I cannot believe some of the reviews on here. 'I called 30 mins before they close and they said they couldnt see me' Are you kidding people?! When people walk into YOUR job 5 minutes before you close, do you appreciate it? No. The people that work here work long HARD hours and WANT TO GO HOME at the end of the day too. And not 2 hours after they were scheduled to get off the clock because you finally deemed your pet has an emergency after watching these issues arise for the the last few days. Pet owners typically put forming issues off for too long because they want to try to save a buck. Well when it actually turns into an emergency, thats on your head, and now unfortunately you will pay the emergency clinic prices instead of taking care of the problem when you started to notice. People always also expect techs to diagnose over the phone. HELLO I CANT SEE YOUR CAT. These are the reasons EMERGENCY vets are around. I only have limited experience with this clinic, but for high volume and the quality of care, I am blown away. And I have been to many of the clinics in the area. They were prompt, quick, knowledgable, and I did not sit in the lobby for 1-2 hours like I do at FCNMHP. In fact, I was seen about 5 minutes after entering the lobby. My tech answered any questions I had, and the vet was speedy but thorough.

Zero stars if I could! This place is a JOKE. Vet has no idea what she's doing. She actually prescribed an anxiety med and told me it was a pain pill (which I didn't find out until I switched vets)! My 120lb arthritic dog is on pain pills to manage his condition but EVERY single time he needs a refill it's practically an act of Congress to get. It takes half an hour for anyone to answer the phone, if you can even get through. Then the girls in the office are flat out rude and their manager Lisa is an even bigger B**** so speaking with her is useless. My dog was on one medication that could have caused liver issues and they refused to refill even though the vet had ordered refills. So we switched to a more gentle pain pill with the understanding that there would be no more issues with refills. Of course, they refused that medication the very next time he needed pills. I called a new vet, Buddy is on adequate pills now and haven't had one issue with the staff or refills. So BE WARNED this "vet" is populated by complete idiots. Also, I agree with other posters...not really low cost unless all you need is a quick rabies shot.

I called for an emergency appointment for my cat who has been going there for years. They told me she would be fine for the weekend, call back on Monday. She was stuffed up, droopy eye and mouth on one side. She wouldn't eat, was excessively thirsty, but couldn't hold it down and walked wobbly. The girl specifically told me that she wouldnt die over the weekend and bring her in Monday. Emergency appointments are only for animails who will die. My Caroline died a few hours later.

4 Days after my female cat has surgery, she won't eat or drink water and I think she running fever. I take her back and they say it going to cost $165.00 for them to find out what wrong with her! I will never used them again and I am going to file a complaint.

I had a great experience with the staff and the customer service here! I was able to call and schedule a spay and two neuters for my three cats (mother and two male kittens). The procedures were done over the next two days, and I only paid $5 per cat so they could use the laser stitches. I didn't even ask them to, but they also gave all my cats their rabies vaccination free of charge! Everyone I spoke with there was kind and informative. My cats recovered without any issues. I already have a vet for medical issues, but I definitely recommend the Humane Society for their free and easy spay/neuter services!

I was told to bring my jack Russell on Wednesday at 8 am to have his sutures removed. They specifically booked me on cat day because my jack goes crazy when he sees other dogs. When I arrived they were rood and turned me away saying they didn't know who told me that but I would have to come back. They also will not see your dog if there is an emergency. We have ended up at the emergency vet clinic at night every time.

Good place for non emergency care but have been gouged by them a few times for things that just made no sense. What can you do? Nothing really and they know it. Last straw was having me comeback (take another day off from work, no problem) and charge me for an office visit to tell me how much a treatment was going to cost. Really unprofessional way to handle that matter and it put them right up there with the rest of the crooks in veteranary care.

This Google review does not allow me enough characters to explain the multitude of issues I have had with the HORRIBLE customer service from the front desk staff. They are extremely rude and dismissive of responsibility when they have made repeated billing mistakes. They have also made communication mistakes with the back staff resulting in my animals being vaccinated multiple times for the same thing. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Because of this I will NEVER go back. Which is a shame because I loved the vets their. Managment of this facility should really evaluate and retrain their front office staff for development of better customer service. If this does not happen soon I'm sure I will not be the only one going elsewhere.

Tried to take my son today to look for a dog. Sign clearly says open Wednesday-Sunday 12-5 It's 1:25 on Friday. Doors were locked. THREE girls were at the front desk. 2 didn't even bother to look at me. And the lady that looked me was on the phone and literally made a hand gesture at me shooing me away and put her head down with her hand covering her face. Didn't even bother to get the others ladies to explain to me why there are closed during business hours. I don't complain about ANYTHING and I'm usually extremely tolerant and understanding and patient when I have to wait a long time for customer service of any kind but that was just plain RUDE and I WILL NEVER be back.
