When people walk into YOUR job 5 minutes before you close, do you appreciate it? No. The people that work here work long HARD hours and WANT TO GO HOME at the end of the day too. And not 2 hours after they were scheduled to get off the clock because you finally deemed your pet has an emergency after watching these issues arise for the the last few days. Pet owners typically put forming issues off for too long because they want to try to save a buck. Well when it actually turns into an emergency, thats on your head, and now unfortunately you will pay the emergency clinic prices instead of taking care of the problem when you started to notice. People always also expect techs to diagnose over the phone. HELLO I CANT SEE YOUR CAT. These are the reasons EMERGENCY vets are around. I only have limited experience with this clinic, but for high volume and the quality of care, I am blown away. And I have been to many of the clinics in the area. They were prompt, quick, knowledgable, and I did not sit in the lobby for 1-2 hours like I do at FCNMHP. In fact, I was seen about 5 minutes after entering the lobby. My tech answered any questions I had, and the vet was speedy but thorough.
