxes I received, packing was inadequate. I will never order from Walmart ever again!!!

I used the order online and pick up in store feature and that was pretty great. When I needed to return the item, the person in customer service did not know how to return my item. I gave her the order number and she just didn't know how to return my purchase. She called her manager and she was told to return it without a receipt. The item was less money that way and she said she can only issue a store credit even though I paid with my visa card. She clearly had no clue. When I showed her my item was $16, she didn't care and was very rude and said "oh well it's coming up as $14". I'm super aggravated and will never go back to Wal-mart.

Never order anything online from this store. The wait on hold for customer service is 50-60 minutes at times. I ordered a coffee grinder on Dec. 27th, 2015 online to be delivered on Jan. 6, 2016. I called the Walmart store where I was supposed to pick up the item yet and it was arrived. After calling the customer service and chatting with one of them, I was told that, "The item would be available in 48-72 hours and because of this delay the store is going to report it as lost in store and they will issue you a refund. However, if you would like we could start tomorrow a replacement as a back up of the original." !!!??? This is the most stupid thing I have ever heard from a customer service. I would never go to this store anymore as it is to me an insult to myself.

What a worst experience I got from Walmart!! Today my family wasted whole Black Friday shopping on Walmart. I wanted to buy new phone to my son. Walmart had 1 page advertisement for iPhone deal with AT&T. I checked web. I knew Target and Best Buy has same deal. But I choose Walmart and it was biggest mistake that I made, and it ruined my day.

I order a three wheel bike for my special child for Christmas from Walmart.com. Call the store and my bike was there. Went to pick up the bike with was still in the store, but the assisting person is telling me "your order is being return and if you get it today the company will charge you twice." I am saying I want the bike it already pay for. The bike is return. I calling Walmart.com about the situation about the $202.59 need to be put back on my debit card so I can go ahead and get this bike for my special child in time for Christmas. They are telling 5 to 7 days before I can get the money back on my debit card. This happen on Dec 11, 2015.

When the Walmart store in this area first opened it was a real blessing. Eventually, other businesses in the area started to fail and finally, closed. Now that there is nowhere else to shop Walmart has gone downhill as well. The selection is terrible, and the quality of items has turned sour. Especially in the clothing departments.

I ordered some bean bag chairs on Cyber Monday with a delivery date of December 4. I waited and waited for them to be delivered but they never were. I emailed customer service and was told they had gotten hung up in processing and for me to cancel my original order and reorder them. Well, they were much more expensive to do that so I called customer service, after waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone, they told me they would have to cancel my order, charge my credit card the higher price and over $100.00 to get them shipped before Christmas but that they would adjust the cost back down to the Cyber Monday prices.

I ordered two 3ds xl from Walmart on the 25th of November and when I ordered this product it was in stock. Then I get a email that there's a delay in the product. It is now Dec 20th, 5 days till Christmas and no word from Walmart about my product I bought and they can't give me any info. Very upsetting for them to sell a product they didn't have in stock or enough of. I will never buy any electronic from Walmart again.

It never showed up. I called the day after Christmas and Walmart said they delivered it to FedEx - no refund until it's delivered. FedEx said Walmart created a shipping label but never delivered it to them. After 1.5 hours and three phone calls, they are finally going to refund my purchase price of $180.00. The item I ordered was a basketball hoop for my 8-year-old. That was fun explaining to him why he didn't have it on Christmas morning. And now we have to wait up to seven days for the funds to be deposited into my account. Walmart did not even offer anything for my inconvenience. Everything I ordered from Amazon - delivered by UPS - was timely. Never again!

I am very upset as consumer Walmart, and that this has become. The store in question is the Old Boynton Beach Florida, but I think all the shops are like this. After I have gone through many unpleasant situations (including in the tire department) today, a man (I believe Haiti), while I was paying the self-checkout registers, has opened a shoe box that was in my shop and I had not gone further into the scanner (like I was stealing something). I know that his people do that, but suppose someone does and for nothing, it becomes very inconvenient and unpleasant. This person is already known for these attitudes and the manager does not appear to resolve the matter. I spent at Walmart, almost $ 1,000.00 per month, now whenever I can, do my shopping at Audi and Publix where you are better treated, Walmart, who saw you who see you!!! The service at Walmart fell badly!

I stop at Walmart to get some plants but instead of plants, I get upset to see how terrible they maintain the plants. They do not water them. Very bad experience. Hopefully the managers and supervisors do their job, telling employees what to do.

I purchased a men's 29" mountain bike for my 12-year-old son on October 7, 2015 in the Islandia, NY Walmart store. The bike was put together incorrectly. I did go back and they exchanged the bike for me. Well the 2nd bike, the front brake pads fell off. I went back again and exchanged. Well the 3rd bike, same thing - front brake pads fell off. Now I called to see if they had an in stock and was told they did not. I tried calling the Commack, NY store and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called Walmart.com. They informed me that the Commack did have 4 of this bike in stock so rather than driving there I figured I would call to verify. They did have them in stock. Well I called Commack and was once again put on hold.

I ordered Tea from Wallmart online as they are the only ones who seem to have it now. Did not get the Tea. What I got was Bounce Dryer Sheets so to say the order was screwed up is understatement, right? And in the shipping package no invoice so that's another screw up too

I placed an order online on Black Friday and the online system showed the item in-stock and available also at all my local stores. Instead of having it shipped, I went ahead and chose my local store on Ben White Blvd in Austin, TX to pick up. I had received a notification via email that the item is in-store as I had setup in-store notifications prior to this purchase. However, almost 24 hours after placing my order, the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get the same item for the same price. When I called customer support, everyone was EXTREMELY unhelpful. Why would the online store allow purchases of items if the availability changes after the order and the order cancels?

I ate the first wrapped ice cream 100 cal yesterday and started choking. When my husband did Heimlich on my back, I spit out 3 pieces of clear round tube like plastic, that were in the ice cream. I visited a Wal-Mart about 60 miles from my house and only 15-20 from my mother's. I was on my way to my mother-n-law's when I stopped in to buy a few items. I happened to go past the furniture area and noticed a mattress (Simmons Beauty) for $99.00. We are getting rid of the bunk bed for two twin beds. We needed a second twin mattress, so I thought the mattress at Wal-Mart would be perfect. I asked an employee nearby if she worked in that area. She said no but found me someone who could help me.

I really enjoy going out to shop on "black Friday." I have done this for the past 12 years or so and generally have a good time. I have to say this year Walmart dropped the ball on their sale products, prices and their website. I think a two-year-old could design and develop a better website. They have an issue with their sorting ability and it has been an ongoing issue for over 5 years. I was an associate at the Walmart ISD in Bentonville, AR for nearly a decade. I reported this as an open door issue complete with screenshots, documentation, and feedback over 2 years ago and got the canned answer: "we are looking into it." Well guess what guys, it's still not fixed.

I ordered a set of ankle stabilizers and Knee support from Walmart.com. The ankle stabilizers were ordered as store pickup and knee support to be mailed to home address. The pickup date for ankle stabilizers were given but no further communication if its ready to be picked up. On contacting support go to know that they are not available whereas they had already charged to my card. The knee supports are supposed to be mailed (received conformation) but on checking the Fedex shipping number, shows up as yet to be shipped (only label created). This after 3 days of receiving confirmation of the items being mailed. This is 2nd instance. Poor service and not reliable.

Let's talk about our local Walmart for a moment. I went in Sunday morning, Jan 3rd around 8:30 for grocery shopping. After approx 45 minutes, I make my way to the checkout with my $200 worth of groceries, only to be told by the cashier that they had no bags. She said she would be able to give me one recyclable bag, but I would need to buy a box of trash bags to bag my groceries in. REALLY??? Why should Walmart's poor inventory control be passed on to the consumer? The cashier from the next lane helped to bag my groceries (in my own trash bags PURCHASED from Walmart), and she also stated that this would be the policy in order to handle this from her manager on duty. Once I arrived back home and unloaded all of my trash bagged groceries, I wrote the corporate Walmart office a letter to express my displeasure.

We placed an order on Walmart.com and we got that item on sale price for my kids and it was a store pick up at Santa Maria, CA and the next day they send me canceling the item due to out of stock. When I call the Walmart.com customer service they could not help me and blaming the store that they cancelled and when I called I store they said Walmart.com cancelled and the store says they have items in stock now they refuse to give me for same price as that was cancelled. They tell me to buy for the regular price.

Extremely disappointed/frustrated with the Beavercreek Ohio Walmart. Looking on line for parts for props for the Local High School Show Choir, I found the item needed, and it was available at the store. Instead of ordering on line, I drove over to the store, waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they don’t honor the on-line prices. WHAT???? This is ridiculous. To top it off, I had a tax exempt form (since it was for the school), and I was told that they couldn’t honor that without a Walmart tax exempt card. Really? I don’t usually shop at Walmart and after the treatment today, I doubt I’ll ever shop there again. Immediately went online what I got back to my office and ordered the part from Amazon. Sorry Walmart, your customer service just lost you another customer."

Walmart is the absolute worst. I wanted to order several items. Walmart appeared to have all of them. So, I placed an order for all of the items through Walmart. I recieved an email identifying that two of the products were ordered through an affiliate instead of Walmart. There was no website or contact info provided. The items had still not arrived several days after the promised arrival date. The only contact info I had was for Walmart, whom I had paid. So, I called Walmart. They had no interest in helping and insisted that they had no responsibility because they were "only the marketer". So, I'm out $200 and Walmart won't do anything! I should have checked Walmarts online rating before I ordered (they have a 1.6 out of 5).

Wish I could give them negative stars! I order a Power Wheels Car on line for store pick-up. I also ordered the 3 year protection plan. The whole process was a disaster. When I got to Walmart to pick up the power wheels car there was a long line for online pick-up. This defeats the whole process. The whole idea of ordering online then picking up at the store is to save time. Of all the people waiting on line about half of the items could not be found. What a terrible system. After 1 hour and 15 minutes when I got to the front of the line the first person couldn't find my item. The second person then brought it out. The box was in terrible condition. It has be water logged. Needless to say I asked for a different one. Of course, they said that they didn't have any more. Well I then asked for a refund. Another disaster. The couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. The lady helping me called Walmart.com. The person at Walmart.com told her to give me a store credit. I could hear her on the phone telling the person that I've been there for almost 2 hours, I paid Walmart for the item and just wanted my money back since I never took the item. The person didn't care. They hung up with the only option being to give me a store credit. I asked to see a manager and was told all the managers were busy. After another 15 minutes the lady came back and said the store manager said they could give me a cash refund. Beware everyone!!! I will never order online for store pick-up again. What a mess! 2 hours later I finally left. Waste of a whole night.

I have been a customer of Walmart for many, many years. I have never been so dissatisfied with any store's service as I am today. I placed a large order weeks prior to Christmas, guaranteed delivery before Christmas along with free shipping. All items were received except one for my 9 year old nephew. The item was coming from a 3rd party vendor they deal with called OJ Commerce, LLC and when I called Walmart to let them know I did not receive the item and also noticed they were charging me shipping, Walmart's response was to call the vendor directly and they had no control over either. I did just that and the vendor OJ Commerce, LLC refused to honor Walmart's delivery date or free shipping and advised to call Walmart back. Hours of phone calls later, still no Christmas gift and no credit for the shipping despite the fact the last Walmart representative stated he would credit the shipping, then said his supervisor refused. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was connected back to OJ Commerce, LLC. I gave Walmart the benefit of the doubt and tried to call again to speak to a supervisor and was denied that (by Antonio) as I did not want to go through the entire story again first. No you can't make this stuff up. The result being, a 9 year old who hasn't received his Christmas gift, and a very dissatisfied customer. I have never been so upset, annoyed, disappointed, or angry and will not step foot into a Walmart store nor order online from them again.

They are terrible. I ordered something online and I selected the free pickup on the same day option. However I go in to check on my item and the later says it will be ready Tuesday morning. That would have been fine and all, but on Tuesday i call to make sure it is ready before I make the trip to the store, only to be told that my order still isn't ready and that Wednesday it will become available. Here it is Wednesday and not in my account it says my order is STILL processing, but next to it a message says that my order will be ready by 12:21 on Monday...which was two days ago. WTF Walmart doesn't need to advertise same day free pickup at the store, only for the item not to be there, Oh and I forgot to mention that the money for the item I have yet to receive has been taken out my account. So that's shitty advertising, and greed to taking a customer's money even if said customer hasn't received their product. Don't ever shop online with them,or choose the same day pickup cause its a lie.

Ordered my pool table on Dec 11 to be shipped to my local Walmart, it arrived and when my friend picked it up he waited 45 minutes before they found the item. When he bought it back to my home it was a AIR HOCKEY table! Idiots!!! I am now waiting for what I hope is the right item I placed order on 12-21 it didn't even ship til 12-29 and the tracking system is horrible! Do not order from Walmart.com as they are deceptive! I purchased a PS4 thinking I was buying from Walmart. NOPE. Walmart was only the front man. I wanted to return the PS4 and I'm told I can't do so in the store. There was NOTHING that indicated such unless you click on a specific link. BE UPFRONT WALMART! Make sure customers clearly know that when they purchase from Walmart.com and Walmart MAY NOT stand behind the product!

Reviews and ratings are often based on several things so when I am satisfied with somethings and there is a trade off on others I often think Big box stores are trying drive people crazy because those stores never really figured it all out which is why they seem to sell solely based on price as buyers they often make no sense with rock hard bottom-lines that also make no sense much where buying online I need help to know what is being sold or else they are almost mostly always wrong.Wally World is not service quality oriented it is price oriented I understand that b ut the issue continues to pop up time and time again where the simple answer is they don't have to make things difficult as they seem to do.

Walmart is giving false information. I bought online for a Christmas present, ordered it December 18. I made sure that before I bought it, it would be here before Christmas. Just like other stores online, they would let you know if it would be here before or after Christmas. They care about their customers. It says that it would arrived the 23rd. It didn't came here the 23rd so we were expecting the 24th. Nope, it didn't came again. Since its holiday the 25th, we were expecting it would be here the 26th, big no again. Today, I chat with the customer care and Romeo E said that it was lost. He was giving me the option of having it rush free shipping and would be here the next day at the end of the day but just left to talk to my wife and when I came back, he disconnected me already. So we called customer care and this Romeo was giving us again false information. Alastia said that its not possible for the item to be here the next day. Our item wont be here till the first week of January. Isn't that crazy. Walmart sucks and their customer service people sucks. They give false information. Everything are just false information. All they could say is apologize but they didn't know how they ruined everything and give their customers frustration. They do not care. All they care is that they get the money. They will only offer you $10 for the inconvenience? After all the frustration customer gets, they think you will feel better with a $10 egiftcard.

Any time i get something from walmart and it breaks or doesnt work correctly they always refund or exchange it for another one.. pretty good customer service in my store here in ironwood mi but where i lived in oakcreek wi the walmart there was horrible. always messy isles , loud swearing bad talking employees and when you need service from the service center. be prepared to wait... thats why i give them 3 stars only..it really does depend on the location of the walmart..inner city walmarts are well? i wont go to one anymore..ille drive out of the crappy area and go to a nicer area's walmart.

it was a horrible december day.. it started off wit my boss tryna hook up but then he fired me because i refused, so i went to walmart to eat at the burger king which is located inside my walmart in brownwood texas. he grabbed me by my bosom and pulled me close but he didnt pull out... it felt really good and i dont regret anything thank yallbrownwood walmart for a great experience!

Purchased new in 2014. 90 days Walmart Warranty and 1 Yr. Factory Warranty. It lasted about 18 months. Light household use. No help from Panasonic or Walmart. It filled the kitchen with foul smoke and was still pouring smoke when I shut it off. Appears to be a possible fire hazard.

Because of this choice sometimes the sales associates at Walmart seem to think you may be a shoplifter and they profile you I was approached at checkout the cause of an item that I bought that was on sale they went back and review tapes from the time I entered the store to check to see if I change the price on the product he had a sticker on it with a sku number on it printed out on one of their little handheld machines that they used to mark down the price after this was point it out to them by the manager I was but that was it I was totally embarrassed and I don't think I will ever feel right shopping there again and I've told all my friends and family about this they didn't nothing to make me feel more comfortable after that embarrassing situation then give me a discount card of any type or anything to show a sincere apology. I spend a lot of money at Walmart monthly 2500 to $3,500 a month on average that includes everything groceries close cellphone banking taxes Pharmacy you name it I did everything at Walmart I will no longer do this unless they were to ever approach me and make a sincere apology I gave the store manager my phone number and my address and my name no one has called me up to this point. I will go out of my way to shop at other places from now on regardless if it costs a little more or not better than been embarrassed and accused of such a low life action. You can get great deals on things and pick them up at the store. You can return defective items to the store for a refund. You do want to be careful to buy from walmart and not one of their "partners" they let advertise on the site. They won't return those items.

i go to the Walmart in Midwest City, Oklahoma and every time i go there the service is great, but this time was different it was a couple of days prior to xmas and i had called to find out if they had the shopskins season 4 and the girl on the phone had said they had lots of them, so i get in the car and go down there and to find out they were out, was not sure if she said it to get me off the phone, but went to the customer service area and the girl working had just got there and they were tryng tofind out who was there answering the phones, well she helped me and none where no where until she came around the corner and there were carts full of shopskins and all season were mix in and she found 4 boxes of the season 4 , and she went through the carts and she was very helpful and help me and i really appericated her help, and just wanted to say the service workers are great at the midwest city , walmart the best

I have placed orders with Walmart for the past couple years for Christmas. My orders were received the day that Walmart.com said they would be. The only problem I had was getting the page to load and getting the order placed. This was probably due to the fact because of all the online deals, I figured the site was overloaded. I do go to Walmart.com on mobile a lot. Not very user friendly, I'd really like to see this improved. I had troubles during Black Friday and Christmas, maybe I should expect that. I know it's a crazy time, but had issues knowing what was actually in stock and what was not. I could be expecting too much, not sure to be honest. But getting that great gift at a great price is the point, right? I see many improvements needed.

Well I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that I had the money available on my card for the purchase and they hadn't denied or declined this purchase at all. In their system it showed that Walmart.com blocked the process of my credit card. I contacted Walmart.com again and gave them this information and I even had a three way call so that a rep from my credit card company could confirm this and Walmart was still unable to help me. I had to purchase the item at another store that would take my Visa card since I needed the item right away.Shipping and ReturnsI usually get free shipping when I shop at Walmart.com because I spend the $50 or more required to get free shipping. Sometimes I take advantage of the 97 cents shipping they offer on certain products if I'm not planning on make a larger purchase. Shipping is always quick and I've never received a damaged item from them.

Ordered 8 packages of Sparkling Grape Juice (12 bottles in a package) on 07/08/15 (Order # 4601555-872087). Need it for a Wedding on 07/18/15. Received only 4 packages on 07/11/15. Called Walmart.com on same day, 07/11/15, and went through a poor automated phone system, which indicated there is no order associated with my phone #, however my Walmart.com account shows my phone # is associated with the order #. Prompted to Enter order #, but nothing happened, kept asking me to enter order #. Finally got through to a rep without entering order #. Rep was able to process a new order, but instead of putting it all under 1 order #, rep split it into 2 orders (Order # 2677169-588849 & 2677170-413312). 07/14/15, checked Walmart.com account. It shows that orders are in the "processing" phase. Checked my email, no updates from Walmart.com. Called poor automated phone system again and went through same issues the first time. Informed Rep of the "processing" phase. Rep indicated that it has been shipped. Asked Rep to provide tracking or confirmation # on what he told me. Rep put me on hold, came back and states there is no such number at this time. Informed me that he is going based on estimated delivery date of 07/15/15. Rep informed me to wait until after 07/15/15 to find out what the issue is. 07/15/15 came and went, no product received. 07/16/15, received email indicating order has been delayed. Called Walmart.com, went through automated phone system, however this time, it was able to associate my phone # with the order #. Still had to provide both order # to the Rep again. Had to cancel order because there is no way to know at this point if products will be delivered on time for the Wedding on 07/18/15. Rep states cancellation is completed, but will have to wait 24 hours to receive confirmation through email. Rep states money will be refunded in 48 hours, however, my overall experience with Walmart.com gives me doubt that a refund will go smoothly. Only time will tell. Will check email and bank account in 48 hours to see if refund has been issued, as the Rep indicated. All issues could have been avoided if all products were received the first time around.

The checkout clerks are friendly, the prices are excellent and, unlike many other large grocery stores you have a choice of several brand names in each item. At Kroger and Meijers you can by one other brand in an odd size or their own store brand. I am pro-choice when it comes to groceries!

I ordered ten photo books as holiday gifts for my family. They printed and shipped only one of the books. Rather than making it right and printing and shipping the remaining books, they cancelled and refunded the remaining part of the order (but kept the money for the book they sent). Now I have no gift for my family and insufficient time to recreate, reprint, and resend books before Christmas. Walmart is truly the Grinch that stole Christmas. Awful.

Walmart.com is probably one of the most disappointing e-commerce retailers I have ever encountered. Their customer service is terrible and I just don't have one good thing to say about them. The Walmart store claims to price match - except with their website. WHO does that? A year or so ago around Black Friday - Walmart.com experienced a glitch with their pricing, making it so that dozens of items appeared much, much lower than they normally should have been. I was able to order a few of these items at the hugely discounted price, only to have my orders canceled later. This is fine, I understand that mistakes happen, but when I called Walmart.com customer service just to confirm that my card would not be charged for these cancelled orders, I was informed that SOME of the people's orders were actually honored at those prices. Not everyone, but some people did actually get those deals. I was then told basically it was luck of the draw, there was nothing he could do about it and hung up. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and I refuse to shop with Walmart.com again.

I like using Wal Mart’s website for many reasons. I can shop for items, print pictures and other products, and refill prescriptions. I have been using the website for a few years now and I have never had any problems with it. I like that you can buy something online and have it shipped to the store for free or you can have it shipped to you for a small fee. I also like that you can edit your pictures and print to your liking. Not to mention you can also have pictures created in the store and pick them up in a hour free of charge or have them shipped to your home if you need. It is super easy to get on the website and click a few buttons to refill prescriptions as well. You can pick a day and time to have them ready and all you have to do is go to the store and pick them up. You are also able to purchase products online and return to the store if you decide you do not like it or there is something wrong with it.

I went to my local WalMart Super Canter in Kerrville, TX last Saturday, where I always find good prices and nice variety of merchandise. After gathering my goods, I went to the checkout line. Only 3 lanes were opened in the entire store! Well, the self-services lanes were opened too, but the line of customers waiting there stretched almost into the vegetable aisle. 50-60 customers at least, waiting in line to pay for their selections. I left my filled buggy at customer service and walked out. Down at the local HEB, nine checkout lanes were opened. They had the same products, similar pricing and available cashiers. What good are lower prices and nice variety if shoppers can't check out in a reasonable amount of time? From now on, HEB will be my first choice. I'll go to WalMart when no one else in town carries the item and I have the afternoon to spend waiting in a checkout line with other disgruntled customers.

We live in a small town about an hour and a quarter from the nearest Walmart. We also have three young children, so it is quite hectic when we actually get to a Walmart store. Needless to say, being able to shop on Walmart.com from the comfort of our living room couch is one of the most amazing technological advancements in the history of mankind. The site is easy to navigate, and we can very easily find what we are looking for. The one downside to shopping online is that many things are only available in store. The site will list them and tell you if they are available at a particular Walmart, but you cannot order them online. But prices online are pretty comparable to in stores, and you can get free shipping on orders over $50 (which isn't hard to do when stocking up on things). Shipping is also fast (we do have a distribution center relatively close to where we live though, and some friends have said it takes longer for their orders to arrive). Items purchased online can be returned in stores, but you need to have a receipt with you. They will give you a hard time if you don't bring the particular receipt that is given on the website.

I got tires put on a couple months ago at another walmart. The tread was wearing fast and I also had had an alignment issue when I got them. I went in expecting to pay for new tires. The manager covered my tires under warranty, upgraded to even better tires and had me out of there in record time. The staff was very nice to me and I was so happy. Tires plus had tried to sell me tires for 400+ the day before and I almost bought them! And yet they told me my back tires were fine, when Tires Plus told me they were so bad I risked Peeling off while driving! I recommend this place!

Nothing but bad experience with this place! On one occasion I was inside the Walmart shopping and went to the auto service desk to ask if I can still drop my car off. It was about 1 hour before they closed but they said "yeah go ahead and bring it in!" I ran out to the car and drove it around back just for them to tell me they won't take my car in. The next time I came back to get an oil change, I paid more for the synthetic ($60). After only driving the car 700 miles, my oil light came on and a few days later the check engine light fired up. Turns out I didn't have ANY oil and the oil filter was completely dirty. So they didn't replace the oil filter and either didn't put oil in or left the oil cap loose. I will never take my vehicles to this crap place again!

After numerous attempts and being put on perpetual hold again and again I gave up. I will have to get my oil changed and other things some place else. Never EVER have prescriptions ready when they say they will. They'll tell you a day and time, but if you show up, nothing is there. Not a single trip, but probably 4 or 5 at this point. Good, fast service BUT the $16 oil change is only if your car takes one of the 3 oil filters they "stock". If they have to go outside of their designated stock corporate allows them and into the store's stock you have to pay for the filter. Same goes for their other oil change packages. I would give zero stars if I could. I got my oil changed here for the last 5 years and the last time I took it in they said,"Ma'am, we are not touching your truck because your bolt is stripped." I get under there and there is some kind of sealant around the bolt. I'm guessing blue loctite. So last time I was there they stripped my bolt and sealed it shut and didn't bother to tell me. Had to buy a new oil pan it was so jacked up. They suck at life.

Have you ever had the old bait-and-switch pulled on you? Well, this tire shop tried it on me. I must look stupid, because the guy behind the counter swore up and down that my cruddy sedan absolutely required a V rated (that's 149MPH) tire. If you must use walmart, the one over at arundel mills is much more professional. Update: A year later I forgot about the problems with this tire place. I needed a new tire on a new rim. They said they had the tire in stock. They couldn't find it, so they ordered it. But they didn't actually order it. In the end they finally found the tire out on display. It took them 3 visits over 3 days to mount a tire on a rim.

I am a huge fan of Walmart and not just one certain store in particular, but all Walmarts. I love that prices are low and quality is usually good. But this particular Walmart is getting a review from me... My girlfriend and I stopped as we were passing through town and after picking out what we needed, we searched for a line. There was probably ten lines with workers checking people out, each line had at least three people in them and the employees were moving so slow. While standing in line, we observed at least four employees doing nothing and one that verbally announced they were taking their break right now. After around a ten minute wait and the lines moving nowhere quickly, we put our stuff down and left. Very disappointing... If the employees would have been trying just 2% of their ability, I feel that the process would of went smoother and worked better. But instead, we went to Kmart.

The first time my daughter was picking out a watermelon for us and there were a bunch of smashed ones all over the bottom of the bin. She approached a lady (with a pharmacy sticker on her Walmart name tag) who happened to be standing next to the watermelons chatting and laughing with what appeared to be a friend. My daughter who is 15, said "excuse me, I thought you might like to know that there are a bunch of smashed up watermelons on the bottom. It's kind of a mess" She was very quickly dismissed by the employee who said gruffly "This isn't my department" and went back to her conversation. Later we were looking for a specific movie. Asked another Walmart employee who was in the movie area if he knew if they had Zootopia. He just shrugged and said "I don't know, this isn't my department". Seems like the common answer. Not my problem. Instead of offering to help find the right person they just walked on and didn't give us a second thought. We went and bought the movie at Target the next day.

This store proves to be one of the best in Texas. Problems are slowness of Managers, but the lower echelon staff does a tremendous job of making do with what they are given. I didn't like having to go to another store to purchase a lawn-mower. Again, that was the managerial staff, lack of preparation, planning. I did like the fact that the staff helped me find the right store to go to and even offered having it shipped there. Always excellent service in Bakery. Always excellent service in Automotive. Always excellent service in Lawn and Garden. Always excellent service in Jewelry. Questionable in Electronics, due to lack of experienced personnell. Door greeters are always great! Overall an excellent store!

Their Tire and Lube Express and their website are both garbage. First, their website lists their TLE as 24hours (we all know that isn't the case), second, you put TLE into google and it comes up with every Walmart in a 20 mile radius, i had to call 5 of them before i finally found one that had a TLE (and had EVER had one for that matter), then they don't take appointments for batteries, even though i specifically told him my front tire needed to be removed in order to replace the battery (he also reiterated this when he looked up my year, make, and model of my car). For anything servoce related, i highly recommend anyone else. I've received far superior customer service from Firestone, and to me, that beats the proce any day, at least then i know it's also being done correctly.

I walked in to get a simple service done and Elijah said to walk down the counter and he would help me, he walked back over to continue helping the woman that was in front of me, which was fine. But then he started helping more people that walked in after me. I stood there, and then walked back down to the other counter where he was and he continued to ignore me even after I was standing in line! after he helped the 4 people that came in after me, I obviously had to wait longer because he put them in front of me. A gentlemen named Evan walked in and acknowledged me and helped me, he was very pleasant but this over all experience was a little irritating. After waiting 2 hours, they finally got my car in but they couldn't replace it due to the bulb being special, I know that's not their fault but the overall experience was terrible. I've had problems in the past but I figured it was just a bad day and I would give them a second chance. I think becsuse they need the help they just hire anyone. In all honesty I think there's only a few people that are good workers there.

Very bad distribution center to come too. The people are unfriendly and do not want to get out information. Do not try to deliver early because they will not get to you. You can check in up to 2 hours early but you will sit there until your appointment time plus the 4 hours they allow for unloading. I was there 4 hours to deliver 17 pallets of bottled water. A straight pull load. The way walmart treats truck drivers at their distribution centers is the reason I will not shop at Walmart!!!!!!

I will never visit this location again. Arrived before the center was scheduled to open at 7am, because it is first come first serve. However, the doors did not open until after 7 by a service department representative who did not seem eager to do so. The customer in front of me did his homework and knew exactly what he wanted. Despite his efforts, the representative not only failed to listen to the customer, but moved very slowly (I mean, shuffling at a snail's pace) to get his vehicle set up. Twelve minutes later, it was my turn and was greeted with what seemed to me as nothing short of annoyance. I explained I had a flat tire and was looking for a repair, but would be more than willing to invest in a new tire or 2 if he thought that would be better for my vehicle. He went to my car and wrote down the tire size, then physically checked his tire inventory for confirmation on size. This was not on the computer, he was actually looking at the tires in front of him. He said he only had one tire that size and I said that works for me. He took down my information and said, "Okay, I'll see you soon." For clarification, I asked, "How long do you think before you get to it...just so I can make arrangements with my work." He assured me it would be no more than an hour. So, 1 hour and 45 minutes later, they were ready to begin. I was cool with that, because life's unpredictable. My car was brought into the garage and the "real" technician came out and said he could not repair the tire and that they did not have that size in stock. The original representative moseyed on over and said, "Oh yeah, we don't have that size in stock. I guess I misread the label." They then proceeded to tell me that Sam's Club (next door) did have that size, but I would have to sign up/pay for a membership beforehand. Keep in mind, all I wanted was one (maybe two) good tires. I asked (in light of the circumstances) could they get the tire from there and I would pay full price? I went on to explain that I already spent 2 hours there under the expectation and trust that the staff were experts, so I'm trying to create a solution that works best for us both. They said they could not help me, but proceeded to explain how I could fix the tire myself...which is information I could've picked up on YouTube if my goal was to do it myself. Anyway, I walked outside and from the parking lot called Midas. The representative said that their schedule was already booked for the day. After hearing my unfortunate experience, they wanted to do whatever they could to save my day. Two hours later...I had a professionally repaired tire (yes, they were expert enough to repair not replace) and finally got the level of service all customers deserve. Moral to the story. If you feel your time is valuable and care about your vehicle, don't settle for anything less than relying on expert technicians. You don't have to look to Midas, just look away from Wal-Mart.

I checked my smart phone to be sure that I was at the right place and read the right site, and it said every day,12:00am - 11:59pm. I came in at 6:22pm needing a tire plugged which is about 5 minutes to complete, I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone came out of the back to help me just to be told that they were too busy to plug my Tire but to come back tomorrow. They were open until 7pm I thought it was good customer service to help customers up until time to close. Oh well I just drove it to the nearest Advance Auto and bought a plug set and repaired it in their parking lot, it literally took 3 minutes of my time, way to drop the ball walmart automotive service center YOU SUCK!

I got my oil changed at the North Walmart today. They used to be crazy cheap and i love being able to get my groceries done while they take care of the job. Prices have been up so they really arent much of a deal any more, but it's still convenient. Today was ridiculous. They were busy so it took a long time, totally understandable, but there was oil all over the inside of the car. It looked like someone dipped their hand in a bucket of motor oil then grabbed the center arm rest. The steering wheel was greasy, though not visibly so. And i know it's a little thing, but they put the oil sticker on the windshield at a 45 degree angle with thumb prints all around it. how is that not going to annoy people? I dont want to sound dramatic, if only i could post pictures... I've gotten oil there before and like i said i normally love it. Hopefully this was just a fluke. Either way, i'm not sure i'd go back.

Do not go to this doctor for contacts. It took 5 visits over 2 months for him to get my prescription and size for my contacts correct. The first visit, he was very unprofessional. I had an appointment, and I was in the exam room. He opened the door to talk with his staff about another patient who got there after me before even starting my exam. Apparently, your time is not very important there. I tried to show him my previous prescription, but he said it wouldn't help. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure this would have shortened the two months I had to wait. He even blamed my hormones for my prescription not being right. One of the several trial lenses for my left eye ripped in my eye. When I told him about it, he just shrugged it off. Now, after my contacts have been ordered for the YEAR, it has happened to my last trial lens. This obviously is not rare, but a common problem. Instead, choose a professional who takes you seriously.

Don't show up after 5pm on a weekday because you will not get service of any kind. We had flat tire with road hazard from Walmart. Added Fix-a-flat in tire just to get here. After stopping at Discount Tire to TRY to get air they said it was unsafe. I did not want to chance as large piece of metal or something had left big gash in middle of tread. I asked women a counter what do we do now as you won't service us and we live in Castroville about 50 miles away. She said she could call the Nacogdoches store to see if they could help. I asked how are we supposed to get there. Figured they would at least look at it or take it in. Nope. We left veh in parking lot and had to get back here today. Now we are back and waiting, about 20mins so far, for someone to touch veh. wife made comment, "Guess the three guys standing around joking are to busy."

I waited three hours to get my battery changed when I was told three times that I was the next in line... The first time I was told that is when I dropped my key off to get it traded out. Then after 90 mins I asked what was going on and they said again I was the next in line as several people who came in after me was paying for their service to their vehicles and was leaving. SCAM tire warranty! I have walmart tires on 5 vehicles, and always got the road hazard protection. They used to honor this, but my wife has been in walmart 3 times in past 2 years for puncture repairs, and they always say "tire is dry-rotted and can't fix". The oldest tire was 3 years old, and one was only 1 1/2 years old! I know how to read the date code! Dry rot at 1 1/2 years??? She went down the street to other dealers( Raleigh tire was one) and they fixed it, no problem, and laughed when aked if they saw dry-rot. Walmart LIES to try to scam you into new tires. They do not take back bad batteries. The battery died after 3 months. Had it tested at a 3rd party and it fails a load test. Walmart refuses to do a load test and say the battery is fine. The main number keeps losing my call while trying to transfer to tire/automotive. My only and biggest issue with this walmart is one of the customer service reps manged to catch her name last time we were there (Eileen)! My spouse, mother in-law, and other family members and friends have experienced some of the same issue's with this woman as I have. She is rude, nosey, very argumentive and seems to have absolutely no boundaries as an emloyee. I am to the point where my family and I actually feel harassed whenever we shop here and she is working. I was at a loss for words to say the least when this woman went through my bags after checking out pulled out some of my belongings asking questions about which brands I chose and what they were for, ummm wth? On another occasion a manager had overriden a price on a telephone for me as it was marked wrong as soon as the manager gave the cashier the go ahead and left this woman fly's over to the register I am at (leaving her own line and refister completely unattended) yelling at the trainee telling her she couldn't do that! Again wth???? There has been other strange incidents with this seemily hostile woman but that's enough as I could go on and on. I do my best to avoid to her when possible although she seems to always find a reason to be in our faces. Completely inappropriate!! I live in a small town and this Walmart is the only one in approximately a 2hr radius wish there was another closer as I would completely avoid this walmart all together. While the techs I dealt with were very courteous (thus the two star rating), they mounted my tires incorrectly twice. It wasn't until the third time that they got it right. The customer shouldn't have to tell the techs how to mount tires correctly. Each time they remounted the tires they took over an hour. I was left waiting for over three hours after being told it would be a 45 minute job. Please take your business to a local tire shop with more expertise. Avoid Wal-Mart Tire and Lube!

None of the staff seem to have a firm understanding about tires. I had a new tire replacment done that required my tire pressure monitoring system to be reset, the first time they screwed up which resulted in me having to return to the store to have the problem fixed. I should have reset it myself and saved 20 bucks. They were nice though and it was cheap.

Garbage. Apparently newly refinished wheels means nothing to these people. The chipped and scuffed all 4 wheels that I just had refinished, then claimed they are not liable for the damage. They also took their sweet time with my stuff and helped other customers that came after me. This place is a joke and very unprofessional.

What I didn't like was the lack of time management.. I dropped my car off on break@1:30... for a slow leak tire.. was thinking I would pick it up at 3:30.. so not to late for next job.. I get the call at 3:25... then they arent able to take care of the tire.. so I had to purchase a new tire and, and wait... and being late for work...wal Mart Tire and Lube Dickerson won't get me again...so if you can avoid this location.. please.do... If you need work done on your vehicle, I suggest you keep driving North, East, South or West. Avoid this place like plague. First off, the workers just walk around like they're trying to hide until their next break or for when they can clock out. There were 4 employees there and 1 other car in the garage when I pulled up for a simple patch. Almost 2 hours later, I was on the road. I know cars and this is a 15-20 minute job. Even better, when I arrived, the other car that was being worked on was getting 4 new tires. The guy was there before I even arrived and still there when I left. When I was leaving, one of the Walmart Tire & Lube employees was explaining to him how they got all of his tires off only to realize that they did not have his tire size in-stock...this is almost 2 hours after they guy pulled his car in. My goodness. They then informed him that they would have to call Pendleton Pike Wal-Mart to see if they had his tire size in-stock. Man, this place looks like its run by a group of middle schoolers. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was in a bit of a hurry since I was taking a road trip that evening. I wasn't rushing them, but I dropped that hint to them pretty hard. When I finally got my keys back to leave, the employee (the same one I told I was in a hurry), apologized to me and said, "Sorry, man. I've just been working really slow today." No kidding...

I broke my glasses on a recent trip to Arizona. I have no insurance and I couldn't afford to have them replaced. I stuck them in a box and hoped to have them fixed when I could afford it. I went back to an old pair and, regrettably, an older prescription. When that pair broke, I feared the worst. One, an Oakley frame with transitions lenses had cost over $400. The other pair, Silhouettes, were over $800. I went to Walmart expecting to be told I'd have to buy entirely new glasses. Abir, at the Walmart Vision Center saved the day. She was able to completely repair the Oakley set and charged me only $7.50. I can see again thanks to her. Not only did she fix the current prescription glasses, but referred me to Silhouette to have the other pair fixed. She was a life saver. If you're in a bind and concerned that you can't afford to have your glasses fixed, go see the folks at the Walmart Vision Center. They just might be able to help you out. My glasses were totally destroyed and she was able to fix them for under $10. She also repaired them in under an hour. Amazing service. Thank you so much.

We live around the corner, and have sworn off shopping here. We've had all kinds of experiences here... Most recently, my husband stood by with a screaming toddler as they checked security footage because they didn't believe that he had put both cash and run a card on a machine after the machine took the cash AND charged the full amount to the card. Another time, we had a coupon we knew was valid (manufacturer coupon). After the apologetic cashier flagged down the manager, she rudely told her (without ever acknowledging us) that those didn't work there and Wal-Mart didn't accept them. She was so rude and unprofessional that we all just stood there not really knowing what to say, the cashier included. It seems like every time we go in there, it is SOMETHING. I don't expect a lot out of Wal-mart, and I never post negative reviews, but wow... this store just takes the cake. I will say we have encountered some employees who are very nice (unfortunately, they stand out like a sore thumb at this store) and the sweet elderly gentlemen who serve as greeters are wonderful and sweet. But we'll stick with Tom Thumb from here on out.

Terrible service. The girl who put my order into the computer had to be the slowest person on the face of the earth. You could tell she had no interest in being there, or serving the public. I also paid the extra $3 to have my fluids topped off during my oil change. Two days later, my wiper fluid ran out. I checked under the hood and saw that none of my fluids had been filled, despite me "upgrading" to the next package. They also suggested me replacing my battery (that I just replaced 2 years ago), and then said they had to jump my car off after changing the oil. I took it to Advance Auto to have it checked, and it was fine. I haven't had any trouble cranking my car since. I will never go there again!

I chose a top rimmed frame with the best lens I could get (I have to use the top two due to my prescription). The frame looks very nice and is nearly identical to my previous frame which was a Banana Republic frame. Overall, my vision is corrected better than it has been in years (I am difficult to correct to 20/20), I upgraded to the best lens, and I still saved $150!

Saturday tire department opens at 08:00 not 06:00.......Be first for service or expect several hours plus for r and r tire service. A professional "tires only" business makes this Walmart service appearing pathetic and user unfriendly. They are in great need of floor leader management and posted prices for one ton trucks, 4x4's. Also, required are mandatory four tire purchase on 4x4's vehicles even slightly used rubber. "Buy all four if you want "us" to install them." And this is not posted at the tire department.

An absolute joke! I purchased tires there because the same tires were $20 cheaper than Costco. WOW, what a mistake. I got them installed (took half the day, literally 4 hours of waiting), two months later one of the tires shredded and the $40 warranty I purchased didn't cover it because it was a "special order tire". Why sell me the insurance in the first place Walmart! Then, to get the replacement on, they ordered the tire, it never came...TWICE. The third time I had them order the tire, it finally arrived one week after their estimated date and they never called me to tell me it arrived. I tried calling their department and to get them to pick up the phone is like getting Jesus to make another visit to this earth. I finally after 24 tried attempts, got someone on the phone, she put me on hold for 81 minutes and just forgot about me! I then tried calling back and couldn't get anyone to pick up. Needless to say, I wound up getting my tires put on at another by another company. AVOID WALMART TIRE CENTER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Husband is there tonight. Office lady was very rude to another black man, she is black, calling him dumb, etc. Husband told her that wasn't right talking to him like that. They also talk amongst themselves, letting driver pile up. If it is someone they seem to know, then it is all sweety pie. They are also being told that as soon as they get their paperwork, they are to go, no sitting at the dock or on the property. As far as I know, the driver is not supposed to leave the property till the paperwork is sent in that they are unloaded and empty, or vice versa. It is about time drivers get as cantankerous as Walmart. And it is about time Walmart starts getting after their hired help.

This store is EXTREMELY abusive to it's employees. I was shopping through here a couple days ago just after I had pulled off of I-80. When I was shopping, a female manager was yelling at a worker. I was so shocked and absurd by this conduct, that I had to usher my family out of this Walmart. I can't say that I was impressed by her behavior and from what it sounded like, it was something petty, stupid and dumb. I know I haven't seen this individual in awhile, and now all of the sudden she is at this store again. (do they hire and fire this person alot, or what?!) I don't find this to be a family friendly store, and It ISN'T worth going to! Despite this being on the interstate, it's just better to head towards GI or Lincoln. It looks like to me, they need to CLEAR HOUSE of all their UPPER assistant managers and fast. You can just tell that this store abuses its staff while assistant managers pocket the money, cover up the blame and pretend that NOTHING happened. Walmart WONDERS why Unions form. I don't support them, and I think unions lead to a bunch of corrupted pigs, but it's this policy that walmart has, and it's mentality of "weeeeere sorry". When people form unofficial unions and cause product quality and stocking to fail very quickly. It IS Abusive 2nd rank managers who are sick, demented and most certainly treasonistic pricks that take their personal life and lash it out onto their subordinates. Vision center is awesome! Theresa, Sheryl and the first women that helped me (sorry forgot her name) were absolutely great). They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I really appreciate their level service. With all do respect, I don't go to Walmart for service. Very nice to see great service in any corporation of this caliber. People that really care. That's what sales and service is all about. It's really simple; it just needs to be applied. I know where I am going for my 1st round of contacts in a couple months. Knowledge, service, and friendliness. They have it all. These ladies had replacement lens in about 3 day's. Thank you ladies for your help getting me squared away on my glasses!

This is definatly not an organized establishment. Came in to get two front tires replaced and were told we would be next for service as they were finishing up a car before us. An hour later we came back to fing them working on three other cars only to discover they hadn't even started on our car. When asked why this was the service clerks only response was "they got stuck on another car, I don't know." Needless to say first and last time we are coming here.

I thought my eyes were the problem, but then I found 6 months later that Walmart's lens lab cut the prescription off "too short". Another optometrist measured the lenses and I have about 6-8mm of reading magnification at the bottom of the lenses - that's about 3 lines of the book you're trying to read. I thought my eyes were the problem! When I took the glasses in to show them to the Walmart Vision staff, they told me I was past the 60 day warranty... and then went on to explain that it was actually my fault for picking out frames that had short lenses... Even though I pointed out that they never mentioned the 60 day warranty or advised me that the lenses might be a little short for using as reading (what I was getting the glasses for in the first place), they just said, sorry - we can give you a discount on a new pair of glasses... And then to top it off, the Cruzal scratch protection I paid extra for that has a 1 year warranty... they're scratched: "Oh, well that warranty is for manufacturer defects. You scratched them. We can't fix that." Walmart operates their enterprise as though individuals do not matter... there are plenty more people who will come in and buy from us because of our low prices.So, when you called today to schedule my annual eye exam, and I took the time to tell you how I feel like you gave me the shaft... all you said was: "Ok... well, sorry and have a nice day." You seem to have no interest in addressing my grievance with the quality of your service. It's not even you guys that screwed me over - your lab made the mistake. But it seems to me there is so much pressure from above you on the corporate flagpole that you didn't even suggest you'd try to get someone above you to address my situation. So I'm airing this dirty underwear you've sold me on the public flagpole. Your attitude seems to be "My way or the Highway" to your suppliers (so I'm told) as well as your customers. There are plenty of local, independent eye care centers who hope to earn our business. My advice to anyone looking for vision services: avoid this vision center San Luis Valley - they can't see our forest for their trees.

A change that took over 3 hours because the person not on lunch didn't want to do it. That cost me~$60 because I use synthetic. You know the time that you used normal instead of synthetic. It is sad that there is no positive reviews of these guys. I know for a fact that there are tons of people there every single time I go getting work done. Anyway, my experience with Walmart has never been truly bad. Any issues I have they are willing to listen to, they solve the issues, and keep my ass safe on the road with some high quality work. This one in particular, I have had work on three of my vehicles and each time they have done an impeccable job. I notice the same faces still work there and have been working there for the last couple years at least. They may not be the fastest tire wranglers in the south, but they are damn good at what they do. I will never have new tires put on anywhere else.

Got a flat tire on a Sunday, against every urge I had to not use Walmart, it was the closest open tire repair place to go. First off it took 3 hours for them to plug my tire. When I got home I noticed that the wheel weights on my wheels had been taken off. I called in to ask if my wheels had been balanced and to ask why the wheel weights were gone. I was told that ALL of their service techs were on lunch and to call back later. Fold another place that was open and had them take a second look. Yup, my wheel needed wheel weights. Thanks walmart for allowing me to pay you to steal my wheel weights.

I was having issues with my tire pressure light going on about every 2 days. I was at walmart and spoke to the nice woman in automotive who told me they were empty (the bays) and they could look if I wanted. They found 2 nails and a bolt and stated the tire wasnt repairable and I would need a new one. They had the one for my car in stock, but then a nice guy who worked in the back said he would try and fix it, and he DID. 2 tires repaired for 20 bucks when they could have stiffed me or upsold me. I was very thankful and would suggest them for any tire work you may need.

Came in for a under warranty tire repair and was told it would be 2.5-3 hours. it turns out that the tire could not be repaired. Supposedly they called me and were waiting on me to call back to approve the purchase of a new tire. Meanwhile, I was with my cell phone the entire time in Walmart and hour and a half of that I was sitting and reading a book in the waiting room in front of the auto service desk. There was never any call to my cell phone. I even doublechecked to make sure that they had the right phone number. I understand that mistakes happen, but the manager did not even apologize for the undue wait time or look into the matter any further. What a colossal waste of 4+hours. I guess that is what I get for trying to be a patient customer.

If you need tire work done, ask for Mike, he knows his stuff. If you have a dead battery, call the store and ask for automotive, then explain the situation and where you are in the parking lot, they'll send a tech with a jump box out. If you need a battery installed, they'll do it for free, same with wipers and air filters. If you need to air up your tires, trailer or mower/ATV, whatever, pull around to the leftmost bay and ask for some air.

It's a fairly new store, clean and a HUGE improvement over the old "Ghetto-Mart". BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEIR P-POOR PARKING LOT! Whoever designed that parking lot, did not get high grades in college. I have come so close to getting hit EVERYTIME by someone trying to figure out how to get to the exit. It needs to have drive lanes to get to the exit. Where you don't have to turn around and head back to front of the store to reach the exit that goes away from the store. If I or anyone I knows gets hit because of the design, there will be a lawsuit. Think SAFETY Wal-Mart. I do try to go to other stores and even other Wal-Marts for that reason.

Good service, quick and easy! Got my oil changed today and it was as easy as can be. The guys working there gave me a correct time frame to come back for it. I liked not having to wait too long.

Management is the worse! A group of people were there for the Patti Labelle pies.. When the young men who work the stock room decided to play games, the manager was called.. The manager WITHOUT checking said the pies are out of stock.. "What's the big deal about those pies". Firstly not your business.. YOUR business was to check and make sure the pies were out of stock.. As to those clowns you have working your stock room 👎🏾.. I didn't get his name and I'm sorry, HOWEVER a nice young Spanish gentlemen went in the back and came out with not one but two boxes of the pies that were "out of stock" ridiculousness!! Once again to the young Spanish gentlemen.. Thank you.. Let me say once again, management and those two clowns 👎🏾...

Walmart neighborhood market is so wonderful. It has self checkout in there. And there is a nice produce and a nice deil. I love this place.

I wish you could rate the store seperate from management. Store had everything we needed but management was very rude. As we were being checked out and placing things back in the cart the manager walked by and grabbed our already scanned waters as we were placing more down below and assumed we were hiding them from the checker and told the checker to scan them. We then had to take the time to go over the already scanned items with the checker to verify those were not new items. Very rude and unprofessional.

Must check EXPIRY DATES.....Many very months expired or expiring within weeks. What use saving money on products, only to have to toss in garbage can before using it. Takes longer to shop our large orders flipping over every item. Resolution...manager wake up or lose many customers by continuing or word of mouth. Your local Walmart's never do this. We shop there all the time. No problem. It is your call..

Sporting several ethics violations in this practice. Doctor was very rude, to his own employees and patients. Called to have my prescription faxed to another office which is my legal right. Twice now they have refused to provide my prescription by electronic means which is well within my rights. They are obligated to produce this information at the patients request, over the phone or by fax. Do not visit this hole.

Went to get my eyes examined 10-27-15 & not only was the receptionist beyond rude but the doctor was short, rude, acted like me even being there was a annoyance to him. The doctor then tells me the exact opposite of what my primary tells me. I will not return to this Walmart Vision Center or any of them again. I will be going to Eye Spectrum

I would give them a 5 star rating if they had an answering machine or if anyone ever answered the phone here. You can not even get connected calling Wal Mart's front desk phone and being transferred. The Dr. here is in my opinion the best in Millington but you usually have to make appointments in store as they either do not have phone protocols in place or just bad phone practices. other then the antiquated usage of the phone service once you get an appointment everything else is great, but I can only give 3 stars as it should not be this hard to get a hold of someone....

The ladies and the gentleman that work in the vision center are very nice and polite and helpful. However, the last time I took my daughter to get an exam, Dr Schwarz was rude and accused me of "letting my child go blind" (his exact words. Despite the fact that my daughter's vision had IMPROVED). He needs to develope a better bedside manner with patients. My kids get an eye exam every year. He is horrible and I will NEVER take my kids there again. What kind of dr accuses the parent of something like that and belittles the parent in front of their child?

I went here only when I needed to and now I just don't go at all. Might be hard to believe, but I stepped in human feces at this walmart in the checkout. All the workers just started going crazy, acting stupid and all of them kept saying "I'm not cleaning it up!" Some good workers there. I'm sure some kid just let loose in the store, because he could not get to the bathroom, but disgusting none the less. Also, just in general a dangerous place, drug dealing goes on behind it, security everywhere, and poor poor poor customer service. None of the workers are pleasant, but who be be at a crap hole like this place. So help me make this store go out of business please! This Walmart is closer to me, but I will drive farther just to go to a better one. Decent prices, but in general Walmart is terrible.

I let them mount my tires on my wheels. Not only could they not balance the wheels correctly after 2 tries, I think they bent 2 of the wheels. When I took them to an actual tire shop, they were able to balance them fine, and they said 2 of my wheels were bent. I never had any problems with these wheels before they came to walmart.... Also, while I was waiting, they told another customer that his lugnuts were rounded and they couldn't get them off. Seems to me like THEY round them probably by not using the right size socket. Beware.

Got an oil change here lastnight and heard a loud noise as I was pulling out. I didn't figure out what it was until I got about halfway home. There was a HUGE screw in my tire. Called the shop manager to see what he could do about it and he said he didn't believe it came from his shop but if I wanted to pay them they would fix it. I laughed when I realized he would rather lose business over 10 dollars than to fix the screw that very likely came from his shop. I won't be using walmart tire and lube anymore as this was my first experience with them after taking about a 10 year hiatus.

Decent place to get an oil change. Basic runs around $40 and the wait time is usually 45 minutes to an hour.
